Family planning is an action that helps individuals or married couples to achieve certain objectives to avoid unwanted births, regulate the interval between pregnancies, control the timing and births in the husband and wife relationship and determine the number of children in the family. Family planning is an effort to space out or plan the number and spacing of pregnancies by using contraception (Manuaba, 2009). Contraception is an effort to prevent pregnancy. This effort can be temporary, it can also be permanent. Contraceptive use is one of the variables that influences fertility (Wiknjosastro, 2005). The main objective of the national family planning program is to meet public demand for quality family planning and reproductive health services, reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), as well as overcoming reproductive health problems in order to build quality small families (Arum, 2011) . This research was carried out at the Riska Dewi Art Midwife, Wampu District, Langkat Regency in 2023, which provides quality health services. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that for the educational variable, mothers with elementary school education have no influence on users of non-hormonal contraceptives at a 95% confidence level and can only contribute 1%, mothers with junior high school education also have no influence on users of non-hormonal contraceptives. at a 95% confidence level and can only contribute 41%, while mothers with high school education have no influence on non-hormonal contraceptive users at a 95% confidence level and can only contribute 81%.

In the current era of modernization, almost everyone uses the internet to help solve their problems. Including security activities. Currently, many companies provide security services. There are also many companies or individuals who are or want to look for companies providing security services but they don't know where to look for these companies because of the lack of information. Therefore, to make it easier for security service seekers and security service providers, a design is needed that can be a solution to the problems of both parties. It is hoped that the required design will meet the needs because it must go through several stages of testing in accordance with standards and the needs of potential users. UI/UX analysis and design involved 10 respondents from two actors, namely companies providing security services and companies or individuals seeking security services. The final design was tested by the same 10 respondents with four types of testing. Testing is carried out repeatedly until respondents feel that the design meets the needs of potential users.

This research investigates legal aspects related to protection for fintech users in the context of online lending in Indonesia. The background includes the rapid development of the fintech industry and the increasing use of online lending, which has created a need to evaluate the effectiveness of existing legal protections. This research uses a combination approach of regulatory analysis, case studies, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The literature review involves the concept of fintech, related regulations, and legal protection challenges that users face. Research methods include in-depth analysis of applicable regulations, case studies of user experiences, and interviews with representatives of financial institutions and supervisory authorities. The results of this research provide a better understanding of the rights and obligations of fintech users in the online lending environment. Key challenges include legal uncertainty and unethical practices by some service providers. The research also suggests steps for improvement, including increased regulation, increased transparency, and user education. Thus, this research provides a comprehensive view of legal protection for online lending fintech users in Indonesia and provides a foundation for further improvements in industry regulations and practices.    

This research was aimed at determining the effect of service quality and consumer satisfaction on the Shopee e-commerce application in the city of Solo Raya. The sample in this research is people who have made online purchases via the Shopee e-commerce application. In this research, data was collected by distributing questionnaires online to 100 respondents, all of whom were residents of Solo Raaya City. The variables used in this research are the service quality variable as the independent variable (X) and Customer Satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The analysis in this research is data instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (simple regression analysis, f test, and partial test (t test)). The results of the tests that have been carried out are that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction for users of the Shopee e-commerce application.

This study is motivated by service quality which is one of the most influential aspects in the success of a business. PT. SAC as a service provider company is required to always pay attention to service user satisfaction with the services provided. This research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from primary data from the results of questionnaires with questions that had been asked by service users via Google Form. Questionnaires were given to 30 service users randomly. Data was collected during the MBKM internship at PT. SAC for 5 months, starting on 1 August 2023 – 31 December 2023. Data processing was carried out using validity and reliability tests. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS application to find solutions to the above problems. Valid, namely that data processing must be carried out properly and correctly. The results of the reliability test calculations show that all r calculations for each question, namely, R1 to R9, show a value greater than the r table, namely 0.361, so by using a significance level (α) of 5%, the questionnaire studied is valid. The Cronbach Alpha value shows 0.742, which means it is greater than the r table, namely 0.361 with the Cronbach Alpha value.

As the function of hospitals becomes increasingly vital, every community member is expected to know the locations of the hospitals and polyclinics closest to where they live to anticipate undesirable events. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a technology that is currently a very essential tool in storing, manipulating, analyzing and displaying natural conditions with the help of attribute data and spatial data. GIS can represent the real world on a computer monitor just as a map sheet can represent the real world on paper. Under these conditions, this system is very useful in making it easier for the health service to manage and review the location of hospitals in the city of Semarang, so that in the future it can be in line with programs from other agencies involved in managing city spatial planning. The aim of this research is to build a geographic information system with an integrated database, especially to find the locations of hospitals and polyclinics in the city of Semarang. So it can provide information to users who want to find hospital locations in the city of Semarang.

