This research aims to analyze the effect of Business Risk and Asset Structure on the Capital Structure of Manufacturing Companies in the Basic and Chemical Industry Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study were 35 basic and chemical industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Purposive Sampling method for the 2018-2020 period. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of Business Risk and Asset Structure have an effect on Capital Structure with the equation Y = 2,968 – 7,865X1 – 2,355X2 + e. From the t-test, it was found that the variable X1 Business Risk had a significant effect on the Capital Structure with t count value is [-7,171] > t table [1,983] and sig 0,000 < 0,05. Then H1 is accepted. Variable X2 Asset Structure had a significant effect on Capital Structure with t count value is [-4,988] > t table [1,983] and sig 0.000 <0.05. Then H2 is accepted. From the F test, it was found that Business Risk and Asset Structure have a simultaneous effect on Capital Structure with f count [32,694] > f table 3,090 and a significance 0,000 < 0,05. Then H3 is accepted. From the coefficient of determination test the value of R square is 0.391. This means that the independent variables of Business Risk and Asset Structure affect the Capital Structure by 39.1% while the remaining 60.9% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, reward and punishment on the work productivity of employees of the Jombang Investment and PTSP Office. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 35 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R^2). The results showed that the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment partially had a significant effect on work productivity and the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment simultaneously had a significant effect on work productivity.

The purpose of this study was to determine partially the effect of working hours and length of business capital on business income and to determine simultaneously the effect of working hours and business length of business capital on business income. This study uses a quantitative approach, in that the data collected in research activities is presented in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The number of samples is 70 SMEs in the district of Ngunut. The results of this study indicate that: partially, there is a significant influence of business capital on MSME income in Ngunut District, with a t count = 5.539 > t table = 1.668 and sig = 0.000 <0.05. Partially, there is a significant effect work on MSME income in Ngunut District, with tcount = 2.876 > ttable = 1.668 and sig = 0.004 <0.05. Partially, there is a significant effect between the length of business on MSME income in Ngunut District, with a tcount = 3.514> t table value of 1.668 and sig = 0.001 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between business capital, working hours and length of business on MSME income in Ngunut District, with a Fcount value greater than Ftable (29.493> 2.74) and a significance value less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05).

This study aims to determine the effect of risk perception, knowledge, and motivation on students' interest in investing in the capital market (a case study on undergraduate students at Bina Sarana Informatics University, Major Accounting). This research method uses a quantitative approach with technical multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 students as respondents via the google form. The results of the study show that knowledge and motivation have a significant effect on investment interest, while risk perception has no effect on student investment interest in the capital market. Simultaneously risk perception, knowledge, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in investing in the capital market.

Pengenalan pasar modal sebagai salah satu bentuk investasi bagi pemuda generasi millenial yang bertujuan untuk mengedukasi pemuda agar melek terhadap investasi dan memahami mengenai literasi investasi pasar modal sehingga diharapkan pemuda dapat tertarik dan berminat untuk berinvestasi dengan membuka rekening pasar modal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu mitra diberikan pembelajaran pengenalan literasi keuangan, pembelajaran, pengenalan investasi pasar modal dan perlunya investasi sejak dini, diskusi dan tanya jawab mengenai literasi investasi serta evaluasi kegiatan.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information quality, information systems and the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.  This research took the object of 50 employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Pati Regency. The researcher's sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis method using multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of information quality on employee satisfaction, there was a positive and significant influence of information systems on employee satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.

