In the time of progressively progressed globalization, each individual high priority a solid comprehension of managing different societies and identities. Primary school is the ideal spot to collect this view all along. Social and urban proficiency alludes to a comprehension of different parts of culture and city values, as well as the capacity to relate in a genuine manner with individuals from different social layers. Making and reinforcing instructive improvement is a significant part in the endurance of a country in the period of globalization. Particularly as far as creating 21st century abilities and growing productive members of society, expanding education will augment HR.

One of the primary school subjects that is compulsory for students to study is Natural Sciences (IPA). In conducting the learning process a teacher needs to prepare models and methods as well as what media is chosen to help the teacher deliver the material. So that students can receive the material well and work the matter properly and improve the student's learning outcomes from before learning to after learning. This research is to find out what models and media can be applied in IPA learning on simple aircraft material. This article is written using the research method of a library review. This research includes the study of libraries to gather information and analyze literature. Of the eight articles scanned with one or two using similar learning models and other learning media showed positive results for students and teachers. Improved student learning about simple aircraft material became better. Some models and learning media on simple aircraft material are a reference to teachers in implementing the IPA learning process well and achieving the entire learning plan.

This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various forms of parental involvement in supporting early childhood education, while identifying the facilitating and hindering factors for the success of parental involvement programs. Findings from this study illustrate the prevailing perception among parents that still places teachers as the primary determinants of a child's success, despite the significant role parents play as the primary educators for young children. Awareness of this challenge prompted the researcher to delve into more detailed and in-depth investigations.The research results delineate diverse forms of parental involvement, encompassing the supervision of children's study time, financial contributions through donations of toys and books, participation in school meetings, involvement in social service activities, and the repair of play equipment at school. Despite the existence of organized excursions, not all schools can conduct them due to significant cost constraints.Supporting and inhibiting factors in parental involvement encompass economic aspects, time constraints, the level of parental trust in teachers, and the lack of parental involvement programs initiated by schools. These findings offer valuable insights for enhancing parental participation in early childhood education by addressing and optimizing these factors, ultimately creating a more inclusive and empowered educational environment. Background:The high number of cases of death due to cervical cancer in Indonesia is exacerbated by the arrival of sufferers to health services at an advanced stage of > 70%. Efforts can be made to reduce risk factors for cervical cancer through primary prevention efforts. Purpose:The aim of community service is to increase teenagers' knowledge and attitudes about cervical cancer, with educational methods through audiovisual media. Method: This community service is carried out through audiovisual method counseling. This activity begins with identifying knowledge and attitudes or a pre-test about cervical cancer. The activity continued with counseling using video media about preventing cervical cancer and a post test after the counseling was carried out in one room in the School. Result: The level of knowledge before education was mostly sufficient 72 people (72%) and the attitude category was sufficient 70 (70%). After education there was a good increase in knowledge from 28 (26%) to 91 people (91.0%), while attitudes also existed an increase from 5 people with good attitudes to 87 people (87%). Conclusion:It is hoped that health workers will increase educational activities using audio-visual methods about cervical cancer. The public, especially young women, are expected to seek information from print and electronic media about cervical cancer.  

Dysmenorrhoea is experienced by 90% of women in Indonesia, because of this, around 14% of women cannot participate in learning at school or carry out daily activities, thereby reducing their productivity. Adolescent girls are in an unstable emotional condition, if they do not get good information about the menstrual cycle then they are easy to experience primary menstrual disorders. Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many teenagers who are growing and developing both physically and psychologically. Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of dysmenorrhoea, including non-pharmacological intervention, including Rosulullah-style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabawi treatment, including listening to the Koran and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone. people who experience it. The implementation of socialization at Al Islam High School is really needed considering that in this school there are many cases of Dysmennorrhea, and no one has provided an understanding of these cases and how to manage them non-pharmacologically so that they can be overcome without causing side effects. The target of this community service proposal is Al Islam Surakata High School students. The benefit of this activity is to increase understanding about menstrual disorders, especially dysmenorrhea and treatment of pain complaints when dysmenorrhea occurs at low cost and without side effects. impact, namely by means of Tibbun Nabawi.”

The Influence of Problem-Based Learning Strategies on News Writing Ability for Class V of SD Negeri 78 Barru, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. Thesis. This research aims to determine the significant influence of using problem-based learning strategies on the ability to write news for class V of SD Negeri 78 Barru, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. This research is pre-experimental research in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest research. The population of this study was class V students at SD Negeri 78 Barru which consisted of one class of 10 students. The research instrument used was the news writing test. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive statistical data analysis and inferential statistical data analysis. The results of this research show that the pretest results, the average student learning score is 53 with categories, very high 0%, high 30%, medium 20%, low 30% and very low 20%. The average score of the posttest results after using the problem-based learning strategy was 88 with the categories very high 80%, high 20%, medium 0%, low 0%, and very low 0%. This figure shows that there is a significant influence of the use of problem-based learning strategies on news writing ability. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning strategy is effectively used in learning to write news for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 78 Barru, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency.

Mathematics is a field of study that has an important role in education. Geometry is one of the mathematics materials taught in primary and secondary schools. However, students in PGMI 3 class still experience many misconceptions in understanding plane material by applying polya theory. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze common misconceptions related to plane material by applying polya theory. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research were 18 out of 39 PGMI 3 UIN North Sumatra students. The results of the research show that there are several misconceptions that occur which involve basic understanding of plane material, steps in solving problems with plane material, misunderstandings about what polya theory is like and making mistakes by not putting symbols in solving problems. This research aims to provide important insights into curriculum development and a more effective teaching approach in working on plane material by applying polya theory. With a more effective understanding of the misconceptions that arise in plane shape material by applying polya theory, appropriate action can be taken to overcome this problem and can help PGMI 3 students at UIN North Sumatra to develop an understanding of plane shape material by applying polya theory better.

