This study aims to analyze the impact of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 on eco-literacy and green purchase behaviour from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. Climate change and the need for sustainability highlight the importance of eco-literacy in fostering consumer environmental awareness. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings indicate that eco-literacy significantly influences the brand image and green product knowledge. These variables mediate the relationship between eco-literacy and green purchase behaviour. The results emphasize that consumers with higher levels of eco-literacy tend to prefer sustainable brands and environmentally friendly products. From the perspective of maqashid syariah, these findings align with the principles of hifz al-'aql (protection of intellect) and hifz al-maal (protection of wealth).

Islam considers that health is part of Allah's greatest favor. Medically, fasting can cleanse toxins and substances that accumulate in the digestive tract, kidneys, and other organs of the body due to preservatives, dyes, artificial sweeteners, cancer-causing carcinogenic substances, cigarette smoke and others that accumulate over the years. Although our body's mechanisms have the ability to treat themselves, the body's capacity also has its limits. By fasting, the protection of the body's organs can be perfect. The purpose of this research is to inform Muslims that fasting is mandatory for us to carry it out. In the Qur'an, surah al-Baqarah 2:183. Allah SWT said, "O you who believe, it is obligatory to fast on you, it is obligatory to those before you, so that you may fear Allah". Fasting is one of the pillars of Islam that must be done by every Muslim who is mukalaf (who has reached puberty and has intellect) and who is not in hindrance (uzur). The type of research used is from various literature and the development of various references. The method used is analysis. The data of this study was obtained by collecting data related to the journal theme, then grouping, sorting, and deleting unnecessary data. Next is to present and conclude from various data collections. The results of this study are described systematically and concretely according to the order of focus that has been previously explained. The first step is to explain what fasting is. The second step is to quote all the sentences that describe the relationship between fasting and health according to leading experts.

Education cannot be achieved without a definite direction that has been previously determined. Hadith as the second source of law in Islamic law has established standard guidelines on philosophical and incidental goals for humans to be able to achieve the highest degree of identity before Allah SWT. With the library research method. This study attempts to examine the goals of Islamic education according to the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet SAW.,. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the goals of Islamic education consist of 2 basic things, namely philosophical goals; so that humans can better recognize their true identity, in other words so that they are truly able to become caliphs on earth and incidental goals; to be able to increase motor, emotional, intellectual and spiritual intelligence which is marked by physical and spiritual maturity.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Intellectual Capita, Good Corporate Governance, Accounting Conservatism on finance with company size as a moderating variable in companies registered on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 2018-2022. Data used is quantitative source secondary data company financial reports for 2018-2022. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained were that Intellectual capital and accounting conservatism had a significant effect on ROA in companies listed on (JII) 2018-2020, while good corporate governance had no significant effect on ROA in companies listed on (JII) 2018-2020. Intellectual capital has a significant effect on ROA with company size as a mediating variable in companies listed (JII) 2018-2020. Meanwhile, good corporate governance and accounting conservatism do not have a significant effect on ROA with company size as a mediating variable in companies listed (JII) for 2018-2020.

The purpose and the research conducted is to the investigate and impact of GIC on the market capitalization of each company mentioned in the Indonesian of Stock Exchanges from 2018 to 2022. GIC includes GHC, GSC, and GRC as independent variables. The research data’s derive to from companies of the annual reports mentioned in the Indonesian Stock Exchanges for the specified period. A targeted on sampling methods was the used, which led to at sample of 25 companies. The results of the simple regression linear tests indicate that GIC has a very significant influence on market capitalization. According to Hypothesis 1 (H1), GHC has a very positive and highly significant influence on market capitalization. Similarly, Hypothesis 2 (H2) suggests that GSC can have a significant positive and the impact to the market capitalization, and Hypothesis 3 (H3) states that GRC has a to positive very impact on market capitalization. In addition, the simple regression linear results also show and that the variables of profitability (ROA) and leverage (DAR) have no impact on market capitalization.

