Learning to Understand the Content of Recited Poetry is a crucial aspect of literature instruction at the junior high school level. However, field observations indicate that many students struggle to appreciate poetry due to its imaginative and multi-interpretative language (Afiana et al., 2022). This study aims to improve the skill of understanding poetry content through the implementation of a modeling-based learning model using poetry recitation videos for seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Cilacap. This research adopts a quantitative approach, with subjects consisting of seventh-grade students selected based on their initial achievement, which did not meet the standard of learning mastery. The instruments used include a poetry comprehension skills test and non-test instruments such as observation, interviews, journals, and documentation. The data were analyzed using both descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The results indicate that the modeling learning model combined with poetry recitation videos significantly enhanced students' ability to understand the content of poetry. The average score increased from 74.78 to 78.6, exceeding the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKTP). Improvements were observed in the ability to identify the theme, message, feeling, tone and atmosphere, as well as in the ability to summarize the overall content of the poem. Additionally, there was a positive change in student behavior, with learners becoming more active, confident, and enthusiastic during the learning process. The video presentations played an important role in enthusiastic during the learning process. The video presentations played an important role in stimulating students’ auditory perception and imagination (Arlindo et al., 2022), while the modeling approach encouraged both cognitive and affective engagement (Musfiroh & Kanzunnudin, 2022). These findings affirm that instructional strategies integrating inductive approaches and audio-visual media are effective in enhancing students’ literary appreciation competencies (Sayoga & Nurlatifah, 2023). This study provides practical insights for teachers in designing engaging and effective poetry lessons and recommends further research to examine the effectiveness of similar strategies in broader educational contexts (Utomo et al., 2023).

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of flashcard media in music learning, especially in helping students understand music theory and increase motivation to play music through a fun and interactive approach. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study identified, evaluated, and synthesized eight selected scientific articles published between 2015-2025. The selection process was based on PRISMA guidelines and Zawacki-Richter's SLR model, including the formulation of research questions, screening of articles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and assessment of study quality. The results showed that the use of flashcards - both in manual and digital form - consistently contributed positively to the improvement of rhythmic ability, understanding of notation concepts, and affective engagement of learners from various levels. Flashcards proved effective in simplifying complex musical material into concrete visual representations, strengthening long-term memory through retrieval practice and spaced repetition techniques. Furthermore, the integration of flashcards in project-based pedagogical approaches (PjBL), character learning, as well as digital technologies such as apps and AR, shows great potential in enriching music learning experiences that are inclusive, collaborative and meaningful. Therefore, this study recommends the continued development of interactive technology-based flashcard media as a future music learning innovation.

The rapid growth of social media, especially TikTok, has changed how consumers seek information and make purchasing decisions. This is especially clear among Generation Z, who strongly respond to visual, short, interesting digital content. Fear of missing out (FoMO), Influencer Endorsements, and electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) have become important components of digital marketing strategies, specially in the trendy beauty industry. Somethinc, a local beauty brand active on TikTok, is an ideal object of study for this research, which explores the impact of FoMO, Influencer Endorsement, and e-WOM on purchasing decisions. This research study explores whether FoMO, Influencer Endorsements, and e-WOM on TikTok significantly impact the purchasing decisions of Generation Z in East Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative method, collecting data through an e-questionnaire distributed to 100 Generation Z individuals living in East Surabaya who have purchased at least twice and used Somethinc products within the last five months. The results show that all three variables positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. FoMO creates emotional urgency, Influencer Endorsements build trust through personal credibility, and e-WOM provides relevant information. The Archives and Library Office of West Sumatra Province is a government institution that serves as a center for archive management and public literacy services. This building is visited by various groups, including agency staff, students, university students, and the general public. However, based on preliminary observations, several issues were identified regarding the existing signage system in the building, which was found to be inadequate, lacking in informativeness, and in many cases, unfit for use—making it difficult for visitors to navigate the space. This study aims to design a more effective and communicative signage system using a visual communication design approach. Data collection methods included direct observation and SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the current signage conditions. The design process employed the Design Thinking method, consisting of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The outcome of this process includes five primary media: pictograms, floor plan boards, ground floor information boards, directional signs, and room information signs. Additionally, five supporting media were designed: staff ID cards, lanyards, library membership cards, folder maps, and bookmarks. The developed designs were evaluated through validation and feasibility testing involving two design experts and three visitors as respondents. Based on the assessment results, the design was rated as excellent, with an average score of 4.95 from the experts, and all general respondents gave positive feedback regarding the visual aspects, legibility, and informational function of the designed signage system.

International trademark infringement poses a complex challenge for brand owners due to jurisdictional variations and differing legal systems across countries. This study examines available legal remedies, ranging from non-litigation dispute resolution mechanisms such as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) - encompassing negotiation, mediation, and arbitration - to formal litigation in national courts. ADR offers advantages in time efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and confidentiality, while litigation provides legal certainty through binding court decisions such as injunctions and damages awards. Preventive strategies including international trademark registration through the Madrid System and cooperation with customs authorities serve as crucial proactive protection measures. Furthermore, this research analyzes judicial considerations in cross-industry trademark disputes, including assessment of trademark similarity (visual, phonetic, conceptual), reputation of well-known marks, bad faith of infringers, and potential consumer confusion. Case studies such as Louis Vuitton vs. Louis Vuitton Dak and Zara Food vs. Zara Fashion demonstrate judicial application of the likelihood of confusion principle and anti-dilution doctrine even across different industries. The research employs normative legal methodology with statutory and secondary document analysis approaches. Findings confirm that legal strategy selection must consider infringement scale, jurisdiction, and business objectives, while international trademark protection requires integration of proactive registration, legal enforcement, and comprehensive understanding of global market dynamics.

The advancement of information and communication technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has given rise to various digital innovations, one of which is deepfake technology that utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to manipulate audio-visual content convincingly. Although it has positive potentials in entertainment and education, the misuse of deepfake on social media has caused various legal and ethical issues, such as the spread of hoaxes, defamation, privacy violations, and non-consensual pornography. This study aims to analyze the use of deepfake from the perspective of Indonesian law, particularly through Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) and its amendments. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and literature study methods, this research examines the technical aspects of deepfake development, the relevance of ITE Law articles in regulating manipulative content, and the challenges of law enforcement amid low digital literacy in society. The findings show that although there are no explicit provisions concerning deepfake in the ITE Law, several articles can serve as a legal basis to prosecute offenders, albeit with interpretative and technical implementation challenges. Therefore, regulatory updates and improvements in digital literacy are necessary to prevent and effectively handle the misuse of deepfake technology.
