Infrastructure development in urban areas is often faced with various challenges, including ethical issues. The jetty construction project at Pantai Mutiara in Block SB Number 15 A, North Jakarta, is one prominent example in this regard. The jetty, designed to support maritime and tourism activities, has, since its inception, presented a range of issues related to ethical violations. These include manipulation of permits, misuse of funds, disregard for environmental impacts, and exploitation of labour. The ethical violations in this project not only harmed the environment and surrounding communities, but also undermined public trust in the government and related agencies. This case shows how important integrity, transparency and responsibility are in every stage of development. Through this study, we will take an in-depth look at the various aspects of the ethical violations that occurred in the jetty construction project at Pantai Mutiara, including the causes, impacts, and efforts that can be made to prevent similar occurrences in the future. By identifying and understanding the ethical breaches that occurred, it is hoped that valuable lessons can be learnt that can be applied to other development projects in Indonesia. Ultimately, the aim of this paper is to provide constructive recommendations to improve the planning and implementation process of infrastructure projects, so as to achieve a balance between development progress and the ethical principles that must be upheld.

This research discusses the legal and economic aspects related to Sales and Purchase Agreements in the context of debt settlement. The main focus is the legal analysis of Sales and Purchase Agreements which is based on Debt-Receivable or Money Lending and Borrowing Agreements, as well as its impact on legal certainty and protection for the parties involved. This research also investigates the provisions of Articles 1457 and 1458 of the Civil Code regarding the validity of sale and purchase transactions, as well as the process of transferring land rights through a Deed of Sale and Purchase carried out by the Land Deed Official. The study results show that PPJB is often used as debt collateral, although this practice is not legally valid because Sales and Purchase Agreements and Debt-Receivable Agreements have different concepts and principles. The use of Sales and Purchase Agreements as debt collateral is considered problematic because it violates Article 1320 of the Civil Code which regulates the conditions for the validity of an agreement. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding the differences between sales and purchase agreements and accounts payable to ensure legal clarity and adequate protection for all parties involved in the agreement.

Cognitive domain assessment is an important component in the learning process which aims to measure students' mastery of knowledge and thinking abilities. This research presents the concepts, principles and implementation of cognitive assessment in education through literature studies. Bloom's Taxonomy revised by Anderson and Krathwohl divides the cognitive domain into six levels: remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, analyzing, and creating. Developing an effective cognitive assessment instrument requires systematic planning, starting from determining objectives to analyzing question items. Various assessment techniques such as multiple choice tests, short content, descriptions, and true and false can be used according to learning objectives. Challenges in implementing cognitive assessments include difficulties in designing instruments that measure higher-order thinking abilities. A deep understanding of the principles and techniques of cognitive assessment is essential for educators to improve the quality of learning and assessment.

The nerve cell metaphor is applied to the shape of the building which can be seen through the facade and bird's eye view with the presence of a plaza in the site plan and easy access to reach the entire building with the pavement around the site. Apart from that, transparent material is also an architectural element that is used to create a connected visual impression.

And another thing that supports improving administrative services is good human resources. The first obstacle is limited education funds, namely that it is difficult to provide facilities in the administration department, such as broken computers at school, and the second obstacle is poor discipline of teachers and staff, which is the cause of services at SMA Negeri 4 Merangin decreasing or not being good. And the solution to overcoming obstacles is maximizing funds, namely the principal makes a report first to the department or center, if there is not yet a principal, calls a meeting between the deputy and the treasurer to discuss together, and the second solution regarding discipline is that the principal tries to be an example or role model. first of all towards teachers, staff and students at the school, apart from that the principal will be strict with school members who violate it by calling them immediately to the office and asking for information after which they will be given sanctions.

Social Enterprises (SE) are responsible for social and environmental issues. As a hybrid organization that combines the business and volunteer sectors, SE becomes an important tool in analyzing organizational settings and developing plans to achieve social goals. In this article it is emphasized that understanding business models is very important. The social business model (SEMC) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) are useful tools to help SEs create strategies that are responsive to the challenges they face. BMC uses a multidimensional approach to mission values and objectives, as well as a deep understanding of stakeholders, to become a powerful tool for driving progress and generating sustainable positive impact. Over time, social entrepreneurs will have to incorporate new principles into their practices. Our results also show that these sustainable and gradual techniques not only change value, but also influence the development of companies and the surrounding society. Therefore, this technique not only helps maintain the existing structure, but also helps make necessary changes. Finally, our research advances our understanding of social entrepreneurship and provides social enterprises seeking greater social change with practical insight.
