This study aims to analyze the effect of burnout and turnover intention on employee performance in banks. Declining performance and high work pressure in the micro banking sector are important reasons for conducting this study. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 42 respondents from the credit, marketing, and teller divisions. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a 1–5 point Likert scale, which were then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method through the SmartPLS 4 application. The results show that both burnout and turnover intention negatively affect employee performance. This means that as employees experience higher levels of emotional exhaustion and a stronger intention to leave their job, their performance declines. The study highlights the importance of addressing these psychological factors to enhance employee performance. The findings imply that company management should focus on improving the psychological well-being of employees to ensure the stability of organizational performance, reduce turnover, and maintain a productive workforce.

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has generated significant benefits while simultaneously creating new opportunities for cyber-based sexual offenses, particularly through deepfake technology, which enables the manipulation of a person's face into pornographic content without consent. This study examines criminal liability for perpetrators of AI-based sexual harassment and legal protection for victims in deepfake pornography cases, focusing on a case involving a student at Udayana University, Bali. This research employs a normative legal method by analyzing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The findings indicate that although Indonesian law does not yet explicitly regulate deepfake technology, perpetrators can still be prosecuted under the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, Pornography Law, Sexual Violence Law, and the new Criminal Code. Criminal intent is established through the deliberate manipulation, creation, and dissemination of non- consensual sexual content. Furthermore, victims are entitled to legal protection, including psychological recovery, privacy rights, restitution, and content removal. This study highlights the urgency of developing specific regulations addressing AI-related sexual crimes, enhancing forensic digital capabilities, and strengthening victim-centered protection mechanisms. The research contributes to the legal discourse on emerging digital crimes and emphasizes the need for adaptive legal frameworks in the AI era.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are crucial for the quality of healthcare services, but compliance remains a challenge. This study analyzed factors influencing compliance among healthcare workers at a type B private hospital in North Jakarta using a quantitative cross-sectional design with 58 respondents through total sampling. Data were obtained through questionnaires related to individual factors (age, length of service, knowledge), psychological factors (attitude, motivation), and organizational factors (leadership, work design, rewards). The results showed that 72.4% of respondents were compliant. The chi-square test revealed a significant relationship between compliance and age (p=0.042), length of service (p=0.000), knowledge (p=0.001), attitude (p=0.017), motivation (p=0.002), leadership (p=0.046), and rewards (p=0.010), while work design was not significant (p>0.05). Multivariate analysis found age, length of service, knowledge, and leadership as the dominant factors. Healthcare workers with younger age, shorter tenure, good knowledge, positive attitudes, high motivation, good leadership, supportive work designs, and adequate reward systems tend to have higher compliance rates. Improving compliance in completing EMRs depends not only on individual factors but also requires organizational support through effective leadership and management systems. Recommended interventions include improving digital literacy, regular training, strengthening a work culture that emphasizes the importance of medical documentation, and implementing peer learning strategies among healthcare workers to accelerate adaptation and share best practices in completing EMRs.

This study aims to examine the contribution of educational psychology in the context of Christian education, particularly for educators, school principals, Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers, Sunday school teachers, pastors, elders, and church servants. This theoretical study shows that educational psychology helps in understanding the characteristics of learners, optimizing teaching methods, building effective teacher-student relationships, and enhancing motivation and involvement in the learning and preaching process. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through a review of books, literature, journals, notes, and relevant reports. Educational psychology plays a significant role for all those involved in Christian education and ministry. CRE teachers and Sunday school teachers have a crucial role in instilling faith values in the younger generation by understanding the learning needs of children according to their cognitive and spiritual development stages. This enables them to deliver God's word in an engaging and meaningful way. Meanwhile, pastors, elders, and church servants require an understanding of educational psychology to carry out more wise pastoral ministry. Psychological understanding helps them provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and support for members who are struggling. Educational psychology also equips church servants to lead with empathy, listen with their hearts, and guide the congregation towards true spiritual restoration. The integration of educational psychology with Christian faith significantly impacts the improvement of learning and church ministry, producing individuals who are intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually balanced.

Mental health has become a major global issue, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly increased the prevalence of psychological disorders. Early detection of stress and other mental health problems remains a major challenge, as traditional methods are generally subjective and unable to provide real-time results. This study aims to design and test a wearable sensor based on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) as a physiological indicator for detecting stress levels. The research employed an experimental approach through the development of a wearable sensor prototype equipped with a stress detection algorithm based on HRV analysis, including both time-domain and frequency-domain parameters. The prototype was tested on 100 respondents with varying stress levels under controlled conditions. Instruments used in this study included the HRV sensor prototype, psychological questionnaires, and standard validation devices. Data were analyzed by comparing the sensor detection results with respondents’ psychological data and calculating prediction accuracy. The findings showed that the wearable sensor was able to predict stress conditions with an accuracy rate of 80%. The distribution of sensor detection results was generally consistent with psychological data, especially in the low-stress category, although slight deviations were observed in moderate and high-stress categories. These results demonstrate that an HRV-based wearable sensor can serve as a practical and non-invasive tool to monitor mental conditions in real time. The implications of this research highlight the potential of wearable technology as an innovative solution for mental health monitoring, both for individual use and as support for healthcare systems. Therefore, this study contributes to the development of adaptive and responsive health technologies in addressing global mental health challenges.