Copyright is a right that provides protection for intellectual works in the fields of literature, writing, science and art. This research discusses the issue of copyright infringement that arises between Ahmad Dhani as the creator and copyright holder of songs belonging to the music group Dewa 19 and the former vocalist of Dewa 19, namely Once Mekel. The problem arose because Once Mekel had sung and performed Dewa 19 songs several times without permission to Ahmad Dhani. Both parties have different points of view regarding the obligation to use the song's copyright. This research aims to analyze copyright violations based on Law Number 28 of 2014 and examine the settlement achieved through mediation between the two parties. This research uses a normative legal approach with case studies. Therefore, singing songs without permission and without paying royalties is a violation of copyright and economic rights. Even though there were differences in interpretation of the provisions of copyright law between the two parties, they were decided through mediation. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide more comprehensive insight regarding the principles of song copyright and legal protection mechanisms in Indonesia.

This research aims to explore the potential of siwalan skewer woven plates as a typical local product of Pragaan Daya Village, Sumenep, and consider the need for Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection for these products. The background of this research is the great potential of local handicraft products that have not been fully utilized and legally protected, so that they are at risk of unauthorized reproduction. The formulation of the problems raised includes the potential cultural and economic value of this product, as well as challenges in the IPR registration process. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews and participatory observation to collect data from artisans and local community leaders. The results of the study show that siwalan skewer woven plates have unique raw materials and traditional woven techniques that are inherited from generation to generation. IPR protection is expected to increase product added value, strengthen local identity, and encourage the economic welfare of the Pragaan Daya community. Support from the government is needed to facilitate the IPR registration process and overcome the obstacles faced by the community in understanding the procedures and registration costs.

This study aims to analyze the alignment of life values contained in Surah Al-Maidah, verse 36, with the objectives of Islamic education. The verse teaches the importance of moral accountability, sincerity in repentance, and spiritual awareness, which can be applied in the learning process to shape students' character. The method used is a qualitative approach with thematic analysis of relevant tafsir and literature related to the research theme. The findings indicate that the values in Surah Al-Maidah, verse 36, are highly relevant to the principles of Islamic education, which emphasize the formation of noble character, social responsibility, and spiritual awareness. The implication of these findings is the importance of integrating these values into the Islamic education curriculum so that education focuses not only on intellectual aspects but also on shaping students' character with good morals and high spiritual awareness.

Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thoughts on contributions to education in Indonesia, with a special emphasis on educational goals and curriculum. According to Ki Hadjar Dewantara, the purpose of education is to develop each person's potential in terms of intellectual, moral, and social aspects. He emphasized the importance of education rooted in culture, principles, and society. The proposed curriculum integrates character development and academic elements as a whole. The results of this study show that education based on the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara can produce a generation that is not only intellectually smart but also possesses high morality and social responsibility. Therefore, it is hoped that education based on the principles of Ki Hadjar Dewantara will contribute to the development of the nation's character and culture.

Human relations are a fundamental aspect of human social life, including in the student sphere. This research explores the role of human relations in creating a harmonious friendship environment on campus. Using Human Relations theory, this study highlights the importance of interpersonal communication, empathy, and conflict management in improving the quality of students' social interactions. A qualitative approach through participatory observation and literature review was used to deeply understand the phenomenon. The results showed that positive relationships between students can increase security, happiness, and productivity, as well as promote intellectual and emotional development. Conversely, poorly managed conflict can have a negative impact on academic performance and mental health.

This community service is themed "Counseling and Early Detection of Stunting as an Effort to Prevent Stunting in Toddlers". The purpose of this community service is expected that mothers who have babies can learn about Early Detection of Stunting as an Effort to Prevent Stunting in Toddlers. Stunting is a major public health problem related to nutrition globally, especially in most developing countries including Indonesia. The prevalence of stunted toddlers in Indonesia reaches 21.6% with 16 provinces still below the average stunting rate in Indonesia, one of which is Aceh at 31.2%. Stunting creates obstacles in the formation, growth and development of organs in the short term which can cause death, morbidity or disability. Furthermore, in the long term, stunting has a negative impact on the size of a person's body as an adult, intellectual ability, economic productivity, reproductive ability, diseases related to metabolism and blood vessels. Toddlers with stunting have a fourfold risk of experiencing respiratory tract infections. This community service will be carried out offline and integrated into the Neonatal Care for Babies, Toddlers and Children course. The target of this service is: Mothers who have babies and toddlers. The expected output from the implementation of this community service is the publication of scientific journals. The implementation of this activity is planned in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and the final stage. The preparation stage includes a series of activities from problem assessment and preparation of proposals. The implementation stage of the activity is to provide Health Education related to early detection of stunting. The preparation stage is carried out by preparing a report based on the activities that have been carried out.

