Principal communication is the process of conveying information to teachers and forwarded to students. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's communication, including: Teacher professionalism; Teacher discipline; and Teacher responsibility. Qualitative approach with descriptive method. In terms of data collection is through literature study, literature study is the initial step in the data collection method. Literature study is a data collection method that is directed at finding data and information through documents, both written documents, photographs, images, and electronic documents that can support the writing process. The subjects of the study were teachers, principals, and school committees at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal. The results of the study found: Principal communication in improving teacher professionalism is conveying messages to teachers both verbally and in writing; Principal communication in improving teacher discipline is providing exemplary examples by attending school on time; Principal communication in improving teacher responsibility is interpersonal communication, communication in solving problems in learning by coordinating and finding solutions with the school committee and supervisor, and the relevant Education Office. It is expected that the committee and the principal can provide encouragement and guidance in teacher performance regarding professionalism, discipline and teacher responsibility effectively and efficiently so that it can improve teacher performance in schools.

This research aims to implement the Class 7 teaching campus program in improving student literacy and numeracy at Bhakti Karya Simo Vocational School. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with an interpretive paradigm because the researcher is directly involved in the interaction. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and case studies. The objects of this research are schools, students and students' learning activities during campus teaching assignments. This research was carried out for almost four months, starting from February 26 to June 2 2024. The results of this research are that the campus teaching program carries out various work programs that can improve students' literacy and numeracy skills, such as literacy habits, library viewing, literacy corners, magazines wall, work language week, literacy and numeracy festival, numeracy snakes and ladders, numeracy crossword puzzle, mathematics quiz, technology adaptation training to natural disaster mitigation adaptation. In its implementation, there are various obstacles and challenges faced by students, but they can be resolved by finding the best solution.

This article discusses the implementation of information technology in office administration management in schools. To support the smooth running of the process Learning certainly requires supporting facilities so that all activities are neatly and efficiently organized. Information technology is here to help the school administration process become more effective and efficient. Of course, it is not only the school administration that will be helped, but communication between teachers, staff and students will improve. Information technology in office administration management also certainly helps manage finances and manage school personnel. The purpose of this article is is to review how the administration system is based information technology to streamline the performance of teaching staff and staff in schools. Method used is descriptive qualitative.

Leadership has been an integral part of human life since ancient times. This article examines lessons from Saul's leadership in a Christian context, focusing on Biblical principles such as obedience, humility, and openness to the input of others. In this article the author uses a research method using a qualitative descriptive approach with literature analysis.   So that we can describe learning from Saul's Leadership: Building a Solid Christian Leadership Foundation. The discussion includes the concept of leadership charisma, Saul's charisma and courage, as well as Saul's mistakes in disobedience and arrogance. The conclusion emphasizes that charisma and courage must be balanced with obedience and humility to build a solid foundation of Christian leadership.  

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes on ecology by implementing the Think Pair Share type learning strategy in class X Science at SMA Onate, Yapen Islands, Papua Province. The research method used is classroom action research. The subjects of this research were 25 class X Science students at Onate High School, Yapen Islands, Papua Province. This research was carried out in two cycles, and each cycle was carried out in 3 meetings. The research results showed that the recapitulation of learning outcomes in cycle I was 60%, or 15 students completed classical learning. In comparison, in cycle II, the percentage of student learning completion was 88%, or 22 students completed classical learning. Implementing the Think Pair Share type learning strategy can improve student learning outcomes in class X Science at SMA Onate, Yapen Islands, Papua Province.

The study introduces the use of hand puppets as a tool to strengthen English vocabulary acquisition among third-grade students at MI Fathul Jannah, Palangka Raya. This Student Creativity Program (PKM) employs a descriptive qualitative methodology involving fifteen students as participants. During instruction, the team uses hand puppets to introduce new vocabulary covering family members, followed by interactive exercises to assess vocabulary retention and application. The results of these activities indicate that the use of hand puppets not only enhances vocabulary retention but also boosts students' confidence in using English. Students show enthusiasm and active participation during learning activities, indicating that hand puppets effectively create a more engaging and interactive learning environment. These findings underscore the significant potential of hand puppets as aids in teaching English vocabulary to elementary school students.

