Mathematics learning at the elementary school level plays an important role in shaping students' logical thinking. However, understanding multiplication concepts remains a challenge for some students, mainly due to the learning process which tends to be monotonous and lacks active participation. This study aims to describe the implementation of context-based educational games "Seblak Prasmanan" and to examine their impact on students' activity and understanding in multiplication material. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with 21 third-grade students at MI Miftahul Ulum 02 Honggosoco as subjects. Data collection techniques were conducted through direct observation and documentation with the help of observation sheets containing indicators of student involvement and understanding. The results of the study show that the implementation of educational games can encourage students to participate more actively in learning. In addition, students find it easier to understand the concept of multiplication as repeated addition through contextual learning experiences. A more enjoyable learning atmosphere also impacts the increase in students' interest and motivation to learn. Thus, the use of educational games based on everyday life contexts can be an alternative learning strategy to effectively improve the quality of mathematics learning in elementary schools.

This study aims to enhance the academic synergy of the Quranic Studies and Exegesis Program at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo in supporting Quranic literacy mentoring activities for coastal communities in Oluhuta Village, Bone Bolango Regency. The study is motivated by the low level of Quranic literacy in coastal areas, which is influenced by limited access to religious education and a shortage of competent mentors. This condition is further exacerbated by the fact that most residents of Oluhuta Village are fishermen who spend much of their lives at sea, limiting opportunities for structured learning. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study explores the role of lecturers and students from the Quranic Studies and Exegesis Department in planning, implementing, and evaluating a mentoring program aimed at strengthening basic skills in reading and writing the Quran. The findings show that interdisciplinary academic synergy, particularly in tajwid, tahsin, and Quranic teaching methodologies, significantly improves participants’ Quranic literacy skills. In addition, the program strengthens the relationship between Islamic higher education institutions, particularly IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo, and the surrounding community. It also serves as a medium for implementing academic integration and community service values. This study recommends the development of an integrated and context-based Quranic mentoring model for similar coastal communities in other regions.

Modern higher education faces significant challenges regarding character crisis and moral degradation amidst mass digitalization. This study aims to analyze the mechanism of internalizing ethical values from Ibn Jama’ah's book Tadzkirat al-Sāmi‘ wa al-Mutakallim among STIT Riyadhussholihiin students as a response to contemporary moral issues]. The research employs a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, combining field research and library research through content analysis, observation, and in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that the internalization process occurs systematically through stages of value transformation, transaction, and transinternalization. Key ethical values internalized include soul purification (tazkiyatun nafs), sincerity of intention, time management, and adab toward educators. The success of this internalization relies heavily on the synergy between students' intrinsic awareness, lecturers' role modeling (uswah hasanah), and a conducive campus ecosystem. The implication of this study is the provision of a practical strategy for Islamic higher education institutions to produce graduates who are khair al-barīyah—individuals who possess broad knowledge, fear of Allah, and leadership integrity.

Background: Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammation of the pilosebaceous unit caused by multiple factors, characterized by the presence of comedones, papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts. This condition commonly affects adolescents and often leads to psychological impacts, particularly decreased self-confidence. During adolescence, sensitivity to physical appearance tends to increase, making facial changes such as acne influential on social interactions, self-esteem, and even academic performance. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the severity of acne vulgaris and the level of self-confidence among students of SMA Al Irsyad Surabaya in 2025. Methods: The research employed an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach and involved a population of 90 students, from which 73 were selected as samples using purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The severity of acne vulgaris was assessed using an observation sheet based on the Lehmann classification, while self-confidence levels were measured using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test. Results: The findings showed that most students experienced mild acne vulgaris (49.3%) and had a high level of self-confidence (64.4%). There was a significant relationship between acne severity and self-confidence (p = 0.008), indicating that the more severe the acne, the lower the level of self-confidence. Conclusion: This study is expected to serve as a basis for schools and healthcare providers in developing educational programs and psychological support for adolescents

The muhadoroh activity in schools should serve to enhance students' self-confidence and social interaction skills. However, many students still experience anxiety and difficulty in communicating effectively in public. This indicates that muhadoroh activities have not yet fully optimized their role in supporting students' personal and social development. This study aims to explore students' experiences in participating in muhadoroh, describe its contribution to increasing self-confidence, analyze its role in developing social interaction, and identify the correlation between both. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, collecting data through interviews and observations of eight informants, including students, OSIS administrators, OSIS advisors, and the principal at SMPIT Al Bina Purwakarta. The findings show that: (1) nervousness decreases through habituation and repeated practice, (2) muhadoroh activities contribute significantly to enhancing students' self-confidence, (3) it strengthens social interactions through collaboration and discussion, and (4) there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and the quality of social interactions. This research enriches the study of experiential learning in Islamic education and is expected to serve as a reference for optimizing muhadoroh activities in schools.
