The aim of this research is 1) to find out what assessments are used in science subjects at Riigi Algkooli 105292 Bandar Klippa, Percut Sei Tuan District, Class V, 2) to analyze the quality of assessment tools according to the rules. reliability and competence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely. description of phenomena that occur in reality. All subjects were class V students at SD 105292 Bandar Klippa. As a primary data source, data sources are obtained from teachers and students, and as secondary data sources, documentation and questionnaires. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and tests. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using validation tests, test reliability, difficulty and distinguishing power. Validation was carried out by the researchers themselves and the validation expert group. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the question format used by teachers in evaluating scientific learning is multiple choice questions consisting of 15 questions, filler questions consisting of 10 numbers, and descriptive questions consisting of 10 questions. 15 questions. of 5 questions. The results of the validation test show that not all multiple choice questions are valid, only 4 out of 15 questions are valid. The form has 5 valid questions and all descriptive questions are recognized as valid. Expert validation also showed that of the 4 experts, only 1 expert showed that the results were quite valid, 3 validation experts showed that the questions were less valid. The reliability test shows that the multiple choice questions are not reliable, while the fill-in-the-blank and description questions are considered reliable. The difficulty level test shows that multiple choice questions have 3 categories of difficulty, namely hard, medium and easy questions, while for questions that can be filled in and are descriptive, only 2 categories of difficulty are found, namely. intermediate questions and easy questions. Finally, the differential power test shows that multiple choice questions have 4 different power categories, namely poor, sufficient, good, and very good. Meanwhile, there were excellent results on questions about filling in and describing different styles.

Ngayak Sasak is a form of old poetry used to express ideas, feelings, educational, and entertainment media. The purpose of this research is to gain concrete description about the forms of ngayak and its educational values. Based on the above explanation, in this research, the researcher tries to take the analysis of educational values and form of ngayak at Selaparang, Lombok, as the title of this thesis. The researcher uses the documentation technique and interview technique to collect the data by applying a direct question to the informants. The interview technique is used by the researcher to get the data that can be used as references in understanding Kayak. The research results are as follows: (1) Ngayak has close relationship with educational values, and it has high potential in society life because it contains a good suggestion and guidance for doing good deeds in our daily life. (2) For the societies, especially Selaparing society, it is hoped that the result of this study can be utilized as a guidance in investigating the values and norms contained in Ngayak Sasak.

Speech acts in pragmatic science are divided into several types, one of which is representative speech acts. Speech acts that bind the speaker to the truth of what he says are representative speech acts. Speeches that include speech acts can be found in learning videos. Based on this, this study analyzes the representative speech acts contained in the learning video. The data used in the research is in the form of learning videos in the "Summary of Indonesian Language Materials Class 7 K-13" playlist on the Youtube channel "Edukasi Portal". This study aims to provide exposure and describe various representative speech acts contained in the data source. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. It was found in Chapter 1 ''Description Text'' material, 1 0 data were produced, 1 2 data was found in Chapter 2 ''National Text'', 9 representative speech data were found in Chapter 3 ''Procedural Text'' , and 12 speech data were found. on the material of Chapter 4 ''Text of Observation Results'' and as many as 12 data on the material of Chapter 5 ''People's Poetry''. This research is useful for readers in facilitating understanding of representative speech acts. With the analysis of representative speech acts, it is hoped that readers can fully understand and comprehend representative speech acts. This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and job descriptions on the performance of PT employees. Sharia Pawnshop Ginte Market Branch. The research entitled Analysis of Illocutionary Speech Acts in the "Independence Curriculum" Playlist in the Friends of Learners Channel is motivated by the presence of interesting words to analyze and aims to describe illocutionary speech acts in speakers' speeches. This research is to explain illocutionary speech acts in the “Independence Curriculum” playlist on the Friends of Learners channel. This study uses a qualitative description method, the data source is from the "Independence Curriculum" playlist on the Friends of Learners Channel on YouTube social media. The data in this study are speech transcripts in the form of sentences or paragraphs indicating the existence of illocutionary speech acts in the "Independence Curriculum" playlist on the Friends of Learners Channel. The data collection technique is the listening and note-taking technique. The results showed that there were various types of illocutionary speech acts. Based on the results of research on illocutionary speech acts in the "Independence Curriculum" playlist on the Friends of Learners Channel, 15 illocutionary speech acts were found which included: 3 assertive speech acts, 3 declarative speech acts, 3 directive speech acts, 4 commissive speech acts, 2 expressive speech acts. The benefit of this research is that we can find out speech acts and as a reference in language in society.    

