High levels of openness and responsibility in business operations constitute excellent corporate governance.  Companies can reduce the likelihood of engaging in harmful behaviors and the danger of financial difficulty by adopting a policy of strong corporate governance. The methodology of this study is quantitative descriptive research. Researchers frequently use quantitative descriptive research methodologies to describe or explain phenomena or features of a population or sample. This study discovered that financial hardship is negatively impacted by the factors leverage, credit risk, liquidity ratios, and good corporate governance. Liquidity, as determined by the Current Ratio, is inversely correlated with the severity of financial crises. Therefore, the results of this study support the claim that CR lessens financial stress.

The background of this thesis is that it starts from the rapid growth of information technology-based lending service providers, apparently not balanced with adequate education to the public, causing various effects / risks that arise from the many kinds of online loans and there are still many unregistered or illegal organizing companies found as well as the potential for leaking user personal data that can be misused by the organizing company or another party One of the platforms is the Smart Credit App.   The problems that the author raises in this study are How to Arrange Online Loans on the Smart Credit Application, How are the Losses arising from online borrowing of the Smart Credit Application and How is the Responsibility of the Smart Credit Application for Losses from Customers. The research method used by the author in answering problems is Normative Juridical Research where the author tries to examine problems with existing legal rules and uses the literature study method in collecting existing legal materials. The conclusion of this thesis research is that Online Loans through the Smart “Credit Application in the people of Semarang City are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code which in essence stipulates thatagreements made online must still meet the legal requirements of an agreement. The implementation is regulated in POJK regulation 77/2016 concerning Technology-based Loan Services. Customer protection in online loan agreements can be found in the Consumer Protection Law in article 7 which regulates the Obligations of Business Actors, then Article 8 which regulates things that are prohibited from being done by Business Actors, and Article 18 which regulates the provisions of matters related to the Standard Clause. ITE Law, where in Article 11 and Article 17 of the ITE Law regulates matters related to the validity of electronic agreements, OJK Regulation Number 77 / POJK / 2016 concerning Services of a Loan in the form of Money Based on Information Technology which is regulated through article 18 concerning the Form and Structure of online loan agreements. The disadvantage that often arises from the Smart Credit Application is the dissemination of personal data carried out by the Smart Credit Application because the Debtor does not make payments on time, so the debt Collector uses techniques to use the dissemination of personal data to pressure the Debtor to immediately make payments, Juridical Responsibility The Kredit Pintar application for actions committed for defamation can be held civil liability through a Tort Lawsuit as stipulated in article” 1365 of the Civil Code filed by Customers who feel aggrieved because their identity is used in the misuse of personal data.   Keywords : Online Loans, Smart Credit Applications.

Presentation of financial statements is an accounting standard that will explain the components of a financial report, fair presentation, as well as the fundamental accounting concepts, disclosure policies, as well as the structure and content of financial reports. The characteristics in the presentation of financial statements are fair presentation and compliance with PSAK, maintaining business, accrual basis, materiality and aggregation, offsetting, frequency of reporting, comparative information, and presentation consistency. There are several components of the financial statements presented, namely the statement of financial position, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, and notes to the financial statements. Corporate governance is a company's internal control system whose main objective is to manage significant risks to fulfil its business objectives through safeguarding company assets and increasing shareholder investment value in the long term. A company must also apply the principles of corporate governance, there are five principles that must be applied, namely the principle of transparency, the principle of accountability, the principle of responsibility, the principle of independence, and the principle of fairness.

Entrepreneurship learning is the process of acquiring knowledge and skills related to entrepreneurship, including the ability to recognise and develop new business opportunities, effectively manage resources, and take calculated risks in order to achieve success in business ventures often associated with intentional entrepreneurship refers to a person's motivation or inclination to launch a new business venture. The focus of this study is on entrepreneurial learning and intention, and it employs a systematic review methodology from 2021 to 2023 scopus database. The focus of research related to entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship intention focuses on several things such as experiential learning practice, individual characteristics such as gender, age, proximity to entrepreneurship, academic performance, previous work experience, and propensity for risk and observe the change, innovation, one-day female-focused STEM-based entrepreneurship program, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, young employees’ perception of their current paid jobs, creativity among female learners, cognitive and social conditions, creative self-efficacy, and theory of planned behavior.

AI technology can help improve decision-making based on data, reduce human error, and increase efficiency. However, it also poses risks, such as data security and job replacement. To ensure the wise use of AI, it is crucial to observe AI ethics, protect user data and privacy, avoid discrimination, and ensure system security. The research problem is formulated to answer questions such as the benefits and risks of using ChatGPT, its optimal use, and its role in education. The purpose of the research is to describe the benefits, risks, and wise use of ChatGPT in the era of AI and to ensure its responsible use.

