The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist facilities and service quality partially on customer satisfaction for travel services C.V Gass Adventure, Sidoarjo.  As well as to find out between the Tourism Facilities and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction of C.V Gass Adventure Travel Services, Sidoarjo.  This research was conducted using a questionnaire method using a sampling technique on 100 customers who are or have used C.V Gass Adventure travel services, Sidoarjo.  The results of this study indicate that tourist facilities (X1) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.02 which is smaller than the significance value of α of 0.05.  Service Quality (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.04 which is smaller than the significance value of α of 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to determine the tourism potential of Mali's beaches. Tourism potential is everything that is owned by a tourist spot that is an attraction for anyone who visits the place. Alor Regency is an area that has many destinations. One of them is beach tourism, which is beach tourism in Mali and has tourism potential that attracts the attention of tourists. Based on the results obtained from observations, interviews and researchers' observations about beach tourism in Mali, beach tourism in Mali is tourism with very good opportunities, namely good natural opportunities and will become a tourist destination with very beautiful nature. beauty . eye candy and the facilities there are very good which can be enjoyed during a beach tour in Mali. Apart from the natural beauty and excellent facilities, tourists can observe dugongs in the Pantar Straits Reserve (SAP), Kabola Subdivision which is about 20 minutes from the coast of Mali.

Creative economic innovations are developing in two villages in Ciamis Regency, namely Ciomas Village, Panjalu District and Jelat Village, Baregbeg District, where there are Islamic boarding schools and religious tourism activities. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that it is true that there are creative economic innovations that are useful in the development of religious tourism in the two villages. In overcoming the perceived obstacles, the Village Government and Islamic Boarding School have made various efforts to overcome them at this time. As for those that have not been implemented, they are still due to deficiencies in one way or another in their implementation. There are two differences between the two villages that can be seen after conducting research, namely for Ciomas Village, the Village Government has not yet had a creative economy initiative that supports religious tourism but is willing to work together to help and succeed in innovation programs with residents and Islamic boarding schools. As for Jelat Village, the village government also has a program for the development of religious tourism in the area, but the enthusiastic residents are passive.

Langkat Regency is one of the districts in North Sumatra Province with interesting tourist destinations to visit. This makes Langkat Regency potentially able to develop tourist attractions.  One of the tourism objects that has the potential to be developed is in Pasar Rawa Village. This service activity aims to increase the knowledge of the Pasir Rawa Village community regarding the role and function of Mangroves as a tourist attraction. This beach tourism potential will attract visitors if it is planned according to the safety and comfort of visitors without damaging the ecology. The method of approach offered in community service is socialization with lectures and discussions. The results of this study increase understanding of the role and function of Mangrove forests as an attractive tourist attraction and the strategy of promoting potential village tourism can be implemented well. Where the community can understand the magnitude of coastal potential that can be used as a source of tourist objects. The high enthusiasm of the community in community service activities is a benchmark for the success of this service.

Abstract. The method used in this research is Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, and Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping is used to map activities ranging from upstream to downstream from a tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Mapping is used to map and analyze the role of gender in the tempe industry value chain. Whereas the Canvas Business Model is used to redesign the tempe industry business model in Tenggilis  Surabaya based on value, gender, and competitive advantage. The results of this study are Value Chain Mapping and Tempe Business Model  for the home-based tempe industry. The role of women housewives in the tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis  Kauman is almost 50%. For the tempe production system and marketing management for the SME scale, such as the tempe industry in Tenggilis  tempe village, the maturity level has reached the optimal level, level 5. For external suppliers, the maturity level is still low at level 2 or still in the development stage. For market orientation, competitors and product development are already at a competitive level. Revenue Streams from the tempe business process in Kampung Tempe is the sale of tempe and its processed products, as well as a tourist visit.   Keywords: gender role, tempe industry, tempe business model, value chain mapping   Abstrac. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, dan Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping digunakan untuk memetakan kegiatan mulai dari hulu hingga hilir dari suatu rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping digunakan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peran gender dalam rantai nilai industri tempe. Sedangkan Canvas Business Model digunakan untuk mendesain ulang model bisnis industri tempe di Tenggilis  Surabaya berdasarkan nilai, jenis kelamin, dan keunggulan bersaing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemetaan Rantai Nilai dan Model Bisnis Tempe untuk industri tempe rumahan. Peran ibu rumah tangga dalam rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis  Kauman hampir mencapai 50%. Untuk sistem produksi tempe dan manajemen pemasaran skala UKM seperti industri tempe di Kampung Tempe Tenggilis  tingkat kematangan sudah mencapai tingkat optimal yaitu tingkat 5. Untuk pemasok eksternal tingkat kematangan masih rendah pada tingkat 2 atau masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Untuk orientasi pasar, pesaing dan pengembangan produk sudah berada pada tingkat kompetitif. This research is motivated by the not yet optimal development of the Cipari Hot Spring area destination in Cilacap Regency, this can be seen from the lack of facilities and infrastructure that can support tourism development, such as lodging places for tourists, information facilities and banking. The trend of visitor visits to Cipari Hot Springs has decreased significantly, namely 64% in 2020. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of Tourism Development on Tourist Visit Rates, 2) the effect of Promotion on Tourist Visit Rates, and 3) the influence of Tourism Development and Promotion jointly on the Level of Tourist Visits at the Cipari Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cilacap Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that there is an influence of Tourism Development on the Level of Tourist Visits, there is an influence of Promotion on the Level of Tourist Visits, and there is an effect of Tourism Development and Promotion together on the Level of Tourist Visits at the Cipari Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cilacap Regency. This means that the better the Tourism Development and Promotion, the more tourist visits will increase, and vice versa.

