The purpose of this study was to see the effect of service quality, facilities and timeliness on customer satisfaction at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Pandaan. This study used a quantitative research approach with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis by calculating the SPSS 23 software in which the data will be described, analyzed, and discussed in order to answer and prove the proposed hypothesis. Based on the research results, the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the Facilities variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfactioni and Timeliness has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Pandaan. While simultaneously the Quality of Service, Facilities and Timeliness have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

The research was motivated by several problems, namely: (1) students violated time discipline, namely: late coming to school, truant and late submitting assignments; and (2) students commit disciplinary violations, namely: not participating in ceremonies, wearing incomplete attributes, sleeping in class, quarreling at school, playing cellphones during class, falsifying picket attendance data, and violating the use of attributes. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of group guidance on problem solving techniques on student learning discipline. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The research population of all class XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang amounted to 72 students. The research sample was 35 students of grade XI MIPA 2 at Sultan Agung 1 Islamic High School Semarang. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Psychological scale data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics. Test the hypothesis of simple linear regression. The results of the study showed the influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques on student learning discipline. The influence provided by group guidance services with problem solving techniques on the learning discipline of grade XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang obtained an R-Square value of 0.38, group guidance services with problem solving techniques had an influence of 38%. There is an influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques on the learning discipline of grade XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Pawnshop Income, Gold Prices and Inflation on Secure Fast Loan Distribution at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative with time series data. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 10 software. The results showed that pawnshop revenue had a positive and significant effect on the distribution of KCA at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Indonesia. The gold price has a positive and significant effect on KCA distribution at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Indonesia. Inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on the distribution of KCA at PT. This study aims to examine the implementation of the "pingitan" tradition in Javanese traditional marriages and to analyze the perspective of Islamic law on this tradition. The research method used is a qualitative approach and is included in the category of field research. This approach involves data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results of the research show that "seclusion" is a practice in which the bride and groom are required not to leave their homes or travel far for a certain period of time after the wedding, in order to avoid risks. This tradition has been controversial in society, with some considering it irrelevant in the modern era. However, from an Islamic legal perspective, this practice is permissible because it is in line with the principles of Islamic shari'ah.

Test simultaneously (Test F) shows that education, experience and work times influential in a manner together and significant to business revenue in the Tofu Centers Industry Tropodo District Krian, Sidoarjo City. Test partial (t test) shows that variable education influential in a manner positive to business revenue. Temporary variable experience work influential in a manner positive to business revenue, and work times variable influential in a manner positive to business revenue. Patient loyalty is often closely related to patient satisfaction with the experience they get during medical treatment. Issues related to service quality, long waiting times, lack of effective communication with patients, or disrespectful attitudes from medical staff can all cause patients to feel dissatisfied and unmotivated to return to the same health facility. This type of quantitative research with a design using correlation analysis, cross sectional. The population in the study were 193 patients treated at a private hospital in Jakarta. The research sample was 130 with the Slovin formula, the sampling technique used quota sampling and the data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Analysis of research data used multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality partially had a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.036. Partial satisfaction has a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.001 Service quality and satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.001 and each effect is 94.1%. In conclusion, the quality of hospital services and patient satisfaction have a significant effect on patient loyalty..  

Indonesia is a country that is vulnerable to natural disasters, one of which is an earthquake. Because Indonesia is at the meeting point of the 3 most important major plates in the world, one of the effects of the earthquake is damage to building structures. Structural planning is needed for buildings with earthquake resistance from the many occurrences of earthquakes seen in recent times and the losses incurred.Pushover analysis is a non-linear static analysis. The static load captured at the center of mass of each floor is taken into account in this pushover analysis as the effect of the design earthquake on the building structure, the aim of which is to find out how the building structure will collapse during an earthquake so that you can know which parts of the structure are in critical condition and what to do if they do not meet the requirements.The results of the analysis show that the maximum base shear force for the x direction capacity curve is 484.6749 tons with a displacement of 0.095228 m occurring in the 6th step, while the y direction of the maximum base shear force is 555.339 tons and displacement of 0.152807 m occurs in the 14th step. The performance point value is also obtained from the analysis pushover in the x direction with  = 475.025 tons and D = 0.087 m yield Sa = 0.205 g and Sd = 0.072 m, while for the y direction with  = 499.168 tons and D = 0.086 m yield Sa= 0.225 g and Sd = 0.067 m. Then at the level of building performance in the x and y direction parametersMaximum Total Drift Ratio included in the category Immediate Occupancy (IO), it can be concluded that the building did not suffer significant damage, the building is safe when an earthquake occurs, the risk of loss of life and structural failure is not too significant and can be used again immediately.