Analysis of errors in the use of Indonesian in the learning of UIN Law Students is an important study that focuses on how students use written and spoken Indonesian in academic and learning contexts. Indonesian is the official language and language of instruction in education in Indonesia. Good and correct mastery of Indonesian is very important for students to be able to convey ideas, arguments and analyzes clearly and effectively, especially in fields of study such as those that require a deep understanding of citizenship concepts and Pancasila values. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The focus of this research is to explore the perspectives, experiences and views of UIN Law students. Analysis of errors in the use of Indonesian in the context of higher education, especially in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn), is an important topic for identifying and improving the quality of students' language.

The increasing popularity of e-commerce has driven the development of more sophisticated product recommendation systems to enhance user experience. Within this framework, the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become essential for enhancing the caliber of product suggestions through the examination of user behavioral patterns and product attributes. This paper explores the incorporation of artificial intelligence into e-commerce product recommendation systems. This strategy integrates AI methodologies like machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing (NLP) to produce recommendation systems that are personalized and pertinent. Through in-depth analysis of user data and product information, the system can predict user preferences with higher accuracy, improve user engagement levels, and ultimately increase sales conversions. By combining domain knowledge, technical expertise, and the latest research methodologies, This research offers valuable insights for both e-commerce system developers and artificial intelligence researchers. The integration of artificial intelligence into product recommendation systems represents a critical measure in facilitating growth and fostering innovation within the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.  

This research aims to determine the role of good use of Indonesian in the learning process for students, especially in mathematics set material. Apart from that, this research also aims to reveal various theories that are relevant to the problem being researched, and is carried out by re-analyzing data that has been collected from other research results in order to prove the correctness of the data and its validity based on the title of the research. The scope of this research is to measure students' understanding using good Indonesian regarding understanding elements in mathematical set material. The research method used is quantitative research. From the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that every reference used in this research states that the use of Indonesian plays a very important role in the learning process for students.

Chronic diseases in humans are very difficult to detect visually, for example glaucoma, hypertension, diabetes, and others. So it takes a lot of time for further medical examination by visiting a health center or hospital. Therefore, this research aims to find a solution combining medical and computer science to classify quickly and precisely. Classifying eye images requires good features and characteristics so that disease images can be classified. This research uses the Deep Learning method, namely Convolutional Neural Network with MobileNet-V3 architecture which can extract features from large resolution images very well. This research resulted in accurate classification of images of chronic diseases Normal, Diabetes, Glucoma, Cataract, Age related macular degeneration, Hypertension, Pathalogical Myopia. uses the MobileNet-V3 architecture, with transfer learning reaching 81%, and loss only 0.4913.

The purpose of this study is to provide an investigation of affixing sentence mistakes in narrative text essays written by fourth graders. In addition, we want to detail the challenges that both students and instructors have when attempting to convey the concept of affixing sentences to elementary school children. A case study is the research approach that is used. In this study, a descriptive example is used. The 70 participants in this research were drawn from three different classes (A, B, and C) and one larger class (22–24 students) at SD YASPORBI III Jakarta, representing Class IV as a whole. This study used a random sampling approach. Research tools used in this study were observation and interview tools. Observation, interviews, and documentation are the methods used to gather data in this study. There were four steps to the analytic process in this study: gathering data, cleaning it up, presenting it, and making conclusions. Study after study has shown that students retain more information and are more actively involved in their own learning when taught about affixes via the use of narrative process that incorporates anecdotes from real life. Teachers may help children who are still struggling with affix sentence writing by using narrative texts to gather often misused terms, such as capital and lowercase letters, which are connected to spelling and spelling comprehension. Teachers should thus provide their pupils with more support and assistance, whether that's in the form of extra explanations, specific activities, or both. Students have a more engaging and effective learning experience when visuals are used as a medium.  