Pagerharjo Village, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo is on the buffer of the Borobudur destination which has a variety of tourism resource diversity. One cultural attraction in Pagerharjo Village is the Lengger Tapeng dance. Lengger has become a local symbol for the Pegerharjo people. The natural, cultural and local wisdom tourism potential of the community, Pagerharjo tourism village has a great opportunity to be visited by many tourists. However, village governance, especially towards the development of a tourist village, has not been implemented professionally, resulting in the potential of the Pagerharjo tourism village not being widely known by tourists. The objectives of this PkM include: (1). Increasing tourism competitiveness, (2) Improving the technical quality of guiding tourists in the tourist village of Pagerharjo (3). Improving the ability of human resources in managing the marketing of tourism products in the Pagerharjo tourism village. The method of implementing this PkM is through outreach, observation, mentoring and evaluation. The results of PkM received a positive response from partners, which have raised awareness, concern for the importance of marketing and excellent service to improve the development of Pagerharjo Tourism Village, both through talk shows and excellent service training

This research is based on phenomena related to destination image, tourist satisfaction, and revisit intention at Padang Beach Tourism Attraction. This research applies a quantitative approach with a causal-associative method. The sample consisted of 100 tourists selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through the use of questionnaires that have been validated and tested for reliability. The data were processed through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26.00. The results showed that destination image and tourist satisfaction play a positive and significant role in the intention to return to visit Padang Beach Tourism Attraction. The results state that destination image and tourist satisfaction together contribute significantly (around 20%) to the intention to return to visit Padang Beach.

Technology's role in tourism can have a positive effect on attracting tourists. In providing solutions to non-optimal media in supporting alternative entertainment and services for tourists, the service activity's goal of integrating augmented reality (AR) in tourism has given rise to the concept of AR gamification, in which game elements are integrated into the tourist experience to create a more enjoyable and interactive experience. Potential users are assisted in comprehending and optimizing their use of AR gamification applications. The implementation of augmented reality games at The Sila's Agrotourism benefited from the active participation of collaborators in all PKM activities. The results demonstrated that the use of augmented reality (AR)-based interactive games in tourist destinations enhances the destination's appeal and encourages visitor participation in associated activities. The implementation of augmented reality technology makes the tourist experience at The Sila's Agrotourism more engaging and enjoyable for guests, which has positive repercussions for boosting tourist attraction and satisfaction.

This research was motivated by an error related to physical motivation at the Rimbo Panti Nature Park (TWA) which was allegedly caused by the facilities at the Rimbo Panti TWA. This study aims to analyze the effect of facilities on the physical motivation of visitors at the Rimbo Panti TWA attraction. This type of research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. This research was conducted at the attraction of TWA Rimbo Panti, Panti District, Pasaman Regency. The population of this study were visitors who had come to the TWA Rimbo Panti charm, totaling 7,319 people. Selection of research samples using incidental sampling with a total sample of 99 people. Data collection uses a Likert scale model questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, then the research data uses simple linear regression. The results of this study show that 59.6% of respondents stated that the TWA Rimbo Panti facilities were not in good condition, then on the physical motivation variable 79.8% of respondents assessed that they did not feel physical motivation. Then the two variables were analyzed and the result was that there was an influence of facilities on physical motivation of 77.5%.

