The case of Rempang Island is an example of the many cases of violence perpetrated by repressive law enforcers against civilians in Indonesia, where violence is in direct contact with criminal values. So clear knowledge is needed regarding the impact of authority used improperly by law enforcement officials. This research uses a normative juridical research method with the problem approach used is a statutory approach, a concept analysis approach, and a case approach. The research results reveal that there are limitations for law enforcement officers in carrying out their duties assigned by the state, including preventive measures in providing supervision and security so that the human rights of civilians can still be protected.

In life in the world of work there are bound to be things that contradict employees' performance of their work. Of course, there are still odd things found while working that do not immediately support the values ​​of a job, with this, human resources have a very important role and need to be given serious attention. Employees or employees are human resources who are very vital in improving the performance or even progress of an organization. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the extent of the influence of human resource development on employee performance in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch. The results of research carried out in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, which used an interview method with office employees, the researchers obtained results, which turned out to be by all means and development of human resources in this office such as training, evaluating and improving performance makes human resources in this office better. By using qualitative methods through interview techniques with employees in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, it is hoped that the data received will be data that can be trusted and has good value. Apart from that, the researcher also refined it by looking for several references from previous studies so that the content of the results produced would be even better.

Church Community Development is a church activity that aims to mature the faith of church members, and by carrying out this activity it is hoped that the congregation's faith will experience growth towards maturity in life as believers. The formation of church members based on the Book of Matthew explores the principles of Christian life contained in the depths of the Gospel. The focus includes understanding the teachings of Jesus, developing spirituality, and applying spiritual values ​​in everyday life. Through in-depth reflection on the teachings of the Book of Matthew, this training aims to strengthen the faith and shape the character of church members so that they become enlighteners in society and are able to have a positive impact on the surrounding environment.

This research aims to analyze and document the application of customary criminal law in dealing with criminal acts in the Marind Tribe of Merauke. The Marind tribe of Merauke, as a community group that maintains traditional values and local wisdom, has a unique customary criminal law system that is deeply rooted in their traditions. The research results show that the customary criminal law system in this tribe plays an important role in maintaining social order and maintaining harmony among community members. The application of customary criminal law in the Marind Tribe of Merauke involves a process of deliberation, consensus, and the formation of collective decisions by traditional stakeholders. The decision includes traditional sanctions that reflect social norms and local wisdom values. Apart from that, this research also identifies the challenges and obstacles faced in implementing customary criminal law, especially in facing rapid changes in the social and economic environment. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the dynamics of the application of customary criminal law in modern society. Islamic Religious Education is considered the main pillar in shaping the character of Muslims; however, in the era of globalization, entrepreneurship has become essential. The integration of entrepreneurship enables students to connect religious values with the real world, develop self-potential, and become agents of positive change. Inclusive management of Islamic religious education towards entrepreneurship is not only a necessity but also a challenge to create innovative curricula. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review approach to examine the management of education and entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education. The goal of Islamic Religious Education is to shape individuals with profound knowledge of Islamic teachings, capable of applying them in daily life, fostering love and obedience to Allah SWT, imparting Islamic values and ethics, and encouraging critical, analytical skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education aims to mold a younger generation of Muslims who can become successful entrepreneurs and are morally and ethically responsible. The integration of entrepreneurship involves teaching entrepreneurial values and principles, as well as developing entrepreneurial skills such as creativity and management. A conducive environment for entrepreneurship, including the empowerment of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM), training, mentoring, access to financing, and incentives for entrepreneurs, is deemed essential. By integrating entrepreneurship into Islamic religious education, it is expected that students can prepare themselves to face the challenges of the job market and contribute to the welfare of society.