This research examines the role of revelation as the main source of truth in Islamic education and the challenges of its implementation in the modern era. Revelation, which consists of the Qur'an and Sunnah, provides fundamental guidance for the formation of moral values, ethics, and the main goal of Islamic education, namely to produce people who not only have intellectual intelligence, but also have noble character. However, along with the rapid development of science and technology, the application of revealed values ​​in education faces various challenges. Globalization, popular culture, and materialistic orientation in modern education often conflict with the principles of revelation, so new approaches that are relevant and adaptive are needed. Through critical studies, this research highlights the importance of integrating revealed values ​​with modern science as well as learning methods based on real practice, in order to strengthen Islamic identity amidst the challenges of the times. The results of this study show that Islamic education can remain relevant if it is able to combine the essence of revelation as a guide to truth with modern approaches, thereby forming a generation that is intelligent, has morals, and is able to face global challenges wisely.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of the curriculum of Islamic universities in Indonesia in ensuring the readiness of students to enter the workforce, by reviewing the role of Islamic religious education in improving intellectual competence. Through a literature study approach, this study identifies the challenges and opportunities faced by Islamic universities in integrating religious values ​​with the intellectual and professional needs of students. The main focus of this study is the effectiveness of the curriculum in balancing theoretical aspects of religion and practical skills needed in the workplace. This study found that the curriculum of Islamic universities in Indonesia has attempted to adopt an integrative approach that combines religious education with the development of soft skills and hard skills that are relevant to professional careers. However, there are still some weaknesses in the implementation, such as the lack of curriculum adjustment to the dynamics of the labor market, as well as the imbalance between religious education and practical skills. The results of this study indicate that Islamic religious education has an important role in shaping the character and professional ethics of students, which are the main capital in entering the workforce. Therefore, increasing the efficiency of the curriculum through collaboration between academics, industry practitioners, and policy makers is needed to ensure that students' intellectuality is in accordance with the demands of the workplace. This study contributes to the academic discussion on the reform of Islamic higher education curriculum and emphasizes the importance of Islamic religious education in producing graduates who are not only intellectually competent, but also have strong ethical values ​​to face professional challenges. The implication of this study is the need for a more flexible and adaptive curriculum strategy to improve the competitiveness of Islamic higher education graduates in the global job market.

The research aims to shed light on the role of accounting theory as one of the main subjects that have an active role in the intellectual skills and abilities of the students of the Department of Accounting and to provide a theoretical framework linking the subject of accounting theory and the intellectual skills and abilities of the students of the Department of Accounting and to indicate the relationship of correlation and influence between the subject of accounting theory and the intellectual skills and abilities of students of the Department of Accounting, and to provide recommendations and proposals to the organisation of the research sample regarding the subject of teaching accounting theory and its active role in the intellectual skills and abilities of students of the Department Accounting, the deductive and inductive approach was adopted in dealing with the research problem and proving its hypotheses in the theoretical aspect to achieve the objectives of the research and relying on the descriptive approach in the practical aspect, The research sample was represented by the students of the Department of Accounting at the College of Administration and Economics - University of Al-Qadisiyah for the year 2024, a questionnaire form was designed and distributed to the research sample and then collected and analysed statistically for the purpose of proving the research hypotheses and achieving the results The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the information that there is a statistically significant correlation between accounting theory and the intellectual skills and abilities of students of the accounting department The strength of the correlation is characterised by being very strong and its value is (.636**), which is at a lower moral level From (0.01), which confirms the positive correlation of this research, the existence of a significant effect between the variables of the research and the value of the regression coefficient was (β) (.636), which confirms the positive impact of this research, and therefore the study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the development of the accounting theory approach adopted in the accounting department so that it is able to keep pace with the continuous development known by the reality of the profession, which enables the accountant to perform his tasks better and understand how to teach accounting theory in decision-making processes.

