In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation that mothers breastfeed for a minimum of 6 months has not been achieved, this is because the psychological condition of mothers after giving birth often experiences disturbances, which will affect breast milk production. This problem can occur due to the transition period to becoming a parent, the anxiety felt during post partum can be one of the factors influencing breast milk production. The aim of this service is to This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about psychological adaptation in breastfeeding mothers and how to carry out this psychological adaptation to achieve optimization of the role as a mother at the Jongaya Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 15 people which was held on July 28 2023 at the Jongaya Community Health Center using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during breastfeeding.  

Knowledge sharing is a process in which individuals exchange theirknowledge (implicit and explicit) and they create new knowledge together.Knowledge is an valuable source for organizations that cause to survive incompetitive environment and can be used to achieve competitive advantage.Knowledge can be available to individuals and organizations, therefore,there must exit conditions in the organization that people be able to sharetheir knowledge with other individuals. In such situation, organizationscan improve employees performance and also organizationsperformance.This paper explores the antecedents and consequencesknowledge sharing.This study argued that social interaction ties, shared vision and trustshould be associated with knowledge sharing. Next, theconceptualrelationship between knowledge sharingand individual performance,organizational performance, and organization competitive has beenestablished.

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

Pembelajaran bahasa Asing (Inggris) bagi tenaga pendidik untuk mengajarkan mata pelajaran Science dan Mathematics merupakan wujud dari gagasan bahwa penguasaan kedua mata pelajaran tersebut apabila ditunjang dengan ketrampilan bahasa Inggris maka akan menghasilkan luaran yang lebih bermutu dan poin tersendiri sebab bagi pendidik maupun peserta didik, bahasa Inggris tidak hanya di level social settings namun juga pada tataran academic language proficiency. Sekolah Dasar Djama’atul Ikhwan Program Khusus memiliki keunggulan dalam bidang penggunaan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar dalam pembelajaran Science dan Mathematics. Hal tersebut mempersyaratkan tenaga pendidik mapel tersebut untuk memiliki kompetensi keahlian berbahasa Inggris baik dalam tataran pedagogik maupun linguistik. Namun, implementasi program tersebut belum terlaksana sesuai dengan target sebab tenaga pendidik belum memiliki pengalaman maupun keahlian berbahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar dalam pembelajaran tersebut. Dari penjelasan tersebut, pemateri melaksanakan pengabdian “Workshop English Instructional Language Bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta” yang menyasar pada ketrampilan English Instructional Language para guru. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penguasaan English Instructional Language guru SD Djama’atul Ichwan, dan menentukan model bahan ajar serta metode pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan English Instructional language para guru. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah (1) guru SD Djama’atul Ichwan merasa antusias dan termotivasi untuk mempelajari bahasa bahasa Inggris dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menyampaikan materi berbahasa Inggris; (2) mereka terbuka dalam menyampaikan permasalahan dalam penggunaan bahasa Inggris sehingga pemateri dapat memberikan alternatif solusi; dan (3) terwujudnya sharing ide dan pengalaman dalam berbahasa Inggris baik khususnya academic English proficiency.Kata Kunci: Science dan Mathematics, English Instructional Language, SD Djama’atul Ichwan

Abstract :   The change of paradigm on local government implementation from   centralized government system to decentralized one and the centralization of authority on center government and local one (executive) to power sharing between the executive and local legislative should be followed up by changing of management of local government. The management of local government should have a change of value of which the previous of management executed by internal interest orientation of government organization toward an external one attached by the improvement of service and delegation of a part government service-duty to public one as well, so that the law enforcement authority must be cooperated to realize the justice and welfare of local autonomy era. The use of revenue sharing between depositors mudharabah saving and the bank in the operation of Islamic Banks, has created an agency problem. Regarding with this problem, Banks should provide both financial and non financial information for the depositors mudharabah saving. This research tests again there is gap in the information provided by banks as the provider of information to the depositors as the user of the information. Based on asymmetry information theory, depositors as a party with less information, would demand more information to the banks. However for some reasons, banks might restrict the information provided to the depositors mudharabah savingOne hundred seventy-five customers consists of mudharabah saving account customer, mudharabah investment account customer, wadiah current account customer and financing customer and ninety seven staffs of Islamic banks in Semarang using technical convenience sampling have been surveyed with questionnaire.This research used independent sample t-test in analyzing the expectation gap of the two groups. The result shows that in general, there is no expectation gap between overall customers and Islamic Banks Managers in both financial and non financial disclosure. But there exists expectation gap between mudharabah investment account customer and Islamic Bank Managers in financial and non financial disclosure.