The Islamic Investment Gallery is a means of introducing Islamic Capital Market Investment to the world of academia and as a place to study investment and make investment transactions in the Islamic capital market. One of the causes of failure in investing is a lack of understanding in investing. Apart from knowledge, another factor in increasing interest in investing is technological advances as a medium in its activities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market with technological advances as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research. Using the path analysis method in SPSS V.20. The results of this study indicate that knowledge has a direct effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, knowledge influences technological progress as a mediating variable in interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, technological advances influences interest in investing in the Islamic capital market and knowledge influences interest in investing in Islamic capital markets. The Sharia Investment Gallery is a place for students to learn about investing in the Islamic capital market. There are several programs carried out by the Sharia Investment Gallery, namely educating and motivating students by holding activities such as studies on the Islamic capital market, Islamic capital market schools (SPMS) and also socializing the existence of a minimum capital of IDR 100,000 in opening an account on the market. Islamic capital in order to attract students to invest in the Islamic capital market. Therefore this research is to find out whether Minimum Capital affects students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market with education as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study, the variables used are minimum capital (X), Education (Z), and Student interest in investing (Y). This study tested the MRA interaction. By distributing 131 questionnaires to GIS investors at the Islamic Faculty of Trunjoyo Madura University. The results of this study indicate that the results of the T test on the minimum capital variable affect students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. Furthermore, in the interaction test, the education variable has a significant effect in moderating the relationship between minimum capital and interest in investing, and it can be said that the moderating variable (education) strengthens the relationship between minimum capital and investment interest. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive business units that stand alone, which are carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors. The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which is the largest part of the national economy, is an indicator of the level of community participation in various sectors of economic activity. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of business capital, labor, and use of e-commerce variables on Culinary MSME income in Denpasar City. This study used the accidental proportional sampling method with a sample of 99 MSME actors in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data processing and simultaneous testing show that capital, labor, and the use of e-commerce have a significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The results of data processing also show that the variables of business capital and labor partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs in Denpasar City. MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City who use e-commerce earn higher incomes compared to those who do not use e-commerce.

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between returns on assets. This article reviews the factors that influence the current ratio, debt equity ratio, and debt asset ratio in an introductory financial management literature study. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the disclosure of Return on Assets, namely: current ratio, debt equity ratio, debt-asset ratio, and working capital turnover. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method and samples that met the criteria. This study uses the classical assumption test, model feasibility test, multiple regression analysis and statistical t test. These results indicate that the variable current ratio and debt equity ratio have an effect on return on assets, while the debt-asset ratio and working capital turnover variable have no effect on return on assets.

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the influence of capital, labor, and training on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar, as well as the influence of capital, labor, training, and production value on the industry's income. The research sample consisted of 88 units of ready-made garment industry businesses in Kota Denpasar, and path analysis was used as the analytical method. The results of the analysis indicated that capital, labor, and training have a positive impact on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar. Additionally, capital, labor, training, and production value also have a positive influence on the industry's income. Another interesting finding is that the production value acts as a mediator between capital, labor, and training and the income of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar.

The number of business units and the number of MSME workers in the trade sector in Badung Regency during the 2019-2021 period has increased, but their contribution has fluctuated and tends to decrease. The decline in the contribution of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency indicates a decrease in the income of MSME entrepreneurs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, length of business, and working hours simultaneously and partially on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. The number of samples taken was 122 business units, using a simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variables of capital, length of business, and working hours simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. The variables of capital, length of business, and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. Theoretically the results of this study can support the Cobb-Douglas theory, and practically for entrepreneurs can be a source of information and considerations in maximizing their business income, and for other parties can be a source of reference in the future.

This study aims to determine the effect of technology acceptance on the interests of the millennial generation to invest in the capital market. The adoption of the TAM model was used in this study, with a quantitative descriptive method approach, data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 135 people based on calculations with the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using smart partial least square. The results of this study provide answers to the proposed hypothesis in which the variable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment have a positive and significant effect on the variable of behavioral intention to use, then the variable perceived enjoyment and behavioral intention to use also have a positive and significant effect on variables actual to use, but there is one variable that does not significantly influence the effect of the variable perceived usefulness on the variable actual to use. This research clarifies how the role of technology applied in online stock trading can influence the behavior of the interests of investors in the Indonesian capital market, especially among millennials. This research is expected to be useful for the development of science and for the development of capital markets with a clearer understanding of how the TAM model influences the behavior of millennial generation interests to become investors in the capital market.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on financial distress. This study uses a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021. The analytical method used is SPSS. The results of this study prove that profitability has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, but capital structure has no effect on financial distress

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure, and firm size on the value of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The method of determining the sample used is purposive sampling. By using several predetermined criteria, this study used 29 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that: 1) profitability has a positive effect on firm value, 2) capital structure has no effect on firm value, 3) firm size has no effect on firm value.

Dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha diperlukan suatu modal yang bersumber dari modal sendiri maupun hutang. Pada umumnya dalam pemberian hutang atau pinjaman akan dibuat suatu Perjanjian Utang Piutang dan atas jaminan berupa hak atas tanah yang diberikan oleh debitur akan dibuat suatu Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan. Namun demikian, pada studi kasus Putusan Nomor 437 PK/Pdt/2013 terdapat perbuatan hukum yang berbeda atas hubungan utang piutang antara Para Penggugat dan Tergugat I, yakni dibuatnya Akta Perjanjian Jual Beli dan Pengosongan atau yang dikenal dengan istilah APJB/PPJB, serta Akta Jual Beli (AJB). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dimana data sekunder menjadi bahan penelitian kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peralihan hak atas tanah dilakukan dengan cara Tergugat I mendaftarkan peralihan hak tersebut berdasar alas hak berupa AJB sehingga jaminan berupa sertifikat bidang tanah beralih menjadi atas nama Tergugat I. Upaya hukum yang dilakukan oleh Para Penggugat selain gugatan pada tingkat pertama yaitu Kasasi dan Peninjauan Kembali, sedangkan upaya hukum yang dilakukan Tergugat I adalah Banding. Implikasi yuridis atas dibuatnya APJB dan AJB terhadap Perjanjian Utang Piutang adalah akta-akta tersebut batal demi hukum dan sertifikat hak atas tanah yang sudah beralih menjadi atas nama Tergugat I tidak mempunyai kekuatan mengikat.

Batik besurek adalah batik khas Bengkulu yang bermotif kaligrafi  arab.Batik ini berciri khas motif kaligrafi dengan perpaduan bunga rafflesia yang merupakan symbol khas Bengkulu.Besurek merupakan Bahasa melayu dialek Bengkulu yang artinya bersurat atau tulisan.Batik besurek diperkenalkan pedagang arab dan pekerja asal india pada abad ke 17 kepada masyarakat di Bengkulu.seiring dengan perkembangannya,seni dalam membuat motif pada kain tersebut dipadukan dengan tradisi Indonesia yang berciri khas Bengkulu.Kain Basurek merupakan usaha kerajinan yang sangat potensial oleh karena merupakan salah satu produk unggulan dan juga guna pelestarian Budaya melalui hasil-hasil karya anak bangsa khususnya pada Kain Basurek yang hanya ada di Kota Bengkulu.Usaha Kain Basurek yang ada di Kota Bengkulu pada umumnya merupakan perusahaan perseorangan sehingga dapat menggambarkan kondisi modal, tenaga kerja maupun pemasaranyan dalam melakukan kelayakan pengembangan usaha.  Informan dalam penelitian para  pengrajin batik basurek yang ada di kota Bengkulu sebanyak 20 pengrajin yang ada dikota Bengkulu, dengan menggunakan cara berusaha mendapatkan data yang akurat maupun aktual, data tersebut kemudian dibahas dan di uraikan secara sistematis serta disimpulkan sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi.  Metode pengumpulan data  dilakukan dengan  observasi dan dokumentasi, Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengelolaan pemodalan  usaha Batik Basurek yang Merupakan salah satu cendramata khas Bengkulu.

Background: Mental disorders in the elderly are health problems that cause changes in older people's emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. This condition can cause the elderly difficulty functioning correctly in family, work, and social activities. To overcome the various problems that arise in the elderly, several modalities can be given, one of which is yoga. Objective: To find out the effect of yoga on mental health in the elderly by reviewing published research results. Research method: This research is a Literature review with the help of the PRISMA application in screening articles. In searching for articles using Publish or Perish, PubMed, and google scholar for the last seven years. Results: Yoga is an effective intervention given to the elderly, significantly reducing mental health disorders as support for the well-being of the elderly. Conclusion: Based on the results of the Literature Review study of 10 selected journals, it was found that the provision of yoga interventions effectively improved mental health in the elderly.  

This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics, venture capital, and accounting information systems with the success of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Quantitative methodology was used to validate this research. The sample size for this study was 42 SMEs from Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, and Deli Serdang Regency. Questionnaires with Likert scale questions were used for this study. Multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used in SPSS 24 to test the hypothesis after the questionnaire is distributed and verified for validity, reliability, and the classical assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the results of this study, the entrepreneurial mindset can increase the efficiency of small and medium enterprises. shows how having an entrepreneurial bent can help small and medium-sized businesses succeed. Accounting information systems have an effect on the performance of SMEs, as evidenced by research findings, indicating that adopting such systems can enhance organizational success. Data studies reveal that when a company's capital decreases, it has a negative impact on the company's success.

(Bank BTN) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak dibidang Perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara KC Karawang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, dan wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. KC Karawang.