Final year students are required to write a thesis and usually often find various difficulties that can develop into negative feelings that cause anxiety. Some things that cause anxiety in individuals are negative experiences, lack of social support, and irrational thoughts. Anxiety can be prevented by self-talk techniques to change negative thoughts into positive ones, as well as by getting good social support. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of age, gender characteristics, self-talk, social support, and anxiety levels and to determine the relationship of self-talk to anxiety levels in students, and to determine the relationship of social support to anxiety levels in students. In this study using a quantitative approach method with a cross sectional design with a sampling technique that is a random sampling sample with a sample of 53 students at the Advanced University of Indonesia. The results of the chi-square test for the relationship of self-talk to the level of anxiety p-value is 0.005 <0.05 and the chi-square results for the relationship of social support to the level of anxiety p-value is 0.003 <0.05, so there is a relationship of self-talk to the level of anxiety in students and there is a relationship of social support to the level of anxiety in students.    

This research was motivated by class V students at SD Negeri 1 Gedebeg who seemed bored and not interested in implementing learning evaluations because evaluations were considered a burden and class teachers also felt that the learning evaluations given still seemed monotonous because usually the evaluations used were only written tests in the form of multiple choice questions and descriptions. This research aims to describe the use of quizizz paper mode-based evaluation tools in increasing the enthusiasm and learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 1 Gedebeg, Blora Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with the research subjects being class V teachers and class V students with a total of 15 students. Data collection techniques in this research include tests, questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research using quizizz paper mode based evaluation tools can increase learning outcomes with learning success (class accuracy) of announcement text material using the quizizz paper mode platform by 82% and can increase student enthusiasm with indicators of response, attention, willingness, concentration and awareness to involve themselves in learning which on average has a very high level of enthusiasm.

The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions on tax digitalization in increasing willingness to pay taxes. This quantitative research method discussed the general description of student perceptions of tax digitization, willingness to pay taxes and conducts regression analysis and significance tests. Data collection using questionnaires with a sample of 90 people. The results of research based on student perceptions show that tax digitalization had a significant effect on the willingness to pay taxes.

The importance of fishing boat maintenance cannot be underestimated. A well-maintained vessel not only increases efficiency in fishing operations, but also minimizes the risk of accidents at sea. Ship maintenance covers various aspects, from regular engine inspections, repairing damaged hulls, to ensuring that all safety equipment is in good condition. The purpose of this study is to increase the awareness and understanding of fishermen in East Sapa Village regarding the importance of ship maintenance and life safety at sea. This research method uses a qualitative method with a short description of the analysis. The results of this study show that although the fishermen of East Sapa Village have a basic awareness of the importance of boat maintenance and safety at sea, they face a variety of significant challenges, including limited resources, limited technical knowledge, and lack of relevant training. Financial and material constraints hinder the implementation of thorough ship maintenance, while a varied understanding of safety indicates the need for more in-depth education. Strong community cooperation and greater government support, including the provision of resources and training programs, are essential to address these issues and improve the well-being and safety of fishermen.

At Ulujami 1 Middle School in Pemalang Regency, student learning achievement is still low. There are several students whose achievements are below average. Through personal counseling services, the ten students are guided by a guidance and counseling teacher. The question is, how can guidance and counseling teachers help students excel at school? The aim of this research is to learn more about how guidance and counseling teachers can help students achieve better emotional learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, specifically a field study with the aim of writing from individuals who have determined descriptions of field phenomena. Data and information in the form of narratives are obtained from observations, interviews and triangulation-based documentation as data validity in this kind of research report method. The findings of this research lead to the following conclusions: First, how guidance and counseling teachers can use personal counseling guidance services to improve student learning achievement. in providing group guidance services, especially the Guidance and Guidance Teacher carries out assessments and collaborates with related parties. Prepare an RPL-based program, as well as the necessary facilities and infrastructure. Second, by using the skills that students already have, guidance and counseling teachers are able to encourage low achieving students through individual guidance.

