This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

Scientific literacy is a 21st century skill that every student must have. However, in fact, in the learning process, misconceptions occur which make it difficult for students to think critically in studying inappropriate material. The research method applies qualitative research. The instruments and data collection techniques used were literature studies. The data analysis applied is descriptive data analysis. The problems that usually occur are in the realm of analysis in science learning, one of which is style material. In this material, misconceptions often occur due to the many types of forces being studied. Apart from that, there are also misconceptions about the principles and applications so that students are confused when learning them. This is a problem for students' critical thinking skills which has an impact on student literacy nationally.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemakaian gaya bahasa, keunikan diksi dan penggunaan citraan pada novel Api Tauhid karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy yang diterbitkan oleh Republika penerbit (PT Pustaka Abdi Bangsa) dengan tebal buku 588 halaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik baca dan teknik catat dalam pengumpulan data. Prosedur penelitian meliputi: (1) memahami jenis-jenis gaya bahasa, diksi dan citraan, kemudian membaca serta menelaah novel Api Tauhid, (2) mencatat data berupa gaya bahasa, diksi dan citraan, (3) mengklasifikasikan data yang telah diperoleh, (4) mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa, diksi dan citraan yang diperoleh dalam novel, (5) menyimpulkan hasil analisis. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan sebanyak 90 penggunaan gaya bahasa secara keseluruhan, yakni majas perbandingan (majas asosiasi sebanyak 22 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas metafora 4 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas personifikasi 12 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas antisipasi 2 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas metonimia 1 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas simile 3 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas simbolik penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas alegori 4 penggunaan gaya bahasa) dan majas penegasan (majas repetisi 29 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas klimaks 3 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas anti klimaks 2 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas apofasis 2 penggunaan gaya bahasa, majas koreksio 1 penggunaan gaya bahasa). Keunikan diksi terdapat pada leksikon bahasa arab sebanyak 49, leksikon bahasa asing (inggris & turki) sebanyak 24, leksikon bahasa jawa sebanyak 14. Penggunaan citraan sebanyak 48.

Counseling, Mentoring and Empowerment are activities to increase community participation in meeting life's needs to resolve problems experienced by the community. Activities are carried out through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, which is a community service-based activity to increase student empathy for the conditions of society and the environment. Science KKN is carried out in Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency using service methods such as counseling, training and group mentoring. The results show that there is a positive response from village stakeholders and high active participation from the community, including taking part in an extension program with four activities, namely structuring Village Administration, Legal Awareness, Empowering MSMEs, and Learning Innovation. Apart from that, there are several outputs produced: (1) Strengthening data recording, archiving and reporting Village finances correctly (2) Increasing order, peace, security and justice in Village social life (3) Development of quality, competitiveness and added value of production home and halal certification (4) There has been an increase in discipline and participation in the teaching and learning process in an orderly and structured manner.

The city of Medan is famous for its many historical buildings scattered throughout the city. The building has a magnificent colonial architectural design. The building's character and unique architectural details make this building different from the others. But it is a shame that these buildings cannot enjoy their beauty at night. Lack of artificial lighting received by the building. This research aims to obtain an overview of people's visual comfort, especially at night. The method used is a qualitative method to understand phenomena experienced by research subjects such as perceptionand by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a special natural context. Perceptions regarding the quality of a building's lighting are largely determined by the impression a person has when they see it, either directly orindirectly (using image media or a computer screen). To facilitate the visual description of building lighting at night, modeling was carried out using Enscape software. The results of this research are that the London Sumatra (Lonsum) building has a Dutch colonial architectural style. Some of the characteristics of Dutch colonial architecture found in Lonsum buildings include: verandas that protrude into the street corners, stained glass with geometric motifs on the verandas, marble ceiling and floor tiles, cast iron balustrades on balconies and stairs, art ornaments deco in the interior, such as geometric hanging lamps and beautiful doors. Lonsum is a plantation company founded in 1906 by Harrisons & Crosfield Plc, a general trading and plantation management services company from London, England.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of auditory learning style on the understanding of learning the Qur'an in 5th grade students of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah at the Mambaul Ulum al-Qur'an Education Park in Dagan Village. This study uses Quantitative methods with the type of case study through the management of instruments in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation and a sample of 48 of the 5th grade students. The results showed that there was no effect of auditory learning style on understanding al-Qur'an learning by an average of 20.03% from variable X (Auditory Learning Style) to variable Y (Understanding al-Qur'an Learning).

