Organizations need leaders to develop the capabilities of their members. While keadership is the process of achieving organizational goals. Criterialeaders must organize and help their members achieve defined goals. The process of leaders influencing their organization can be done by managing sentences with words, then providing exemplary examples to them by guiding them through advice and guidance. Leaders and leadership must be synchronized because leaders must have the ability to manage and build cooperation with all stake holders and all elements of society. leadership in Islam is a process of governance that does not tolerate tyranny or chaos. Muslim leaders are people who have the principles of life based on the pure principles of Islam, and are fully convinced that in Islam leaders must be trustworthy, fair, deliberative, and tell their members to do good. Islamic leadership is based on Surah Al-Baqarah verse 30, Surah An-Nur verse 55, Surah Shad verse 26 and hadith. In the leadership of Islamic organizations must have leadership criteria, leadership factors, leadership functions and the positive impact of leadership to develop the organization”

This research aims to determine the method of determining lineage in Islamic law. And to find out the perspective of Islamic law and sharia maqoshid on DNA testing as a determinant of nasab. This research was carried out using library research and paying attention to the field (Field Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, the results of studies related to the research to be carried out. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The research results show that the method for determining lineage in Islamic law is (1) by legal marriage or Fasid marriage, based on the hadith: الوَلَدُ لَلْفِرَاشِ with the meaning of the word firasy being a wife who has been married, (2) method of recognizing lineage or descent, (3) method proof (bayyinah), namely the testimony of two men, or a man and two women. Thus, determining lineage by evidence is stronger than just by confession, because evidence to date is the strongest reason to determine and decide a case, (4) and the tasammu' method. According to Dr. Wahbah al-Zuhaili, determining lineages is permitted through tasammu' as in the law of marriage or wedding night, mendukhul wife, radha', birth and death. And this was agreed upon by the imams of the four schools of thought. That the perspective of Islamic law and maqoshid sharia regarding DNA testing as a determinant of lineage is hifz nasal (protecting offspring). Because the DNA test serves to free him from the accusations leveled against him, and he ensures that the accusations are not true, and proves his child's lineage to his father and this is the child's right, and reassures the husband's soul and erases the doubts in his heart. And a wife who doesn't want to do a DNA test even though her husband urges her is to cover up a certain disgrace, and the maqashid of sharia is hifdul irdh (maintaining self-respect). This is in accordance with the word of Allah SWT in Surah An-Nur verse 19 which shows the recommendation to cover up one's own and other people's disgrace, and to make sure to keep disgrace a secret, as explained by Yusuf Qardawi.

Mut'ah marriage has become a phenomenon that has reaped pros and cons from Jumhur Ulama and Shia circles. This is because the Jumhur Ulama scholars do not allow mutah marriages and it is forbidden, while the Shia allow mutah marriages. Both have reasons that come from understanding the verses of the Koran and the hadith of the Prophet Saw. Therefore, analytical efforts are needed to find out the law of mut'ah marriage. This research uses a library research method which aims to collect books, journals and sources related to the research title. From the data in the form of books and journals collected, the author then tries to analyze and compare the existing differences. This research aims to find out the thoughts of Sunni and Shia ulama regarding mut'ah marriage. Apart from that, this research aims to analyze and compare the thoughts of Sunni and Shia ulama based on the postulates which form the basis of the arguments of both parties. From the analysis efforts carried out by the author, several explanations were produced, namely: 1). Jumhur Ulama still forbids and does not allow mut'ah marriages; 2). Imami Shiites allow mut'ah marriage and actually recommend it; 3). The law on mut'ah marriage is divided into two, namely halal according to Shia and haram according to Jumhur Ulama.

Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are productive business units that can stand alone and are carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors that have been able to survive amid the economic crisis that has hit since 1997 and have even become a lifeline for the country's economic recovery. In the city of Pekalongan, cooperatives can play an important role in community businesses, such as MSMEs. This is an effort to overcome poverty in society. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research is primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with MSMEs in Pekalongan City and secondary data was obtained from various sources, namely from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), journals and articles relevant to research. Sharia cooperatives have products and mechanisms that are based on the Koran and the hadith of the Prophet. In its implementation, the cooperative system is able to provide loans that are far from the interest element which is clearly prohibited by the Shari'a. Cooperatives have various contracts that can guarantee the smooth transaction process for MSMEs that need funds or MSMEs who want to save their funds. From these interviews, the role of cooperatives in terms of MSME capital has great potential. Cooperatives can be a driving force in the growth of the real sector, especially MSMEs. With the presence of cooperatives, it helps the community, especially MSMEs, in realizing and developing their business. Apart from that, cooperative activities do not contain elements of usury, gharar and maysir.

