In the following qualitative research, we identified the relationship of architectural styles based on Javanese Culture. The church displays a unique form of architectural acculturation from the church in general which adheres to the European Gothic style. Based on the results of the analysis, the aesthetics of the building combine the architectural style of Rome, namely wide-span buildings and flat domes with local Javanese architecture. The embodiment of Javanese culture is clearly seen in the interior in the form of reliefs and brick materials. The concept of space also puts Javanese architecture in the form of a courtyard without chairs like a Javanese Joglo house. The acculturation functions as an image of local culture so that it is maintained and makes the congregation feel comfortable and dissolve with the atmosphere of the place of worship. The presence of local cultural elements in the church building also shows respect for the values of traditional wisdom without losing the identity of Christianity itself. In addition, the combination of architecture shows that houses of worship can be designed as an inculturative space that is able to bridge the spiritual needs as well as the emotional needs of the congregation. Thus, the church building is not only a place of worship, but also a symbol of harmony between faith and culture in people's lives.

Customer satisfaction and loyalty are central issues in marketing management, as both play crucial roles in ensuring business sustainability amid increasing competition. Satisfied customers tend to make repeat purchases, provide positive recommendations, and build long-term relationships with the company. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty has become an important agenda for both academics and practitioners. This study aims to address two main questions: (1) What factors influence customer satisfaction? and (2) How does satisfaction contribute to the formation of customer loyalty? The method used is a literature review, selecting articles from various online databases such as ResearchGate, Academia, and open-access journals using the keywords customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Of the 45 identified articles, 20 were selected for in-depth analysis. The review results reveal three main trends: first, service and product quality are the most consistent determinants of satisfaction; second, price, promotion, and brand image play significant roles; and third, customer trust is an essential variable that strengthens the satisfaction–loyalty relationship. Overall, satisfaction functions as the main mediating variable in the formation of customer loyalty.

This study examines the effect of employee competency development, performance evaluation, and remuneration on employee performance at the Religious Affairs Offices (KUA) in West Jakarta. As a public institution responsible for delivering administrative and community religious services, KUA faces challenges in ensuring effective human resource performance amid bureaucratic constraints and limited performance-based incentives. The study aims to analyze how the three human resource management (HRM) dimensions competency development, evaluation, and remuneration affect overall employee performance. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed using a structured questionnaire distributed to 120 employees across eight KUA offices. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by descriptive and classical assumption tests. The results indicate that performance evaluation and remuneration have significant positive effects on employee performance, while competency development shows a positive but statistically insignificant effect. The model explains 49% of the variation in employee performance, suggesting that transparent evaluation systems and performance-based remuneration play a greater role than training programs alone in improving public service effectiveness. The findings contribute to strategic HRM theory by confirming that evaluation and reward mechanisms strengthen the link between competency and performance. It is concluded that integrating developmental, evaluative, and compensatory functions within a unified HR framework can enhance productivity and accountability in Indonesia’s public sector institutions.

This study aims to analyze the role of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) in creating and maintaining excellent schools. IQA is a systematic mechanism designed to ensure that all educational processes operate according to established quality standards while serving as a means for continuous evaluation and improvement. This research employs a literature study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing secondary sources such as books, scientific journals, government regulations, and relevant previous studies. The findings indicate that IQA plays a strategic role in building an education system oriented toward quality and accountability. Through the implementation of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, schools are able to establish measurable quality standards, control learning processes, and conduct continuous evaluations of educational outcomes. The implementation of IQA also fosters a culture of quality that encourages collective awareness among all school members regarding the importance of continuous improvement. However, IQA implementation still faces several challenges, including limited competent human resources, lack of leadership commitment, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and resistance to change. A case study at SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung reveals that the success of IQA is determined by visionary leadership, stakeholder support, and the use of data-based quality information systems. Therefore, IQA functions not only as a supervisory tool but also as a managerial strategy for achieving holistic and sustainable educational quality improvement

Digital transformation in higher education requires an information system that is able to manage academic processes effectively, including the management of students' final projects. At Stella Maris University Sumba, the process of registering titles, guidance, and archiving of final projects is still carried out manually, causing various obstacles, such as administrative delays, difficulties in monitoring the progress of guidance, and the risk of data loss. This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system that supports the process of submitting titles, guidance management, uploading documents, and storing final project archives in the form of a digital data bank. The development method used is a software engineering approach with the stages of needs analysis, designing using UML, implementation, and system testing. The system is built with a three-layer architecture that features document management and role-based access control to ensure data security and integrity. The results of the black-box test showed that all system functions were running as needed, while the usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire resulted in a score that indicated the system was feasible to use. The implementation of this system has been proven to increase administrative efficiency, simplify the guidance process, and provide a structured thesis repository that supports academic transparency and accountability. Thus, this information system is expected to be a sustainable solution in the management of final projects as well as a model for the development of academic digitalization in higher education.