Trade receivables represent bills arising from the sale of merchandise or services on credit. Trade receivables are usually given by sales to buyers on the basis of trust, without being accompanied by a written agreement, except for certain customers such as sub-distributors. The impact of uncollectible accounts is that it causes a risk of decreasing company profitability, which in turn can cause losses for the company. Uncollectible receivables are debts owed by other parties for a business transaction. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method, using secondary data collected through the process of observation, interviews and documentation at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga. The following data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and triangulation. In the results of interviews with PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga concluded that the amount of uncollectible accounts based on the age of the receivables obtained the value of uncollectible receivables as being 1-30 days old, which means current, 31-60 days meaning substandard, 91-180 days meaning doubtful, and 181-365 days means uncollectible, where in 2017 the condition of uncollectible receivables was 9,605,854,106, in 2018 it was 12,002,571,945, in 2019 it was 17,345,325,639, in 2020 it was 8,349,776,069 and in 2021 it was 8,638,971,561.56 The results of the study show that the cause of receivables is the weak credit administration and control system that occurs because creditors do not implement the system based on predetermined procedures.

PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is a subsidiary of the state-owned PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) which manages port business entities in the field of multipurpose terminal operations in Indonesia, such as liquid bulk, dry bulk, general cargo, and so on. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal / SPMT as the leading provider of non-container terminal services in Indonesia provides various services to service users. The services provided by SPMT include Stevedoring, Haulage, Receiving/Delivery, Stacking, Dock Services and Other Services. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal has a high commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) consistently and continuously. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is responsible for loading and unloading activities at the port. Stevedoring Workers (TKBM) have an important role in achieving the performance of loading and unloading activities from the port to the ship and from the ship to the port. Loading and unloading workers are one part of the workforce that needs attention because the work process they carry out carries the risk of work accidents. Work safety issues are factors that must be taken into account when carrying out loading and unloading work at the port. To obtain data the author used the Field Research method together with employees of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan using interviews. The library research method is also used by reading books and research results related to the paper writer's object obtained from libraries and other trusted sources.

Consumer interest in McDonald's, which is operated as a franchise, remains high in Indonesia and elsewhere. McDonald's is one of the franchises that has expanded the most both in Indonesia and internationally. The term "strategy" is used to describe the ways through which a corporation works to fulfill its purpose and vision over a certain period of time. Analyzing the company's external elements is essential before developing a marketing plan. The organization has to analyze its external environment in order to recognize threats and seize opportunities. The goal of this study is to determine whether external influences have an impact on McDonald's business strategy. The research approach used here is a case study based on a SWOT analysis. This information is derived from other sources. Meanwhile, qualitative research is being undertaken. Many data sources are used in this method to investigate a topic from several angles. Materials like magazines, newspapers, periodicals, and articles. In a situation when the firm's strengths are 1.45 and its shortcomings are 0.50, the company is doing really well. In light of the 2.12 opportunities and 1.8 risks present. The study's findings suggest that the fast food restaurant in question has sound management practices and can compete well in an industry where many similar enterprises can be found.

The fast-paced and practical lifestyle elements of today's metropolitan society have an impact on the food ingested, which is bad for the body's health. The majority of high-risk illnesses, including heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, stroke, depression, and others, affect women more than males. The Community Service Partners are the management of the Family Welfare Development Team (TP-PKK) in West Bungo Village, Bungo Regency. The purpose of this study is to examine specifically related to the governance and accountability of cooperatives that have been carried out in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative design, with a population of 125 journals and through purposive sampling, a sample of 35 journals was obtained. The results of the journal review can be concluded: (1). The trend of research on governance and accountability of cooperatives in Indonesia is mostly done with a qualitative design, obtained the concept: to improve governance can be done through socialization and training on SPI to managers; comply with ethical principles and rules; the accountability aspect must be audited by KAP; the role of government; principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Measurement of the dimensions of democracy, the quality of human resources, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Good financial planning, transparency and accountability in financial management, increasing management commitment, knowledge, understanding of the duties and authorities of management regarding business risks and communication. Factors of members, administrators and supervisors as well as honesty and understanding; Sharia good corporate governance requires supervision from the Supervisory Board. Understanding of the important role of cooperatives for improving the community's economy, consistency in preparing financial reports. (2). Based on the quantitative design, it is concluded: cooperative governance and accountability have a positive and significant effect and accountability as a mediating variable on cooperative performance, there is no difference between financial accountability performance before and during the pandemic, cooperative reform has a positive and significant effect on cooperative governance and cooperative governance has no effect on the effectiveness of lending.

This is what underlies the importance of Parenting Skill Training for TPQ Al Ikhlas Santri Guardians in the Digital Era, the Islamic Digital Parenting community movement program. This program demonstrates to introduce the computerized world to guardians, and teach them to have the option of getting ready. Young people are facing the rapid advancement of innovation by applying Islamic traits to children. This Business Program aims to provide skills to prepare and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Departing from this problem, then, at that time, what the guardians of santri needed to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the computerized world was to develop Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is its capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtues in young people (Shotbolt, 2016, 2017). This work should be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.

