In the modern era, financial services have increasingly integrated with technological advancements, one example being donation-based crowdfunding that operates through online financial platforms. Kitabisa.com is an online platform that facilitates donation transactions between campaigners and donors but does not assume responsibility for the actions or information provided by campaigners, donors, or other users. This creates significant potential for disputes among these parties. This study examines two key issues related to the standard contracts used in donation-based crowdfunding: the unilateral dispute resolution provisions created by the platform and the effectiveness of resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Using a case study approach focused on Kitabisa.com's standard contracts, the research employs descriptive-qualitative analysis of collected data and literature. The findings reveal that while some contracts include ADR clauses, others do not, and the effectiveness of ADR in resolving disputes is limited, with few cases being publicly reported.

The theme of God's provision in limitations is highly relevant to theology students, who often face various challenges in their academic and spiritual journeys. The story in 2 Kings 4:42-44, where the prophet Elisha distributes twenty barley loaves to a hundred people, provides a powerful illustration of how God can turn limitations into blessings. Theology students often feel inexperienced and limited in resources to serve the community, but Elisha's example teaches that intention and trust in God are far more important than the amount of resources one has. Limitations can also trigger a crisis of faith, especially when the demands of academics and daily life increase. Therefore, it is important for students to realize that limitations are not obstacles to God, but opportunities to experience His love and power. This paper aims to explore how God's provision in limitations can be the basis for learning faith that shapes the character and ministry of theology students. By understanding this concept, it is hoped that students can serve sincerely and trust in God in every aspect of their lives.

A collection of shoes that are not neatly arranged often makes you lazy to tidy up and clean them, whereas the condition of scattered shoes can spoil the view and reduce the durability and functionality of the shoes themselves. On the other hand, plastic waste, especially plastic bottles, is increasing and becoming a serious problem for the environment. In an effort to reduce the impact of pollution and utilize unused items, this study proposes a solution in the form of making a shoe rack from used plastic bottle waste. The use of plastic bottles not only reduces the amount of waste but also provides a practical solution for more organized shoe storage, especially for students who need efficient and environmentally friendly shoe storage space. The method used in this study is (R&D), which aims to develop a shoe rack product and test its effectiveness and feasibility. The test results show that this shoe rack can accommodate 12 pairs of shoes with a maximum strength of 5.5 kg per rack consisting of three levels. The use of 69 plastic bottles for the base and 24 bottles for the walls provides a large enough capacity to store shoes. Based on the test results, this shoe rack not only functions as a place to store shoes, but also as an effort to reduce plastic waste and support environmental sustainability. This study applies a qualitative research method with an intersectionality approach to analyze Mark Twain's The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, which explores issues related to race, gender, and class in the context of post-civil war America. The main focus of this research is how racial, gender, and class identities interact with each other in shaping the experiences of the characters, specifically Huck, a white boy from the lower class, and Jim, an escaped African-American slave. Through the analysis of their cross-racial relationship, this study highlights the complex power dynamics, where Jim is trapped in a racial and class hierarchy, while Huck struggles against social pressure from female authority figures representing patriarchy. The findings of this study suggest that character identities are shaped by the intersection of multiple factors, providing a deeper understanding of the challenges faced in maintaining or resisting oppressive systems of power. The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, a classic novel by Mark Twain, is a clear example of how literary works that criticize racial injustice can be misinterpreted and censored. Twain presents a scathing satire of American society, exposing its hypocrisy and failure to realize the promised values of equality. As such, the deep meanings contained within are buried under layers of superficial and biased interpretations.
