Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Maumere. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Pegawai, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional  dan Komunikasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Kemampuan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional  dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Maumere berjumlah 40 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji Fdan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel Kinerja Pegawai berada dikategorikan cukup baik, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dikategori baik dan Komunikasi berkategori cukup baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil statistic uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Maumere sebesar 33,7%.

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle variables (X1), brand image (X2), price (X3) and promotion on purchasing decisions (Y) at the Centro Bike Kawasaki Kediri Motorcycle Dealer. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 87 respondents at the Kawasaki Kediri Dealer. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= 3.041 + 0.203X1 + 0.220X2 + 0.238X3 + 0.204X4 and the results of the t test for lifestyle variables had a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig result of 0.022 < 0.05. Brand image has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the resulting sig value. 0.016 > 0.05. Price has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the resulting sig value. 0.013 > 0.05. Promotion has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a sig value. 0.027 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that lifestyle. Brand image, price and promotion simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at the Kediri Kawasaki Dealer.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance (2) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performce.This study used a quantitative method approach with the study population being all employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Bombana Regency with a total sample of 30 respondents. Instrument testing in this study used the Validity test and Reliability with SPSS 26.0. The research data analysis with a total 35 respondents technique used the structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the transformational leadership style variable on employee performance as indicated by the t-statistic value of 8,405 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000, while the variable Organizational Commitment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance indicated by the t-value statistic of 0,142 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Mekar Swalayan Kediri. This type of research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling techniques where the population is 64 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) processed using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The research results show that Leadership Style and Organizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style and organizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through the job satisfaction variable. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

This data is surveyed to obtain primary data. The slovin formula was used in the study, and a total of 90 people were sampled. The validity and reliability of these findings have been evaluated, through heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality tests have all been considered. The data analysis method uses multiple regression.

Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) is used as the final assessmen of graduates learning outcomes at the end of the study program. Factors that can influence the differences in learning achievement between each student can be categorized as internal factors and external factors. In this research, emphasis will be given to internal factors related to learning styles. Learning style is a characteristic possessed by individual in acquiring, organizing, and processing received information. The aim of this study is to examine the association between student learning styles and the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA). The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, and the method used in this study was the chi-square test of independence as the statistical method, and field study for data collection and analysis. The data used in this study was obtained from students of the Agribusiness Department at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire in which respondents are given the choice of GPA level above 3.5 or below 3.5, and also learning styles with the levels of learn by seeing, learn by hearing, learn by reading/writing, or learn by doing, which are disseminated through social media and analyzed to draw conclusions. In this study, a total of 67 respondents were collected. Based on the processed and analyzed data, the result of H0 is not rejected, and it can be concluded that there is no association between learning styles and GPA produced.

The results of this paper examine the use of language styles in the lyrics of the song Palestine Beloved by Shoutul Harokah through stylistic studies. The language of this song's lyrics is an expression of the writer's emotions which is manifested in the form of song lyrics or words. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative descriptive method is research that uses a post-positivist philosophical basis. The aim of this research is to interpret or describe the use of language styles in the lyrics of the song Palestine Beloved. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the use of language styles in this song mostly uses personification language styles, apart from that there is also the use of anadiplosis and synecdoche language styles.

A student's lifestyle can be influenced by their studio housing friends, the surrounding environment, local culture, and their level of curiosity. Friends in the boarding house are often the main influence in determining students' daily habits, such as eating patterns, recreational activities, and study habits. Consequently, this research aims to identify requency of exercise, length of study, and type of study between students who live in urban areas and those who live in rural areas and the academic achievements of students at the Faculty of Medicine, Prima Indonesia University. Cross-sectional checks at the Prima University Faculty of Medicine included 60 students. A cross-sectional examination of 60 students from the Faculty of Medicine, Prima Indonesia University was the focus of this research. The variables measured in the research are independent variables, namely the lifestyle of urban students and the lifestyle of rural students, while the dependent variable is learning outcomes seen from the Grade Point Average (GPA). The results of the Spearman rank correlation test show that the relationship between exercise frequency, study duration, study method and total student lifestyle respectively has a p value of 0.043, 0.050, 0.000, and 0.006 < 0.05, consequently it can be concluded that, in part, each student's exercise frequency, study time, study mode and overall lifestyle have a significant relationship with their academic performance. student  at  Faculty of Medicine, Prima  University Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the influence of participation in budget preparation, leadership style, and good governance on the performance of the Panggungrejo Village government, Kauman District, Tulungagung Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a casual research technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The population and sample were all village officials at the Panggungrejo Village Office and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. Researchers used statistical tests (F test) and partial tests (t test). The results of the F test show a significance figure of 0.000 < 0.005, which means that these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of the village government. The results of the partial test (t) show a significance figure of 0.004 < sig. 0.05 on X1 which means there is an influence of budget participation on the performance of the village government, 0.364 < 0.05 on It can be concluded that budget preparation and good governance have a significant influence on village government performance, while leadership style does not have a significant influence on village government performance. So, if these variables increase, government performance will also increase.