This study aims to identify effective learning management in elementary schools in preparing interesting learning plans. Teachers really determine the success of students, especially in relation to the teaching and learning process, and are the component that has the most influence on the creation of quality educational processes and results so that teachers are required to have competence or ability, quality and professionalism. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method where in-depth interviews and observations are carried out on the research subjects. The research results show that effective learning management in elementary schools requires a learning implementation planning strategy. A teacher is required to have a learning implementation plan in order to create an interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere which of course will also create effective learning. This study also identified factors that make the learning process ineffective, one of which is the way a teacher teaches. By preparing a learning implementation plan, effective learning management in elementary schools can be realized. This research also has implications in the broader context of primary school education in Indonesia.

As the times evolve and consumption rates increase, waste management has become one of the primary challenges faced by communities, particularly in the Rw 02 Gunungsari Surabaya area. In an effort to address the negative impacts of production and waste disposal, the city government, especially the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surabaya, has initiated the MBKM KZW ( Zero Waste Village ) as an innovative and sustainable solution. Zero Waste is not just a slogan, it is a lifestyle that teaches us to change consumption paradigms and appreciate natural resource. One of the main pillars of the Zero Waste movement is waste reduction. This involves awareness of the sources of waste around us and concrete steps to minimize it. From reducing the use of single-use plastics to choosing products with eco-friendly packaging, every small action has positive impact on the environment. The key to the success of the KZW program is collaboration and active involvement of various stakeholders. This is includes the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surabaya, the community of Rw 02 Gunungsari Surabaya, and students from the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, working together to reduce waste. Innovation in waste management needs to be encouraged. Adopting a Zero Waste lifestyle is not an easy task, but with awareness, education, and sustainable actions, we can collectively create positive change towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future. Zero Waste is not just about minimizing waste, it is also about maximizing our potential to live in harmony with nature.

This research aims to find out how the management control system at the Cita Hati Foundation is regarding the incentive system given to local teaching staff and foreign teaching staff.  The data source for this research uses primary and secondary data.  The aim of this research is to display, explain and analyze the function of implementing a management control system.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is usually used to describe and describe current phenomena, whether human engineering or natural.  Primary data was obtained directly from the Cita Hati Christian School, which was the subject of the research.  By conducting direct observations at the Cita Hati Christian School and interviews with people at the school who are related to this research.  The results obtained are that the Cita Hati Foundation has teaching staff who are competent in their fields, not only local teaching staff, but also bringing in foreign teaching staff to improve the quality and value of education.  The presence of foreign teaching staff has both positive and negative impacts on the foundation, especially local teaching staff.  This is due to the differences in treatment given by the foundation to the two.  So the researchers suggest that the Cita Hati Foundation evaluate and revise the incentive program that will be given to employees, in accordance with the policies that have been determined or agreed and the point is that the policies made must be in accordance with the Foundation's ability to provide incentives in accordance with employee performance.  This will encourage better performance so that the company can also develop forward with employees who are loyal and willing to develop together.

With the aim of analyzing the relationship of these methods and media to students' motivation, concept understanding, learning style accommodation, critical thinking skills development and social interaction, this study uses qualitative methods. The study also ensures that the implementation of these learning strategies is in accordance with the standards of Permendikbud No. 103 of 2014. The results show that education providers are expected to adopt learning methods that have a positive impact on increasing interest and motivation, facilitating concept understanding, accommodating different learning styles, and encouraging critical thinking skills and social interaction. The use of creative and varied learning media is also emphasized, allowing students to understand concepts through visual demonstration or practical experience. In conclusion, learning methods and media variations fulfill the expectations of Permendikbud No. 103 of 2014, providing students with interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging and meaningful learning experiences.

This is because it is stated that there are many opportunities resulting from the entrepreneurial skills they have. So that entrepreneurship is currently being enhanced through entrepreneurship education at the primary and secondary school levels. Apart from that, entrepreneurship education is also needed within the family and community through fairy tales or stories with the aim of motivating students to become successful as entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education focuses a lot on the skills to become an entrepreneur, not just selling goods or services because the basic values of entrepreneurship are important in forming life skills. These skills include creative, innovative, independent, financial management, leadership, courage to take risks, and adaptive. Through this article, entrepreneurship and its scientific fields are discussed at the elementary school level in high school to form students' entrepreneurial spirit. This article also covers the results of other relevant studies which are explained descriptively.

Then, data sources were obtained from primary data derived from the novel Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata and secondary (Children's Moral Education books, theses, articles, internet sites, and journals). Laskar Pelangi is a novel written by Andrea Hirata published in 2005. It tells the story of education and contains motivational messages and enthusiasm to overcome life's difficulties, through perseverance and unyielding spirit. Several elements in the novel illustrate the importance of forming moral values in children, good ethics are considered an important foundation for building individuals who are tough, have integrity, and care for the surrounding environment. The application of ethics education in Laskar Pelangi does not only occur through formal learning in schools, but also through life experiences and social interactions.

A multidisciplinary approach is a method in education that combines various disciplines to create a better understanding. This approach recognizes that the real world is not divided into separate categories of knowledge, therefore it tries to bring together various disciplines so that students can see the connections between concepts.  This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary approach method in the context of learning at the primary school level. The background of this research is based on the need to develop a holistic learning approach that suits the needs of today's children. A literature study was conducted to determine the concept of multidisciplinary approach and its impact on learning achievement and development of primary school children. The literature study method was used to collect, review and synthesize related research findings. This research is expected to provide in-depth insight into the potential application of the multidisciplinary approach in learning at the primary school level. The practical implications of the findings can provide direction for the development of more effective curriculum and teaching methods at the primary school level.