Semarang memiliki potensi wisata yang banyak, lengkap dan baik untuk dikunjungi. Dimulai dari wisata alam hingga berbagai obyek wisata dan pariwisata yang tidak bisa dilepaskan dari nilai-nilai arsitektural. Untuk mempermudah wisatawan dalam melakukan kegiatanya harus didukung beberapa hal, seperti: alternatif jalur transportasi menuju Semarang hingga moda transportasi antar obyek wisata yang akan dikunjungi. kuliner juga bisa menjadi kegiatan pokok yang bersifat wisata arsitektural dengan informasi yang tepat. begitu pula dengan penginapan untuk beristirahat dengan aktifitas tidur dan juga dapat dinikmati secara nyaman sebagai bagian dari aktifitas wisata. Tujuan Penelitian konsep mapping desain pariwisata arsitektural di Semarang, yaitu: pertama menghasilkan jadwal tabel kegiatan wisata di Semarang khususnya wisata yang bernilai arsitektural beserta wisata pendukungnya, kedua menghasilkan alternatif jalur transportasi yang dapat dipakai dalam berwisata di Semarang, ketiga menghasilkan informasi arsitektural yang akurat terkait obyek wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Hasil yang diharapkan pada penelitian konsep mapping desain pariwisata arsitektural di Semarang, yaitu: pertama tabel harian yang berisi jadwal kegiatan wisata, kuliner, dll yang dilengkapi dengan alokasi waktu menuju serta selama di obyek wisata, kedua alternatif jalur transportasi menuju dan selama berwisata di Semarang, ketiga informasi arsitektural terkait obyek wisata yang akan dikunjungi sebagai bagian dari pertimbangan wisatawan berkunjung ke obyek wisata tersebut.

Pengembangan wisata yang dapat menyesuaikan dan memitigasi kondisi lingkungan harus menjadi prioritas seiring dibukanya kembali sektor pariwisata pasca pandemi Covid-19. Di kawasan hutan Kecamatan Jetis Kabupaten Mojokerto, terdapat sebuah wisata dengan nama Bukit Kayoe Putih. Wisata tersebut berfokus pada edukasi kayu putih yang digunakan sebagai bahan pembuatan minyak atsiri. Ketidaksesuaian kondisi eksisting wisata dengan branding yang diusung membuat tempat wisata memerlukan peninjauan ulang. Hal tersebut antara lain tidak adanya fasilitas edukasi pengolahan minyak atsiri dan implementasi material bangunan maupun landscape yang kurang sesuai dengan karakter lingkungan sekitar. Selain permasalahan eksisting, kawasan tersebut berpotensi menjadi tempat wisata yang unggul jika memanfaatkan ciri khas daerah Mojokerto sebagai penunjang pembangunannya. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pembangunan wisata, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan solusi dan mewadahi potensi dengan menerapkan prinsip pemanfaatan material lokal. Prinsip pemanfaatan material lokal adalah pendekatan berkelanjutan yang bertujuan meminimalkan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan dan memaksimalkan potensi material daerah sekitar. Metode deskriptif-kualitatif dilakukan dalam penelitian dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara secara langsung serta kajian pustaka terkait. Kemudian dihasilkan kesimpulkan bahwa bata merah merupakan material lokal yang tepat untuk mendukung pengembangan wisata tersebut karena berperan mengangkat citra daerah yang ikonik, hingga kontribusi positifnya terhadap pembangunan wisata berkelanjutan.

Wayang thengul merupakan salah satu kesenian tradisional dari Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang sudah diakui oleh Hak Kekayaan Intelektual dan diperkenalkan oleh pemerintah sebagai seni pertunjukan khas Bojonegoro. Akibat pengaruh modernisasi, kesenian ini sudah mulai luntur dan dilupakan karena berkurangnya minat dan motivasi generasi muda untuk melestarikannya. Apalagi di Bojonegoro sendiri sangat minim akan fasilitas yang mampu mewadahi seluruh aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan kesenian wayang thengul baik sebagai pelatihan hingga pertunjukan. Kebanyakan fasilitasnya hanya sebatas rumah sang dalang yang digunakan juga sebagai sanggar pelatihan. Untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai dari kearifan lokal tersebut diperlukan upaya sebuah fasilitas yang berperan sebagai wadah wisata edukasi budaya kepada masyarakat dengan menerapkan tema Extending Tradition sebagai pendekatan arsitekturnya. Tema ini diterapkan agar masyarakat dapat mempelajari ilmu budaya yang ada sehingga tertanam suatu kebanggaan terhadap budaya di daerahnya. Metode pendekatan desain ini menggunakan tradisi lokal sebagai ide dasar desain dan memodifikasinya agar sesuai dengan masyarakat modern. Konsep desainnya meliputi pada bagian pertapakan, perangkaan, peratapan, persungkupan dan persolekan.