This mini-research aims to analyze the principles of implementing GCG which include transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and justice, which are fundamental in managing business, especially in state-owned companies as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of State for State-Owned Enterprises Number: PER – 01/MBU/2011 regarding the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance. The implementation of good corporate governance in the company has not been optimal due to a lack of socialization to communicate, educate and convey information about GCG to employees based on position holders. This research uses qualitative research methods with informants from related positions, company employees and service users. The results of the research show a lack of socialization from office holders so that new employees do not understand GCG, the principles of accountability, starting from the delivery of information and financial reports, have not been implemented quickly, and the principles of responsibility in service sessions have not been maximized, as shown by, among other things, limited internet access and provide comfort and satisfaction to customers.

The development of digital services cannot be separated from users' habits in using smartphones and the affordability of internet access. Smartphone users want services that can carry out various activities easily, including telecommunications. This opportunity was captured by telecommunications companies by creating provider applications for smartphones. In connection with this, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkomsel) launched a new provider product called by.U. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence user satisfaction with the by.U application based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model from William J. Doll & Gholamreza Torkzadeh (1988) with six variables consisting of content, accuracy, format , ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction. This research used simple random sampling with a total of 60 respondents who were residents of the city of Surabaya who used the by.U application. The research results show that the variables of content and timeliness have a direct effect on satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables accuracy, format and ease of use have a positive but not significant effect on satisfaction. Timeliness is the factor that has the most influence on satisfaction seen from the results of hypothesis testing which produces the largest path coefficient value, which is 0.268.

Blockchain platforms propagate into every facet, including managing medical services with professional and patient-centered applications. With its sensitive nature, record privacy has become imminent with medical services for patient diagnosis and treatments. The nature of medical records has continued to necessitate their availability, reachability, accessibility, security, mobility, and confidentiality. Challenges to these include authorized transfer of patient records on referral, security across platforms, content diversity, platform interoperability, etc. These, are today – demystified with blockchain-based apps, which proffers platform/application services to achieve data features associated with the nature of the records. We use a permissioned-blockchain for healthcare record management. Our choice of permission mode with a hyper-fabric ledger that uses a world-state on a peer-to-peer chain – is that its smart contracts do not require a complex algorithm to yield controlled transparency for users. Its actors include patients, practitioners, and health-related officers as users to create, retrieve, and store patient medical records and aid interoperability. With a population of 500, the system yields a transaction (query and https) response time of 0.56 seconds and 0.42 seconds, respectively. To cater to platform scalability and accessibility, the system yielded 0.78 seconds and 063 seconds, respectively, for 2500 users.

Speech acts are always closely related to communication with other people. Social interaction is not only carried out directly but can also be done through cyberspace such as social media which can be used as a place to communicate. As a forum for users to easily participate, share and exchange information and ideas in a virtual community and network. This can be used to interact and even to talk about the importance of guidance and counseling services at school. The aim of this research is to determine the locutionary speech acts in the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's Smart Character YouTube videos regarding the topic of counseling guidance (BK). The method used in this research The type of approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by listening, then transcribing the data, identifying, writing and concluding locutionary speech acts. The data source in this research is a talk show on the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's Smart Character YouTube video with the theme BK Room. There are six episodes with the theme Bk room on the YouTube channel. After analyzing the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's Smart Characteristic YouTube video, there are three types of speech acts, namely, statement locution speech acts (declarative), command locution speech acts (imperative), and question locution speech acts (interrogative). This research is expected to help the public to better understand verbal communication regarding each form of speech that is often uttered by someone in the form of locutionary speech act analysis.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Simultaneously, appropriate government incentives, consolidated interdisciplinary research, and active participation by industry are required to foster and facilitate smart hospitals.   Keywords: ,   

Karya Karsa application is one of the important platforms in providing diverse services to users in various fields. This article analyzes the quality of services provided by the application with a focus on user satisfaction, ease of use, response from service providers, as well as direct evaluation of user interaction with the application. This research was conducted through an online survey of Karya Karsa application users and direct application usage analysis. The survey results showed the satisfaction of most users with the services provided, but also highlighted areas of improvement related to the user interface that needs to be more intuitive. Analysis of application usage revealed good transaction speed, but showed potential improvements in response to users during peak hours. Recommendations focus on improving the user interface, enhancing the infrastructure and responsiveness of the application, and improving customer support. It is expected that the implementation of these recommendations will improve the service quality and user experience of the Karya Karsa application, strengthening its position as a reliable platform for the community to access the services provided.

This research was created to discuss the juridical review of the impact of the proliferation of online transportation partners. Indonesia has experienced an industrial revolution, based on the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), Industrial Revolution is divided into two words, namely Revolution and Industry. Revolution is change that occurs very quickly, while industry is an effort to carry out production. So in conclusion, the Industrial Revolution is an event that happened very quickly in carrying out production activities which were carried out using technological tools and something produced had added value. The proliferation of online transportation partners is an example of the results of the industrial revolution. There are five important variables to consider when evaluating an ecommerce website: interface, navigation, content, reliability, and technical. An interface is a type of application that connects users and facilitates financial and business transactions for the general public. The user interface provides ease of use for its users. One user interface that is currently popular in Indonesia is Go-Jek, an e-commerce application that makes it easier for users to purchase goods or services, whether transported or not. This research will discuss the impact of Go-Jek according to judicial review.

