The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of teachers' interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects for class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive inferential approach. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 190 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 32 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of teacher interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test The positive relationship obtained is rxy = 0.593 > rtable(a=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.037 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="21","28"+0.58X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 16.28 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The index card match method is the delivery of material by using game cards to match cards that have been cut and contain a grid or short words according to the subject matter. Through Index Card Match, students are directed to understand and know the messages contained in the learning material. This study aims the use of application of the index card match method to improve the English vocabulary of seventh-grade students at MTs Ma'arif Karangasem. In this study, the researcher used qualitative research, there are primary and secondary data, primary data was obtained through interviews and field observations at the research site, while secondary data was obtained through file documents from MTs Ma'arif Karangasem. Based on data shows the improvement in students' language through the index card method used and their enthusiasm for learning, this can be seen through the language used by class VII students, namely 50% Indonesian and 50% English used.

This study aims to explain and prove the hypothesis about whether there is an influence of store atmosphere, price perceptions, and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Pamenang Pagu Kediri Supermarkets. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with sampling techniques, namely Nonprobability Sampling with the accidental method with a total population of 300 respondents and a sample of 75 respondents who are consumers at Pamenang supermarkets. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial) F test (simultaneous), and the determinant coefficient (R2) which is processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The conclusions of this study that partially store atmosphere has no significant effect on purchasing decisions obtained a significant value of 0.206> 0.05. Perceived price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Product completeness partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant t value obtained for 0021 <0.05. Store atmosphere, price perception, and product completeness simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

Reward and punishment are two different things, but they are very important and interrelated because they have a role in making employees improve the quality of work and be more responsible for the tasks assigned. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Directorate General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health. The population used was 250 employees. The sampling method in this study with random sampling technique using the slovin formula to 154 respondents. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents using Likert scale measurements. The data analysis technique in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression equation test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that reward and punishment have a positive effect on employee performance at Kementerian Pertanian Direktorat Jenderal Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of product, price, location, promotion and word of mouth on sales volume at Attahira Fashion Tulungagung. This research uses a quantitative method with a Non Probability Sampling sampling technique with an accidental sampling method with a sample size of 60 people. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) as well as the determinant coefficient (R2) which was processed using the SPSS version 25 program. Conclusions were obtained from the research results. that partially the product has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, a significant t value of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained. Price partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.044 < 0.05. Location partially has no effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.460 < 0.05. Promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Word of mouth partially has no effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.437 < 0.05. Product, price, location, promotion and word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at Attahira Fashion Tulungagung by looking at the significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The research method used is quantitative method. The population is all grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung totaling 179 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the Purposive Sample technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 48 items, namely 20 items for variable X and 28 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence of inquiry learning strategies on learning interest in the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Ethics grade IX SMP N 2 Tarutung Learning Year 2022/2023: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.609 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 4.211 > ttable(=0.05,dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="20.49"+1.11X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 37.1%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcalculate > Ftable=(=0.05,dk numerator k=14,dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) which is 17.69 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of learning videos on conscience material: choosing the right on student learning outcomes in Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects in class VII SMP N 4 Pahae Julu. The research hypothesis is: "There is a positive and significant influence of learning videos on the material of conscience: choosing the right on PAK and Characteristics learning outcomes in class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Pahae Julu, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year." The population is all students in class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Pahae Julu, totaling 110 people. The research sample was determined purposively, namely 36 students in class VII B as the experimental class who used video and class VII A, totaling 39 people as the control class who did not use video. The research approach uses a true experimental design method (experiment) with a post-test only control group design. The instrument used in this research was a test with 25 questions. Research data for the test questions were analyzed using the Pooled Variance t test formula. From the calculation results, the value of tcount = 6.483 > ttable(α=5%) = 2.000. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence of learning videos on the material of conscience: choosing the right one on PAK and Characteristics learning outcomes in class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Pahae Julu, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The difference in PAK and Characteristics learning outcomes in class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Pahae Julu, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year is known from the average Christian Religious Education learning outcomes for students using learning videos on conscience material: choosing the correct one is 0,79 is higher than the average PAK and Characteristics learning outcomes for students who do not use learning videos on conscience material: choosing the right one, namely 0.67.

