Minor wounds, such as abrasions, scratches, or small cuts, are commonly experienced by teenagers, especially in school environments. However, improper treatment of minor wounds can lead to infections and more severe complications. This study aims to raise awareness and educate students at SMP Negeri 1 Kairatu on the proper management of minor wounds. The research employs a descriptive approach with an interactive educational method involving presentations, discussions, and live demonstrations. Respondents in this study were students from grades 7 to 9. The results indicated that prior to the socialization, most students had inadequate knowledge regarding proper wound care, often resorting to inappropriate methods (e.g., using toothpaste or oil). After the educational intervention, there was an 85% increase in students’ understanding of proper wound management, such as cleaning wounds with clean water, applying antiseptics, and covering wounds with sterile bandages. The socialization program also successfully raised awareness among students about the importance of wound hygiene to prevent infections. Thus, this initiative proved effective in enhancing teenagers' knowledge of proper wound care practices.

Anemia is a hematological disorder that is often not recognized in the adult age group. One lifestyle factor that can affect hemoglobin and hematocrit levels is the consumption of tea or coffee with meals, because the tannin and polyphenol content inhibits the absorption of non-heme iron. Early detection of hemoglobin and hematocrit levels accompanied by education about eating and drinking habits is an important strategy in preventing anemia. This screening activity is carried out using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach. Examination of hemoglobin and hematocrit levels is carried out using Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) from capillary blood. Education is provided to all participants through leaflets and group counseling regarding the effect of tea and coffee consumption on iron absorption. A total of 91 participants took part in this activity, consisting of 39.6% men and 60.4% women, with an average age of 47.4 years. The average hemoglobin was recorded at 11.2 ± 1.6 g/dL and hematocrit at 33.0 ± 4.7%. As many as 42.9% of participants experienced anemia based on hemoglobin levels below normal values according to gender. Hemoglobin and hematocrit examinations successfully identified a significant proportion of individuals at risk of anemia. Education on the right time to consume tea or coffee and increasing consumption of foods rich in iron and vitamin C are preventive interventions that can be applied to maintain optimal hematological status.   Keywords: Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Anemia, Iron, Tea, Coffee, Diet

This community service activity aims to increase the motivation, confidence, and love of male students for traditional Acehnese art, particularly the Likok Pulo dance. This dance is characterized by its energetic and rhythmic nature, making it suitable as a dance teaching material for male students who have previously shown little interest in participating in dance activities. The methods used include demonstrations and peer tutoring, covering training in various dance movements, mastering the lyrics, and accompanying music with the rapa’i instrument. The training was conducted over three days from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The dancers involved were specifically male students who had previously shown little interest in dance practice. The results of the activity showed that male students were highly enthusiastic, as evidenced by their ability to master movement variations, sing lyrics, and play musical accompaniment in a short period of time, despite having never participated in dance extracurricular activities before. This activity demonstrated that selecting appropriate dance material can change students' negative perceptions of dance and serve as a medium for preserving local culture through formal education.

Method: The quasi-experimental research method with the Pretest-Postest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all female students at SMP Negeri 10 Denpasar totaling 547 students with a purposive sampling technique using the slovin formula. Result: The results of the Wilcoxon test on the pretest-posttest of the treatment group obtained a value of P = 0.0003 <0.05, meaning that there was a difference in the dysmenorrhea pain score before and after being given warm compresses to the abdomen and health education in the treatment group. The results of the next Wilcoxon test on the pretest-posttest of the control group obtained a value of P = 0.066> 0.05, meaning that there was no difference before and after health education in the control group. The results of the Man Whitney test on dysmenorrhea pain scores after being given Warm Compress Abdomen and Health Education in the Treatment and Control Groups obtained P = 0.000 <0.05 indicating that there is an effect of Warm Compress Abdomen and Health Education on dysmenorrhea pain. Conclusion: Warm abdominal compress therapy and health education are effective methods to reduce dysmenorrhea pain in adolescent girls. It is recommended that adolescent girls can apply warm compresses as an effort to reduce menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) with complementary therapy both in the school environment and at home.

Currently, Indonesia faces three major nutrition-related problems among adolescents, known as the triple burden of malnutrition, namely undernutrition (stunting and wasting), micronutrient deficiencies, and obesity. Children's cognitive development is greatly influenced by adequate nutrition, as physical and brain growth go hand in hand in the growth and development process. A balanced and high-quality diet supports optimal growth and development and influences children's nutritional status and intellectual intelligence. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and intellectual intelligence in students. This study is an observational analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The subjects of this study were 68 students aged 13–15 years at SMPN 2 Sumber, Probolinggo Regency. Primary data were obtained through IQ tests and weight and height measurements, while secondary data were in the form of student identities. Data analysis used a two-sample t-test. The results showed that out of 42 students with poor nutritional status, 38 students (90.5%) had low IQ (<100). Among 23 students with normal nutritional status, 11 students (47.8%) had low IQ and 12 students (52.2%) had moderate IQ (100–109). The statistical test results showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between nutritional status and intellectual ability. In conclusion, nutritional status is associated with intellectual ability among students at SMPN 2 Sumber, Probolinggo District. Students with poor nutritional status have a higher risk of having an IQ below average.

At the implementation stage of the same ensemble, the teacher uses lecture, question and answer, practice, and demonstration methods. The learning media used by the teacher includes the melodica and the score for the song "Kambanglah Bungo". At the assessment stage, the teacher conducts diagnostic and formative assessments. In the practical assessment of the melodica ensemble, many students experience difficulties, especially in reading the score, fingering techniques, and maintaining the tempo. Furthermore, the lack of enrichment and remedial measures during the assessment process impacts students' development, both for those who have not achieved competencies and those who have already understood them.

This research uses a qualitative approach to identify societal issues that affect both individuals and communities. At SMP Negeri 17 Malang City, the principal, student representatives, PPKn teachers, and a number of students served as data sources. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data includes both primary and secondary sources. We used both formal and unstructured interviewing methods. This study's data analysis process included three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. We also used triangulation methods to assess the validity of the data. Pre-field, fieldwork, involvement during data collection, and data analysis are the phases of the study process. To define Pancasila ideals and learn how to apply them using the cooperative learning model at SMP Negeri 17 Malang City, this research set out to ascertain the role that PPKn instructors play in doing so. The study's findings demonstrated that instructors have a responsibility to care for, acknowledge, and counsel pupils who lack motivation or discipline in addition to imparting knowledge. To prevent such issues, it is recommended that future research focus more on the role PPKn instructors play in boosting students' enthusiasm to study and selecting learning models that fit the infrastructure and facility requirements.