Performance is a very important part to achieve the goals of a company. Given the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at Mega Hotel & Resort. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The total sample of all employees of Hotel Mega & Resort is 55 people. The results of the study simultaneously show that the variables of leadership style and organizational culture as a whole have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the variables of leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. This type of quantitative research, this research uses primary and secondary data. The research sample consisted of 35 employees of SMPK Mardi Wiyata Kediri using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and test the coefficient of determination (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program.The research results show that the t test results of the Leadership Style variable (X1) have a partially significant effect on Employee Performance by getting a sig value. 0.001 < 0.05 and the Work Discipline variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance with a sig. 0.004 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at SMPK Mardi Wiyata Kediri with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. In this research, it is also known that the coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R square variable Leadership Style and Work Discipline has an influence of 60.5% in influencing employee performance, while the remaining 39.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 40 respondents at PT Radio Panjalu Raya. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.743 + 0.269 Organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance with a sig result of 0.000 <0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of PT Radio Panjalu Raya employees.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of 1 Soromandi High School teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The sample in this study was 34 ASN and P3K teacher respondents with the sampling technique being purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that both partially and simultaneously organizational culture and leadership style have a significant influence on the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Soromandi.

Human resources (HR) play an important role in a company because they can influence the company's efficiency and effectiveness. This research was conducted by exploring the perceptions of PT employees. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia to determine employee performance and the factors that influence it, namely leadership style and organizational culture. This research is located on Jl. Daan Mogot 119 Block C12 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of research approach is using field research, by carrying out activities such as distributing questionnaires to respondents, processing data and analyzing data obtained from respondents. The number of samples taken from PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the hypothesis in this study was tested using the Partial Test (T) and Simultaneous Test (F). The results of the analysis show that Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance in the Production Division at PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia. Partially Leadership Style (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Learning style is an important aspect that must be considered in the learning process. This research was motivated by the discovery of problems where there were several students who had difficulty adapting their way of learning to the teacher's way of teaching in class, students did not understand the subject matter, and many students' learning outcomes were below the standard of completeness. The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was a correlation between learning styles and Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes for class VII students at SMPN 4 Pangkalan Koto Baru District for the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of correlational research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample of all class VII students was 44 people. Research data collection techniques use questionnaires and tests. Data analysis uses the r person product moment test. According to the data analysis, the sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) learning styles and learning outcomes 0.000 < 0.05 at a significance level of 5%, the value obtained is rcount = 0.711 > rtable = 0.304, meaning that the Ha hypothesis is accepted that there is a positive significant correlation between learning styles and Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes for class students VII at SMPN 4 Pangkalan Koto Baru District for the 2022/2023 academic year and Ho was rejected. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.711, meaning there is a strong correlation. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.506 so it can be interpreted that learning style has a moderate contribution of 50.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors..

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously on Employee Performance of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia which is an agency for the protection of tourism and the creative economy which has the duties and functions of preparing strategic plans, evaluating performance, and establishing cooperation with various related parties to achieving goals and development in the field of tourism. This research method uses a statistical quantitative method and is measured using the Statistical for the Social Science Package (SPSS) Version 23. The sample in this study is a saturated sample of 50 employees of the RI Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Deputy Secretariat. through instrument testing using the t test and f test to prove the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the relationship between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance is simultaneously positive and significant. Leaders in the strategic policy deputy secretariat work unit need to maintain work motivation and apply a more effective and appropriate leadership style, so that employee performance will get better.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of leadership style variables and job satisfaction on employee productivity employees bordir company CV. Nuri Kota Tasikmalaya. The method of this research used the quantitative. The analysis method used multiple regression. Approach data collection in this research from the questionnaire to 43 respondens, and use measurement technique likert scale. The results of the analysis show that leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Partially the leadership style show a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Partially the job satisfaction show a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.

Employee performance in an organization cannot be separated from experience, motivation and leadership style. The Ministry of Religion of Cilacap Regency really needs effective leaders, who have the ability to influence the behavior of their subordinates in increasing motivation in order to increase their work experience, so that they can improve the performance of their employees to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to determine the influence of experience on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, the influence of leadership style on performance and the influence of experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. Meanwhile, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that there is an influence between experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. This means that the more employee work experience and the higher the employee's work motivation and the better the leadership, the better the employee's performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office.