T This article analyzes the nature of learners in Islamic education philosophy that can be implemented holistically in modern education. This research aims to explore the concept of learners in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy, the challenges of its application in the modern curriculum, and the influence of this philosophy on the character building of learners in the era of globalization. The method used in this article is the systematic literature review (SLR) method by collecting data from books, journals, and scientific articles published between 2016 and 2023 through the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish platforms to ensure the validity and relevance of the sources. Furthermore, the results of the discussion in this study show that (1) the concept of learners in Islamic education philosophy emphasizes the development of intellectual, moral, and spiritual potential in a balanced manner, which aims to create individuals with intellectual intelligence, praiseworthy morals, and spiritual awareness; (2) the main challenge in the modern curriculum is the lack of integration of Islamic values, which hinders the character building of learners in the midst of a moral crisis; (3) Islamic education philosophy is important to shape the character of learners to be able to face globalization without losing Islamic identity. Persons with disabilities represent a diverse segment of society, facing unique challenges in accessing public services such as education, healthcare, and employment. In response, Indonesia ratified the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) through Law No. 19 of 2011, which serves to promote, protect, and ensure equal rights and fundamental freedoms for individuals with disabilities. This commitment led to the enactment of Law No. 8 of 2016, replacing an earlier, more compassionate framework with one emphasizing equality and the protection of rights for persons with disabilities. The law defines individuals with disabilities as those facing long-term physical, intellectual, mental, or sensory limitations and emphasizes the necessity of special protections to uphold their rights and prevent discrimination. The method used in this study is a normative legal research method. This study evaluates the effectiveness of disability rights protection policies in Indonesia, revealing significant challenges despite the legal framework established by Law No. 19 of 2011. Access to education, healthcare, and employment remains limited due to inadequate facilities, discriminatory practices, and social stigma. Effective solutions require strengthening the legal framework, increasing awareness, and involving the disability community in policy planning. Furthermore, robust monitoring and enforcement mechanisms are essential for safeguarding rights. To enhance protections, improved coordination among ministries, ongoing training for service providers, inclusive education practices, and recognition of employers who hire individuals with disabilities are critical. These measures are vital for fostering a more equitable society and ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities are upheld sustainably.

This Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to develop and optimize the learning guidance (bimbel) activities at GKSI Sungai Maram as a learning platform that focuses not only on improving academic performance but also on the development of character and Christian values in children. In this activity, students, as community service participants, actively play a role in teaching and mentoring students, ranging from elementary to middle school age. The implementation of this PKM is intended to help children enhance their academic understanding outside of school hours, introduce them to the moral teachings contained in the Bible, and strengthen their social skills. With support from the community and the management of GKSI Sungai Maram, this program is expected to have a positive impact on the students' development, both academically and spiritually.The expected outcomes of this program include the improvement of the quality of children's education, the formation of positive character traits, and the growth of awareness regarding the importance of holistic education, which emphasizes not only intellectual intelligence but also moral development and the relationship with God.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, the phenomenon of loss learning forced curriculum changes to become an unavoidable necessity so that the government launched an independent curriculum. The curriculum was developed following the times. The research method used in this research is the library research method or literature study. The author concludes that the independent curriculum is expected to be able to provide concrete and meaningful and effective learning experiences in developing the skills and expertise of students as lifelong learners with Pancasila character. The independent curriculum in social studies learning that focuses on the integration of values and competencies not only encourages intellectual intelligence, but also emotional and social intelligence, such as empathy, social awareness, and effective communication skills. An active and innovative social studies curriculum in independent learning is expected to not only focus on academic achievement, but also on developing students' characters and competencies as socially responsible individuals, while supporting post-pandemic learning recovery.