The aim of this research is to make a comparison of compensation law (‘iwadh) in khulû’ (talak law) from the perspective of the Syafi'i School and the Islamic Law Commission (KHI). Khulû' is a form of divorce in which the wife can ask for a divorce by giving compensation to the husband. In the Syafi'i Madzhab, the rules regarding 'iwadh and khulû' are taken from the interpretation of the Al-Quran and Hadith, while KHI is a collection of laws that apply in certain countries. This study uses a comparative analysis method between the two sources of law. The results of the study show that there are different approaches to regulating compensation law in khulû'. The Syafi'i school tends to emphasize the benefit of the parties involved in the divorce, so that compensation limits can be more flexible. On the other hand, KHI may have more specific and structured provisions regarding compensation in khulû', which are adapted to the social and cultural context of the country. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the different perspectives of Islamic law regarding khulû' and compensation law, as well as their implications for legal practice in modern society.

The education of the Quran plays a key role in shaping the character, morality, and spirituality of individual Muslims. The vision of Quranic education extends beyond the mere understanding of the text, encompassing the introduction and application of Islamic values in everyday life. Contextualizing the vision of Quranic education involves an effort to comprehend and apply the teachings of the Quran in varying contexts of time and place. This article explores how the vision of Quranic education can be integrated and developed within educational institutions through a qualitative descriptive approach and literature review. The findings indicate that Quranic education involves not only understanding the text, but also the practice of Islamic ethics, the cultivation of noble virtues, the teaching of Arabic language, exegesis, hadith, and the study of the historical and cultural context in which the Quran was revealed. The integration of Quranic teachings into educational curricula, interactive teaching methods, character development, and the promotion of social awareness and inclusive education are crucial strategies in implementing the vision of Quranic education within educational institutions. Through these measures, Quranic education can shape a generation of Muslims with strong religious knowledge, virtuous character, and the ability to contribute positively to society as a whole.

Khatmil Qur'an is a culture in various Islamic boarding schools that study the Qur'an, but the agenda of each pesantren is different in line with the tradition of the pesantren. Interestingly at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school, there is a cultural carnival that presents various cultural attributes from various regions in Indonesia. So this article aims to find answers to the big question, "how is Islamic education based on religious moderation through expressions of cultural carnivals on the haflah khatmil Qur'an agenda at the Al-Asya'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Wonosobo". Through field research it was found that the cultural carnival at the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school was used as a strategy for the pesantren to provide education to the community, that cultural essences needed to be preserved because they conflicted with religion. The fact that the Koran actually instructed the Prophet Muhammad to teach Islam in a gentle and tolerant way. Thus, the expression of cultural carnivals in Islamic boarding schools is the maturity of the scholars in presenting the Qur'an and hadith as part of the embodiment of religious moderation-based education.

As Muslims who are obedient in fulfilling the commandments of Islam in accordance with the Koran and hadiths, it is obligatory for Muslims to pursue knowledge as high as possible whether it is science in technology, social, and religion. Nowadays, many people only understand that it was Europeans who discovered high knowledge, but in fact it was Islamic figures at that time. Hadith is one of the pillars of Muslims in carrying out Islamic law. Besides that, hadith is also a sharp weapon for orientalists in bringing down Islam. One of the bases used by orientalists in overthrowing Islam is the hadiths that seem textually contradictory. Hadith that appear to be textually contradictory can cause misunderstandings for the general public if they do not examine them in depth. One example is the hadith narrated by Abū Dāwud which contradicts the permissibility and prohibition of using illicit objects in medicine. Therefore, researchers conducted research on the meaning and completion of the two hadiths. This type of research is qualitative in nature (library research) with descriptive presentation and analysis methods. This research also uses the book of Sunan Abū Dāwud and is assisted by other standard books, then it is analyzed by studying the Mukhtalif al-Ḥadīṡ method of Syaikh Shāliḥ al-Uṡaimin to resolve the two contradictory hadiths. The result of this study is that the two hadiths can be solved using the al-Jam'u method. Based on the compromise of the two hadiths, it is known that the use of illicit objects is permissible with certain considerations and conditions.
