This research uses literature study analysis to evaluate the influence of oil and gas exports, non-oil and gas exports and foreign investment on Indonesia's economic growth. The results show that dependence on the oil and gas sector has a negative impact on economic growth, while growth in non-oil and gas exports and foreign investment has a positive impact. Economic diversification through increasing non-oil and gas exports and appropriate foreign investment can reduce dependence on the oil and gas sector and increase Indonesia's economic resilience. However, keep in mind that the interaction between these variables is not always linear and can affect overall economic growth.

This community service aims to assist in the production process of packaged shrimp paste chili sauce for the Sari Asih Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Klegenwonosari village, Klirong sub-district. Making shrimp chili paste will be able to meet the availability of chilies throughout the year for daily consumption. The method implemented is assistance starting from planning, preparating the ingredients, treatments of chili ingredients before making chili sauce, the shrimp chili paste-making process, frying, packaging, and labeling. At each stage of the production process, insight into hygiene and health risks is providing so that packaged chili products are attractive with color, taste, and aroma that remain stable and safe for consumption. The accompanying production process of packaged shrimp paste chili sauce is starting from the preparation, manufacturing, and packaging processes. The preparation selects goods and fresh ingredients free from chemical and biological contaminants. The stage of making chili paste is to control the water and cooking oil content in the chili sauce to extend the shelf life. The packaging process involves selecting packaging made from polypropylene for safety, controlling water content, and closing the packaging tightly to extend shelf life.

MSMEs play an important role in national development, especially in absorbing labor,equalizing income, regional economic development, increasing non-oil and gas exports, and increasing gross domestic product (GDP). One thing that can be done to increase resistance to wear is to increase the surface hardness of the workpiece. This research carried out an analysis to increase the hardness of the surface of low carbon steel after heat treatment for 60 minutes with variations in quenching media resulting from hardfacing using SMAW welding (shield metal arc welding) with DC+ and DC- polarities. The data analysis technique used in this research is specimen testing. The results obtained later by the research show that DC+ polarity has higher hardness in all specimens tested with a value of 418.66 VHN water quenching, 402.8 VHN oil quenching, 348 VHN non-treatment when compared with DC- polarity with a value of 405, 92 VHN quenching water, 374.02 VHN quenching oil and 323.38 VHN non-treatment. Quenching media with water obtained the highest hardness results with a value of 405.92 VHN.

Meanwhile, oil & fat parameters are not too focused because they still meet existing quality standards, Therefore, processing aims to lower the relatively high organic characteristics. The results of this processing will be reused to reduce the use of clean water for irrigating green open spaces and roads.

ARI is an infectious disease that attacks one or more parts of the respiratory tract, starting from the nose (upper tract) to the alveoli (lower tract) including adnexal tissue, such as the sinuses, middle ear cavity and pleura. ISPA is a respiratory tract infection that lasts for 14 days. ARI can be caused by various causes such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and aspiration. Bacteria that cause ARI include Diplococcus Pneumoniae, Pneumococcus, Streptococcus Pyogenes Staphylococcus Aureus, Haemophilus Influenza, and others. Viruses that cause ARI include influenza, adenovirus, cytomegalovirus. Fungi that cause ARI include Aspergillus Sp, Candida Albicans Histoplasm, and others. Apart from being caused by bacteria, viruses and fungi, ISPA is also caused by aspiration such as food, motor vehicle fumes, fuel oil, amniotic fluid at birth, foreign objects (seeds), small plastic toys, and others. The occurrence of ISPA is certainly influenced by many factors, namely environmental conditions (air pollutants such as cigarette smoke and cooking fuel fumes, density of family members, house ventilation conditions, humidity, cleanliness, season, temperature), availability and effectiveness of health services and infection prevention measures. to prevent spread (vaccines, access to health care facilities, isolation room capacity), host factors (age, smoking habits, ability of the host to transmit infection, nutritional status, previous infections or simultaneous infections caused by other pathogens, general health conditions) and characteristics pathogen (mode of transmission, infectivity, virulence factors such as genes, number or dose of microbes).

