The aim of this activity is to provide understanding to buffalo breeders regarding the importance of implementing biosecurity in preventing disease transmission in livestock, increase breeders' awareness of biosecurity measures that must be taken in the livestock environment, and equip breeders with practical knowledge about ways to prevent disease through implementation of biosecurity. This activity was carried out using an outreach method involving the community and the Head of Syota Hamlet and his staff. The methods used in this activity are: Material Presentation and Interactive Discussion. Some common biosecurity applications are access control, animal movement control, cleanliness and sanitation, waste management, health monitoring and vaccination. This socialization activity was successfully attended by around 35 people in the program target area. Most breeders showed an increased understanding of the importance of implementing biosecurity after following the socialization. Farmers claim to be ready to implement biosecurity measures such as quarantining new livestock, managing livestock waste, and providing good sanitation in the livestock environment. Some farmers also asked for further assistance regarding more specific biosecurity implementation, such as how to properly vaccinate livestock. In this socialization, several biosecurity measures were emphasized to be applied to buffalo livestock, including: quarantine of new livestock, cleanliness of pens and the environment, prevention through vaccination, waste management, protection of workers and visitors.

PT. Polyplex Films Indonesia is a manufacturer of Metallize Film products. This polymer film is coated with a tiny aluminum foil coating, giving it a bright metallic appearance. Metalized film materials have extensive use in decoration, food packaging, and specialized uses, including insulation and electronics. The production results of metalized film production show that in the most recent year, 2022, the number of defects was 1.6%, which is higher than the tolerance limit the company set at 0.5% of total annual production. Maintaining the consistency of the quality of the metalized film products that the company produces is much easier. The number of defects settled by the different types: Heat line accounts for 42% of the defects, pinhole accounts for 31%, and Star sky accounts for 27%. The company employs the PDCA method to mitigate issues in the production line. The implementation results demonstrate that the PDCA method has led to a reduction in the number of defects. Specifically, the Heat Line defects decreased from 274 tons to 57 tons, representing a decrease of 79.19%. Similarly, the Star Sky defects decreased from 178 tons to 85 tons, resulting in a reduction of 52%. The pinhole defects decreased from 202 to 51 tons, indicating a 74.8% decrease. The findings of this study should deepen our understanding of how the PDCA technique actually works to enhance product quality. This is because the changes are produced during the action phase, allowing for long-term retention of the gains. Product recommendations for additional investigation include PET (polyethylene terephthalate), BOPP (bi-axially oriented polypropylene), and CPP (cast polypropylene) films.

Batik Banten Mukarnas is a company that produces stamped batik designs with various patterns and varieties of batik. Problems frequently arise in the company due to increased stamped batik production capacity to meet the demand for stamped batik design products, which continues to rise from stamped batik suppliers. Another impact of growing demand capacity is the high number of defects in stamped batik cloth products, because overall, the company's management, including human resources, tools, and methods, is not prepared for the increase in production capacity to meet the surge in consumer demand, resulting in an impact on the quality of the products produced—consequently, the organization endeavors to regulate the quality of stamped batik cloth at PT. Batik Banten Mukarnas establishes objectives that employ Six Sigma with the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) in the production of batik stamp designs to meet production objectives. The results of the data processing that has been done obtained a sigma value before improvement for 3 CTQ of 3.54. After improvement, the sigma value increased to 3.86. While for the sigma value before improvement for 1 CTQ of 3.04, the sigma value increased to 3.42 after improvement. The factors contributing to defective products, as illustrated by the fishbone diagram, include methods, personnel, materials, machinery, and environmental conditions. The division leader consistently oversees and regulates operations, enhances the number of brushes, and trains operators to ensure proficient adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP).

This research explores innovations in Christian education through the application of a multisensory approach to spiritual learning. By using a phenomenology-based qualitative research method through literature research, this study aims to understand how a multisensory approach can improve the effectiveness of spiritual learning holistically. The main problem identified is the challenge in conveying abstract theological concepts to students, especially in the digital era that demands relevant and interesting learning methods. The novelty of the research lies in the integration of multisensory approaches with modern technologies, such as augmented reality and interactive applications, to create immersive sense-based learning experiences. The results of the study show that the multisensory approach enriches the learning process by increasing information retention, emotional engagement, and internalization of spiritual values. The findings also confirm that multisensory experiences are able to bridge the abstraction of Christian teachings with concrete experiences, creating a deeper connection between learners and faith values. The contributions of this research include the development of relevant, adaptive, and transformative Christian education strategies, as well as the provision of a theoretical foundation for the implementation of a multisensory approach in various educational contexts. This research provides new insights for Christian educators in presenting spiritual learning that is more holistic and contextual.

This study aims to examine the effect of water usage, energy consumption, carbon emissions produced, waste generated, independent Assurance, and environmental expenditures on Return On Equity. (ROE). This study provides information about entities that are socially responsible and whether their financial performance will improve or not after the implementation of corporate social and environmental activities. The independent variables in this study are water usage, energy consumption, carbon emissions produced, waste generated, independent Assurance, and environmental expenditures. ROE in this study is the dependent variable. The secondary data required for the study comes from the sustainability reports of 35 companies in 2023, and then the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is tested using EViews. The results of data management in the study indicate that there is an effect between water usage, waste generated, and environmental expenditures on ROE, thus supporting H1, H4, and H6. This condition is reversed with energy consumption, carbon emissions produced, and independent Assurance, where these three variables do not have an effect on ROE, proving that H2, H3, and H5 are not supported. The implication of this study is that management can achieve sustainable profits by disclosing activities that support environmental sustainability and using independent parties to guarantee the sustainability reports that have been created, thereby gaining more trust from stakeholders, which affects ROE.

SMA Negeri Lewa Tidahu is one of the educational institutions that conducts the process of admitting new students, an annual activity that is still carried out manually. However, with the current development of digital media, nearly every group across various age levels requires fast internet connectivity. The issues faced include inefficient document management, frequent errors by prospective students in filling out manual registration forms, and unclear writing on the forms submitted to the school, making them difficult for operators to read. This results in inefficiency in terms of time and inaccuracies in data entry. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new student admission system that allows students to access detailed information. This system is designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, which includes stages such as requirements analysis, design, programming, Black Box testing, SUS evaluation, and maintenance. The implementation of this new student admission system will simplify the process for users.

This study explores the barriers and challenges organizations face when implementing green management practices. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews with 15 key informants and document analysis, the research reveals complex interconnections between organizational, resource-related, and external barriers that impede successful implementation. The findings highlight a "green management commitment paradox" where surface-level support for environmental initiatives, without corresponding structural changes, hinders implementation efforts. The study identifies three primary barrier categories: organizational resistance and leadership commitment issues, resource allocation challenges, and external regulatory pressures. The research contributes to both theory and practice by providing a nuanced understanding of how these barriers interact and influence implementation success. The findings suggest that organizations need to adopt a holistic approach to environmental management, considering both technical and social dimensions of change to achieve effective implementation of green management practices.
