In today's competitive business environment, customer experience has become an increasingly important factor in determining the success of a business. As a result, businesses are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of their customers through service innovation. Service innovation refers to the development and implementation of new or improved services that better meet the needs and wants of customers. The objective of service innovation is to provide a unique and differentiated customer experience that sets a business apart from its competitors. Although the importance of service innovation in improving customer experience is widely recognized, there is a lack of clarity on how service innovation can be effectively implemented to enhance customer experience. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by synthesizing existing research on service innovation and its impact on customer experience.

The smooth production process is one of the factors supporting the success of a manufacturing industry in producing quality products, timely completion of manufacture and low production costs. Industrial machines are an important factor in a manufacturing industry besides reliable human resources (HR) and other supporting facilities, so that industrial machines require special attention that is carried out on an ongoing basis in order to support the smooth operation of an industry. Practical work at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction is carried out in the Maintenance division, especially the electrical parts. In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction. . Innovation is a system of recognition, development and renewal process that enhances economic success for entrepreneurs or producing companies and their consumers as well as the wider organization. BUMDes is one of the institutions that can be mobilized to support the improvement of the community's economy in the village. BumDes Balaroa Pewunu itself is engaged in the business of buying and selling agricultural products and savings and loans. Community economic empowerment is an effort to develop self-sufficiency and community welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, and awareness, by utilizing existing resources. The stages of implementing the community service program are observation, interviews, proposals, data collection, training and reporting of the results of community service. In implementing the MBKM activities to Build Villages by conducting Socialization and Training inviting Resource Persons from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University, Agriculture Lecturers. The activity was carried out in two days, the material on the first day was that the lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business presented a business plan, financial management. On the second day the lecturer from Agriculture presented material on the procedures for making organic fertilizer by utilizing existing materials around the village, participants who were present were the Village Government, Head of Bumdes, farmers. Through the training which was carried out by inviting expert Lecturers from FEB UNTAD and Faculty of Agriculture opening the insights of the Village Government, especially BUMDes to continue to improve BUMDes innovation as an effort to improve the village economy of Balaroa Pewunu

This study aims to describe the effect of the snowball throwing learning model on the results of learning to read Indonesian for grade IV SD students No.198 Inpres Bontorita Takalar Regency. The subjects used in the study were 30 students. This type of research is pre-experimental research in the form of Pre Test Post Test Design, namely an experiment which in its implementation only involves one class as the experimental class without any comparison class (control class).The success of the learning process in terms of aspects, namely: the achievement of completeness of students' classical Indonesian learning outcomes, student activities in learning Indonesian. Learning is said to be successful if the above aspects are fulfilled. The data collection technique used is the score data for reading results which are collected using a reading test.The results of the descriptive statistical analysis using the Snowball Throwing Learning Model for positive reading skills, students' reading skills using the Snowball Throwing learning model show better learning outcomes than before the Snowball Throwing learning model was applied. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the t test formula, it is known that the calculated t value obtained is 11.5444 with a frequency of db = 30–1 = 29, at a significance level of 5% obtained t table = 2.04523. So, t count > t table or the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. This proves that there is influence in applying the Snowball Throwing learning model to reading skills in Indonesian language class IV SD No.198 Inpres Bontorita.

The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review theoretically from various literature and strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of service in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study, namely the strategies carried out by increasing human resources, the speed of staff response, and satisfaction can be identified by comparing the expectations and experiences of the performance of health service providers. By doing this strategy can provide a desire of patient hope. It was concluded that strategies to increase patient satisfaction and health quality can realize patient expectations arising from the actions of health workers as the performance of health services and during a good treatment process. In the strategy carried out the patient will evaluate and assess the product or service quality that has been received. Hospital agencies also need to improve service quality strategies to realize patient expectations. Patient satisfaction in assessing quality or good service, and is an important measurement that is fundamental to the quality of service. This is also because by providing information on the success of quality service providers, the values ​​and expectations of patients will increase.

The pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. In this case the pharmacist is responsible for creating good service quality according to consumer expectations and satisfaction with services. Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of a business. Satisfied customers will become loyal customers. They will tend to make repeat purchases and become product promoters, which in turn will increase the pharmacy's revenue. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literature and how to analyze the quality of franchise pharmacy services on customer quality. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review, namely the analysis of pharmacy quality on customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality, service quality, price, emotional factors and cost easiness. It was concluded that after being analyzed from various theories and literature, customer satisfaction is one indicator that is widely used in measuring the service quality of a product, both goods and services. Service quality can also affect customer loyalty directly and affect customer loyalty indirectly through satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly influenced by the quality of pharmacy services. For pharmacies that provide pharmaceutical services, it is also necessary to improve service quality standards. One important aspect that needs to be considered to maintain the consistency of pharmaceutical services is to maintain the attributes of each dimension of service quality provided to customers. Customers will be satisfied if their needs are met according to their expectations. In addition, it is also necessary to evaluate each service activity.

PT Djarum is a large cigarette company with a worldwide market share. It is interesting to study why one of Djarum 76's products can have a constant price under any circumstances. Through qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, the research shows: that the Djarum company is the producer of Djarum 76, it can achieve success because it is always consistent in its business so that it can lead its owner to become the richest person in Indonesia. Humans must cultivate the quality of their faith and piety consistently, then their life will be constant. God's help will come in a reciprocal relationship with the needs of a servant. Research is expected to contribute to the science of the psychology of Sufism    

The current digital era has an impact on e-commerce businesses. This also has an impact on the growth of logistics transportation companies to meet customer needs. Graha Trans experienced a positive impact from the booming e-commerce business. Quality assurance is needed to measure the success of a logistics transportation company and become a reference for improvement. The research method used is a literature study by collecting various related references related to the development of the quality of Graha Trans's logistics transportation. The results of the research are that Graha Trans carries out quality assurance by providing periodic checks on vehicles, providing training for employees to carry out standard operating procedures and creating services that make it easier for customers to track goods.

HIV infection has been a global epidemic around the world. in the absence of intervention, the rates of HIV transmission during pregnancy, labor or breastfeeding vary from 15-45%. Data from Indonesia Health ministry 2011 shows 21.103 pregnancy women who undergone HIV test 534 (2,5%) are positive HIV infected. The use of antiretroviral (ARV) drugs has been success prevent mother to child transmission. Zidovudine monotherapy shows transmission rates (4,8%) higher than  ARV combination. ARV combination that can use during pregnancy vary from triple NRTI, 2 NRTI + NNRTI, or 2 NRTI + PI with similar high virological supression rates. it has beeen shows a changing trend from sectio caesar to vaginal delivery with decrease of viral load using ARV combination, with increase percentage for vaginal delivery from 17% to 52%. Women who receive >9 weeks pre partum prophylaxis significantly have undetectable viral load in plasma and breast milk during labor.  

Bamboo waste is a type of waste or waste generated by development projects that still has the potential to be utilized, one of which is as a raw material in the manufacture of handicraft products. The use of bamboo waste as a raw material in the manufacture of handicrafts is still not optimal. The potential of bamboo waste as a raw material for making handicrafts is still wide open. The method used in this journal is first, an initial survey by identifying the potential for bamboo waste in the Kepanjenkidul Village. Second, collecting data through observation and interviews. Third, data analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods. Fourth, product development which aims to develop handicraft products from product waste. Fifth, evaluation of results to evaluate the success of implementing bamboo waste utilization. The MBKM 25 Thematic Community Service Group provides assistance and development of MSMEs in the form of implementing community service activities. The activity is to assist and assist in carrying out the production process to the packaging process.