Likewise, the duties and responsibilities of waste bank management officers are in accordance with the job and description of the organizational structure. The proposed use of the information system at the "Sami Berkah" Waste Bank is the use of an Android-based application or web system (mobile web access) in order to accommodate the need for faster and easier information access for customers/Members and Waste Bank managers, as well as being able to overcome the Bank's operational problems. Waste starts from customer registration, savings transaction processes to reporting, efficiently and with integrity. and easy to manage by admins and monitored by users directly.

The purpose of this research is to determine the description of profit sharing in sharia accounting to achieve the principles of justice. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a post-positivist paradigm. The informants in this research used data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Research shows that the profits generated by companies are not just the result of the work of a group of people. However, many stakeholders are involved, including fund owners, employees and the environment. With an impartial perspective, profits can benefit all parties involved, not just a handful of executives.

The aim of this research is to find out the process and implementation of land registration in Hutuo Village, as well as to find out the factors that cause problems in land registration in Hutuo Village. The type of research used is Empirical Legal research. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques and literature. Then the writer will analyze the data obtained in the research process descriptively, in this case the researcher will describe the description of the research subjects and objects as the results of the research he conducted. The results of this research indicate that land registration in Hutuo Village in view of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 is still not optimal. This is proven by the data in Hutuo Village where there are still a large number of unregistered land cases. However, the cases of land that have not been registered have not been resolved, due to the background obstacles that influence the achievement of legal certainty in the Hutuo Village. The suggestion in this research is that the Government, especially the Regional Office of the National Land Agency in Gorontalo Regency, continues to strive to carry out more outreach to the people of Hutuo Subdistrict to carry out land registration so that they can have a certificate to obtain legal certainty.

There are still many UMKM who do not know the existence of e-commerce, and there are still many UMKM who make transactions manually. Currently the emergence of e-commerce has a very positive impact on UMKM and is very helpful in supporting effective and efficient promotion and sales activities. This research aims to find out the influence of e-commerce on the increase in sales of Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). The object of this research is the Zona Warkop in Kebon Kosong, Central Jakarta City. The purpose of this service activity is to introduce and practice e-commerce in the implementation of sales activities, and is expected to develop its creative ideas to balance the lifestyle of the people today. The data collection techniques used include observation, interview, and documentation. The advantage of selling through e-commerce is that it is easily accessible to UMKM through their mobile phones and it is very easy to share photos and videos and provide interesting product descriptions so that consumers are interested.

This research aims to analyze the teaching modules of PLP students in English subjects at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru based on Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22 of 2023. The two aspects analyzed are the completeness and systematic preparation of teaching module components and the suitability of the content based on Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22 of 2023. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection used document study techniques for teaching modules for PLP students in English subjects at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru. Based on the descriptions above, it can be concluded as follows: (a) The teaching module developed by PLP students for English subjects at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru has deficiencies in the completeness of the teaching module, namely in the learning material and there are differences in systematics. (b) The content of the teaching module was developed by PLP students in English subjects at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru in accordance with the provisions of Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22 of 2023

The communication strategy is the choice of Instagram owner @Farizas_kyas as a marketing promotion for Muslim fashion products towards teenagers. Because, today's teenagers have followed trends as a reflection of modernity while remaining within the corridors of sharia principles. This research aims to examine and describe the communication strategy for promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers by the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas. The research method uses a description method with a qualitative approach. The research subject is Farizas Kyas, while the research objects are material objects and formal objects. The data source was obtained from the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas through product posts and stories. Data collection was carried out through virtual observation, interviews and documentation. The research results confirm that the communication strategy for the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas in promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers is done by creating attractive visual content, using hashtags, educational and informative content, live Instagram, and being consistent in posting content. By using an Instagram account, the account owner gets more benefits through the effectiveness of the product marketing strategy used.

This research contains a description of the ratification of extra-marital children as legal children. Recognition and ratification of extra-marital children often experience differences in their determination. The research method used by the author in writing this journal is normative legal research method, this legal research examines document studies using various secondary data, such as laws and regulations, court decisions, legal theories and opinions of scientists. Based on the results of the research, the Marriage Law does not regulate the recognition and validation of children, the Civil Code regulates recognition and validation while the Constitutional Court only focuses on the biological relationship between the child and the father. In the Determination of the Airmadidi District Court Number 175/Pdt.P/2021/PN Arm, the judge only looks at positive law without considering other aspects in the ratification of extra-marital children. This research is expected to contribute to the development of science, the author's achievement from this research is to produce scientific works in the form of theses, research journals, and as reference material for other writers in the future.
