This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the inventory management application for Regional-Owned Assets (BMD) at SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta using the SERVQUAL method. The application was implemented to enhance asset management efficiency, but challenges such as data inaccuracies and limited user skills hinder its effectiveness. The SERVQUAL method evaluates five service quality dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, by measuring the gap between user expectations and perceptions. The findings reveal that all service quality dimensions have negative GAP values, particularly in reliability and tangibles, indicating that the application has not fully met user expectations. Therefore, improvements in system reliability, application design, and technical training are essential to optimize the use of the application for effective asset management in the school.

An effective learning process highly depends on the quality of available facilities, including computer laboratories. This study aims to analyze student satisfaction at STMIK Widuri regarding the use of computer laboratories by employing the SERVQUAL method. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies, with a total of 54 respondents from the Information Systems and Computer Engineering programs. The results revealed that students reported various issues, such as network disruptions and malfunctioning equipment. The quality of service measurement indicated negative gap values across all dimensions, including tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, suggesting that the provided services do not meet student expectations. The dimension with the highest average gap was reliability (-0.52) and responsiveness (-0.40), underscoring the need for improvements in laboratory services. This study concludes that the role of laboratory staff is crucial in enhancing student satisfaction by identifying and addressing existing issues. It is hoped that with appropriate improvement efforts, the quality of computer laboratory services can be enhanced, leading to a better learning experience for students and increased satisfaction.

JURNAL EKONOMI MANAJEMEN AKUNTANSI 2024 sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Dharma Putra Semarang

This study aims to examine whether level 1 fair value assets and intangible assets have a significant impact on earnings management within Indonesia's banking service sector. The research sample included 136 foreign exchange banks that reported financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2022. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The findings show a significant effect of level 1 fair value assets on earnings management in Indonesia's banking industry, while no significant effect was found for intangible assets. The study concludes that fair value asset measurements do not influence earnings management, whereas intangible assets do. To support ongoing improvements in financial accounting standards, it is recommended to implement the guidelines from accounting standards 68 (measuring fair value) and 19 (intangible assets), and to comply with the requirements of International Accounting Standards (IAS) 13 and IAS 38. Additionally, continuous enhancements to corporate governance and internal control systems are essential for boosting entity performance, improving financial reporting processes, and increasing earnings quality. This study serves as a preliminary investigation into the effect of intangible assets and level 1 fair value measurements on earnings management in the Indonesian banking sector.

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the PLN Mobile application using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method. PLN Mobile is a digital innovation from PLN, offering services such as electricity payment, token purchase, and e-commerce for electrical equipment. The SERVQUAL method assesses the gap between customers' expectations and perceptions across five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data collection involved questionnaires focusing on users' perceptions and expectations, complemented by direct observations of user interactions with the application. The findings reveal negative gaps across all Service Quality dimensions, indicating that customer perceptions fell short of their expectations. The largest gap was identified in the assurance dimension (-23.2), followed by responsiveness (-16.88). The tangibles dimension also showed significant shortcomings (-8.48), mainly concerning the application's interface and functionality. While the application performed relatively well in terms of reliability and responsiveness, substantial improvements are needed across all dimensions to enhance user satisfaction. These results offer strategic insights for improving PLN Mobile to become more responsive, reliable, and aligned with user needs in the future.

This research analyzes the performance of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) in supporting student tuition payments at STMIK Widuri using the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). SIAKAD aims to streamline academic administration and enable online payments. However, issues such as system access delays, especially near payment deadlines, still occur, negatively impacting students' academic services and resulting in administrative penalties. The study employed data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The PIECES framework was applied to evaluate six key indicators: performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. The findings reveal that all indicators achieved an average score above 3.80, indicating a "good" system performance. Nonetheless, further improvements are necessary, particularly in terms of access speed and data security, to minimize user difficulties. The study concludes that optimizing the SIAKAD system is crucial for achieving effective and efficient payment processes. Recommendations include enhancing service quality, improving information accuracy, and strengthening data security. This optimization is expected to increase user satisfaction and support the institution's financial management stability.

Adopting the knowledge of total quality management, which is one of the vital factors in improving the quality of products and services by adopting continuous methodologies for development and improvement when integrating this knowledge with green costs, which focus on measuring the cost of the product while taking into account the environmental impacts, and the importance of the study lies in the fact that the phenomenon of environmental pollution and global warming has become a topic of global interest from the political, economic and financial aspects, and most industrial companies in Sudan do not care enough about measuring green costs. This study aims to provide a scientific theoretical framework by identifying the criteria and rules for determining and measuring green costs and obtaining practical results from the study for the possibility of applying them in Sudanese industrial companies. One of the most important results reached by the study is that adopting the culture of total quality management in measuring green costs improves the indicators of growth and continuity in industrial companies in Sudan.