This study aims to find out how to improve students' mathematical creative thinking skills after using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Geogebra media and to find out how students' answers process in solving problems on the mathematical creative thinking ability test after applying the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Geogebra media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in two cycles, the subjects in the study were class IX-3 MTs Citra Abdi Negoro, totaling 27 students. This research is said to be successful if it meets the indicators of success, namely, (1) The level of students' mathematical creative thinking ability increases with a value of ≥ 85% at least in the medium category, (2) The process of completing student answers with a value of ≥60% at least in the good category, (3) The results student and teacher observations show a good category. Based on the results of the study, the average initial ability test score of 58.10 increased to 61.34 in cycle I and 80.55 in cycle II. There was also an increase in classical completeness, in the creative thinking ability test of 8 students (29.63%) in the initial ability test increased to 12 students (44.44%) in cycle I and 25 students (92.59%) in cycle II. For the process of student answers from cycle I with an average presentation of 50 students' answer processes, 31% increased to 70.67% in cycle II. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Geogebra media can improve students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.  

Globalization is one of the changes in the pattern of life in a group of individuals or a society that has headed towards modernization. This era of globalization will certainly result in people who tend to choose new cultures that are fresher and simpler, causing local culture to begin to erode and be forgotten and even a shift in values from the local culture. This is one of the factors that causes local culture to be abandoned and also forgotten nowadays. The absence or reduction of the younger generation who are successors and inheritors of local culture and wisdom has made interest in learning and getting to know one's own culture begin to fade. Today's young generation has neither the effort nor the interest to preserve local culture or local culture which is Indonesia's wealth in this era of globalization. The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study techniques in data collection. Based on the narrative from Malinowski, cultures that are in a higher caste and are active will have a great influence on cultures that are lower and tend to be passive. And this influence can occur in cultural contact. This theory is clearly visible in the current era of globalization. This can be seen from the shift in Indonesian cultural values which have begun to lean towards the west with the rapid flow of incoming information. This is of course a force that can influence people's thinking. In order to overcome this, it certainly requires awareness of the importance of local culture as identity and also national identity. It is the obligation of every society to preserve and also maintain culture with the help of the younger generation as heirs to that culture.

This article is based on the declining awareness of church ministers about what the congregation needs from the church. The lack of God's servants in seeing and feeling the needs of the congregation, so that the congregation has a great opportunity not to grow in quantity and spirituality. The aim of this research is to find out the key to the success of a Servant of God in carrying out church planting. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing and concluding various opinions from source books/journals from various experts regarding the secret of the success of the Servant of God in church planting. A church that can meet the needs of its congregation, provides spiritual growth for His congregation and quantity growth for the existence of the church.

This project focuses on the significant role of the gaming industry as an agent for spreading popular culture and global lifestyle from various countries, as well as its potential impact on local culture. Especially in the Indonesian market, the penetration of foreign cultures through digital platforms has become a phenomenon that has an impact on local cultural identity. However, as a successful example, Japan in promoting its traditional culture through media such as games, anime, and other products, provides inspiration for an approach that has the potential to strengthen the sustainability of local culture. This design aims to explain how character design in the game industry can be adopted as a tool to introduce and describe cultural values, myths, and philosophies of the East Kalimantan Dayak tribe. This approach will involve developing character designs that take references from the traditions and local wisdom of the Dayak tribe. The design will be a means of providing a unique and engaging visual experience, while simultaneously responding to concerns about the preservation of traditional culture. The methodology used in this research is a design thinking approach with a 5W+1H analysis approach. These design steps would result in a character called "Uyau Man Kan," which has its roots in the traditional folklore of the Dayak people of East Kalimantan. This character is not only a visual manifestation of the culture, but also a bridge for a deeper understanding of the cultural heritage of the Dayak tribe.

