A gift is a present made voluntarily by someone to another person without compensation or expecting anything in return except to get closer to Allah SWT, which results in the transfer of ownership from the giver to the person given. Giving gifts is a natural thing in deposits in Islamic financial institutions that use the wadi>`ah yad d}ama>nah contract. Therefore, this study analyzes the giving of prizes to Simjakasya products with prizes at the beginning based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012 concerning Prizes in Fundraising for Islamic Financial Institutions at BMT NU Ngasem, East Java. This research is a type of field research using qualitative methods. The data sources used are ptimer data sources and secondary data sources. Islam Nusantara is a model of thought, understanding and practice of Islamic teachings packaged through considerations of culture or traditions that developed in the Southeast Asian region (but this study is limited to Indonesia), thus reflecting a methodological nuanced Islamic identity. When this identity was disseminated among Muslims, especially its thinkers, it was responded with controversial responses: some rejected the Islamic Nusantara identity because there was only one Islam, namely Islam taught by the Prophet. On the other hand, many Islamic thinkers who accept Islamic identity cannot be separated from that, Islam Nusantara is a part of acculturation as a carrier of Islamic teachings through the acculturation of existing cultures so that Islam Nusantara is present, none other than to broadcast the Islamic religion through peace between culture and religion.

Muslims who manipulate Islam as Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin in daily behavior are also able to dismiss the assumption that Islam is synonymous with violence, radicalism and terrorism. The truth is indisputable because wherever there is violence, terrorism, radicalism symbolized by bomb explosions, it can be ascertained that the perpetrators use Islamic shimbols such as wearing Muslim clothes or Muslim women. Human resource management (HRM) is an important component in any organization or business. The effectiveness of HR management will have an impact on  the company's performance and output. In an Islamic perspective, effective HR management should be built on ideas that uphold Islamic ideals. Allah Almighty has given responsibility to man to manage human resources as effectively as possible. This is related to the idea of trust, which states that everyone is responsible for the property that Allah Almighty has entrusted to him. Man is assigned to use human resources as efficiently as possible by Allah SWT. This relates to the concept of amanah, which states that each individual is responsible for the material possessions that Allah Almighty has given them. Therefore, it is very important to apply justice and kindness in managing human resources. The list of books and articles in this review does not provide a comprehensive picture. Although these restrictions are sufficiently mitigated by the selection of different authors and publications, the results may be improved by a more thorough study. In many types of conflict, including war, religion has been shown to be a motivating factor in demonstrating human commitment and devotion. Knowing how religion functions in business can help develop the potential of HRM. A brief review of Islam's place in business, particularly in HRM, has the potential to have a significant impact.

Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on the philosophy of Islamic education reflect his valuable contribution in understanding the role of education in the formation and advancement of civilization. In his famous work, "Muqaddimah," Ibn Khaldun expresses a rich and relevant view of education in the Islamic context. Ibn Khaldun considers education as an important element in the formation of individual character and civilization. For him, Islamic education must include moral, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. Ibnu Khaldun argues that early education has a central role in forming the foundation of social life, and emphasizes the importance of providing good education to children from an early age. Apart from early education, Ibn Khaldun also recognized the importance of formal education in forming educated individuals. He recognized the value of knowledge and expertise in community development, and suggested that educational institutions such as madrasas and universities should provide knowledge that is scientific and skill-based. However, Ibn Khaldun also stressed the importance of experiential education in Islamic thought and understanding. He emphasizes that direct experience in social and political interactions brings a deeper understanding of the dynamics of society. According to him, this experience enables individuals to gain wisdom and contextual understanding which is crucial in understanding and applying Islamic teachings in everyday life. In his thoughts, Ibn Khaldun made education a means to achieve social justice and progress of civilization. He recognized the importance of acquiring knowledge and skills, but also emphasized the need for solid moral and spiritual education. For him, Islamic education must combine religious teachings with scientific understanding and practical experience to create individuals who are committed to the good and benefit of humanity.

Al-Quran is the word of Allah SWT in the form of miracles revealed by Him to humans. Through Gabriel with the intermediary of the last Messenger, Muhammad has the main function as a guide for humans as psychophysical beings who are worth worship. Among the features of the Al-Quran is that it is a book that is explained and easy to memorize. The Al-Quran is the main source in Islam and is a life guide for every Muslim, the Al-Quran does not only contain instructions about the relationship between humans and Allah, but also humans and humans. Like miserly, the Koran presents about miserly, miserly should not exist, because it damages human relations. This study aims to find the meaning of miserliness, by avoiding it in order to reach Allah's blessing. In the Indonesian dictionary, the word bakhil is miserly, lokek, and stingy. One of the liver disease is miserly. Miserliness ( miserly ) is a disease of the heart and a despicable mental attitude . Stingy is also stingy in using his wealth, even stinginess can be towards himself, especially towards other people. This miserly disease often afflicts people who strive in the way of Allah and is the cause of the suffering of Muslims today and this trait is a disease that must be cured. It is one of the bad and reprehensible qualities in all religious views. Miserliness and greed accompanied by a tendency to hoard as much wealth as possible can violate the values of community life, cultured human life. In the Al-Quran there are messages and suggestions to pay attention to one another and be concerned for others, especially for those who are less fortunate. Stinginess and reluctance to share with others, especially those in need have a negative impact. Neither to oneself nor to others, so that there are many verses in the Koran that instruct sharing and charity, as well as the prohibition of being stingy. These various realities show that miser or miserly is an interesting issue to discuss because, firstly, its existence is quite complex and difficult to overcome. Second, there is a paradox, where on the one hand the social escalation of regiusitas is increasing, but on the other hand miser is still attached.
