In Islamic law (Shari’ah), a wife who separates from her husband, whether due to divorce or the husband's death, is obligated to observe ‘iddah. This refers to a waiting period that a wife must undergo after the divorce or the death of her husband, during which she is prohibited from remarrying for a specified period. The duration of this waiting period has been established in the Qur'an and Hadith, with varying time frames. The fundamental purpose of observing ‘iddah, apart from its devotional aspect (ta‘abbudi), is to ensure the absence of pregnancy in the womb. Although modern technology can quickly confirm the absence of pregnancy, this does not annul the obligation of ‘iddah for the wife, as its purpose is not solely limited to this aspect.

This research examines collaboration between Islamic institutions and Muslim influencers which can also have its own challenges. This is because the two parties have different goals, approaches and values which of course can result in conflict and disruption of preaching. Another cause of challenges in da'wah is a lack of understanding in determining digital communication strategies. Moreover, we must not be left behind with developments because this can be a benchmark for success in collaborative da'wah in the era of digitalization. Therefore, it is necessary to have an appropriate da'wah strategy in order to achieve the effectiveness of da'wah. In this scientific journal, the method used is literature study. The literature method, or library research, is used to search for research information by reading scientific journals, digital book references, and published materials on the Internet. The only key to the success of da'wah development in this era is building a modern da'wah management strategy. The use of digital technology in da'wah content not only increases accessibility and reach but also creates better interaction between preachers and audiences.

This study aims to analyze factors that influence fraud disclosure . Fraud, or fraudulent acts, have become a significant problem in various sectors in Indonesia, especially with the dominance of corruption cases. This widespread corruption has a negative impact on the country's economy and public trust in institutions. In addition, internal control helps prevent and detect fraud early on. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach sourced from trusted journals and scientific publications. The results of the study show that the integration of these factors can increase the effectiveness of fraud disclosure. These findings also emphasize the importance of implementing modern technology, such as big data analytics and artificial intelligence, to strengthen the audit system. The conclusion of this study suggests the importance of a combination of various audit elements to support better organizational oversight. The results of this study indicate that forensic audits, investigative audits, professional judgment, auditor independence, and internal control have a positive effect on fraud disclosure.