Indonesia as a country with various religions, tribes, cultures, races, customs and so on has values that are believed to be true. These values grew and developed and were passed down from generation to generation by the ancestors of the Indonesian people. Efforts to maintain these values are increasingly being made, one of which was by Ir. Soekarno who initiated a mental revolution, which was also implemented by President Joko Widodo. From the existence of the mental revolution as an effort to strengthen character for the younger generation, especially generation Z, because seeing the current phenomenon that there is a lot of moral degradation among young people. Therefore, this research will discuss the importance of character education for generation Z, as well as the role of family, school, and society in building good morality and ethics in generation Z. The method used in this research is a research study. The method used in this research is a literature study. The data collected will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are: 1) character education is very important to be given by someone from an early age because it can shape the person to grow up with good character; 2) the role of family, school, and society is also very influential in shaping a person's character, because from the environment, people will see and imitate what is taught in the environment. Therefore, it is important to set a good example so that Generation Z can grow up with good morals and ethics.

This research aims to investigate the impact of Ta'lim Muta'allim book learning strategies on the character formation of Islamic students in boarding schools. Boarding schools play a significant role in character education and the promotion of Islamic values among their students. The Ta'lim Muta'allim book, as a classical text commonly used in boarding schools, is considered to have significant potential in shaping the character of students. The research employed a qualitative case study approach at Al-Ihsan Boarding School, located in Central Java, Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research participants included students and instructors at the boarding school. The findings of the research indicate that the utilization of learning strategies centered around the Ta'lim Muta'allim book significantly contributes to character formation among the students. Students engaged in deep and reflective learning about the contents of the Ta'lim Muta'allim book displayed a substantial improvement in their understanding of Islamic values, ethics, and morality. Furthermore, these learning strategies also played a role in fostering discipline, patience, and perseverance among the students. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of incorporating the Ta'lim Muta'allim book into the boarding school curriculum and employing appropriate learning strategies to achieve character development objectives. These findings can serve as a guide for other boarding schools in their efforts to enhance character education effectiveness in the face of evolving contemporary challenges.

This research aims to determine foreign currency transactions that occur at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk in its financial reports is because countries have different currency values. Foreign currency transactions at this company involve the sale and purchase of currency to support business needs and control company risks. The data collection technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the discussion stated that, PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk noted that foreign currency transactions occur due to import-export, foreign funding and foreign investment. Foreign currency transactions are important in company risk management as a source of good financial strategy.

In this research, the author analyzes and interprets text from the Bible 2 Kings 4:42-44. This book tells about the history of the reign of several Kings in the Kingdom of Israel and the Kingdom of Judah, especially in this verse which focuses on the Miracle performed by the Prophet Elisha on one hundred people through God's blessing. Teaching in Christianity teaches the values of compassion, social care, and service to others. Through a qualitative approach, this paper explores how Christian values such as responsibility, love and kindness can be applied in feeding efforts involving large numbers of people. The results of this paper highlight the important role of Christian teachings in shaping food programs, both in supporting communities in need and managing food programs that are in accordance with Christian religious values and relevant to current social dynamics.

The Karang Taruna Organization (KARTAR) in Jati Sidoarjo Village, especially KARTAR RW 01, has become a significant entity in community development and empowerment efforts. With various work programs and activities, KARTAR RW 01 has succeeded in making positive contributions that have had an impact on revitalizing the spirit of youth participation. Through purchasing glass drinks when someone dies, environmental activities, and security monitoring by providing CCTV, KARTAR RW 01 is able to create a better community environment. The impact of this participation can be seen in easing the economic burden on the community, increasing environmental security, and reviving the spirit of participation of young people who were previously less involved in community activities. Regulatory support, such as Youth Law no. 40 of 2009 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 114 of 2014, strengthen the role of KARTAR RW 01 in youth empowerment. As an awareness agent, this organization not only participates in physical activities but is also involved in increasing the awareness and sensitivity of the younger generation towards the surrounding environment. The concept of youth participation in development, in line with national ideals and regulations governing youth empowerment, is reflected in the practices of KARTAR RW 01. This organization is not only an implementer, but also a pioneer of these values ​​in every activity. Thus, youth participation in KARTAR RW 01 is not only fulfilling social responsibility, but also becoming a real means of achieving national goals in developing an inclusive, just and sustainable society.