The quality of student learning is not yet optimal, this is in accordance with empirical data that the decline in achievements achieved by students in the academic and non-academic fields and the lack of professional teaching graduates means that planning management for developing teacher pedagogical competence is needed. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative design. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique, through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the research inform that (1) Planning for the development of pedagogical competence at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang was made based on the results of identifying needs and vision, mission and goals that had been determined, in its implementation the planning for developing teacher pedagogical competence was carried out in the form of meetings Work. (2) Implementation of pedagogical competency development at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang by participating in teaching, learning and administrative meetings, scientific forum programs held by local agencies in the form of education and training, making lesson plans, KKG, seminars or workshops . (3) evaluation Planning for the development of pedagogical competence focuses more on evaluating teacher performance through supervision activities with classroom action assessments. Apart from that, the principal also holds monthly work evaluations, one of which discusses the activities that have been carried out by teachers after participating in scientific forum activities outside the school. The monthly meeting is a control over the implementation of activities that will be carried out as well as an evaluation of activities that have been carried out previously. (4) Follow-up to the development of teacher pedagogical competence is to give awards to teachers who have met standards, provide coaching by holding meetings between school principals and teachers through face-to-face meetings and implementing the MGMP (Subject Teachers' Conference) program. ) (5) Supporting factors, namely teaching staff with a bachelor's degree, available funds, and complete infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that a handful of teachers who are approaching retirement have difficulty or are less interested in activities to develop the competence of teaching staff, in addition to having problems with timing at the same time as teaching schedules.

Catechists have an important responsibility in educating and guiding children to understand and live their spiritual life as Christians. This research uses the interview method to collect data. The research results show that catechists play a role as companions, directors and mentors in BIAK activities. Although some teaching responsibilities are transferred to students, the role of the catechist remains important in ensuring the quality of activities and supporting the successful teaching of the values of the Christian faith. One of the challenges faced by catechists is the lack of creativity in the learning process. This can be overcome by implementing learning methods and media that are interesting to children. This article concludes that collaboration between catechists and students is very important to achieve the goal of growing children's faith through BIAK activities. Catechists need to increase their creativity and ability to design interesting activities for children.

On August 14, 2023, Indonesia had approximately 228 million social media users, a number that is expected to continue growing to reach 267 million by 2028. Social media can be used to spread both positive and negative information, and one of the various negative effects is cyberbullying. Consequently, much research is conducted in the field of machine learning to develop sentiment analysis. One crucial step in sentiment analysis is word weighting. The two most common word weighting methods are TF-IDF and Word2Vec. These methods can be compared to determine which one produces better classification results, allowing cyberbullying sentiments on social media to be detected more accurately. Based on nine test scenarios, the final results showed that TF-IDF performed better than Word2Vec in this study, with an accuracy of 84%.    