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, discipline and satisfaction on employee performance (case study of PT. YKC Perabot Medan). The data analysis technique used in this study is using research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, and classical assumption tests. hypothesis test and test the coefficient of determination. Data collection techniques used in this research use secondary data and primary data. This research is a comparative research. Information regarding this study was obtained from data collection techniques that had been carried out on research subjects, namely employees of PT. YKC Furniture Medan, a research sample of 115 respondents or a questionnaire given to employees of PT. YKC Furniture Medan. The results of the research show that leadership style (X1) has no effect on employee performance, while the discipline variable (X2) has no effect on employee performance (Y), while satisfaction (X3) has an effect on employee performance (Y).

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of management style on work motivation and the influence of leadership on organizational behavior. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of this research show that every manager can determine the direction of an organization. Its limitations are the reason for the formation of organizational or work motivation, the influence of differences in management styles used in management. A clean and healthy lifestyle is a health behavior that is realized through caring for oneself, family members and other people in the environment. Cultivating a healthy lifestyle is not just about washing hands, but throwing away rubbish so that students are exposed to a clean and healthy lifestyle. The researcher aims to conduct a literature review regarding clean and healthy lifestyles in elementary schools. Several PHBS programs researched from various articles show that clean and healthy lifestyles include washing hands, exercise, healthy snacks and proper waste disposal. Researchers used a technique (Systematic Literature Review). The target of this research is elementary school educators, because teacher awareness in educating children to behave in a clean and healthy lifestyle is still low. From the results of this research, it is hoped that teachers can teach and introduce clean and healthy lifestyles to children and provide several supporting services in implementing PHBS.

Jembatan Brang Leppu II merupakan akses utama yang menghubungkan antara Desa Sekokat dan Desa Mbawi. Jembatan dibangun karena jalan utama penghubung kedua desa dipisahkan oleh sungai dengan lebar 10m. Diketahui bahwa tanah pada daerah pembangunan jembatan merupakan tanah yang berjenis tanah lempung yang bercampur dengan kerikil dan kerakal. Tanah yang berjenis tanah lempung ini yang bersifat keras dalam kondisi kering dan bersifat plastis pada kadar air sedang namun pada kadar air yang lebih tinggi tanah lempung ini akan bersifat lengket (kohesif) dan sangat lunak dan mudah mengalami pengikisan (abrasi). Oleh karena itu penulis ingin melakukan penelitian terkait analisis kestabilan abutment terhadap gaya guling dan gaya geser pada jembatan leppu II yang bertujuan untuk menambah kekuatan jembatan dalam menahan beban dan meminimalisir kerusakan jembatan. Dari hasil perhitungan stabilitas guling jembatan Leppu II, kombinasi beban arah X dan Y telah memenuhi syarat dimana nilai dari kombinasi beban arah X dan Y lebih besar dari syaratnya yaitu >2, untuk stabilitas geser mendapatkan nilai yaitu >1.5 dan > 1.1 dan stabilitas terhadap gaya dukung mendapatkan hasil lebih besar dari syaratnya yaitu > 3.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on PT SOS Indonesia Employee Job Satisfaction. Office Administration Education Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University.The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of PT SOS Indonesia employees. The type of research carried out uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used was through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from a value between one to five with a total of 16 questions. The population in the study was 135 employees of PT SOS Indonesia with a sample size of 100 employees at PT SOS Indonesia. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling with the Slovin formula with a difficulty level accuracy of 5%. The analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Data The analytical methods used in this research include measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct influence hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Kedudukan pondok pesantren hampir-hampir tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan umat Islam Indonesia. Lembaga pendidikan Islam tertua ini sudah dikenal semenjak agama Islam masuk ke Indonesia. Sejarah pesantren merupakan bagian yang tidak dipisahkan dari sejarah pertumbuhan masyarakat Indonesia. Hal itu dapat dibuktikan bahwa semenjak kurun kerajaan Islam pertama di Aceh dalam abad pertama Hijriyaah. Pondok pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang tertua di Indonesia. Peranannya sangat   penting  dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan rakyat Indonesia yang telah tercatat dalam sejarah.  Semangat pengabdian itu tetap berlangsung sampai saat ini. Sebagaimana, dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Pagutan yang terus melakukan upaya pengembangan dalam proses pengabdian kepada masyarakat luas. Dewasa ini Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Pagutan sadar betul bahwa tantangan yang dihadapi  pondok pesantren bukan saja tuntutan pengabdiannya yang harus ditingkatkan, akan tetapi juga tuntutan untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya. Tantangan inilah yang menyadarkan  semua pihak untuk meningkatkan usaha-usaha pembinaan mutu pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pondok pesantren sesuai dengan harapan Agama dan Bangsa.

