Jurnal Pemimpin Bisnis Inovatif 2024 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen dan Bisnis Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the influence of Instagram social media promotion effectiveness on brand awareness and consumer purchase intention, with a case study on Bistro Balige, North Sumatra. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, this research involved 70 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that the effectiveness of Instagram promotion has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness and consumer purchase intention. However, brand awareness does not have a significant influence on purchase intention. These findings provide valuable insights for culinary businesses in tourist areas like Lake Toba in optimizing their digital promotion strategies.

The abstract in English: This study investigates the impact of ethics on consumer trust in advertising. The research examines how ethical considerations in advertisements influence consumer perceptions and trust. The study uses a mixed-methods approach to analyze data collected from surveys and interviews. The findings reveal that ethical advertising significantly enhances consumer trust, leading to greater brand loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. These implications highlight the importance of maintaining high ethical standards in advertising practices.

The behavior of digital wallet users in Indonesia depends on individual preferences, user habits, and other factors. Consumers' decisions in using digital finance applications are influenced by various factors, including digital marketing, the quality of electronic services and the brand image of the digital finance applications they use. This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing, electronic service quality and brand image on consumer decisions to use the OVO application in the Jabodetabek area. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that is associative. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 155 respondents who used the OVO application. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data processing in this research used the IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) ver.25. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that: (1) digital marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to use the OVO application (2) electronic service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to use the OVO application (3) brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to use the OVO application and (4) digital marketing variables, electronic service quality and brand image together have a significant influence on consumer decisions to use the OVO application.

This study aims to explore the effect of social media marketing and celebrity endorsement on consumer buying interest in Wardah Beauty products. The research was conducted from April to June using a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques include data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test using IBM SPSS 25 software. Partial test results show that social media marketing (X1) has a significant influence on consumer buying interest (Y), with a calculated T value of 4.092> 1.661 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, celebrity endorsement (X2) has no significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y), with a T value of 1.469 < 1.666 and a significance of 0.145 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the effect of social media marketing (X1) and celebrity endorsement (X2) on consumer buying interest (Y) has been tested using the F test, which shows a significant effect with an F value of 12.771> F table 3.090 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that social media marketing (X1) and celebrity endorsement (X2) together have a positive influence on consumer buying interest (Y) in Wardah Beauty products.

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of sales tax on luxury goods (PPnBM) on consumers purchasing power to buy motorized vehicles. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing literature related to the concept of tax, PPnBM, consumer purchasing power, and the characteristics of motorized vehicles. The research results show that PPnBM has a negative effect on consumer purchasing power because it increases the costs that must be borne when purchasing motorized vehicles. Factors such as income and price influence consumer purchasing power. PPnBM is imposed on certain vehicles according to their categorization and rates, and the calculation uses the tax base. This research concludes that the imposition of PPnBM has an impact on reducing consumers ability to purchase motorized vehicles because it reduces purchasing power. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the imposition of PPnBM on consumers.

This research aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on consumer satisfaction at RD Cafe, Binjai City. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation and interviews. The number of respondents used was 385 people who were consumers of RD Cafe Binjai City. The data analysis technique in this research uses SPSS 25 data analysis. The results of this research show that promotions, people and processes have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product, price, location and physical evidence have no effect on consumer satisfaction. The 7P marketing mix simultaneously has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Brand image is a very important factor in marketing management, the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions by considering the role of consumer satisfaction as a mediator, if the brand image of a company is strong it will increase consumer satisfaction, which in turn will influence consumer purchasing decisions. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether brand image influences purchasing decisions, whether brand image influences consumer satisfaction, whether consumer satisfaction influences purchasing decisions, whether consumer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative research, the population in this research is students of the Faculty of Febi Uin Raden Intan Lampung. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SEM model using SmartPLS version 3.0. The research results obtained directly from each variable are that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. And for the test results passing the mediating variable, it was found that consumer satisfaction was able to mediate the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions through partial mediation.

The increasingly massive use of social media has opened up opportunities for the development of the business sector. This reality also provides opportunities for the growth and development of local products. One local brand that has developed quite well by utilizing social media, especially TikTok, is the Tenue de Attire brand. This research aims to analyze strategies for increasing brand awareness through creative content in TikTok Brand Tenue de Attire social media marketing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained using literature review techniques and official publications. Tenue De Attire's marketing strategy shows that they can use social media, especially TikTok, to increase brand awareness and introduce their products to the public. They managed to create a strong connection between the audience and the brand by focusing on creating engaging video content, especially by using adaptable ideas and following popular trends. Tenue De Attire uses an Inbound Marketing approach to direct TikTok users from the stage of attracting attention to the stage of becoming potential customers, by using interesting content to provide information about their products indirectly. Inbound marketing strategy has four stages, namely: Attract, Convert, Close and Delight. Using TikTok's Shop and Live features also helped them increase customer relations and sales. Therefore, Tenue De Attire has achieved success thanks to its innovative and smart marketing strategies.

Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan yang sangat ketat, perusahaan harus selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan mereka. Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. Parakan, sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa, harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaanPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. Parakan. Metode ini memungkinkan analisis yang lebih dalam dan lebih spesifik terhadap variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan kualitas pelayanan. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan digunakan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. ParakanBerdasarkan hasil survei ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keandalan layanan di sini menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan di antara responden.Mereka merasa layanan tersebut konsisten dalam menunjukkan sikap yang profesional. Selain itu, keamanan transaksi juga penilaian tinggi dari semua responden, menunjukkan bahwa dianggap aman dan dapat diandalkan Hal ini menunjukkan fokus yang kuat dalam mempertahankan kepuasan konsumen respons yang cepat dan bantuan yang efektifterlihat bahwa layanan ini mendapat penilaian yang cukup positif dalam beberapa aspek kunci. Pertama, respons terhadap keluhan konsumen dan kesediaan untuk membantu dinilai sangat baik oleh mayoritas responden, menunjukkan fokus yang kuat pada kepuasan pelanggan melalui respons yang efisien dan bantuan yang efektif.

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Price Strategy, Service Quality and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Indah Bordir Sidoarjo. This research methodology uses a quantitative type of research. This research sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling type. Respondents in this study had criteria, namely people who had purchased Indah Embroidery products. The sample in this study was 96 people who were calculated using the Chocran formula. The data analysis technique uses the help of the smart-PLS version 3.0 application. The findings of this research show that Price Strategy has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Indah Bordir Sidoarjo, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Indah Bordir Sidoarjo and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Indah Bordir Sidoarjo. Suggestions for further research are expected to use a larger population by adding other independent variables to further expand information regarding the factors causing consumer satisfaction.

PT BONA MESTY GEMILANG was established in 2002, which has its head office and factory in Cikarang - West Java, PT BONA MESTY GEMILANG is a manufacturer and supplier of Gloves and Personal Protective Equipment in Indonesia. BONA GLOVES produces PU Gloves, Knit Gloves, Rubber / latex gloves, Nitrile Gloves, PVC Gloves, Cotton Fabric Gloves, Nylon Fabric Gloves, Aprons and masks. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer purchase satisfaction of PT BONA MESTY GEMILANG gloves on Jl. Villa Mutiara Cikarang No.1 Blok G5 19, Ciantra, South Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java 17530. This research method is a quantitative method with data collection techniques based on a questionnaire of 100 people. In determining the sample, the researcher used a nonprobability sampling method and the data collection technique was measured using a Likert Scale from primary and secondary data sources. After the data is collected, the analysis method used by the research is Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially, the bona gloves variable had a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction. The quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction. The production quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction

This research was conducted to determine the influence of product quality, price, store atmosphere on consumer repurchase intention at KKV in the Tangerang and South Tangerang areas. The number of respondents was 88 who were selected through purposive sampling. The research uses the SEM-PLS analysis method with SmartPLS4 software. The results of this research show that product quality, price and store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.

This research aims to analyze the changes in digital consumer behavior in the context of e-commerce business until 2024. Through a qualitative approach with a focus on literature studies, the analysis identifies factors that influence changes in digital consumer behavior, including increased online shopping activities, shifting purchasing preferences, the use of mobile devices, digital payment trends, data security and privacy, and the influence of social, cultural, and new technological factors. The analysis shows that consumers are increasingly demanding better user experience, flexibility in payment methods, and guaranteed data security and privacy. Meanwhile, new technologies such as artificial intelligence and collaboration with influencers also play an important role in influencing consumer behavior. Thus, the proposed suggestions include improving user experience, flexibility in payment methods, investment in new technologies, collaboration with influencers, and prioritizing data security and privacy. It is hoped that the results of this study can help e-commerce businesses to better understand the changes in digital consumer behavior and develop effective strategies in dealing with them.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at Honda AHASS   Semarang. Data was collected through a survey of 45 respondents who are customers of Honda AHASS   Semarang. The data analysis technique used is product moment analysis and multiple correlation. The results showed that service quality and brand image together had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a greater influence than brand image. The dimension of service quality that has the most influence on customer satisfaction is the reliability dimension, then the dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and finally the caring dimension. The implication of this research is that Honda AHASS in Semarang needs to continue to improve its service quality, especially in the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and care. In addition, Honda AHASS in Semarang also needs to maintain its brand image to remain positive in the eyes of consumers.