This research has an impact on the service sector business which is currently booming. Service businesses must have a certain strategy in order to be able to provide progress towards achievement because of the many service competitors they face. Therefore the quality of service and promotion is very influential in attracting consumer repurchase interest. The rapid development of the business world has had an impact on business progress. Currently, modern marketing strategies use more self-service systems. This research was conducted to determine how much influence service quality and promotion have on consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. Respondents in this study were consumers, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria that the respondent had visited at least 1 time and had made a repeat purchase. The results showed that service quality and promotion had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer repurchase intentions in the service sector. The results of the correlation between the independent variables, namely service quality and promotion, are able to explain the dependent variable repurchase intention of 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors or by other variables not examined in this study.

The main goal of working human resources is to get compensation, but there are times when compensation and workload are often unequal. For this reason, this research was conducted, in order to find out how much influence compensation and workload have on workers' satisfaction, especially contract workers and other workers, who expect a daily salary, because the workers' compensation system is usually daily, and depends on how many jobs they get. carried out by the worker. This study uses a quantitative method with several tests namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test, and linear regression. The t value of the compensation variable (X1) is -0.859, thus t count < t table, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that the compensation variable (X1) has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The t value of the workload variable (X2) is 1.116, thus t count <t table, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected which means that the workload variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In the Anovab table, the calculated F value is 0.656 while the F table value is 3.26. Thus F count < F table means that the compensation and workload variables have no significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Socfindo Matapao. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of the regression result is 0.038 meaning that compensation and workload contribute to the influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Socfindo Matapao of 3.8% This result is the result of (R2 x 100%), while the remaining 86.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of independence, professionalism, and time budget pressure on the quality of audits of local government financial reports (LKPD) at the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) DIY Representative. This research is included in the quantitative research. The statistical method used to find the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Collecting data in this study by distributing research questionnaires to auditors who work at the BPK RI DIY Representative by using the total sampling formula. Later on, the results from hypothesis testing show that independence has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD examination, the independent variable of professionalism shows a significant positive effect on the quality of LKPD examination, and the dependent variable has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD examination.

Educational organization strategy is the most important element in facing global challenges at the secondary school level. In an increasingly complex era of globalization, secondary schools are expected to be able to produce graduates who are competent and ready to face the demands of the rapidly changing world of work. This article was created to find out and analyze how the strategy of educational organizations at the secondary school level in facing global challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method research type sourced from literature studies. Literature study is one of the research methods that uses the results of reviews from other journals as a source of reference. From the results it is known that: (1) Educational organization must be well implemented in secondary schools in line with the times. (2) It is important for education to be integrated with strategic management that ensures that educational goals and long-term vision are achieved. (3) Education as an organization also needs compact cooperation between the community and the government to build synergy between educational institutions.    

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of auditor experience, auditor expertise, auditor ethics, and time budget pressures on audit performance. In this study, there are 5 variables, namely auditor performance as a dependent variable while auditor experience, auditor expertise, auditor ethics, and time budget pressure as independent variables. The subject of this study was an auditor who worked at a public accounting firm in the West Jakarta Region. The number of samples in this study was 6 Public Accounting Firms and 70 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale. This study in analyzing the data using multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Product for Service Solution (SPSS) program version 26. The results showed that auditor experience and auditor ethics did not have a significant effect on auditor performance, while auditor expertise and time budget pressures had a significant effect on auditor performance.

