This study examines the public communication strategy implemented by the broadcasting division of the Bogor City Communication and Informatics Office (Diskominfo) in producing and disseminating video content through social media as a means of public information and education. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, using observation, interviews, and document study techniques to gain an in-depth understanding of contextual communication practices. The results indicate that the public communication strategy was implemented through three main stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. In the pre-production stage, messages relevant to community needs were planned. The production stage focused on creating content that was informative, engaging, and easily understood by the audience, while the post-production stage included the dissemination and evaluation of message effectiveness. Challenges encountered included limited resources, technical issues, and sometimes suboptimal coordination between departments. However, these obstacles were overcome through teamwork, technical training, and more efficient equipment management. This study confirms that video content plays a strategic role in strengthening the relationship between the government and the community and encouraging transparency and public participation. Continuous evaluation based on audience feedback is recommended to improve the effectiveness of future communication.

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of students' civic resilience through Civic Education (PKn) after the COVID-19 pandemic using qualitative methods based on literature review. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed students' social interaction patterns and learning methods, which have an impact on their social engagement and resilience as citizens. This study collects and evaluates literature related to the challenges of Civic Education learning and strategies for strengthening civic resilience in the post-pandemic context. The results show that participatory learning approaches, digital literacy, strengthening social values, and community service activities are key elements in strengthening students' cognitive and social resilience. Learning that integrates digital technology provides opportunities for students to participate more actively in social and political discussions. On the other hand, community service activities based on civic values help students develop a stronger sense of social responsibility. The implications of this research encourage the development of a Civic Education curriculum that is adaptive to current social and technological dynamics so that students become resilient and active citizens. This study also recommends that Civic Education be continuously updated with a more interactive and relevant approach to current needs, to enhance students' ability to participate constructively in the global community.

The main problem faced by MA Al Ulya Al Mubarok is the low level of financial literacy and the lack of understanding of the importance of early investment. Most students still perceive saving as the only form of financial management without recognizing the potential for asset growth through safe and well-planned investments. The absence of practical education on personal financial management and limited access to learning resources about investment are the main barriers to developing intelligent and future-oriented financial behavior. As a solution, this community service program is designed to improve financial literacy and foster investment intention among students. The program will be implemented through several stages of activities, including: needs and baseline analysis of students, development of a contextual-based financial literacy module, interactive socialization and training on the basic concepts of saving, personal financial management, and introduction to investment. The expected outcomes of this program include: an increase in students’ financial literacy level by at least 30% based on pre-test and post-test results, the initiation of a student investment awareness community, and the creation of a financial literacy learning module that can be used sustainably by the school. This community service program is expected to serve as a model for financial literacy development in secondary education institutions while supporting national efforts to build a financially literate, independent, and future-oriented young generation.

This community service program was held at SD Negeri 102028 Dusun II Sei Parit, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, with a focus on applying the principles of sharia economic justice. This goal is achieved through education about the prohibition of usury and savings initiatives from an early age. This activity was motivated by the lack of Islamic financial literacy among children, especially related to the risk of usury and the urgency of frugal behavior and financial responsibility. The method chosen is a participatory-educational approach, which includes socialization, simulation and habituation, prioritizing the active involvement of students. The activity is divided into two main phases, namely usury education and saving education, utilizing animated films, educational games and picture stories. The impact of this service shows an increase in students' insight into the concept of riba, discipline in frugality, and the growth of awareness to manage money wisely according to Islamic guidance. Children are now beginning to understand that money is a mandate that must be used correctly and halal. In addition, this program also encourages the formation of the character of responsibility, trust and justice in the participants. Therefore, this program makes a significant contribution in building a children's mentality based on the principles of sharia economic justice and is worthy of being used as a prototype of Islamic financial education at the elementary school level.

In its implementation, students apply various creative, interactive, and fun learning methods, such as educational games, group discussions, and role-model-based approaches that make students more active and motivated. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques during the two-month activity. The results show that the presence of KKN students has a positive influence on increasing student interest in learning, seen from increased discipline, active participation, and curiosity about PAI materials. In addition to being teachers, students also play a role as moral guides who instill religious values through positive behavior and habits.

This study aims to identify five basic principles of ecotourism, namely conservation, education, recreation, economy, and community participation in Turgo-Merapi Tourism Village using qualitative methods. Primary data was obtained through uninvolved observation and semi-structured interviews with the community, tourism village managers, and actors of ecotourism activities in Turgo-Merapi Tourism Village. Secondary data was obtained from the study of relevant documents and data provided by the tourist village manager in the form of documentation of ecotourism activities. The results showed that the conservation principle was identified as the most dominant principle applied in almost all activities in Turgo-Merapi Tourism Village. The application of the principles of education, economy, recreation, and community participation still varies for each tourism activity. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve tourism education programs and economic empowerment based on local community participation. This study has limitations because it only identifies the basic principles of ecotourism as the results of the research. Further research should focus on examining the best strategies to strengthen the integration of conservation, economy, education, recreation, and community participation in the development of ecotourism-based tourism destinations. Thus, the development of ecotourism in Turgo-Merapi Tourism Village is expected to be sustainable and bring greater benefits to the community and the environment.

This study aims to explore collaborative management between local governments, educational institutions, and communities in improving the quality of basic education in Sidoarjo Regency. The background of this research stems from the increasing need for an adaptive, participatory, and sustainable education system in the era of decentralization, where intersectoral collaboration is key to realizing quality and equitable education. Sidoarjo Regency, as a region with rapid economic and social growth, faces obstacles in the distribution of quality basic education, particularly related to community participation, policy collaboration, and human resource capacity building at the school level. This study applies a qualitative approach through a case study method, involving resource persons from the Sidoarjo Regency Education Office, principals, teachers, school committees, and the education community. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of regional education policy documents. Research findings indicate that collaboration between various actors has successfully improved education quality through community-based learning mentoring programs, teacher training, and innovative policies in school management. However, the implementation of collaboration continues to face obstacles such as lack of coordination between agencies, budget constraints, and ineffective joint program evaluation. The study concludes that successful collaborative management requires shared commitment, transparent communication, and ongoing policy support. Research recommendations emphasize the importance of enhancing intersectoral collaboration capacity, local education dialogue forums, and performance-based evaluation systems to maintain the sustainability of basic education quality in Sidoarjo Regency.