Public relations in schools plays a crucial role in building effective communication between the school and the community. Its primary functions include disseminating information, building a positive image, and establishing cooperation with external parties. This study aims to assess the implementation of the Public Relations function as a functional position in improving public communication at SDN Sempusari 01 Jember. The approach used was descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that although the Public Relations function has been implemented, its implementation is still not optimal. Communication activities such as publications and community engagement have been carried out, but are not well structured. The main obstacle lies in the lack of functional staff and understanding of the role of public relations. Therefore, improving the competence of teaching staff is necessary for a more optimal role of Public Relations in strengthening public communication in elementary schools.

This study aims to analyze the multidimensional integration between theology and management in developing an ethical, holistic, and human-centered paradigm of Christian leadership. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through a comprehensive literature analysis of contemporary theological and managerial works. The findings demonstrate that theology serves as a normative foundation that shapes managerial decision-making processes and guides the moral direction of organizations. The integration of spiritual, social, and practical dimensions produces a leadership model emphasizing love, honesty, justice, responsibility, and service. These results indicate that theology functions not merely as a reflection of faith but also as a conceptual framework that directs management practices toward sustainability and social balance. The multidimensional theological approach bridges faith values with concrete actions in modern organizations, offering substantial contributions to the development of character-based, humanistic, and transformative management. Consequently, this study enriches the academic discourse on theology-management integration and provides a conceptual reference for constructing ethical leadership models in the global era.

This study discusses the basis of Indonesian society’s obligation to comply with the Marriage Law (UUP) as a manifestation of obedience to both state law and religious teachings. The study arises from the reality that, despite the UUP and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) serving as the legal foundation for marriage in Indonesia, many still violate its provisions, such as through unregistered (siri) marriages. Using a normative juridical approach and qualitative descriptive analysis, this research examines the juridical, philosophical, and sociological foundations of legal obedience to the UUP and its implications for family and social life. The findings show that juridically, obedience to the UUP is grounded in the principle of legality and state sovereignty; philosophically, it reflects the values of Divinity and Humanity embodied in Pancasila; and sociologically, it functions as social engineering to protect women and children while ensuring social order. Compliance with the UUP therefore holds not only legal but also moral and spiritual significance, serving as a means to achieve harmonious families, social order, and a just nation.

This study analyzes the mechanism of money creation in Islamic financial institutions by examining its relationship with prudential principles and financial intermediation. The research is motivated by the growth of Indonesia’s Islamic capital market, which reached a capitalization of IDR 5,060 trillion in 2025, yet conceptual challenges remain regarding money creation in line with maqashid al-shariah. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA framework, reviewing 38 relevant academic articles. Findings indicate that money creation in Islamic finance occurs only through real-asset-based activities, differing from the conventional system that relies on credit expansion and interest. Intermediation functions are carried out through partnerships emphasizing fair risk and profit sharing, while the prudential principle ensures controlled monetary expansion. The study concludes that the integration of moral and economic dimensions establishes a fair, stable, and sustainable Islamic monetary paradigm and contributes conceptually to strengthening Islamic financial policy in Indonesia.

This article discusses the importance of learning evaluation, particularly in the affective domain, which not only functions as a measurement of learning outcomes but also makes a significant contribution to Guidance and Counseling (GC) services in schools. The affective domain, which encompasses students’ attitudes, values, motivation, and character, plays a major role in shaping their social and personal behavior. This study employs a literature review method by examining articles, journals, and national conference proceedings published between 2016–2025 that are relevant to affective evaluation and its implications for GC services. The findings show that affective evaluation can provide objective data regarding the development of students’ attitudes, which is highly useful for school counselors in designing appropriate counseling programs. In addition, the development of valid and reliable assessment instruments, along with the use of digital technology, has been proven to improve the effectiveness of evaluation while also supporting more accurate diagnoses of students’ problems. Therefore, collaboration between subject teachers and school counselors is key to optimizing the use of evaluation results in supporting students’ comprehensive development.