This study uses a structural approach and qualitative methods to analyze the physical and emotional elements of poetry. This study designed and implemented a web-based queuing system at the Pangolombian Health Center. The method applied is the waiting line method with the waterfall system development method. This system uses PHP and MySQL as the programming language and database. Key features include patient registration, scheduling, calling, and real-time queue status display. After implementation, functionality and performance testing is carried out. The results show that this web-based queuing system improves efficiency and patient experience. Patients can register and schedule queues online, reducing waiting times. Automatic queue calling makes it easier for puskesmas staff. Staff and schedule management features help manage queues more efficiently. This research produces an efficient and convenient web-based queuing system. This system has the potential to provide a better experience for patients by reducing waiting times and long queues. This system also assists puskesmas staff in managing queues efficiently. The results of this study can contribute to developing a web-based queuing system at puskesmas and other health institutions

This study aims to describe the development of the characters and describe the implementation of research in learning Indonesian at school. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative research. The approach used is a behavioristic psychology approach. The data source used is a novel Kami Bukan Sarjana Kertas by J. S Khairen. So the development of the characters in the novel is Ogi who is the main character in the novel Kami Bukan Sarjana Kertas by J.S. Khairen thus became a central figure. Ogi's character is a developing character based on words, actions, physical depictions of characters, and direct lighting. Ogi is considered a developing character because there are changes and developments in the character that appear in line with the development of the events or incidents narrated in the story at the beginning of the story. Ogi is a lazy person, but after experiencing many things, Ogi is determined to change for the better. The second character that the researcher analyzed, namely Gala, is a supporting character in the novel Kami Bukan Sarjana Kertas by J.S. Khairen. Gala has the character of a protagonist. At first, Gala's character was a fighter who had a strong determination to succeed, but due to several things that didn't match her expectations, Gala became selfish and disobedient. However, in the next arc, Gala decides to obey and not be selfish anymore. The third figure that the researcher analyzes is Ayah Gala. Gala's father is a supporting character in the novel Kami Bukan Sarjana Kertas by J.S. Khairen. Gala's father has an antagonistic nature. A gala father likes to impose his will on others without realizing that what has been done to his son is gala. But in the end, Gala's father changed and realized that Gala had been under pressure all this time.

This research is motivated by a phenomenon. The analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The purpose of this regression analysis is to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables of each company's performance. Before running multiple linear tests, this method requires a classical assumption test for best results. SPSS software version 23 is used to process the data.

This research was conducted by PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch, which is located at Jl. KH. Ahmad Dahlan Pandan Near Solok City. While the research time is estimated in June 2022 to find out and analyze Compensation for Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch. The type of research that will be carried out is descriptive quantitative research, in which this study seeks to find out a clearer picture of leadership style and compensation for employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch. While the form of research is Causal Research, (cause and effect) where there are independent variables that affect the dependent variable. The number of samples in this study used total sampling where the entire population was sampled, namely all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch as many as 52 people. Based on the results of the simple linear regression analysis carried out, the regression equation Y = 9.311 + 1.128X means that if the compensation value is fixed or equal to zero (0) then the employee's performance will be worth 9.311 and if the compensation is increased by 1 unit then the employee's performance will increase by 1.128, p. This proves that compensation has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch can be accepted. The result of the R2 (R square) value is 0.612 or 61.2%, this indicates that Compensation (X) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch of 61.2%. While the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other variables such as career development, training and employee motivation which are not included in this study. Based on the t test, the calculated t value is also greater than t table, namely 9.019> 1.6751 and the value is not significant 0.000< 0.05 then there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch

Many studies state that there are some of Generation Z who have a tendency to ignore the role of communication in dealing with the world of work. Currently, there are still several Generation Z during the Covid 19 pandemic, spending more of their time online and staying at home, which makes the role of communication ineffective and passive because communication is carried out virtually (Qurniawati and Nurohman, 2018). Generation Z characters who tend to communicate in a relaxed, open and friendly manner must be changed in good communication (Alyulistin, 2022).The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of whether the factors of the role of communication are in line with the personality of Generation Z who will prepare themselves to face the real world of work. The research method that will be used in this research is literature study which is an activity by collecting data through reading journals and recording them to be used as theory development (Rusmawan, 2019).The results of the study show that there are 7 communication support factors that are more dominant in influencing Generation Z, namely: Knowledge, Growth, Perception, Roles and Relationships, Emotions, Gender, and Environment.
