The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between recruitment, training and career development on employee performance at CV. New Source. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire in obtaining data from respondents, totaling 39 employees, and the entire population is used as a sample. Statistical analysis method using SPSS V.24 software. Tests in this study used validity, reliability, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that recruitment, training and career development simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Partially, the recruitment variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Training, Work Discipline and Competency on Performance through Job Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique used in this research is filling out a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to 120 respondents or employees. Analysis tools use Partial Least Square Software (Smartpls 4.0). The calculation results show that: (1) the training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The psychological and emotional state that a person feels in relation to their job is called job satisfaction. It indicates how satisfied, happy, and content a person is with their work environment. Positive feelings about the job itself, the work environment, relationships with coworkers, pay, promotions, recognition, and other elements of the job can be part of job satisfaction.    The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method which requires identifying and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine employee job satisfaction that occurs at PT Digivla Indonesia.      The results of pre-research data on 20 employees show that 30% of employees are not satisfied with their jobs and 50% are satisfied with their jobs at PT.Digivla Indonesia. The results of the interview show that job satisfaction affects employee performance, this is supported by the Company's efforts to increase job satisfaction and a supportive environment is one of the factors in employee job satisfaction.

The problem phenomenon that the author examines is related to the transition of BP-PAUD dikmas which was transferred to the Mobilizing Teachers Center on the issue of budget management human resources, which is still not effective because the Mobilizing Teachers Center handles all levels of schools, including Kindergarten/PAUD, Elementary, Middle School, High School, Vocational School and SLB, whereas Previously, BP-PAUD Dikmas handled only one level, namely TK/PAUD. This research aims to find out how accountable financial management is at the North Maluku Province Teacher Mobilization Center. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research show that the North Maluku Province's financial accountability center is effective, efficient and accountable because the budget implementation process is transparent and accountable in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. And the achievements of the program / activity in accordance with the program/activity implementation plan and budget of the North Maluku Provincial Mobilization Teacher Center and the Performance Agreement of the Head of the North Maluku Provincial Mobilization Teacher Center

In this mini service project, the focus partner is a private university, namely Nurul Jadid University. The problem faced by partners is that the process of controlling the production equipment used at Nurul Jadid University is still manual, causing less than optimal efficiency and a fairly high error rate. The form of service that will be carried out is by implementing an Automatic Switch Control system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology at Nurul Jadid University. This system will replace manual processes with automation methods that can monitor the condition of production equipment and control it in real time. The proposed solution will involve installing sensors connected to an IoT (Internet Of Things) network on each production equipment. Data from these sensors will be sent to the control center which will control the Automatic Switch to regulate and monitor equipment performance in real-time.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and perceptions of organizational support on employee performance with employee engagement and proactive work behavior as intervention variables in DP3AP2KB Central Java Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive which describes the condition of the facts with the data collected from a questionnaire based on direct observation of the Central Java Province DP3AP2KB. The population in the study included all DP3AP2KB Central Java Province workers, totaling 101 workers and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS Version 24, and it was found that locus of control had the strongest influence on improving employee performance. Perceived organizational support will also improve employee performance through proactive behavior of employees, because perceived organizational support is found to be unable to directly influence employee performance.

The progress of Islamic banking in Indonesia led to the merger of three Islamic banks, namely Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank BRI Syariah became PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia. Financial performance is expected to improve compared to before, indicating the success of the merger. This study aims to determine the difference in financial performance using a comparative analysis of the profitability ratio of state-owned Islamic banks before the merger in 2019-2020 and after merging into PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. for 2021-2022 by measuring the level of ROA, ROE, and BOPO ratios in each bank. Data collection is used using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using paired T-tests to determine there were significant differences before and after the merger. The results showed that there was a significant increase in each ratio after the merger. This indicates that there is an increase in financial performance after the merger.

This study aims to determine the budget as one of the performance control tools at the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of North Sumatra Province, Medan City. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. The source of data used in this study is secondary data, in the form of Regional Budget Realization Reports. The analysis method used is a comparative descriptive analysis method, namely by comparing the budget with realization in various sources of financing using variance analysis. The results showed that there were irregularities in excess funds of 68.41%, 69.96%, 99.20%, and 32.52% in the budget of BPKAD Medan City for 2022. The conclusion from the analysis and realization of expenditures is that in the 2022 fiscal year, the BPKAD Medan City experienced deviations. Where deviations occur due to the budget that is not absorbed in the budget and expenditure realization. Performance control at the Medan City BPKAD for 2022 is considered good because the budget is greater than the realization in terms of budget variance and expenditure realization variance.

This study aims to examine the Influence of Accountability, Transparency, and Human Resource Quality on Employee Performance (A Study in the Villages of Langsa Lama Sub-District, Langsa City). The sample selection in this research utilized purposive sampling, with a total of 75 respondents. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The obtained data were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The analytical methods employed in this study included validity testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results indicate that accountability significantly influences employee performance, as evidenced by the t-sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Transparency does not have a significant impact on employee performance, with a t-sig value of 0.130 > 0.05. Human Resource Quality significantly affects employee performance, as indicated by the t-sig value of 0.007 < 0.05. Simultaneously, accountability, transparency, and human resource quality collectively have a significant influence on employee performance, as demonstrated by the results of the F-test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The low performance produced by employees in carrying out their duties and work is thought to be related to the leadership style applied at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. These factors are variables that need to be studied in this research so that the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries in Soppeng Regency can be determined. The aim of this research is: To determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency, which is located on Jalan Salotungo Watansoppeng, Lalabta Rilau Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. So the samples in this study were all 24 employees of the Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. To determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. The suggestions given by researchers to the Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service, are to maintain and improve the leadership style currently applied so that the performance of Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service employees.

