This study examines the dynamics of Christian families in navigating modern lifestyles, focusing on the congregation of GKII Efata Bonet Engkabang. Modernity characterized by digitalization, high mobility, economic pressure, and shifting social values has significantly influenced family communication patterns, emotional relationships, and spiritual formation within Christian households. The purpose of this study is to describe the changes experienced by congregational families in the context of modernity and to analyze the role of pastoral counseling as a relevant form of support for family well-being. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, limited observations, and a review of church documents. The findings indicate that Christian families face challenges such as declining communication quality, reduced family time, the pervasive influence of gadgets on daily interactions, and weakened spiritual disciplines. Furthermore, shifting parenting patterns and increasing psychological pressure also affect family stability. Within this context, pastoral counseling in GKII Efata Bonet Engkabang plays an essential role in providing spiritual, emotional, and practical guidance through empathetic, relational, and faith-based approaches. Pastoral care has proven effective in helping families realign life priorities, strengthen communication, and cultivate sustainable spiritual practices. The implications of this study highlight the urgency of enhancing structured family support programs in the church, improving pastoral leaders’ capacity as counselors, and encouraging families to develop healthy digital discipline to maintain relational and spiritual quality amid the demands of modern life.

Perfume has been used since the time of the Prophet Muhammad, not only as a means to improve appearance and cleanliness, but also has spiritual, aesthetic, and health values. The aroma produced from natural ingredients such as flowers, wood, and spices is believed to be able to provide calm and improve the quality of life. This study aims to examine the content of natural chemicals in perfumes, such as essential compounds from plants, and their positive impacts on human physical and mental health. In addition, this study also reviews the use and recommendations of perfumes in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, which show that the use of fragrances is part of an Islamic lifestyle that is sunnah. The method used is a systematic literature review, by examining various scientific sources related to natural chemistry and appropriate hadith books. The results of the study show that several natural compounds such as linalool, eugenol, citronellol, and others have antibacterial, antidepressant effects, and provide a sense of relaxation and comfort. From the perspective of the hadith, the use of perfume is a form of cleanliness, respect for others, and a reflection of noble morals. This study concludes that there is harmony between Islamic values and the scientific benefits of natural chemicals in perfume for physical and mental health.

A good sleep pattern is very important for our body's health both physically and mentally, while lifestyle habits such as physical activity and diet play a big role in influencing sleep quality. By using a decision tree, researchers aim to predict whether we have a healthy sleep pattern or not based on lifestyle. Healthy sleep patterns are regular and quality sleep habits to maintain our physical health. Healthy sleep patterns generally involve sleeping 8 hours – 9 hours per night, having a regular and consistent sleep time. The decision tree model was chosen because of the decision tree's ability to provide accurate predictions and produce rules that are easy to understand. This model can help us raise awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle in maintaining sleep quality.

The quality standards of processed fishery products can be assessed by applying regulations required in the industry, including halal certification and quality assurance systems. The implementation of halal certification and quality assurance system regulations can increase the development of MSMEs, especially with Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning the Halal Assurance System, which requires halal food to be halal certified. One of the factors that cause most MSMEs not to implement halal certification and other regulations is the existence of internal and external problems. This study aims to develop a development strategy for fishery product processing MSMEs by analyzing internal and external factors in implementing halal certification and quality assurance systems. The Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method is used to prioritize alternative strategies based on the SWOT analysis results. This research concludes that the priority strategy for developing fish processing MSMEs is the SO strategies, which include utilizing government programs to form marketing and distribution networks, innovating attractive product packaging following people's lifestyles, utilizing technological advances for promotional activities, marketing, and expanding marketing networks and the need to create a business website so that the market can recognize every product owned by the company.

Maahad Tahfiz Al-Qur’an Darul Falah, Selangor, Malaysia, is an institution focused on Qur’an memorization for female students. Due to their intense activities, including memorization requiring high concentration, balanced nutrition is essential for supporting their academic performance and health. However, their nutritional intake has not been fully optimized. In the era of advancing information and communication technology, using the internet has become very easy. This is due to the need for access to information, lifestyle, communication, entertainment, and knowledge available on various social media platforms. Social media plays a role in shaping a person's identity, and high social media use among students can impact their mental health. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study were 87 PAI students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Product Moment Correlation test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students. The correlation coefficient was r = 0.220 with a significance level of p = 0.041 (< 0.05). This means that the higher the students' intensity of social media use, the lower their mental health. Conversely, the lower the intensity of social media use, the better their mental health.

The advancement of technology and changes in lifestyle have become triggers for deviant behavior, potentially causing mental health issues. Mental health is an increasingly crucial aspect of societal well-being. Optimal mental health impacts individuals' awareness of their potential, their ability to manage life pressures stably, productive performance in work, and active participation in community life. The negative stigma in society towards individuals with mental disorders further exacerbates the number of affected individuals. In Indonesia, this issue is gaining more attention due to its impact on the quality of life for individuals and society as a whole. Mental disorders necessitate a holistic and innovative approach to rehabilitation efforts. Therefore, it is essential to establish specialized rehabilitation centers for individuals with mental disorders, providing support in both physical and mental recovery processes. Well-designed and functional spaces play a key role in enhancing the psychological well-being of individuals, creating an environment that is safe, comfortable, and preserves privacy. By adopting the Behavioral Architecture approach in design, it is expected to create an environment that meets the needs of patients and positively influences the behavior, perceptions, and feelings of everyone involved in the activities.
