Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).

  The study is based on the problems that occurred in passport management at the immigration office of class ii before the release of the apapo and m-passport applications, and the supervision and services that passport care applicants face such as less effective assurance of service, inefficient institutional performance efficiency, queue issues at the slow service bureau, People had to wait a long time to manage passports, but sometimes it was also unclear that their services, once applied online, still lacked the requirement of service to manage passports and were unable to schedule the days and times. Immigration office class II TPI Tanjung Balai Karimun applies to information technologies based on applications systems and some service innovations such as friendly ham, eazy passport, sicross and sijamat are a step to make it easier in the process of better passport management management. The study aims to know the effect after information technology has been applied to passport management services and to use a qualitative approach or type of descriptive with the paradigm used is constructivism, which suggests that knowledge is not only the construct of subject thought studied and related to this study of the subjective and subjective realities rather than the product of experience alone, But it is a construct by thinking with the application of applications for information technology service. The theory used by the sangkala (2013) analysed is five major indicators or strategies of innovation in the government sector: integrated services, decentralized services and monitoring services, joint operation, citizen outreach, and the introduction of communication and information technology. This study aims to investigate the influence of reward & punishment strategies, internal public relations, and digital marketing on company profitability. Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to select participants from various industries, aiming for diverse perspectives. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify patterns and themes emerging from interviews and textual analysis of relevant documents. Preliminary findings suggest that effective implementation of reward & punishment strategies, coupled with robust internal public relations and adept digital marketing, significantly impacts company profitability. The study underscores the importance of cohesive internal communication and strategic digital marketing efforts in enhancing organizational performance and financial outcomes.

The rapid expansion of construction activities has led to increased concrete consumption, resulting in excessive exploitation of natural aggregate resources and growing environmental concerns. To mitigate this issue, ceramic waste has been investigated as an alternative material in concrete production. This study examines the effect of ceramic waste powder used as a filler on the workability and compressive strength of concrete. Ceramic waste powder was applied as a partial replacement for fine aggregate at proportions of 0%, 15%, 25%, 35%, and 45%. The concrete mixtures were produced using Ordinary Portland Cement Type I, natural sand, crushed stone as coarse aggregate, and potable water, all conforming to Indonesian National Standards (SNI). Workability was assessed through slump tests in accordance with SNI 1972:2008, while compressive strength tests were performed on cylindrical specimens at 28 days following SNI 1974:2011. The compressive strength for each mixture was determined from the average of three specimens. The results show that increasing ceramic waste content slightly reduced slump values, from 17.20 cm in the control mix to 16.60 cm at 45% replacement, although all mixtures met the required workability standards. A gradual decrease in compressive strength was also observed, from 17.79 MPa to 16.65 MPa at the highest replacement level. However, this reduction was not significant, indicating that ceramic waste powder can be used in normal-strength concrete without substantially affecting performance. The utilization of ceramic waste therefore represents a sustainable alternative to reduce natural aggregate consumption while maintaining acceptable concrete properties.

This artichle is entitled: EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN BANJAR DISTRICT OFFICE, BANJAR CITY, which aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths of employee performance at the Banjar District Office, as well as to describe the work process based on employee performance indicators included in this thesis. Employee performance evaluation is carried out periodically, which is an effort to improve employee performance deficiencies and strengths so that employee performance becomes optimal. Evaluation of employee performance is also a motivation for employees to continue to improve skills and develop productivity at work so that they can meet predetermined work standards. Employee performance evaluation is one of the drivers of increasing employee human resources through employee performance evaluation. So in this way employee human resources can continue to increase accompanied by continuously better performance in order to achieve the objectives of the Banjar District Office, Banjar City. This study uses qualitative methods to determine the search, collection and processing and analysis of data. This qualitative research is descriptive in nature, namely explaining events or activities at the time of research or actual. This study aims to analyze: (1) to evaluate the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk from 2017 to 2021 using various financial ratios. The financial ratios to be used include liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The design of this study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, which means that the data obtained will be analyzed statistically to provide an overview of the company's financial condition. The survey research method was used to collect financial data from PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk.                 The results of the study show: that the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk for the 2017-2021 period based on ratio analysis (1) the calculation of the liquidity ratio (current ratio and quick ratio) is said to be not good. (2) solvency ratios, such as (debt to asset ratio) are said to be not good, while (debt to equity ratio) can be said to be good. (3) Activity ratios, such as inventory turnover, are good. (4) profitability ratios, such as (return on equity and return on investment) can be said to be not good.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and reward on the performance of Grab online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Semarang. This study used quantitative research methods. The population used in the study was Grab online motorcycle taxi drivers in Semarang year 2022 and the sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis in the study using SPSS for window software version 26. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation (X1) on the performance of grab online ojek drivers in Semarang (Y) partially with a calculated t value of 6,833 and a significance value of 0.000, work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of grab online motorcycle taxi drivers in Semarang (Y) partially with a calculated t value of 2,918 significance value of 0.4 reward (X3) has a positive and significant effect on driver performance Grab online motorcycle taxi in Semarang city (Y) partially with a calculated t value of 10,655 and a significance value of 0.000. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a value from Ajusted R Square of 0.915 or 91.5% showed that the performance variables of Grab online motorcycle taxi drivers in Semarang were influenced by work motivation, work discipline and reward variables, while the remaining 0.085 or 8.5% were influenced by other variables that were not in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were 44 employees of the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Magelang Car Workshop. Partial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang.