The formation of women’s morality is a complex process involving the interaction between cognitive and affective dimensions in human psychological development. Lawrence Kohlberg’s theory emphasizes that morality develops through logical stages of reasoning oriented toward universal principles of justice, while Martin L. Hoffman highlights empathy as the affective foundation driving moral behavior. This study aims to integrate these two theories to provide a comprehensive understanding of women’s moral formation through a qualitative-analytical library research approach. The analysis examines the assumptions, strengths, and limitations of each theory to identify the convergence between cognitive morality and affective empathy. The findings reveal that justice and care are complementary aspects of human morality. Empathy serves as the emotional engine motivating moral actions, whereas cognitive reasoning provides direction and justification. Mature women’s morality is not solely based on care or empathy but represents a dynamic synthesis between rational thought and emotional understanding. This integration reflects a more holistic and contextual view of morality grounded in social relationships and human connectedness. Practically, this study recommends a moral education model that integrates rationality and empathy as the foundation for developing women’s character. Such an approach is essential to foster a generation capable of discerning right from wrong through logic while also possessing deep social awareness and emotional responsibility.

The advancement of digital technology has transformed children's media consumption patterns, marked by the growing use of short video content such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. This study aims to explore the psychological impacts of short video addiction on elementary school-aged children, focusing on cognitive, affective, and social aspects. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving 10 children, 7 parents, and 4 teachers from two elementary schools. The findings indicate that children who intensively access short videos (more than two hours per day) experience reduced concentration, emotional instability, and social withdrawal. These results were analyzed using theoretical frameworks from Piaget (cognitive), Krathwohl (affective), Erikson and Bandura (social), and Young’s digital addiction model. The main conclusion reveals that short video addiction negatively affects children's developmental tasks, including logical thinking abilities, emotional regulation, and social skills. Therefore, digital literacy-based interventions and active supervision by parents and teachers are essential to prevent the long-term detrimental impacts on children's psychological development.

Patients undergoing surgery often experience preoperative anxiety due to concerns about the outcome, pain, and the risk of complications. Uncontrolled anxiety can affect the patient's physiological and psychological condition and slow the recovery process. One non-pharmacological effort that can be used to reduce anxiety is the finger-holding relaxation technique, a simple method that can help balance emotions and provide a sense of calm. To determine the effect of the finger-holding relaxation technique on changes in preoperative anxiety levels in patients at Batang Regional General Hospital. Method: This study used a descriptive case study approach. The respondents were four patients who were about to undergo surgery and were experiencing anxiety. The intervention was conducted for approximately 15 minutes using the finger-holding relaxation technique. Anxiety levels were measured before and after the intervention using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). All respondents experienced a decrease in anxiety levels after the intervention. The average reduction in anxiety scores was 7.25 points. Before the intervention, two patients experienced severe anxiety and two patients experienced moderate anxiety. After the intervention, two patients experienced mild anxiety and two others experienced a decrease to moderate levels. This study aimed to examine the relationship between maternal anxiety levels and the timing of Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIBF) among primiparous mothers. EIBF, also known as Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD), is a vital procedure that supports the establishment of effective breastfeeding and is recommended globally. Nevertheless, various maternal factors, particularly psychological conditions, may influence the implementation of EIBF. The main objective of this research was to determine whether increased anxiety during the peripartum period is associated with delays in initiating breastfeeding. A correlational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach was utilized in this investigation. The study population consisted of 77 eligible participants, while the final sample included 69 primiparous mothers who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Participants were chosen through purposive sampling. The independent variable was the maternal anxiety level, and the dependent variable was the timing of EIBF implementation. Data were gathered using a structured self-administered questionnaire designed to measure both variables. Statistical analysis was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U test. The findings demonstrated a p-value of 0.0389, which was below the significance threshold of 0.05 (p < 0.05), indicating the rejection of the null hypothesis. Therefore, the results revealed a significant relationship between anxiety levels and the timing of EIBF among primiparous mothers. Elevated anxiety was identified as a factor contributing to delayed initiation of breastfeeding. These findings highlight the importance of regular psychological screening and effective anxiety management for first-time mothers during childbirth to facilitate optimal postnatal care, particularly the timely initiation of EIBF.
