Based on the phenomenon that occurred at the Congko Village office, it appears that the performance of village officials has not been optimal, this can be seen from the fact that there are still village officials who do not comply with the applicable rules and regulations, apart from that there are village officials who are indifferent to the tasks given to them. This caused the community to complain about the services provided by village officials at the Congko Village Office. The formulation of the problem in this research is Does leadership style influence the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency, while the aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Congko Village office, which is located in Congko Village, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The sample was determined using the Census or Saturated Sampling Technique, that is, the total population can be used as the sample size in this research, so that the sample in this research is all Village Officials Congko numbered 13 people. To determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of village officials, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has an influence on the performance of village officials at the Congko Village Office, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The suggestions given by researchers to the Congko Village Government are to maintain and improve the leadership style currently applied so that war performance in Congko Village can improve.

Researchers see that the lifestyle of students who are more influenced by TikTok, which has now become a necessity for students, is no longer just entertainment or a communication tool, but more than that. So to find out how much negative and positive impact caused by Instagram social media, researchers are interested in doing this research. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The instruments used in this method have been predetermined and well-organized so that they do not provide many opportunities for flexibility, imaginative input and reflexivity, namely the instrument in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). PGSD student at Muria Kudus University. This is supported by the results of the significance test (Sig) which shows that the Sig value is 0.013, which means it is smaller than the significance criterion (0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the regression equation model which is based on research data is significant. At the end of the study, all established success criteria had been met. In other words, this research is categorized as successful.

Analysis of Working Capital on Profitability Levels at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar, Thesis for the Management Study Program at the Indonesian Educational Institute of Management Science College (STIM-LPI) Makassar. (supervised by Dra. Pra Gemini, M.Si and Fausiah, S.E., M.Si). This research aims to determine how working capital influences the level of profitability at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the financial report of PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar for 2019-2021 which consists of a profit and loss report and balance sheet. The research results of the current ratio are stated to be good because they continue to increase every year 2019-2021 and exceed the internal average standard in 2020 and 2021. On the activity ratio with measurements using the NWC Turnover ratio can be said to be quite good because it exceeds the internal average, although it experienced a decline in 2020 of 368% but rose again to 430% in 2021. The profitability ratio with Return On Investment is said to be not good because it is below the internal average . Return on Equity is said to be not good, although it has increased in 2019 and 2021, this ratio is still below the internal average. Gross Profit Margin is also still said to be not good or not optimal because it experienced ups and downs from 2019-2021, namely 173%, 181%, 175%, although in 2020 it experienced an increase and was above the internal average of 176.3% but in 2021 experienced another decline and was below the internal average. Net Profit Margin is also said to be not good because it is still below the internal average.

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the teaching style of Civics Teachers at SMP N 35 Medan and to find out what facilities the teacher uses when teaching in class.This research method is to use a descriptive qualitative method using a field study approach. The results of this research show that the PPKn teachers at the school use an interactional teaching style and the learning facilities used are quite simple, such as the use of blackboards, study tables and PPKn package books.The conclusion is that the teacher has taught according to the RPP that has been prepared and he teaches well and with quality.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kemampuan karyawan, dan budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja karyawan, teknik random sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dengan perolehan hasil 71 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis linier dengan mengaplikasikan perangkat lunak SPSS 26 untuk analisis data, dan uji sobel tes yang digunakan sebagai uji hipotesis menggunakan program Kalkulator Test Sobel Online. Hasil riset yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1), kemampuan karyawan (X2), dan motivasi kerja (Z) berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), kemudian hasil riset ini juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (Z) dapat memediasi gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan kompetensi karyawan (X2) dalam kinerja karyawan (Y), dan perubahan pada budaya organisasi (X3) tidak memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dan tidak dapat dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja (Z).

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning styles and how to teach on student learning outcomes. The population used in this study was students of SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. The number of samples used was 108 respondents. The method of data collection is questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) Statistics. The results of this study show: 1) Learning styles have positive values and have a significant effect on learning outcomes, 2) How to teach have a positive effect and have a significant effect on learning outcomes, 3) Learning styles and how to teach have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes.

