he digital era brings significant changes in various aspects of life, including early childhood (ECD) parenting patterns. Easy access to gadgets ultimately results in excessive use that has a negative impact on children's growth and development. This study aims to examine strategies for overcoming the impact of excessive gadget use on ECD through optimizing Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Education (PAUD HI) services at TK Negeri Pembina Salakan. The methods used are literature studies and participatory observations of the implementation of the PAUD HI program. The results of the study indicate that the PAUD HI approach that includes integrated education, health, nutrition, care, protection, and welfare services can be an effective solution. At TK Negeri Pembina Salakan, its implementation is realized through learning activities that stimulate all aspects of development, active involvement of parents in digital parenting education, provision of an environment rich in non-gadget stimulation, and collaboration with health services and the community. It is concluded that PAUD HI has a strategic role in mitigating the negative risks of gadgets and supporting optimal growth and development of ECD.

Digital governance transformation through a hybrid bureaucracy model is considered the main adaptive solution in post-COVID-19 pandemic Indonesia. This study uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method based on PRISMA 2020 with a focus on Sinta and Scopus indexed articles for the 2020–2025 period, to examine the implementation of hybrid bureaucracy in urban and rural areas, and is supported by relevant classical theoretical literature as a basis for the conceptual framework. Results show that the 35% improvement in public service efficiency in urban areas, but only 12% in rural areas, is rooted in disparities in infrastructure and digital literacy. Three main challenges were identified: ASN resistance to technology, overlapping regulations, and budget constraints. Policy recommendations lead to accelerated harmonization of SPBE regulations, gamification-based training strategies, and special budget allocations for 3T (underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost) regions. This study provides an empirical basis for the development of an inclusive and equitable public service digital transformation strategy in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the policy of digitizing public services at the sub-district level in the perspective of state administrative law. Digital transformation in the public bureaucracy in the modern era is an important step in creating effective, efficient, and accountable services. However, the implementation of digitalization is often not accompanied by an adequate legal framework, resulting in the potential for administrative irregularities and violations of the principles of good governance. Using a normative research approach, this study examines the compatibility of digitization policies with the principles of state administrative law, such as the principles of legality, legal certainty, proportionality, professionalism, openness, and accountability. The results of this study show that the digitization of public services at the sub-district level requires strengthening technical regulations, increasing the capacity of the apparatus, and integrating digital service systems and standards based on legal principles. This research not only focuses on technological innovation, but is also supported by a strong legal foundation to ensure the protection of public rights and the legitimacy of public services.

Bag inspection aims to ensure compliance with baggage regulations for flight safety. However, it was found that some officers were not meticulous and acted unfairly during the bag inspection process. The lack of responsiveness and minimal empathy from the officers will affect passenger satisfaction. This condition indicates the need for improvement in performance and service quality to maintain passenger satisfaction and the company's image. This research uses a quantitative method, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The study samples passengers using Citilink Airlines at Juanda International Airport Surabaya, totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression equations, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application. The research results show that performance and service quality have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction of Citilink Airlines at Juanda International Airport Surabaya. The regression coefficients for performance are 0.479 and for service quality are 0.318, with significance values of 0.000 and 0.001, respectively (<0.1), as well as an F-test of 0.000 which indicates the simultaneous effect of both. The adjusted r square value of 0.494 indicates that 49.4% of passenger satisfaction is influenced by performance and service quality, while the remaining 50.6% is influenced by factors outside of the study.

This research was carried out at the Multipurpose Health Center, Sako District, Palembang City. The purpose of this study is to find out the health services provided to Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) patients at the multivehicle health center and to find out what factors are obstacles in providing maximum service to Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) patients at the health center. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include primary data collection in the form of interviews and field observations, as well as secondary data collection in the form of documentation and literature studies. The determination of informants in this study uses the purposive sampling technique. The result of the analysis of this study is Health Services for KIS Patients at the Multiwahana Health Center, Sako District, Palembang City based on PERMENKES Number 04 Article (3) of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards (SPM). Health is assessed from the number of quality goods/services, quantity and quality of infrastructure. Health human resources and procedures for meeting standards are running well, this can be seen from the free services provided to KIS participants, namely KIS participants get basic health services at the Puskesmas free of charge, including examinations, treatments, immunizations and maternal and child health services. The provision of medicines at the Puskesmas ensures the availability of essential medicines needed by KIS participants. However, the flow of procedures and services at the multipurpose health center is quite clear, simple, not convoluted, and the officers are friendly. Then, the inhibiting factor in providing services to KIS patients is that there are still many people or patients who are not interested in the Healthy Indonesia Card program.