This study is to examine the effect of recruitment, employee selection and competence on employee performance at PT. Indo Raya Tenaga. The methods used are Descriptive and Associative Quantitative Methods. The population is 115 employees. The sampling technique used by researchers is Probability Sampling of 54 employees. Data was collected using Questionnaires and Interviews. To test models and hypotheses, the spss program version 25 is used. In this research we design and build a portable gas leak detection system for household gas distributors. The performance of the designed system is described and evaluated. The system aims to speed up the time in detecting gas leaks. System portability allows implementation and monitoring in the form of a website. System design and performance are assessed and proven effective in detecting gas leaks, providing a reliable and efficient solution for gas distributors. The method used is the conditional method where the gas leak detection system is made with Nodemcu esp8266, sensor mq6, buzzer, step-down lm2596, and led. The results obtained from testing the leak detection system explain the testing and evaluation of the gas cylinder inspection system. The system is designed to check 3kg gas cylinders, category level 1 with numbers 300-500, category level 2 with numbers 500-750, category level 3 with numbers 750-1000, and category level 4 with numbers higher than 1000. Detection of gas leaks in each valve takes about 13 seconds to detect leaking gas, send data to the website and provide output to the buzzer.

In fact, there has been an increase in the number of investors on the indonesian stock exchange market. In this study, we will idntify the factors that influence the increase in the number of investors on the indonesian stock exchange market. With qualitve research methods, descriptive, exploratory. The results of this study are that there are several factors that influence people to invest during the covid 19 pandemic, many people invest in pandemic conditions by conducting fundamental and technical analysis, conducting stock portfolios, choosing bussiness sectors that are still needed in pandemic conditions, and seeking the latest information issuer.

The background of this research is that the performance of field technical officers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service is still not optimal. The contributing factors are office facilities, work motivation and work discipline of Animal Health Technical Officers which also do not support performance implementation. Thus, the purpose of this study was to find out and describe office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of Animal Health Technical Officers. The method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of the study showing that office facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This study aims to determine the state of political literacy of the Keboansikepl community, as well as to understand the role of the KPU in the context of the state of political literacy. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, to reveal phenomena related to political literacy based on the results of research documents conducted by the Sidoarjo Regency KPU. as well as information from informants from the KPU of East Java Province. The results of the study conclude that the state of political literacy in the Keboansikep community is still very limited only to literacy related to the electoral process and does not reflect education that is oriented towards strengthening the system of understanding and actualizing the rights and obligations of citizens. The new political education is carried out by the KPU through socialization activities, technical guidance (technical guidance) and voter education which it will carry out in the context of the agenda for the stages of the election that will be held as election organizers. The state does not yet have an educational program to improve systemic and sustainable political literacy. The disappointment of the voting community towards the attitude and performance of the leaders and representatives of the people from the general election results in an anomalous phenomenon where the public is known to have knowledge and understanding of politics but it is not consistent with their attitudes and behavior. In political education, the KPU plays a role in conveying information about the election events it holds and providing political education to the public which is only limited to the electoral context for the sake of increasing the percentage of voters turned out and decreasing the percentage of invalid votes

Human resources play an important role in helping an organization or company achieve its goals, and as a result, business growth is highly dependent on employee performance. Each employee receives a salary directly from the company, which is distributed at a time determined by the company, in accordance with the terms of the employee agreement with the company. UD Wahyu Printing is still doing it. At the UD Wahyu printing press, payroll calculation activities are still carried out manually using a calculator and manual recording which causes errors in calculating an employee's salary, so an electronic system must be created to overcome this problem. As for a goal to be achieved in this research is to perform a salary calculation of employees by implementing an automatic payroll system to make it more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interviews and direct observation methods. The results of this study through the stages of implementation and trials carried out that the employee payroll information system at the UD Wahyu printing press can link payroll information with employee attendance procedures, and the data is stored in a database so that reports can be printed. And the system can provide facilities to employees regarding payroll calculations.

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Workload on Employee Performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence from information technology, task technology fit and transfer of knowledge on HR performance. This research takes the object of PT.Pungkook One Indonesia which is located in Grobogan, which has a total of 100 employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique using random sampling as well as to facilitate researchers in selecting respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression. The results of the study found that there was a significant effect of information technology on the performance of generation X human resources, there was a positive and significant effect of Task Technology Fit (TTF) on the performance of generation X human resources. And there was a significant effect of knowledge transfer on the performance of generation X human resources.

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of members of the Ditsamapta Polda NTB. The type of research used is causal associative research. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression using the IBM 26 version of SPSS. Respondents in this study were all members of the NTB Ditsamapta Polda, totaling 40 employees. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Members of Ditsamapta Polda NTB (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Members of Ditsamapta Polda NTB (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Ditsamapta Polda NTB.the result of this study show that job satisfaction has a dominant influence on the performance of members of Ditsamapta Polda NTB