The culinary business is currently one of the most promising business opportunities. However, behind the success of the business there are certainly factors that influence consumers, such as strategic location and lifestyle that is appropriate at this time. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence or impact obtained from location and lifestyle on purchasing decisions at Jiwa Raga Kitchenette Padang Restaurant. This type of research is quantitative with an associative method in the form of a causal relationship. The study population consisted of consumers who visited Jiwa Raga Kitchenette Restaurant with a research sample of 160 samples and the sample was collected by applying purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used was the distribution of questionnaires to consumers of Jiwa Raga Kitchenette Restaurant. The questionnaire was prepared using a Likert scale and had been tested for validity with the help of SPSS 23.00. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods, using prerequisite analysis tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. In testing this hypothesis, partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous statistical test (F test) were used with significance level α = 0.05 (5%). The results of the research data analysis indicate that the independent variables, namely location (X1) and lifestyle (X2), have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision (Y). The results of the hypothesis test indicate that the location variable has a significantly positive impact on purchasing decisions, as well as the lifestyle variable on purchasing decisions. Overall, the simultaneous test results indicate that both variables, location (X1) and lifestyle (X2), have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y).

Work productivity is the result of work or job performance. However, work productivity actually has a broader meaning, not only in terms of the output but also in how the work processes occur. Work productivity is the outcome of tasks closely related to an organization's strategic goals, target satisfaction, and contribution to the organization. Employee work productivity can be influenced by several factors, including work discipline, leadership style, and job competency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of various variables such as work discipline, leadership style, and job competency on work productivity within the 2021 batch of students at the Faculty of Economics, UNJ, in a partial manner. The data collection technique used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale to 133 respondents. This study is of a quantitative descriptive nature. The data analysis technique used in this research employs structural equation modeling with a partial least squares (SEM-PLS) model calculated using the smart PLS software. The results of this research indicate that work discipline, leadership style, and job competency have a direct and significant positive influence on work productivity within the student organization of the Faculty of Economics, UNJ. Work discipline has a direct and significant influence on work productivity. Leadership style has a direct and significant influence on work productivity. Job competency has a direct and significant influence on work productivity.

The study was conducted to see and collect data on how leadership style, work discipline, and job satisfaction affect employee performance. The research I conducted used quantitative methods and descriptive analysis. For this study, data were collected online through a randomized method through a likert scale questionnaire 1-5 to 190 respondents who met the following criteria: they are over 18 years old and have worked or participated in an organization, team, or company. For data analysis, the SmartPLS application is used to perform inner measurements, reliability values, discriminant validity, Cronbach's Alpha, and exterior measurements. The outer measurements also use T-test calculations, determinacy coefficient, f-square, and VIF. The main purpose of this study is to prove that leadership style contributes positively to employee performance, work discipline has a positive influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of learning motivation and style in learning on learning outcomes. The type of research that will be carried out is using quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from one to five for 100 respondents with the criteria being students aged 18-22 years. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is the Outer Model with calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model with T statistics, R-Square and VIF calculations using SmartPLS 4 tools. The results of the research show that learning motivation influences learning achievement because of the accuracy factor in collecting assignments, this has high motivation. Learning style has no effect on learning achievement because it is caused by the very minimal study time that students spend. Apart from that, learning motivation and learning style together influence student learning achievement.

The auditory learning style can help students rely on their hearing. This means being able to remember and understand certain information in learning. Students need the teacher's role in developing an auditory learning style that can help students improve their learning. The aim of the research is to determine the role of PPKn teachers in developing an auditory learning style to stimulate students' thinking patterns. This research uses a qualitative case study method. data from research findings shows that the implementation of learning using the auditory learning style of students has a systematic implementation of learning as usual, namely: 1). Providing or explaining the material to be discussed using an auditory learning style or lecture method, 2). Assignments and assessments. In implementing learning using the auditory learning style, a diverse learning atmosphere is created, 3). Learning uses an auditory learning style because it is considered fun and exciting. Based on research results, the auditory learning style really helps students in carrying out the learning process in the classroom. Civics teachers play an important role in the process of developing an auditory learning style in stimulating students' thinking patterns.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah mengenai gaya kepemimpinan kepala Puskesemas Bola dan motivasi kerja para tenaga medis di Puskesmas tersebut dalam menjalankan tugas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis model kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja tenaga medis Puskesmas Bola Kabupaten Sikka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui proses wawancara. Dengan menggunakan rujukan Esterberg dalam Sugiyono maka narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 orang. Proses pengumpulan data selanjutnya adalah studi pustaka, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemimpin Puskesmas Bola adalah pemimpin yang lebih cenderung bersifat demokratis dalam menjalankan tugasnya, mampu mengambil keputusan dengan melibatkan semua unsur-unsur di Puskesmas Bola, mampu memotivasi bawahannya agar bekerja sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, mempunyai komunikasi yang baik dan efektif terhadap bawahan, mampu mengendalikan bawahan, mampu mengendalikan emosi sebagai seorang pimpinan. Sedangkan motivasi kerja tenaga medis di Puskesmas Bola dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal yaitu motivasi tanggung jawab untuk melayani masyarakat, motivasi prestasi kerja dalam menjalankan tugasnya, motivasi pengakuan atas kinerja, dan pimpinan Puskesmas maupun tenaga medis lainnya mempunyai motivasi keinginan menguasai lebih tinggi pekerjaan walaupun banyak tantangan yang dihadapi.

