The concepts of justice and peace in Islam are fundamental elements that underlie the social, political and moral structure in Islamic society. Justice (al-'Adl) in Islam includes not only legal or distributive justice, but also social and spiritual justice which demands a balance between individual rights and collective interests. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of these two concepts in creating a harmonious and civilized society, as well as how Muslims can contribute to creating a better world. This research is descriptive-analytic in nature, namely describing and analyzing in depth how Islam views justice and peace based on available sources. Following are the research steps: Determine the main research theme (justice and peace), collect data sources, read and analyze relevant texts, identify Islamic principles related to justice and peace. These principles of justice are strengthened by the teachings of the Koran and Sunnah which emphasize the importance of equal treatment, eliminating injustice and fulfilling human rights. Peace (as-Salam) in Islam is not only interpreted as the absence of conflict, but as a state of harmony rooted in justice and a sense of social responsibility. This research can provide deeper insight into the concept of justice in Islam. Islam teaches that justice is not only applied in the context of human relationships with God, but also in relationships between humans. This research can examine how these principles of justice can be applied in various contexts of daily life, including government, economics and social relations.

This study seeks to examine the legal vacuum surrounding regional head elections that feature only a single candidate, as well as the legal implications that arise from this scenario. In a democratic system, the principle of popular sovereignty necessitates a fair and free electoral process; however, the absence of clear regulations for regional head elections with a solitary candidate can jeopardize the integrity of this principle. Employing a normative legal methodology with both legislative and conceptual approaches, this study investigates various regulations that govern regional head elections and assesses how this legal vacuum impacts the electoral process and the constitutional rights of citizens. Additionally, the study identifies several strategies to address the legal vacuum, which include establishing clear legal provisions for the election process involving a single candidate, implementing a plebiscite mechanism, and enhancing transparency throughout the electoral process. The findings suggest that a more definitive and explicit legal framework is essential to uphold the principle of popular sovereignty in regional head elections featuring a single candidate.

Not all business products are widely known by the public. One example is the Banten Institute, an business that operates in the education sector and has been operating for 14 years by utilizing Instagram social media via the @institut_banten account. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, where the researcher attempts to describe and analyze data obtained in the field according to the focus of the problem being studied. Data and information were collected through interviews with craftsmen and account owners who were the objects of research, as well as through observations during research activities. The research results show that the use of Instagram social media has had a positive impact on the development of Banten Institute product marketing, which can be seen from the increase in the number of followers and sales. Apart from that, the ease of operation and large number of users make Instagram a practical, cheap and effective promotional medium for reaching audiences anywhere. However, this research also identified several obstacles, such as poor internet access in the account owner's location, limited expertise of the account owner in creating attractive designs, and the absence of product prices, which require consumers to communicate via the contacts provided.

This research aims to determine the implementation of Minister of Trade Regulation No. 51/m-dag/per/7/2015 concerning the prohibition on imports of used clothing in Indonesia and the legal implications for consumer protection based on legal certainty in Indonesia. This research was conducted using a type of normative legal research with two types of approaches, namely the Statutory Approach and the Conceptual Approach. Based on research results, the implementation of Minister of Trade Regulation Number 51/M-DAG/7/2015 of 2015 concerning the prohibition on the import of used clothing is only limited to providing guidance and supervision and does not make recommendations to stop the business activities of trading imported used clothing to law enforcement authorities. The facts that occur in Indonesia state that there is still a lot of imported used clothing being bought and sold in markets and thrift shops, meaning that the implementation of the trade minister's regulations has not been implemented optimally. Legal Implications of the Implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 51/M-DAG/PER/7/2015 concerning the Prohibition of Importing Used Clothes for consumer protection based on legal certainty gives rise to vague norms and conflict of norms which results in the absence of legal certainty. This is because the trade minister's regulations cause multiple interpretations and conflict with the finance minister's regulation number 6/PMK.010/2022, so that the rights and obligations to protect consumers are not guaranteed through these regulations.

The corporate criminal culpability concept is point by point in Article 20, passage (1) of Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Annihilation of Debasement, as revised by Law Number 20 in 2001. Concurring to this article, on the off chance that a enterprise locks in in debasement, both the organization and/or its administration can confront criminal charges. The term "and" implies a cumulative approach, holding both the corporation and its management accountable simultaneously, whereas "or" implies an alternate method, holding either the corporation or its management answerable. The usage of "can" generates ambiguity because its application is dependent on the interpretation of prosecutors and judges. Authoritative, conceptual, and case think about techniques were utilized to conduct the investigate. The information infer that Article 20, passage (1) of the PTPK Law is subject to numerous elucidations, coming about in regulating equivocalness.