Waste is one form of problem that everyone often encounters in their environment. Waste is the waste of products or goods that have been used by their users, so that the remaining results are discarded and do not function again. The purpose of this service is to provide material on making appropriate technology for waste incineration tools to prevent pollution in the untia village. The method of application in this activity is the counseling method through demonstration and also the lecture and discussion method at community meetings in untia village. The results of community service activities regarding the manufacture of appropriate technology for waste incineration tools to prevent pollution in untia village have been carried out well and received a positive response from the untia village community.

This research aims to determine the improvement of the logistics ecosystem both from exports and imports at Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan. Where Pelindo Belawan is the largest port in North Sumatra, however, due to the improvement in the logistics ecosystem, many goods have to transit before arriving at the Belawan Port dock. Apart from that, it can carry out port activities appropriately and maximize aspects of office effectiveness in order to create work comfort and optimal performance for its employees. If employees and service users who work feel comfortable and satisfied then their performance at Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan will also be good. This study uses a qualitative method.

This study examines the impact of pricing strategy and service quality on customer preferences on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This study's methodology, which included a quantitative approach and primary data from a questionnaire, identified 33 Shopee users in Tasikmalaya. An analysis using SPSS confirms that the two factors mentioned above—price strategy and service quality—contribute about 40.5% to consumers' preferences for fashion products on Shopee. Even though price strategy has a significant relationship, service quality has a stronger and more positive impact on customer preferences. Implicitly, it is crucial for e-commerce businesses to improve the quality of their services while meticulously developing price phase strategy to make it more in line with customer preferences. All of this offers advantages for the e-commerce business in developing strategies to meet customer needs in an increasingly competitive market.

According to the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers, internet network users in Indonesia have increased. This increase in internet network users occurred in various places such as Atambua City, East Nusa Tenggara. Based on data from PT Telkom Indonesia, the Atambua branch, there was an increase in 1000 IndiHome internet users from 2019-2020. However, the increasing number of internet network users in Indonesia, the more cases that harm consumers, so a legal protection is needed. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to practice legal protection against IndiHome internet network users for internet network disturbances at PT Telkom Indonesia Atambua Branch and how the responsibility of PT Telkom Indonesia Atambua branch in dealing with internet network disturbances experienced by IndiHome network users. The research method used by the author in this research is a type of empirical juridical research. The results of this study indicate that PT Telkom Indonesia Atambua Branch has provided legal protection to IndiHome service users through a subscription contract signed by both parties and a form of legal protection that is provided preventively and repressively. The form of responsibility given by PT Telkom Indonesia Atambua Branch adheres to the principle of absolute responsibility or strict liability. The advice that the author can give is to PT Telkom Indonesia Atambua Branch the legal protection provided must be maximized again because in the subscription contract there are several consumer or customer rights that are not listed.

The increasing public interest in using the paylater feature on the Shopee application is still increasing and quite a few people do not understand their rights and obligations in using this feature. In order to provide certainty and protection for users and business actors, regulations are needed for paylater service providers. This research was created to analyze the form of agreement that arises in the implementation of sales and purchases using the Shopee Paylater feature, including the legal relationship between the parties to the transaction. The panel research method used is normative juridical which examines only library data or secondary data, which includes primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. According to existing research results, the agreements that occur in Shopee Paylater transactions with users based on the analysis of Article 1313 of the Civil Code do not conflict and this agreement is valid as explained in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. This agreement can occur in transactions which are standard agreements, namely agreements where the existing terms and conditions have been regulated unilaterally by the agreement provider. The standard agreement contained in the agreement in this paylater feature is regulated in Article 1319 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship between the parties concerned is PT. Commerce Finance as a creditor with Shopee Paylater consumers as a debtor based on a loan agreement as stated in Article 1754 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship that exists between PT. Commerce Finance with PT. LDN which is the giver of power of attorney and recipient of power of attorney. This of course makes PT. LDN has the right to distribute funds to the relevant Shopee Paylater users.

As an innovation for food security in Indonesia, the Agriverse website has been developed, which is a platform for information media and education on hydroponic techniques. The website contains e-commerce services, agricultural extension services, data on nearby agricultural shops, articles and discussion forums. Because people still rarely know about hydroponic techniques, designing the website interface relies on the needs of target users using the User Centered Design method. Testing the Agriverse website using Black Box Testing and 5 Second Testing resulted in an average time of 9.6 seconds to try each feature, and the entire feature system for the website's functional requirements was successfully used.