Diabetes terjadi karena menerapkan gaya hidup modern yang cenderung membuat seseorang menyukai hal-hal yang instan. Akibatnya, mereka cenderung malas beraktivitas fisik dan gemar mengonsumsi makanan yang instan, yang memiliki kandungan natrium yang tinggi. Tujuan: mengidentifikasi kadar gula darah pada penyandang DM  di desa kopang. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian Deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 113 responden. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling, dengan besar sampel sejumlah 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.  Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan kadar gula darah penyandang DM dalam kategori sedang sejumlah 47 responden (78.3%) dalam kategori tinggi sejumlah 9 orang (15%), dan dalam kategori rendah sejumlah 4 responden (6.7%). Kesimpulan: Masih banyaknya penyandang DM dengan kadar gula darah dalam kategori sedang dan tinggi sehingga dibutuhkan intervensi yang tepat untuk dapat mengontrol kadar gila darah penyandang DM tipe 2 di desa kopang

This research aims to determine leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture simultaneously on work performance of PT employees. Indonesian Palm Oil Calendar. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 97 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The research results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style on work performance, there was a positive and significant influence of teamwork on work performance, there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on work performance and there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture together on work performance. The contribution of leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture to work performance is 0.683 or 68.3% while the remaining 40.6% is determined by other variables not analyzed in the model in this study.

This study aims to investigate the effect of price, brand image, lifestyle, andproduct quality on purchasing decisions for Cargloss helmets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of 100 consumer respondents who buy Cargloss helmets. The results show that price, brand image, lifestyle, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Overall, these factors simultaneously also have a positive and significant influence. Companies are advised to set competitive prices with market research to maintain the attractiveness of Cargloss. To build brand identity, companies can emphasise the speciality of Cargloss helmets in design, innovation and other added values. Promotion is also needed to associate Cargloss helmets with consumers' lifestyles. The company management should invest in quality control, quality raw materials, and adoption of latest technology in the production process.

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between the variables of leadership style, compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of organizational members. This type of research is carried out using quantitative methods accompanied by descriptive analysis. The technique used in collecting data for this research was obtained online using a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire to 100 respondents with criteria of >15 years and who had worked or participated in a team/organization/company. Data analysis was carried out using external measurement techniques, discriminant validity, reliability value measurement, Cronbach's Alpha and internal measurements by calculating the T test, coefficient of determination, f-square test, and VIF using the SmartPLS application. The purpose of this research is to prove the relationship between 1) leadership style has a positive influence on the performance of organizational members, 2) compensation has a positive influence on the performance of organizational members, 3) job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of organizational members.

This study aims to analyse the effect of price, distribution, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Swallow sandals in Surabaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires from 100 respondents purposely selected from the Surabaya community who have purchased Swallow sandals. The research findings show significant managerial implications, including the need for distribution channel management to pay attention to distributor decisions on sales force services. Improving service quality and product availability at the right time are key to strengthening consumer trust in distribution channels. Understanding and utilising consumer lifestyle values in marketing strategies is also important. Awareness of the positive impact of lifestyle on purchasing decisions can help design marketing that is more in line with consumer preferences, including the addition of product variations that reflect the target market's lifestyle to increase product appeal and expand market share. With these findings, companies can optimise marketing strategies and product management, increase consumer satisfaction, strengthen brand loyalty, and achieve long-term success in the market

Munculnya suatu Brand besar pada suatu produk makanan membuat beberapa masyarakat muslim tertarik untuk ikut menikmati produk dari brand besar tersebut. Dan berubahnya gaya hidup di  zaman generasi z membuat beberapa masyarakat muslim ikut menjadi konsumen pada brand makanan tersebut sehingga membuat beberapa konsumen muslim tidak terlalu memikirkan apakah brand makanan tersebut sudah bersertifikat halal atau belum.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan pengarus label halal,brand image, lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen muslim di Restoran Ichiban Jamtos Jambi. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini kuantitatif, dan metode analisi data yang digunakan adalah uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan konsumen muslim Restoran Ichiban Jamtos Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Label halal, brand image,lifestyle secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai adjusted R square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,105 atau 10.5%. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik penelitian ini berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinearitas.