We explain the benefits of economic diversification, such as economic stability and risk reduction, and provide case studies of countries that have succeeded in diversification. This research aims to investigate and optimize drilling strategies as an effort to increase production efficiency in the geological context of oil and gas production. Effective drilling is a key element in the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources, and this research combines geological analysis and drilling techniques to achieve optimal results. This study begins with an in-depth characterization of the physical and chemical properties of the reservoir rocks to understand the geological challenges faced. Next, existing drilling techniques are evaluated and analyzed in the context of a particular production field. The results of this analysis are the basis for developing an integrative model that combines aspects of geology and drilling techniques.Through this approach, this research aims to identify potential improvements in drilling strategies that could significantly increase production. Simulation and modeling results illustrate the positive impact of implementing optimized drilling strategies on production efficiency and hydrocarbon recovery. The conclusions of this research provide a new perspective on the importance of integration between geological science and drilling techniques in achieving efficient production goals. It is hoped that these findings will provide practical guidance for the production geology industry to increase the sustainability of oil and gas production.  

Rubber latex is a raw material for Indonesia's strategic plantations and is the largest contributor to the country's foreign exchange after palm oil. Several places in Indonesia have land conditions that are suitable for rubber plantations, one of which is the rubber plantation owned by Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember. However, in recent years, income from Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember has continued to decline, so it is necessary to formulate an optimization strategy which is expected to have a positive impact and be able to increase rubber latex production in Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember. This research uses SWOT and QSPM analysis methods. The results of the research show that there are several factors that influence rubber latex production, both internal and external factors, from these factors several alternative strategies have been produced, including the use of protective umbrellas, producing high quality rubber raw materials, improving production facilities and infrastructure, optimizing technology. for production and promotion. A suitable strategy to be implemented at Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember is the use of protective umbrellas because the application is quite simple and can function to maintain the quality of production and the quality of rubber latex..

The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method that tries to explain and analyze phenomena, events, social dynamics, behavior and opinions of a person or group towards something. Based on the results of the marketing mix strategy analysis, it was obtained: product strategy, selling beauty products, namely herbal skincare such as: herbal manjakani, forest honey, v-co oil, date palm juice, etawa goat's milk, and lemon juice. Pricing strategy, setting the price of the product by looking at the quality level and net product, the product is set at a price of IDR 34,500.00 IDR 131,500.00. Place strategy, selling products via e-commerce via the Shopee application Promotion strategy, promoting products via social media (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube and the company's official website).

PG XYZ is a company part of agribusiness which operates in the sugar cane agroindustry in the Sidoarjo area. PT. PG XYZ is trying to minimize the stopping hours for each mill for six months. With the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) analysis method, the causes and effects can be identified and minimized so that the company gets maximum profits in an efficient time. The sugar cane milling activity is an important part of the company's production system and has risks that have a very large impact and often occur when milling machines stop working. This is due to factors that influence the milling machine. Based on the research results, it was found that PT. PG XYZ, the biggest thing that happened and had a lot of weight was the root causes that had an impact on the machine, namely the drive engine protection device didn't work, the limit switch didn't work, the backup device was damaged, the electric motor caught fire, the oil cylinder leaked, the gearbox shaft broke. Meanwhile, for the weighting of the solution. PT. PG XYZ doubles the driving machine as a double drive, upgrades the driving machine, buys a bigger chain, adds human resources, makes spare tools. The increasing trend of drinking coffee is also felt by Indonesian people, as evidenced by the increasing number of cafes offering coffee products at prices ranging from tens of thousands of rupees to hundreds of thousands of rupees. In order for the coffee business strategy to survive and survive, an integrated marketing strategy is needed that pays attention to consumer satisfaction and whether consumer satisfaction influences the development of cafes. The purpose of this study is to determine whether customer satisfaction at Solo Raya coffee shops is influenced by the marketing mix. The sampling method uses quota sampling and random sampling methods, and the criteria for respondents are consumers who have purchased coffee products in the last month, totaling 104 respondents. Surveys distributed online or electronically using Google Forms will be used for data collection. Studies indicate that consumers' purchasing decisions are significantly influenced by their location. The F test results demonstrate that each component of the marketing mix, whether used separately or in combination, significantly influences consumers' decisions to buy.