This research reviews the influence of social media and trust on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia platform in South Tangerang. The background reflects significant changes in consumer behavior due to developments in information technology, especially in online commerce. The goal is to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions with a focus on social media and consumer trust. Quantitative methods are used to collect and analyze data from consumers in the region. Research findings show that although social media does not have a positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer trust has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The implication is the importance of strengthening consumer trust in building effective marketing strategies on e-commerce platforms, as well as the need to develop theories of consumer behavior in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product innovation and brand ambassador to purchasing decisions Scarlett Whitening body lotion tube products in South Tangerang. Scarlett Whitening, a local Indonesian beauty brand, is known for a variety of skin care products such as body lotions, scrubs, scrubs, serums, and creams that aim to brighten and maintain healthy skin. With the motto" Reveal your Beauty, " Scarlett has managed to increase the confidence of its users. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS and quantitative approach through google form questionnaire survey. The sample consisted of 60 respondents who had bought Scarlett tube body lotion products and knew the boy band EXO. The results showed that product innovation has a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a statistical t-value of 2.263 ≥ 1,96 and p-value of 0.000 ≤ 0,05. In addition, brand ambassadors also have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a statistical t-value of 3.123 ≥ 1,96 and p-value of 0.000 ≤ 0,05.

This research discusses the influence of Influencers and eWOM on consumer buying interest in N'pure products in South Tangerang with Brand Trust as an intervening variable. Nowadays, the biggest purchases are made online through e-commerce and people look for references through social media. Influencers are familiar figures among social media users. Influencers who are honest will always be more trusted by their followers. That way, whatever the influencer recommends, their followers tend to be interested in that product. Coupled with positive reviews and ratings on e-commerce, it will increase consumers' trust in a product which can increase interest in purchasing a product. The aim of this research is to review and find out how influential influencers and eWOM are on consumer buying interest, using brand trust as an intervention. This research uses quantitative methods with a questionnaire survey with a total of 60 respondents. From the results of this research, it can be seen that influencers have an influence on increasing the Brand Trust of a product and eWOM has a great influence on consumer buying interest. Brand Trust has a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Even though Influencers are not significant in influencing Purchase Interest, increasing trust in the brand will make a product brand known to many people, in other words it will influence consumer purchasing interest.

Salah satu elemen penting dalam mempengaruhi suatu usaha adalah marketing mix (bauran pemasaran), sehingga sangat penting untuk diterapkan guna meningkatkan volume penjualan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui usaha tomoro coffee melakukan penerapan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) dengan menggunakan produk (product), harga (price), tempat (place) dan promosi (promotion) yang nantinya akan terciptanya loyalitas konsumen. Bauran pemasaran dapat dikatakan efektif apabila dapat menyatukan empat hal ini dengan efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta preferensi pelanggan. Adanya konsep ini dirancang guna membantu sebuah usaha dalam melakukan perencanaan dan melaksanakan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Maka dari itu, Metode pengumpulan sampel ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling yaitu sebanyak 45 orang responden. Sedagkan metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa produk berpengaruh negatif siginifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, tempat berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Tomorro Coffe Deltamas.

Utilization of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) is one of the digital marketing strategies that is widely used today. KOL is not only used by new business people, even established business people with popular brands also use KOL. One of them is Wardah cosmetics. This research aims to analyze the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy to improve consumer purchasing decisions for Wardah products. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data comes from the results of reviews of official publications and searches on various official databases and popular digital sites. The research results show that Wardah did several things in its KOL utilization strategy, namely: 1). Wardah chooses Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) who have a positive image and are relevant to the target market and collaborate with beauty influencers, fashion influencers and lifestyle influencers to promote their products. 2). Wardah collaborates with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to create interesting and informative content about Wardah products, the content will be creative and original. 3). Wardah measures the effectiveness of the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy by tracking metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion using social media analytics tools to track the performance obtained. Wardah's success in using Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) was proven when it carried out a C-Defense Series product campaign which showed significant results with increased views and engagement, this helped Wardah reach consumers and increase sales effectively