The way children are educated in Islam has an impact on their growth and role in life. Through this article, we examine the factors that cause the success of how to educate children in Islam focusing on the morals, manners and knowledge of children in the realm of the family. The type of analysis used in this study is literature search, or in other words called literature search. It is a problem-solving activity based on a critical and in-depth analysis of important library materials. Most of this research is done in newspapers and news stories, looking for different sources of information relating to the issue under investigation. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods. The data displayed is categorized, displayed, and analyzed using a system of elaboration of the source's answers, This analysis involves contextualizing and interpreting the data that has been collected. The data are presented in this article in a narrative and descriptive format. The conclusion of this study on child rearing in the Islamic worldview is that raising children in the Islamic worldview is the duty of every parent. Children are a gift of Allah SWT to all parents and raising children in an Islamic perspective is an irreplaceable obligation of every parent. There are different ways of raising children in Islam, for example. How to teach the basics of Islam, give nicknames to children with good intentions, give affection every day and teach children to pray since childhood. Environmental factors, parental character and social environment can affect a child's education in Islam. The implementation of public order for street vendors (PKL) is still a problem, due to the lack of handling carried out by the local government, causing the community to deliberately violate the trading place. The background of this research is to find out the obstacles in carrying out the duties of the civil service police unit in the Karimun sub-district in controlling street vendors. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources in observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of the four main elements of performance evaluation measurement according to Mahsum (2013: 26) namely (1) the goals and objectives carried out by SATPOL PP have been carried out in accordance with established regional regulations even though there are several street vendors in the Puan market Maimun who has not optimally understood the regulations from SATPOL PP. (2) the performance measurement of SATPOL PP as public control can be said to be quite effective even though not as a whole in socializing the ban on selling on public roads. (3) in measuring the level of achievement of SATPOL PP targets, it can be said that the level of achievement is in the category of success in providing solutions related to selling on the roadside, it's just that there is a lack of strategy in spatial planning. (4) in evaluating the performance of SATPOL PP it has been optimal but there is still a lack of routine supervision and maximum sanctions, this is due to the lack of firm attitude and commitment from officers who violate the rules so that the handling of street vendors is not optimal. The conclusion of this study is that the Karimun Regency SATPOL PP has carried out public control of street vendors at the Puan Maimun market in accordance with regional regulation No. 1 of 2019 concerning public order. suggestions that SATPOL PP should provide regular outreach regarding the orderly regulations for street vendors, supervise officers who are undisciplined, give directions evenly and stipulate strict sanctions against street vendors who violate the rules.

The research on internal environmental analysis was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), a public company that focuses on plantation business in Medan, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal environment in achieving goals and developing company strategies. This research employed a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is that the company has not been able to manage its strengths to achieve its goals, but has been successful in managing its human resources, resulting in increased business revenue.

This community service program aims to enhance the technological competencies of madrasah teachers in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The primary issue identified was the low level of technological skills among madrasah teachers, which can hinder the integration of technology into the learning process. To address this issue, a series of intensive training, continuous mentoring, and the formation of practitioner communities were implemented. The methods used included an initial survey to identify needs, intensive training followed by interactive workshops, and mentoring through reflective sessions and technical support. Active participation from teachers and community involvement in this process were key factors in the program's success. The results of this program showed a significant increase in teachers' technological skills, the formation of an active practitioner community, and positive social changes, including the emergence of local leaders among the teachers. The program also succeeded in creating new awareness regarding the importance of technology in education in the digital era. These findings support theories of technology-based learning and social change.

Poetry is part of the literary work taught to students in elementary school or madrasah ibtidaiyah, namely the ability to write and read poetry. Therefore, in order for students to have this ability, it is necessary to have the suitability and accuracy of strengthening the knowledge and abilities possessed by the teacher when poetry is taught. Writing poetry is directed at aspects of comprehension and at linguistic ability and suitability in implementing elements in poetry. Similarly, reading poetry leads to the ability to speak the written language of poetry by involving imagination, intonation, pronunciation, emphasis, and tone. The community service activity aims to provide poetry writing training for students at MI Muhammadiyah Dukuhturi Bumiayu. Service activities are carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, assignments, and mentoring. The steps of community service activities include the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. At the stage of implementing the service, it is carried out with 5 stages, namely (1) observation, (2) preparation of training and mentoring, (3) socialization of activities, (4) training and assistance in poetry writing training, and (5) evaluation. At the implementation stage, the implementation of student service activities is carried out in accordance with the activity schedule. The evaluation stage can be used as a benchmark for 85% success indicators and the implementation of activities. Based on the results of dedication, it is known that all students have high motivation and are able to write poems in accordance with intrinsic and extrinsic elements with the chosen poetry theme related to nature.