Emulsifier is one of the oleochemical products with high economic value. An alternative material that can be used as an emulsifier is pliek oil. The catalyst that can be used in the emulsifier production process is NaOH. The addition of this catalyst can enhance the glycerol's ability in oil to break down fatty acids, accelerate reactions, and suppress the reformation of diglycerides, which are then converted into monoglycerides through the more active glycerol and NaOH. This research aims to analyze the functional groups of the emulsifier substance, the influence of time and the amount of NaOH catalyst, and the characteristics of the emulsifier substance obtained from pliek oil with NaOH catalyst using the glycerolysis process. The research results show that in the FT-IR test, there is a peak at the wavenumber of 3741 cm-1, indicating the presence of the O-H group. The absorption peak at the wavenumber of 1506 cm-1 is characterized as the stretching vibration of C-C. At the wavenumber of 1273 cm-1, there is the presence of the C-N group. The influence of time and NaOH catalyst on the emulsifier substance, with the highest values based on the yield test, is obtained at a reaction time of 1 hour with a 4% catalyst, yielding 93.73%; the saponification value, with the highest value obtained at a reaction time of 2.5 hours with a 4% catalyst, is 161.41; the best acid value is obtained at a reaction time of 2.5 hours with an 8% catalyst, amounting to 0.35.

Work stress is one of the main concerns regarding occupational health and safety for the workforce's well-being and health issues. It has been estimated that half of the workforce's absences and occupational accidents at work were caused by work-related stress disruptions. This research aimed to find out the relationship between work stress and occupational accident in the workforce of the harvester palm oil unit. This research was an observational analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. The result of this research showed that there is a positive relationship between work stress and the risk of occupational accidents. Statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test obtained a p-value of 0.005 compared to the degree of significance (p-value <0.05). The recommendations for the company could be used as a reference to train the occupational health and safety workers unit to increase awareness of occupational health and safety.

Acne is a chronic disease caused by blockage of the oil glands in the skin. The beauty treatment for treating acne is Mesotherapy Acne, which is a treatment technique that incorporates certain substances into the subcutaneous fat tissue. The purpose of this study was to find out the treatment techniques and the effectiveness of Mesotherapy acne technology. The method used in this study is the method of R&D, interviews, observation, documentation and literature. This research developed three acne facial care techniques, namely the technique of pulling up, rotating, and pressing. The author made different studies based on duration, technique, procedure and type of treatment. Product validation of acne facial care technique books using acne mesotherapy beauty technology was carried out by 2 beauty lecturer validators. The results of the scores for all content aspects, display aspects, language aspects, and supporting questions obtained a total score of 28 and 29. Intervals 0-16 are not accepted and 17-32 are accepted. The conclusion of the validation results from the two validator data used is acceptable. Based on these three techniques, the upward pulling motion is effective because it can reduce acne. Perineal rupture is a tear caused by spontaneous birth of a baby, either by using a tool or action. Perineal wound care is important to prevent infection of the reproductive organs, one method of perineal wound care is non-conventional therapy using red betel leaf (Piper crocatum) boiled water which contains flavonoids, alkaloids, polyphenolic compounds, tannins and essential oils which are known to has antibacterial activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of red betel (Piper crocatum) cooking water for perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers. This research is a quantitative study with a population of all postpartum mothers with perineal wounds at PMB Rica Merdekawaty with a total sample of 30 respondents consisting of the intervention group and the control group. The data that was collected was then analyzed using the chi square statistical test (p value = 0.029). Based on the chi square analysis, it showed that red betel leaf boiled water was effective in healing perineal wounds in postpartum mothers.

This research aims to develop a web-based palm oil sales application at the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. The research method used is a qualitative method, a case study carried out by researchers at the Palm Oil Research Center on Jl. Brigjend Katamso No. 51, kp. Baru, Medan. Researchers collect data through observations and interviews, then the data is processed and analyzed so as to obtain temporary assumptions to draw conclusions from the results of these observations. The research results show that the website, called my palm oil, can increase the effectiveness of palm oil sales, especially in marketing palm oil sprouts, fertilizers, pesticides and other superior products. However, there are several shortcomings that need to be corrected, such as limited features and lack of cooperation with expeditions and users cannot access the application freely like general buying and selling applications. Overall, My Sawit is a useful tool for those in the agricultural industry who are looking for an easy way to shop for palm oil seeds and other related products. The development of the My Sawit application is expected to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales of palm oil seeds and related products, as well as expanding PPKS market reach.