Abstract. The Islamic financial industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development. Generally, Abstract. factors such as knowledge, needs, abilities, concerns and judgments influence customer decisions in using financial products. However, with the variety of influencing factors, many students and individuals with higher education are not yet interested in saving in Islamic banks. As students, they may have a superior understanding because as students, students continue to review the transformation of the times. As part of the academic world, students are accustomed to the continuous learning process, gaining deeper insights into changes and trends in various fields. This study aims to uncover the views of students and family circles who tend to prefer conventional banks over sharia banks. Likewise, this study is also intended to provide public understanding of bank selection knowledge, so that it can stimulate deeper discussions regarding individual considerations in choosing sharia banks. On the other hand, this study was compiled with the aim of clarifying the importance for students to consider their choices of  sharia banks. This study is intended to explore knowledge about sharia banking and the family environment towards sharia banks. The method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. With data analyzed using a questionnaire filled out by 51 student respondents. The main objective of the study is focused on understanding the knowledge of students and family environment towards sharia banks, a descriptive qualitative approach with the intention of describing and analyzing the causes of a phenomenon. Data collection is carried out through observation and observation to describe the phenomena that occur. The research respondents consisted of 50 students from various campuses. The study revealed that there were variations in perception among students. and family environment, including in terms of gender, student knowledge, and the influence of the family environment on sharia banks. Sebagai bagian dari dunia akademis, mahasiswa terbiasa dengan proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan, memperoleh wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang perubahan dan tren dalam berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pandangan mahasiswa dan lingkup keluarga yang cenderung lebih memilih bank konvensional daripada bank syariah. Demikian pula, penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memberi pengertian masyarakat mengenai pengetahuan pemilihan bank, sehingga dapat merangsang diskusi yang lebih mendalam mengenai pertimbangan individual dalam memilih bank syariah. Disisi lain, penelitian ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk memperjelas pentingnya bagi mahasiswa untuk mempertimbangkan pilihan mereka terhadap bank syariah. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan mengenai perbankan syariah dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap pada bank syariah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan data dianalisis menggunakan kuisioner yang diisi oleh 51 responden mahasiswa. Tujuan utama penelitian difokuskan untuk memahami pengetahuan mahasiswa dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap bank syariah, pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan maksud menguraikan dan menganalisis penyebab suatu fenomena. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan dan observasi untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena yang terjadi. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 50 mahasiswa dari berbagai kampus. Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat variasi persepsi di kalangan mahasiswa. dan lingkungan keluarga, termasuk dari segi gender, pengetahuan mahasiswa, dan pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap bank syariah. This research aims to reveal the strategies employed by teachers in disciplining students during Quranic memorization (tahfizh Quran) learning at SDIT Bayyinah Tahfizhul Qurani. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was utilized in this study. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and analysis of curriculum-related documents and learning activities. The results of the research indicate that teachers utilize several effective strategies in disciplining students, including the implementation of clear rules, character building through religious education, consistent reward and punishment, and involvement of parents in the learning process. The implications of this research underscore the importance of teachers' role in creating a learning environment conducive to student discipline in Quranic memorization.

. ChatGPT is one of the growing innovations in artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the field of education, aiming to assist humans in finding information and completing work efficiently. However, students' lack of understanding of the positive uses and benefits of ChatGPT as a self-learning medium results in low adoption rates and underutilized learning potential. Therefore, this study aims to understand the level of acceptance and the impact that influences students in adopting ChatGPT technology so that it can provide direction and recommendations for schools to increase their self-learning awareness through the utilization of AI. The study used a quantitative approach and interviews with public high school students with the construction of the UTAUT 2 model as a framework. The population of public high school students was 3,405, probability sampling was used as the sampling method then the data was processed using SEM analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software.

This study aims to determine the influence of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective on the performance of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah Branch Makassar. This research method is quantitative and qualitative. Population in the study were employees and customers of PT.BNI Syariah Makassar Branch. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data collected and processed using SPSS. Based on the results obtained financial perspective variables (X1) amounted to 2.241 with R persial 0.030, (X2) amounted to 3.879 with r persial 0.000 , Internal business (X3) amounted to 2.391 with r persial 0.021 with GIS 0.05, growth and learning (X4) amounted to -2.412 with r persial 0.020.

This research aims to analyze errors in writing quotations in students' papers from the PGSD Study Program at Medan State University, especially in the paper entitled "Analysis of Teacher Difficulties in Implementing the Problem Based Learning Model in Elementary School Social Sciences Learning". This research uses a qualitative method with a design that prioritizes data collection through document analysis. The main data source comes from the text of the researched papers, with a focus on formatting errors, sources, and citation integrity. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes presenting data and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that there were inconsistencies in writing the author's name, the wrong writing order based on the year of publication, and the use of inappropriate punctuation in quotations. These findings emphasize the importance of understanding and applying correct citation writing rules to improve the quality of scientific literature.

In learning mathematics, calculation techniques are indispensable. However, a common issue encountered is the lack of proficiency in calculations, whether it be addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. Jarimatika is a method of mathematical calculation using the fingers as tools to facilitate arithmetic operations, especially multiplication. This activity aims to socialize and understand the responses of students and teachers towards the use of the Jarimatika method in elementary schools. The results of the activity showed that students were very enthusiastic during the activity and found it easier to perform multiplication operations using the Jarimatika method. The teachers' response was also very positive and they appreciated this activity. From this activity, it was proven that the Jarimatika method helps elementary school students become quicker and more proficient in multiplication operations