The internationalization of the Indonesian language and culture has become a crucial strategy in strengthening cultural diplomacy in the Southeast Asian region, particularly through the Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) program. As a strategic partner country, Thailand hosts several universities that offer BIPA programs, including Chiang Mai University. However, a key challenge in implementing BIPA instruction abroad is the limited availability of contextual teaching materials that specifically reflect the richness of Indonesian culture. This study aims to examine the process and outcomes of a training program on the development of BIPA teaching materials based on Solo Batik for students at Chiang Mai University as a concrete form of Indonesia’s language and cultural internationalization. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through participatory observation during the training sessions, semi-structured interviews with facilitators and participants, and document analysis of the teaching materials developed. The findings reveal that the training not only enhanced students’ understanding of the structure and functions of the Indonesian language but also fostered their appreciation of the cultural values embedded in the motifs, philosophy, and production process of Solo Batik. The students successfully produced creative, contextual, and learner-oriented teaching material prototypes, such as visual modules, interactive dialogues, and culture-based worksheets. These findings highlight the importance of integrating local culture into the development of BIPA teaching materials as an effective strategy for expanding the global reach of the Indonesian language. Consequently, this training serves as a collaborative model that can be replicated in other countries to support the sustainable internationalization of Indonesia’s language and cultural policies.

This study aims to examine in depth the learning strategies implemented in the Bilingual-A class to develop early childhood language skills. The development of language skills in early childhood is an important aspect to consider, as language functions as the main medium for children to communicate, think, and express their feelings and ideas. However, language development problems often arise due to a lack of sufficient linguistic stimulation, both at home and in the learning environment. To address this issue, the study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving teachers and children in the Bilingual-A class at RA Masjid Al-Akbar Surabaya. Through this approach, the researcher seeks to obtain a clear picture of how bilingual learning strategies are applied in daily classroom activities. The findings reveal that the applied learning strategies include communicative approaches, the use of enjoyable bilingual songs and games, and various visual media such as pictures, word cards, and teaching aids. The implementation of these strategies has proven effective in enhancing children’s vocabulary mastery, sentence construction ability, and confidence in communicating using two languages. These findings highlight the crucial role of teachers in designing engaging, interactive, and developmentally appropriate learning activities that holistically support children’s language growth.

This study is motivated by the negative perception among some Christians who regard philosophy as a threat to faith and theology, even believing that it can undermine conviction and reduce the truth of Scripture. Using a qualitative research method based on a literature study that collects and analyzes various relevant sources, this research aims to re-examine the relationship between philosophy, theology, and Christian Religious Education, as well as to explore the constructive role of philosophy in enriching the understanding of faith. The findings reveal that philosophy functions as a preparation evangelica - a “rational foundation that prepares one to receive faith” - rather than as an antagonist. Furthermore, the study emphasizes that the integration of philosophy and theology produces a critical and reflective educational approach that deepens the knowledge of God and fosters a dynamic Christian Religious Education. Thus, this research offers a new perspective that reconciles philosophy and faith, and recommends ongoing dialogue between the two for the advancement of theology and Christian education.

A will is a legal instrument that enables an individual to determine the distribution of their assets after death. One type recognized in the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) is the closed will (testament olograph), written or signed confidentially by the testator and submitted to a notary before four witnesses. This form of will emphasizes secrecy and the protection of the testator’s final intentions, requiring a clear legal framework to ensure its validity and lawful execution. Within this framework, the Balai Harta Peninggalan, or Heritage Hall, functions as a state institution responsible for receiving, safeguarding, unsealing, and executing closed wills after the testator’s death. The institution’s role ensures that the process is orderly, transparent, and legally compliant. This study examines the procedural mechanism for administering closed wills by the Balai Harta Peninggalan, covering the stages from unsealing to execution in accordance with statutory provisions. Using a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, the research analyzes the Civil Code, implementing regulations, and legal literature. The findings show that the execution of closed wills under Balai Harta Peeninggalan’s authority is well regulated under Indonesian law and plays a key role in ensuring legal certainty and protecting heirs’ rights. However, administrative obstacles and low public awareness remain significant challenges.
