Technology that develops very rapidly brings many changes, especially in the development of medical records in hospitals that are increasing. Electronic medical records bring many benefits, one of which is improving the quality of services in hospitals. The medical records used at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital are mostly electronic-based, including reporting. However, problems were found in the medical record installation, namely, there were several reports that had not been managed optimally. This is because reporting still uses google spreadsheets which requires data to be moved manually one by one, so it takes a long time, and the quality of reporting becomes less accurate. A real example of this problem can be seen in the process of reporting patient Mortalitys. Meanwhile, accurate and systematic reporting of Mortality data is essential in supporting decision-making in hospitals. Therefore, the design of a patient Mortality reporting information system is urgently needed to make time efficient and improve the quality of reports. The method used in designing this system is extreme programming and web-based. The results of this information system design are able to shorten the time to make Mortality reports and can produce accurate data

The Majapahit Museum houses a significant collection of tosan aji, particularly keris, which holds important historical, technological, and symbolic value within Javanese culture. However, a substantial portion of the collection lacks clear provenance and stratigraphic context, resulting in data gaps and potential misinterpretations, especially regarding Majapahit-period attribution. This study aims to examine strategies for managing non-stratigraphic keris collections through standardized visual-morphological identification as an initial curatorial approach. The research employs direct artifact observation, morphological analysis of blades and ricikan, visual examination of pamor configurations, and a review of museological, keris studies, and archaeometallurgical literature. The findings demonstrate that standardized morphological identification provides a systematic framework for preliminary classification while preventing speculative chronological claims. The study also emphasizes the necessity of separating blade analysis from keris fittings and highlights the limitations of visual assessment in determining tangguh, which requires support from non-destructive metallurgical analyses. As a practical contribution, this article proposes strengthening curatorial standards through the development of morphology-based artifact labels (manual and digital), multidisciplinary scholarly catalogues, and the integration of documentation and material analysis technologies. This approach positions the Majapahit Museum as a knowledge-producing institution in tosan aji studies rather than merely a repository of artifacts.   Kata Kunci : Museum Majapahit, Keris, Identifikasi Morfologis, Ricikan, Tangguh Keris

Image classification is a key field in digital image processing with broad applications, such as object recognition and disease detection. The use of artificial neural network architectures, such as MobileNetV2, has significantly advanced pattern recognition in large datasets. However, in small datasets, challenges related to accuracy and generalization are often encountered. This study explores an RGB-based approach utilizing MobileNetV2 for image feature extraction and Support Vector Machine (SVM) as the classifier. MobileNetV2 is applied to extract features from RGB images, which are then further processed by SVM to determine image classes. The results indicate that this model achieves an accuracy of 91.67%, precision of 0.9163, recall of 0.9167, and F1-score of 0.9161. Based on the confusion matrix analysis, the model effectively distinguishes between classes, despite slight overlaps. This research contributes to the development of intelligent image classification systems that can be applied in various fields, including the food industry. With these achievements, the RGB approach integrating MobileNetV2 and SVM has proven effective in enhancing image classification accuracy, even with relatively small datasets. These findings open opportunities for applying similar methods in other image processing tasks that require high accuracy in object or disease detection and classification.

This study aims to deconstruct the technocratic rationality underpinning social investment policies implemented in Bima Regency by critically illuminating the ideological co-optation of neoliberalism, which manifests through the language of modernity, productivity, and pseudo-empowerment. Within a structurally asymmetrical and historically marginalized context, the global paradigm of social investment has been adopted in an ahistorical and depoliticized manner, resulting in policy architectures that are both irrelevant and exclusionary. Employing a critical-qualitative approach with a deconstructive design rooted in post-structuralist epistemology, this research conceptualizes public policy as an ideological text that demands reinterpretation and recontextualization. Data were obtained through rigorous analysis of institutional and academic literature and interpreted using the framework of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). The findings reveal that social investment policies in Bima function not as instruments of structural transformation but rather as symbolic mechanisms of ideological co-optation, which conceal systemic inequality under the guise of bureaucratic performance metrics. The local state apparatus has lost its articulative capacity, subordinated to a global epistemology that is profoundly indifferent to local particularities. Terminologies such as “empowerment” and “human capacity” are reduced to administrative slogans devoid of redistributive justice. Consequently, the social investment paradigm has shifted the state's role from an agent of justice to a managerial entity of poverty normalizing exclusion and reinforcing the subordination of the subaltern populace.

Indonesia, as an archipelago, has significant agricultural potential, but its optimal utilization requires balancing rice production volume with the available harvest area. This study analyzed the contribution of harvested area to rice production in Gorontalo Regency using linear regression analysis. The data used included the harvest area and the amount of rice production during the period 2018–2024, sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Gorontalo Province. The independent variable in this study was the amount of rice production (tonnes), while the dependent variable was the area of harvest (Ha). The analysis results revealed a very strong linear relationship between the two variables, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.8437 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.7119. The regression equation indicated that an increase in rice production by 4.8891 tonnes corresponded to an increase in the harvested area by 1 hectare. The model significance value of 0.017017 indicated that the regression model was statistically significant. This finding demonstrates that the amount of rice production significantly affects the area of harvest, and the model can serve as a predictive basis for planning agricultural sector policies in Gorontalo Regency.

Law enforcement holds a central role in shaping social order and ensuring the effective implementation of legal functions in Indonesia. The law is not merely a normative reference but must be strategically positioned as the fundamental basis for resolving disputes and conflicts that emerge within society. In this regard, Law No. 16 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office, particularly Article 2 paragraph (1), clearly stipulates that the Prosecutor’s Office is a state institution entrusted with exercising governmental authority in the field of prosecution, along with other responsibilities mandated by law. Within the framework of criminal justice, the Prosecutor’s Office assumes a pivotal role as Dominus Litis—the ultimate controller of criminal cases. This authority signifies that the Prosecutor’s Office is the only institution empowered to decide whether a particular case, supported by sufficient evidence in line with the Criminal Procedure Code, is eligible to be brought before the court. The prosecutor’s discretionary power in this context highlights its critical position in upholding justice and maintaining the integrity of legal proceedings. Beyond its prosecutorial function, the Prosecutor’s Office also bears the exclusive responsibility for executing criminal judgments, ensuring that court decisions are implemented properly and consistently with the rule of law. This dual function—both as Dominus Litis and executor of judicial decisions—underlines the institutional indispensability of the Prosecutor’s Office in the Indonesian legal system. The institution’s authority is therefore not limited to initiating prosecutions but also extends to safeguarding the finality and enforcement of criminal verdicts, which makes it a cornerstone in the broader architecture of law enforcement. Consequently, strengthening the role and capacity of the Prosecutor’s Office is essential for advancing justice, protecting the rights of citizens, and reinforcing the legitimacy of Indonesia’s legal order.