This study aims to determine the effect of Free Cash Flow, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Business Risk on Debt Policy in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period, namely 53 companies. The samples taken were 24 manufacturing companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The variables in this study are Free Cash Flow, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Business Risk as independent variables and Debt Policy as the dependent variable. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption test. Partial test results show that Free Cash Flow has no effect on debt policy, Asset Structure has no effect on debt policy, Liquidity affects debt policy, Profitability affects debt policy, Sales Growth does not affect debt policy, and Business Risk affects debt policy . Meanwhile, simultaneous testing shows that Free Cash Flow, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Business Risk have an effect on Debt Policy.

This study aims to analyze the determinants of capital structure in manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is taken from the financial statements of manufacturing companies whose shares are still actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used are profitability proxied by return on equity (ROE), sales growth, asset structure, liquidity proxied by current ratio (CR), tax, business risk and capital structure proxied by debt-to-equity ratio (DER). Sampling using purposive sampling method, and data analysis using multiple regression. The results show that liquidity (current ratio) has a negative effect on capital structure at a significance of less than 1%. Meanwhile, profitability (return on equity), sales growth, asset structure, tax and business risk have no effect on capital structure.  Keywords: profitabilias, sales growth, asset structure, liquidity, tax, business risk, capital structur

Inventory is a current asset that has a major role in the accounting cycle. Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is the business of an individual-owned dispensary that is developing in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The problem faced by Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is that there is no minimum stock of goods because there is no warning that the stock will run out. The number of products that are almost entering the expiration date are on shelves and insecure data storage so that they have a very large risk of data being lost because it is stolen by irresponsible parties. This system will alert the user to the remaining stock of existing goods and the expiration date of the goods. The security of inventory processing data will be guaranteed with a password for users so that anyone cannot access the database. This inventory information system will be built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and multi user network using FEFO method as goods storage method.

This research aims to investigate the impact of ownership structure (foreign ownership, promoter ownership, managerial ownership, and public ownership) on firm value mediated by idiosyncratic risk. The population used is the whole companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) on the period of 2013-2017. The number of samples is 182 companies each year, which was selected by purposive sampling method. This research uses documentary data, i.e. the annual report and financial statements. Path analysis used to analyze data and hypothesis mediation analysed by using Sobel test. The results show that foreign ownership, managerial ownership, and public ownership have a negative and significant impact on the idiosyncratic risk, while the promoter ownership has a positive and significant impact on the idiosyncratic risk. Idiosyncratic risk and promoter have a negative and significant impact on firm value, foreign ownership  has a positive but  insignificant impact on firm value, while managerial ownership and public ownership have a positive and significant impact on firm value. In addition, idiosyncraticn risk can madiate the impact of ownership structure (foreign ownership, promoter ownership, managerial ownership, and public ownership) on firm value. The implication of this research is that companies and investors can consider the importance of idiosyncratic risk through diversification of ownership structure as a mechanism for achieving firm value. The idiosyncratic risk is expected to assist the investor in making business decisions as they reflect the company’s specific information and fluctuate accordingly and the movement is independent of market movements.  Keywords : ownership structure, foreign ownership, promoter ownership, managerial ownership, public ownership, idiosyncratic risk, and firm value

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the company's growth, profitability, asset structure, business risk, tax and liquidity to funding decisions on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. Sample selection is done by purposive sampling method. Data were processed as many as 242 companies. Mechanical testing data is by using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of analysis show that the variable asset structure and tax significant positive effect on funding decision, the variable  liquidity (current ratio) significant negative effect on funding decision, while the variable  business risk does not affect to the funding decision on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: asset structure, business risk, tax, liquidity and funding decision

Thisstudy is on the attitude of students towards entrepreneurial education inSTIE Totalwin Semarang. Questionnaire were the instrument used andsensus sampling technique was adopted. It was found out that, majorityof the respondents believes entrepreneurial education is a good policy andit has come to stay. Most student from the university are not keen andcommitted to entrepreneurship education because they seeentrepreneurship as menial and risky, and their ambition is to seek forsenior white-color job with certainty of income.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the capital structure. Factors examined as independent variables are profitability, company size, business risk, growth opportunities and managerial ownership. Variable profitability, company size, business risk is analyzed in the perspective of the pecking order theory and variable growth opportunities and managerial ownership is analyzed in the perspective of agency theory.Hypothesis testing using multiple regression. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The samples used 222 observations are pooled data from 2008 to 2010. Types of data used are secondary data. Statistical tests showed hypotheses for the variables profitability and business risk accepted. This means that the profitability and business risk significantly and negatively related to capital structure. Hypothesis testing results for firm size variable positive and significant impact on capital structure. Thus the hypothesis is rejected due to size of company direction opposite hypothesis.