Based on the phenomenon that occurred at the Congko Village office, it appears that the performance of village officials has not been optimal, this can be seen from the fact that there are still village officials who do not comply with the applicable rules and regulations, apart from that there are village officials who are indifferent to the tasks given to them. This caused the community to complain about the services provided by village officials at the Congko Village Office. The formulation of the problem in this research is Does leadership style influence the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency, while the aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Congko Village office, which is located in Congko Village, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The sample was determined using the Census or Saturated Sampling Technique, that is, the total population can be used as the sample size in this research, so that the sample in this research is all Village Officials Congko numbered 13 people. To determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of village officials, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has an influence on the performance of village officials at the Congko Village Office, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The suggestions given by researchers to the Congko Village Government are to maintain and improve the leadership style currently applied so that war performance in Congko Village can improve.

KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is one of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah branch offices located in Tambakromo district, Pati district. The aim of this research is to find out whether the variables of service quality and employee performance affect the satisfaction of members of the KPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch. The method used is associative because it aims to determine the cause and effect of two or more variables. The sample was obtained from 100 respondents, savings members of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah, Tambakromo Branch. The questionnaire method is the sampling technique used. Data is processed using reliability tests, validity, multiple liner regression tests, simultaneous tests. From the results of statistical tests there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of service quality and employee performance on KSPPS member satisfaction. Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is proven by an Fcount value of 133,016 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, because Fcount is greater than Ftable which is 2.36. So it can be decided that the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant influence and simultaneous between service quality and employee performance on member satisfaction of KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch.

One tactic to achieve the goals this country seeks is economic growth. Economic development performance is measured based on a number of factors, including population growth, per capita income, unemployment, poverty level and balance of payments. However, in reality, this progress has not provided the best results because the community is still not the main beneficiary. Ultimately, all parties must rethink appropriate development plans to implement in our country considering the increasing rates of unemployment and poverty that are currently occurring. so that neglected communities no longer exist. Experts in the fields of economics, society and politics are starting to study how to achieve effective development without being plagued by unemployment and poverty. The interesting aspect of these studies actually comes from Muslim economists and thinkers. They present new options along with the development of new theories about Islamic economics. Adherents of sharia economics which are based on Islamic sharia principles are expected to behave professionally and demonstrate neatness, honesty, orderliness and regularity in their processes. This article aims to investigate how an Islamic economic perspective on development can address the problems of poverty, unemployment and equality, starting with the arguments given above.

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of production unit employees at the company PT. Semen Tonasa District. Pangkep. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 75 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using a saturated sample. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of work motivation and work discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables as proven based on simultaneous test results with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the work motivation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the work discipline variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

This research aims to determine the influence of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Parepare. The sample in this study was 86 people, namely all employees at PT. Telkom Access. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from distribution via questionnaires. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between the variables Teamwork (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) as proven through analysis of the T test and f test, where variable X has t count > t table (X1) 3.596 > 1.663 and (X2) 3.140 > 1.663. The results of this research also show that the calculated f value > table f (0.002 < 0.5). And R square is 0.541%.

Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. The aim of this research is to understand the role of human resource development in improving staff performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative, namely data collection through observation and consultation with PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. The research results show that human resource development has a positive and clear impact on employee productivity.

The research purposed to increase students motivation and used variation of teaching methods teachers in the delivery materials of students. It causes problems faced today, teachers spend too much time in front of classroom without give a chance students to explore new things besides in the class. Another programs is the low critical thinking ability of students which can be seen from the questions and students answer during the learning process. This is accordance with the results shown by Program for International Study Assesment (PISA) in 2015, Indonesia position as one the lowest ranked in quality, Education is ranked 62nd out of 70. Inquiry learning model is one of the way solves this problem. From the facts obtained, the writters tried to provide solutions of these problem is the right to do the development of teaching inquiry learning model. The design of this study using basic research. By using the inquiry learning model, the things obtained is inquiry training requires insvetigative activities, either observation or experiment, which or part of scientific performance. Inquiry involves process skill based on a scientific atittude so that activity can help students to gain a deeper understanding of the environment.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of performance benefits and interpersonal communication on employee performance with career satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Batang Regency, totaling 114 employees. The number of samples taken in this study were all members of the population using the census method. The data processed after distributing the questionnaires were 101 bundles. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowances, the higher career satisfaction. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication, the higher the career satisfaction. Career satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher career satisfaction, the better employee performance. Performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowance, the higher the employee performance. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication is carried out, the better the employee performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test found that career satisfaction can mediate the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. Career satisfaction can mediate the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance.

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether career development and discipline moderated by rewards have an effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were literature and questionnaires. The results of this research are that career development has no effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, career development and discipline simultaneously influence employee performance through rewards.

This study aims to determine the effect of office facilities and work motivation on the performance of village officials in Sumay District, Tebo Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods obtained from primary and secondary data, the population in this study were village officials in Kec. Sumay, Tebo Regency. The sample in this study used a simple experimental technique in small numbers to determine the effect of office facilities and work motivation on the performance of village officials in Sumay District, Tebo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the office facilities variable has an influence on the performance of village officials with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.005, then the work motivation variable also has an influence on the performance of village officials with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.005.