Publikasi Hasil Pengabdian dan Kegiatan Masyarakat 2023 Asosiasi Periset Bahasa Sastra Indonesia

Mubut Island, which is located on Galang Island, Riau Archipelago, is one of the beauties of tourism in Indonesia. Information about the Mubut Island Tourism Object is not widely available in digital media, so that the delivery of information about Mubut Island is not optimal. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to provide information on Mubut Beach attractions using Virtual Reality (VR) technology. In addition to presenting the natural beauty of Mubut Island as a whole with 360 videos, this VR application also provides tourist education on visiting Mubut Island. This VR application was socialized at an exhibition in a mall in Batam to get VR user feedback. From the results of the socialization, it was found that 120 respondents assessed the benefits of this application and got a Likert index of 83.75% included in the useful category for potential tourists.

In the tourism village scheme, KKN students focus their work program in Sumberagung Village, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency on developing tourism potential. One of the tourism potentials in Sumberagung Village is embung or reservoir. In developing the tourism potential of Embung Sumberagung, KKN students conduct branding and promotion for the tour. The implementation of this activity is carried out using the participation method where KKN students actively participate and take the initiative in branding and promoting Embung Sumberagung tourism. With the branding and promotion of Embung Sumberagung tourism, it can add information to the community or tourists so that this tourism potential can be known by a wider community.

This research was conducted to explain the tourist attractions in Ir. Forest Park. H. Djuanda in Bnadung City. This research has the main objective, namely to attract the younger generation to be interested in traveling and exercising while studying or seeing history firsthand. This research explores tourist attractions in the park and their historical values, with a focus on attractions that can attract the interest of the younger generation. The problem with this research is the lack of interest of the younger generation in places that have historical value and also about the diversity or recreational potential of these places. Meanwhile, the method used is to analyze the place so as to create a strategy that can attract the attention of the younger generation. The theory used is a marketing strategy which includes a comprehensive plan that provides direction regarding the activities that will be carried out to achieve a goal within the company through advertising, promotional programs, sales and distribution. The results of this research discuss the important role of the marketing strategy of Ir. Forest Park. H Djuanda is a tourist attraction that has beautiful diversity and historical value

This study aims to analyze and find out the marketing strategy in Binong Jati Knitting Tourism Village in selling knitting products. The problem in this study is that the marketing strategy implemented by Binong Jati Knitting Tourism Village for the sale of knitting products has not been maximized and has not had a positive impact on Binong Jati Knitting Tourism Village. Marketing strategy is a planned way and structure to attract consumers. The marketing strategy includes steps that will be taken to promote, distribute, and sell the product or service. The marketing strategy that can be applied to Binong Jati Knitting Tourism Village in selling knitting products from the analysis that has been done is to increase attractive promotions for knitting products in the Binong Jati Knitting Tourism Village Area. Secondary data sources are used in this research, which uses descriptive qualitative research methodology. The results of this study discuss the important role of marketing strategies that must be applied in Binong Jati Knitting Tourism Village to increase sales of knitting and the Binong Jati Knitting industry so that it can be recognized by more domestic or foreign tourists.

Tourism villages have become a major concern in efforts to develop local economies and preserve culture in many regions. Tongkonan Karuaya is one of the tourist attractions in Lembang Tumbang Datu. Visitors can use this area to get to know the typical Toraja customs and culture. This article aims to analyze the development of the Karuaya tourist attraction as a potential tourist destination to support the local economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, field observations and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the Karuaya tourist attraction has a variety of attractions and cultural heritage. However, challenges such as limited facilities, lack of promotion and the need for infrastructure improvements still need to be addressed. This research underlines the importance of collaboration between local communities and the private sector to optimize the potential of the Karuaya tourist attraction as a sustainable economic resource and utilizing technology such as social media can be an effective tool for introduce the Tongkonan Karuaya tourist attraction to a wide audience, increase its attractiveness, and improve.
