This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the REACT strategy on critical thinking skills of SMA Negeri 4 Merauke students.  This research was an experimental research design with pretest-posttest control group design, where the research was conducted, namely in SMA Negeri 4 Merauke.  Hypothesis testing used homogeneity test. The implementation of the REACT strategy is seen through the acquisition of an average posttest score of 75.58 which was more than the average pretest score of 42.65 in the experimental class, with an increase in the moderate category of 0.5738 and based on a paired T-test sample with a sig value.  (2-tailed) 0,000 <0.05 which means that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest, in other words the influence of the application of the use of REACT strategies to the critical thinking skills of SMA Negeri 4 Merauke students. Students' thinking skills are better in which students can solve critical thinking questions given in accordance with predetermined scoring indicators, students write what is known from the problems, students make mathematical models, students use strategies in solving problems and are able to make conclusions from solving the given problem.  With the test results obtained by students almost weak on the average criteria of the analysis indicators.

This study aims to examine the effect of customer engagement, customer equity, purchase intention on Cellular Applications. Those used in this study were women and men who had made transactions/purchases of mobile applications. The number of samples in this study were 250 respondents, with the provisions of 205 men and 45 women. The data for this study were collected by distributing questionnaires through an online survey system using the Google form. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the PLS-SEM analysis technique with the SmartPLS program to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that customer involvement has no significant effect on repurchase. That is, enthusiasm in visiting the mobile application may not necessarily attract the attention of customers to decide on a purchase because there are customers who are usually just for fun to see and compare prices and calculate the total price with postage and other additional costs. Besides that, this study also shows that the quality of information has a positive and significant influence on repurchase. Therefore, it can be concluded that the more complete and accurate the availability of this information, if it is appropriate and can solve problems for its customers, the higher the opportunity for customers to make repeat purchases from the same product and service providers.

The phoneme theory is a well-known phonological theory from the late 19th century (1870) which aims to find out the abstract representation of the phonemes of a given language. To find out whether a phoneme is a phoneme, a phonemic analysis rule is used that states: (1) mutually exclusive neighborhood of complementary distribution, known as the allophone of the same phoneme, (2) a phone in a minimal pair, known as the different phoneme, like /p/ and /b/,(3) a phone in an environment analogous to, like for example /Z/, (4) a phone as a free variant is not another phoneme, but a variation of a phoneme of /c/ the phonemes /č/ and /čh/ are variations of the phoneme /č/. A prosodic phoneme is recognized by a toneme and a chronoma. Daniel Jones' consonant and vowel analysis rule proved inadequate to solve all consonantrelated problems. Trubetskoy and Jacobson made a breakthrough in analyzing a phoneme by a distinguisher and a contrast. The analyzed componentsare: opposition system, bilateral and multilateral opposition system, prepositional opposition system and emotional opposition including the formation of neutralized phonemes and archiephonemes in German.

The scarcity of subsidized fertilizers in Indonesia is spread evenly, one of the farmers who complained about the spike in prices for non-subsidized fertilizers and the scarcity of subsidized fertilizers was also experienced by farmers from Tuban District, Rengel District in Kebonagung Village, Kebonagung Village is a village where 40.3% of the residents have a livelihood. as farmers and breeders, farmers in fulfilling fertilizer rely on loans with quite high interest (Kadir, 2022). In Kebonagung village, the majority of residents still cultivate livestock in the traditional way, namely by releasing them and letting them go wild, creating problems including the large amount of livestock manure which causes environmental pollution in the village. Livestock can produce 12% waste by body weight and if not treated properly it will become waste and environmental pollution, because livestock manure contains NH3, NH and other compounds. this creates a new problem, namely an unpleasant and disturbing odor, the piled up waste will be disposed of after it dries up a little and is spread directly on their respective agricultural lands without any processing. The aim of this PKM is the utilization of cow manure waste into biogas as an alternative energy source. This activity was divided into three stages, namely the socialization stage, making biogas installations, and mentoring. PKM activities can have a good impact on the Kebonagung Ulusan village community so that environmental pollution can be resolved.

PT as a legal entity in carrying out legal actions must go through its management. Without a legal entity it will not work. The relationship between the directors and the company apart from being based on a working relationship, the directors also have a fiduciary relationship with the company. The Board of Directors has a fiduciary position in the company. Regarding the losses suffered by the company, both violations suffered by the company, whether violations of fiduciary obligations, ultra vires, or other mistakes committed by members of the board of directors, the shareholders of the company concerned have the right to file a derivative action (derivative action or derivative suit) against the members of the board of directors. Responsibility for the decision of the lawsuit is borne by the company. In addition, the obstacle that is often encountered in this case is that lawsuits that have been submitted to the court are often passive in handling them. An error or omission that results in a loss within the company, as the basis for a derivative lawsuit, has no clear criteria. This ambiguity results in it being difficult to qualify that the actions of the Directors or Commissioners have occurred by mistake or negligence, so shareholders can also take part in dealing with these problems when the company they run suffers losses caused by the Directors or Commissioners. The method used in this study is normative juridical with a case approach and statutory approach. So the purpose of our research is to find out how the legal protection of shareholders against companies is through Derivative Action lawsuits.

Youth are an important part of society and have a very strategic role in shaping the future of the country. However, youth are often less involved in the country's political and economic affairs, this creates problems that impact the quality of life of the community. Policies taken by the government often do not have a positive impact on youth, and do not prioritize their interests. This causes youth to not understand the importance of their role in shaping the future of the country and solving the problems they face. This activity aims to provide education to youth about democracy that is healthy, peaceful and in accordance with the time. Therefore, it is important to seek the role of youth in realizing democracy and a stable political economy, so that youth can play a more active role and have a positive impact on society.