The problems in this research are: 1) what are the variations in teaching of Christian Religious Education teachers in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Harian T.A 2023/2024, 2) what is the learning motivation of class VIII students in the Christian Religious Education subject at SMP Negeri 2 Harian T.A 2023/ 2024, 3) Is there a positive and significant relationship between variations in teacher teaching and the learning motivation of class VIII students in the Christian Religious Education subject at SMP Negeri 2 Harian T.A 2023/2024?. The aims of this research are 1) to determine the variations in teaching of Christian Religious Education teachers in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Harian T.A 2023/2024, 2) to determine the learning motivation of class VIII students in the Christian Religious Education subject at SMP Negeri 2 Harian T.A 2023/2024 , 3) to determine the relationship between teacher teaching variations and the learning motivation of class VIII students in the Christian Religious Education subject at SMP Negeri 2 Harian T.A 2023/2024. This research includes correlational research. The population in this study was all 30 students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Harian. Data collection in this research was carried out using a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the product moment correlation formula and t-test. a) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.595 rtable (a=0.05; IK=95%; n=30) namely 0.361, thus a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) a significant relationship test was obtained The value of tcount > ttable is 3.918 > 2.048, thus it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between variable Christian Religious Education at SMP Negeri 2 Harian FY 2023/2024. acceptable.

The background in this study is the importance of self-confidence and self-adjustment for new class students in class X SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. The population in this study were students of class X at SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in the study amounted to 60 students. Retrieval of data using a scale of self-confidence and self-adjustment of students. Data analysis technique using rxy product moment. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence and self-adjustment in class X SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. This is shown from the statistical results using the Pearson product moment correlation test to obtain results of (r) = 0.3254 rcount ≥ rtable or 0.3254 ≥ 0.254 when matched with the interpretation table showing that there is a relationship between self-confidence and self-adjustment the strong one. The contribution of the self-confidence variable makes a significant contribution to self-adjustment, namely 302.54% and the rest is determined by other variables. While the significance value of 3.017 is greater than the ttable of 1.67155 indicating a significant relationship between self-confidence and self-adjustment. Thus it shows that there is a relationship between the self-confidence variable and the self-adjustment of class X students of SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. Suggestions for students should have good self-confidence and self-adjustment in order to achieve optimistic and maximum results.

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year. Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 152 people. Random sampling (random sampling) was 35% of the total population, namely 53 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.501>rtabel(n=53)=0.297 and tcount=4.134>ttable(n-2=51)=2.000 shows that there is a relationship between the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning and interest studying class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test shows that the magnitude of the effect is 25.10%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=16.794>Ftable(n-2=51)=3.15 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year.

The purpose of this study was to determine students' interest in learning in Christian Religious Education subjects in class X SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar in the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative research method with inferential statistical approach. The population is all class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar in the 2023/2024 academic year totaling 109 people and a sample of 40 people was determined, namely class X TBSM using Purposive Sampling technique. Data were collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 30 items. The results of data analysis show that student interest in learning Christian Religious Education subjects in class X SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar in the 2022/2023 academic year is 64.06% and with an average of 2.56 < 2.60 is in the unfavorable category. This data is corroborated by conducting a t test (significance) where the tcount < ttable (α = 0.05; dk = n-2 = 38) is -0.045 < 1.684. Thus Ha is rejected and H0: Analysis of Factors Causing Low Student Learning Interest in Christian Religious Education Subjects in Class X SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar in the 2023/2024 Academic Year < 2.60 of the expected is accepted.

The research aims to determine the positive influence of PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of students in class XI of the Soposurung Balige Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of students in class. Quantitative research methods. The population of all class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 57 people. This research is population research. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: 1) regression equation. 2) The determination test revealed that the influence was 41.34%. 3) Testing the hypothesis obtained tcount=6.168>ttable=2.000, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year.

The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model on the learning motivation for Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class V students at SD Negeri 3 Pasar Pangururan for the 2023/2024 academic year. Quantitative and descriptive research methods. The population of all class V students at SD Negeri 3 Pasar Pangururan for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 62 people. This research is population research. The research instrument is a closed number. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of PAK Teachers' Professional Competence on the Learning Interest of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used is quantitative with descriptive statistics with a population of all grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year totaling 65 people and set the sample to be total so that it is a population study. Data was collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 40 items.  The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of PAK Teacher Professional Competence on the Learning Interest of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the relationship between variable X and variable Y obtained the value rxy = 0.776 > rtabel(=0.05; IK=95%; n = 65) = 0.244 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 18.917 + 0.738X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 60.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the r test obtained by calculating > rtable, which is 0.776 > 0.244. Thus, the hypothesis put forward in this study can be accepted, namely that there is an influence of PAK Teacher Professional Competence on the Learning Interest of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The implication of the research results is that if to increase students' interest in learning, PAK teachers must improve their professionalism.

The research method is quantitative descriptive inferential. The population is all class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Mastery Learning learning model on interest in studying Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of Class the positive value obtained is rxy = 0.594 > rtable(a=0.05,n=36) = 0.329. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 4.307 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=34)= 1.691. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="14","69"+0.81X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.3%. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