This research discusses the analysis of language style in the lyrics of the song “Hati-Hati Di Jalan” by Tulus with a stylistic study. The reason the author chose this song is 1) The song lyrics have a language style that can be studied, 2) So that listeners know the meaning of the song they are listerning to, 3) The song lyrics can also be used as teaching material for Indonsian language subjects. The problems formulations of this research is “What is the language style of the lyrics of the song Hati-Hati Di Jalan by Tulus?” The research method used is descriptive qualitative with note-taking techniques. Based on the research result, there are three types of language found in song lyrics, including comparative figures of speech, affirmative figures of speech, and satirical figures of speech.

Purchasing decisions are a crucial stage in the marketing process that is influenced by a number of factors. brand image (product image), lifestyle, and location have become important aspects that play a significant role in shaping consumer preferences Badag Ice Tea in Pandeglang will provide deep insight into how these elements interact with each other and contribute to consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative with the aim of tracking the impact between independent factors (autonomous variables) and reliant variables (subordinate variables). the research place is Es Teh Badag Pandeglang. the research time was conducted for approximately 3 months from November 2023 to January 2024.The results of this study indicate that the f test of brand image, lifestyle and location simultaneously and significantly affects the purchasing decision of badag ice tea in pandeglang. The t test results show that brand image, lifestyle and location have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for badag ice tea in pandeglang. The R2 value of 0.609 or 60.9% means that the brand image, lifestyle and area factors have an impact of 60.9% on purchasing decisions, the excess 39.1% is influenced by factors outside the focus such as value, progress and service quality.

Employee performance is the main key in a company. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including leadership style, teamwork, work discipline. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, teamwork, work discipline at PT Wana Citra Sentosa. This type of research is research using quantitative research methods. The population determined in this research is employees at PT Wana Citra Sentosa, totaling 54 people. In sampling, the technique used is the Probability Sampling technique using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method is the analysis method, namely the multiple linear regression method. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science ) version 25. The research results showed that the independent variables leadership style, teamwork, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable employee performance at PT Wana Citra Sentosa

This PKM is carried out at the Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Department of DKI Jakarta Province. Jl. H. Naman No.1 RT.1/RW.3, Pd. Klp., District. Duren Sawit, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Currently, employees of the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Energy are facing various cases of implementing conflicts in the industry that have come but have not been able to overcome them all because the leadership style, organizational commitment and employee performance have not been implemented correctly. Human resource management is a process of dealing with various problems within the scope of employees, employees, workers, managers and other workers to be able to support the activities of an organization or company in order to achieve predetermined goals. To overcome a number of problems faced by this group, solutions with optimal HR management strategies are needed. The methods used in providing community service counseling and training are pretest, lecture, media outreach, and posttest. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that this service activity provided positive results. Because this activity can help employees of the Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Department understand the need for HR management and leadership style, organizational commitment, employee performance in helping with implementation cases in overcoming conflicts in industry so that they have the quality and quality of being a mentor. So that you can implement and solve all the problems that exist in the industry.

This research aims to analyze the learning styles of 11th-grade students in Class MP 2 at SMK N 1 Bangli in the context of learning English. The findings indicate that the majority of students have a preference for kinesthetic learning style, followed by auditory and visual learning styles. Despite the dominance of the kinesthetic learning style, some students also show tendencies towards auditory and visual learning styles. Meanwhile, the research identifies several learning difficulties faced by students, such as a lack of motivation, basic English language proficiency, and limited school resources. To address these challenges, teachers and schools are advised to create an environment that supports students' learning motivation, pay special attention to mastering basic English language skills, and enhance students' access to quality learning resources, including the use of technology such as utilizing smartphones for learning activities. Poverty can be a big problem for the country. By not having property, human life becomes completely limited. The lack of shelter, food and clothing facilities means they cannot meet their living needs as they should. Poverty is the main problem in the novel Keep The Aspidistra Flying where the main character suffers from poverty since birth. In the story, even though Gordon Comstock, the main character in this novel, was born into a poor family, he really hates money and state capitalism. He prefers to live independently with simplicity and persistence. This novel research uses the Hermeneutics method. Hermeneutics is a method that regulates methods of interpretation, namely the interpretation of texts and other signs that can be considered texts. This problem of poverty must be resolved immediately, otherwise many bad impacts will arise, one of which is long-term poverty.  

The low performance produced by employees in carrying out their duties and work is thought to be related to the leadership style applied at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. These factors are variables that need to be studied in this research so that the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries in Soppeng Regency can be determined. The aim of this research is: To determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency, which is located on Jalan Salotungo Watansoppeng, Lalabta Rilau Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. So the samples in this study were all 24 employees of the Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. To determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. The suggestions given by researchers to the Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service, are to maintain and improve the leadership style currently applied so that the performance of Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service employees.
