It is important to understand that students' academic achievement is not only influenced by their cognitive abilities, but also by non-cognitive factors such as social-emotional skills and learning styles. In an effort to improve the quality of education and facilitate the optimal development of students at SMA Negeri 3 Kejuruan Muda, it is hoped that the report on the results of the non-cognitive diagnostic assessment can be a strong foundation for SMA Negeri 3 Kejuruan Muda in developing holistic, adaptive, and student-centered learning strategies. Through a better understanding of the social-emotional aspects and learning styles, schools can create a learning environment that supports not only academic achievement, but also students' optimal personal and social development. Thus, this study aims to (1) Identify students' social-emotional abilities and areas that require further support. (2) Assess students' learning styles to adjust teaching methods to their preferences. (3) Provide recommendations based on assessment results to improve support and learning strategies in schools. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through a google form questionnaire distributed to all students of SMA Negeri 3 Kejuruan Muda. The results of the study showed that 10.5% of students had high social emotional abilities, 60.5% of their social emotional abilities were said to be sufficient, 27.8% needed improvement and 1.2% needed significant development by BK teachers or counselors. Meanwhile, the Learning Styles possessed by students at SMAN 3 Kejuruan Muda were 40% Visual learning style, 30% Auditory learning style and 30% Kinesthetic learning style. Furthermore, the recommended treatment recommendations for students with high levels of social emotional abilities are to become peer counselors, students who have moderate social emotional abilities can be guided by peer counselors and students who have low levels of social emotional abilities require guidance by BK teachers or professional counselors. Meanwhile, recommendations for visual learning styles can be presented with learning media in the form of images, videos or slides, auditory learning styles are presented with learning media in the form of audio recordings or listening to explanations from teachers and kinesthetic learning styles can be included in games, simulations, practicums, projects and demonstrating learning materials.

The purpose of documenting the findings is to evaluate the extent to which the use of audio-visual media can implement learners' academic performance in Social Studies subjects at the primary school level. This research has been conducted using a qualitative method complemented by a descriptive approach, relying on data obtained from a literature review. Data sources include relevant scientific articles, books and journals that support previous findings and are in line with the main topic of this study.  The research shows that the use of audiovisual media has a significant impact on improving students' learning rubric in social studies subjects. Audio-visual media proved effective because it was able to encourage active student involvement through activities such as asking questions, discussing, and responding to the material presented. In this case, it was due to the efficient presentation of the video that was able to keep learners' attention and reduce the risk of boredom. Thus, this engagement contributes to their improved academic performance. The integration of audio-visual media in social studies learning in elementary schools has a major positive impact on students' academic achievement and learning motivation.

This research evaluates the effectiveness of the YouTube platform as a video sharing medium for learning video editing practices at Sekolah Tinggi Multi Media Yogyakarta (STMM). Video sharing platforms such as YouTube have a significant role in supporting independent learning, enabling flexible access to material, and giving students opportunities to develop editing skills. This research data was obtained from questionnaires and in-depth interviews with students enrolled in the Video Editing course at STMM Yogyakarta. The research results show that YouTube plays an effective role as a supporter of independent learning and a complement to face-to-face learning, but does not completely replace direct interaction with lecturers. Using YouTube also faces several obstacles, such as limited internet connection, limited appropriate content, and dependence on visualization without in-depth theoretical understanding. This research recommends optimizing video curation, integrating discussion platforms, and regular monitoring and evaluation.

English proficiency is a crucial skill in the globalization era, especially in business, communication, and industry sectors, which demand this international language as a competitive advantage. Over the past decade, advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have significantly impacted English learning, including through online platforms like YouTube and Canva. This study examines the utilization of these two platforms in English teaching at MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya, particularly on the topic "Word Order of Adjective." The methods used include visual presentations with Canva and interactive videos from YouTube. In its implementation, students engaged in dialogues, watched instructional videos, and participated in quizzes as a form of comprehension assessment. The study results indicate that using YouTube and Canva significantly enhances students' participation and learning motivation while reinforcing vocabulary acquisition and comprehension through an interactive approach. Recommendations are provided for the application of these digital media in high school English learning, with suggestions for further research involving long-term impacts and variations in teaching methods across different educational contexts.

The increasing consumption of short-form video content, such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, has raised concerns regarding its impact on cognitive functions, particularly short-term memory. This study aimed to examine the effect of short duration video exposure on short-term memory performance among students at Yayasan Irtiqo Kebajikan. An experimental method with a two-group design was employed, consisting of an experimental group that watched short duration videos for 180 seconds and a control group that received no video exposure prior to the memory test. The participants were 40 students selected through random sampling. Short-term memory was measured using the ME Test, a subtest of the Intelligenz Struktur Test (IST), which assesses the ability to recall a series of words. The results of statistical analysis indicated a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (p < 0.05), with the experimental group demonstrating lower short-term memory scores. These findings suggest that exposure to short-form video content may negatively affect individuals ability to store and process information in short-term memory, highlighting the importance of managing digital media consumption among children and adolescents.

Through using digital-based learning media, teachers can manage student assignments through a collaborative platform. By using digital-based learning media, students can access learning materials from anywhere. Some of the interactive digital-based learning media that can be used by teachers to teach are Genially which is used to create Powert Points, Google Sites, Book Creator used to make E-books, Animation studio to make learning animation videos, Blogger to share or publish learning materials to students. The problems of this community service partner are the teachers of MGMP Economics High School Lamongan Regency, namely: 1) There are still many teachers who have not used digital-based learning media in the learning process, 2) Teaching methods are still monotonous, with learning media that are not yet innovative. The solutions offered to overcome partner problems are: 1) Providing education about digital-based learning media to MGMP Economics teachers of Lamongan Regency, East Java, 2) Practice and assistance in making digital-based learning media.