Pancasila as a national ideology implies a religious view of the nation, which upholds the values of God Almighty. This is as determined in the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which is stated in Article 29 A paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution as a result of the amendment of Chapter XI which states that "The state is based on the Almighty God" so that religious legitimacy is still needed in various aspects of the life of the nation and state, so that it cannot be separated from the Theory of Theocracy which states that the supreme power in a country is God's power which means, no one has supreme power in a country, apart from God. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyse carefully the practice of the nation and state based on divinity in Indonesia in relation to the theory of the formation of theocratic states. The legal research method used is normative juridical legal research method by conducting research on library materials and using statute approach. The result of the research is that the practice of religious life should strengthen and strengthen unity, integrity, and national resilience with Pancasila as the state philosophy and ideology of the nation as a determinant of national integration, a source of ethics for state administration, and continue to clarify and reinforce the role of religion as a state direction in the nation and state.

This research aims to determine the effect of minimum wages and labor force participation on open unemployment in East Java Province 2018-2022. The dense population makes Indonesia face economic problems such as open unemployment. This happens because the number of job seekers is not balanced with the number of jobs available. The level of open unemployment occurs in every region, especially in East Java Province. Based on BPS data for the 2018-2022 period, East Java Province experienced an increase in open unemployment in 2020 with a percentage of 5.84%. The research method used uses a quantitative descriptive model approach with combined data between time series and cross-sections. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple regression test method, panel data model which is processed using SPSS version 26. The data collection technique is taken from secondary data from BPS East Java Province in 38 regions. The research results show that the influence of minimum wage instruments and labor force participation on open unemployment in East Java Province can be seen from the statistical probability values of the t test and f test. The results of the t test showed that the minimum wage instrument (X1) had a significant effect on the open unemployment rate (Y) in East Java Province. Meanwhile, the labor force participation instrument (X2) does not show a significant influence on the open unemployment rate (Y) in East Java Province. Meanwhile, the results of the f test research show that the two instruments (X1 and X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on the open unemployment rate (Y) in East Java Province.

The church is faced with an urgent responsibility to address the environmental crisis by building awareness of eco-tourism. By promoting eco-tourism as a tool to preserve nature and support sustainable development, the church not only provides theological understanding but also acts as a real agent of change in supporting environmental conservation efforts. A literature review of environmental ecology theory, eco-tourism theory, and Christian religious views provides a foundation for understanding human behavior towards nature. This research, using a descriptive qualitative method, combines literature analysis with the author's field experience to formulate a theoretical proposal. The church is considered to have a crucial responsibility in protecting the environment and building eco-tourism by supporting environmental programs, collaborating with NGOs, providing environmental education through worship, playing an active role in commemorating environmental days, and taking concrete steps in the development of sustainable eco-tourism. Conclusions highlight three concepts of the human view of the environment, with humans together with nature approaching the values of Christian eco-theology, while suggestions include church support on government environmental programs and close cooperation with NGOs to raise the environmental awareness of its members.  

The utilization of cassava in cake production has become a significant innovation in addressing economic challenges in Batuhoring Village, Batang Toru Subdistrict. Cassava, as an abundant crop in the area, offers significant economic potential. This research explores the potential of cassava in cake production, identifies challenges in management, and formulates promotional and marketing strategies for cassava-based cake products. The results indicate that cassava has a stable raw material availability, high nutritional value, and a variety of processed cake products. Challenges involve the complexity of management and the need for strong marketing. Marketing strategies involve social media and exhibitions, emphasizing competitive pricing and understanding consumer targets. The utilization of cassava in cake production is expected to increase community economic income, support the agricultural sector, and create blessings through biblical values of hard work, sharing, and wise natural resource management.

The aim of this research is to describe and determine the social values ​​contained in the short story collection Surat untuk Bapak by Nidhom Khoeron. This research uses two approaches, namely a qualitative descriptive approach and literary sociology. The data collection technique used in this research is listening and taking notes. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative. This research data presentation technique uses informal techniques. The results of the research show that there is social value in the short story collection Surat untuk Bapak by Nidhom Khoeron. There are three types of social values, namely compassion, responsibility and harmony of life. The first is the form of the Social Value of Love which includes Devotion, Help, Caring, Kinship and Loyalty. The two forms of Social Responsibility Values ​​include the values ​​of a sense of belonging, Discipline and Empathy. The three forms of social values ​​are harmony of life which include justice, tolerance and cooperation, democracy.
