This study aims to investigate the identification, assessment, and control of operational risks in the travel industry, with a focus on PT Yuk Kita Tour. Direct observation and interview methods are used to identify the risks faced by the company. Risk assessment is conducted by considering the likelihood of occurrence and its impact on the company's operations, followed by appropriate mitigation strategies. The analysis results show that risks such as online booking system disruptions, lack of staff training, currency exchange rate fluctuations, regulatory changes, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, transportation delays, and terrorism threats affect operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.To control these risks, PT Yuk Kita Tour implements a comprehensive mitigation strategy, including improved cybersecurity systems, staff training programs, currency hedging strategies, active regulatory monitoring, travel insurance, strict health policies, cooperation with transportation operators, and clear security information to customers. The implementation of these risk control strategies has had a positive impact on the company's performance, with year-on-year increases in revenue and customer satisfaction. This study provides insights into the importance of operational risk management in the travel industry and demonstrates that a proactive approach to risk identification, assessment, and control is possible. This study provides insight into the importance of operational risk management in the travel industry and demonstrates that a proactive approach to risk identification, assessment, and control can improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The practical implication of this study is the importance of continuously monitoring existing risks, adapting control strategies, and involving stakeholders in risk management to ensure sustainable business continuity and superior customer service in a dynamic business environment.

This research aims to analyze the operational risks faced by Rumah Makan Ondo Batak Grill, a famous culinary business on Jl. Weaving Factory No. 45, Sei Putih Tengah, Medan Petisah District, Medan City, North Sumatra. The qualitative method used in this research is data collection techniques by conducting direct observations and interviews with the owner of the Ondo Grill Batak Restaurant. The research results reveal that there are several significant operational risks, including hygiene and food safety risks, equipment damage risks, employee absenteeism risks, and customer number risks. To manage possible risks, Ondo Restaurant has implemented several strategies, such as regular employee training regarding food hygiene and safety, routine maintenance and inspection of cooking equipment, and development of an employee attendance management system. Apart from that, this restaurant is also diversifying its menu and promotions to attract more customers and maintain income stability. This research concludes that effective operational risk management is very important for the survival and success of Ondo Restaurant. The recommendations provided include improving the risk monitoring system and implementing risk management strategies on a regular basis.

In running a business there are definitely risks. Risks that arise from the internal and external environment of the business can result in the business experiencing losses. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques originating from observations and interviews with the owner of the Manju Steamed Bread business, Tuasan Branch. This research will use Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), where ERM implementation is usually implemented by identifying risks, assessing and controlling risks. Businesses that use Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) can get risks ranging from low (low), medium (medium), high (high). This research aims to identify risks that may occur in the Manju Steamed Bread business, Tuasan Branch, then create a risk matrix to determine the worst risks that must be prioritized in control. The research results show that there are operational risks, namely employees not following steaming machine operating procedures, lack of maintenance of the machine and bread steaming equipment by employees and delays in the arrival of raw materials. This risk will affect the quality of taste, service, and can result in losses due to shop closures due to delays in the arrival of raw materials, so risk management is needed which aims to reduce operational risks that may occur.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the misuse of official cars in review of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption in the Kupang City Government. This research uses Empirical Legal Research method with primary data legal sources collected through interviews with respondents and observation of the research location as well as secondary legal data sources collected through literature study or document study. The results of the research indicate that the misuse of official cars related to the crime of corruption, namely abuse of authority in this case the misuse of official cars in the crime of corruption refers to the formulation of Article 3 of the Law on Criminal Acts of Corruption (UUTPK), namely with the aim of benefiting oneself or another person or a corporation abusing the authority, opportunity or means available to him because of his position or position that can harm state finances. Law enforcement against the misuse of official cars outside the office, namely: preventive law enforcement and repressive law enforcement. From the results of the study, the researcher concluded that the regulation of the minister of home affairs number 7 of 2006 concerning the standardization of local government work facilities and infrastructure article 1 letter g, what is meant by official vehicles is government property that is used only for official purposes, consisting of individual service vehicles, operational service vehicles / official service vehicles, and special service vehicles / fields.Conclusion related to law enforcement efforts against the misuse of official cars outside the office, namely carried out by preventive and repressive actions.

In the era of maritime technology, Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) are becoming the main vehicles on the water surface, controlled from land and capable of transmitting live data. USVs have a wide range of survey and exploration applications, relying on hydrographic knowledge for accurate mapping. USV development has adopted a double hull design, improving stability and wave resistance. Survey data transmission requires advanced technology, with Long Range (LoRa) technology being the solution for long distance data transmission with low power consumption. LoRa utilisation is expected to increase the efficiency of USVs in hydrographic surveys. The research and development (R&D) research method is used as the main approach in this research with the aim of creating and developing USVs that can increase efficiency in hydrographic surveys. The USV is equipped with an RPM sensor and flowmeter used to monitor the movement control of the USV in the waters. In addition, a depth detector is used to monitor the topography of the seabed. In order for this USV to run using a remote control that is controlled from land. The USV drive consists of a BLDC motor connected to the propeller and a servo motor connected to the ship's rudder. Furthermore, the data taken from the sensor is sent via LoRa to be delivered to the ground station. From the USV test results, it was found that the data transmission range with LoRa Ra-02 under Line of sight (LOS) conditions was 340 metres while under Non Light of sight (NLOS) conditions it was around 200 metres. The average speed travelled by USV is 0.616 km/hour in operational survey conditions and can be faster in non-operational survey conditions. The error value of the RPM sensor is obtained at 1.604% with a reading accuracy of 98.936%.

Implementing IoT in SIM is not without challenges, because there are issues such as data security, interoperability, infrastructure availability, advanced data management, data protection and ethics. MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are one of the important economic pillars in driving local economic growth in various cities in Indonesia. However, MSMEs often face significant challenges, especially related to financial and labor risk management. This study aims to analyze financial and labor risk management at Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs in Medan City. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews was used to collect data from business owners and employees. The analysis was conducted with a focus on financial risk management strategies, such as product and service diversification, creative promotion, cash flow management, and access to capital, and labor risk management strategies, including employee cost management, employee development and retention, and effective performance management. The results show that Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs have implemented various strategies to effectively manage financial and labor risks. Product and service diversification, creative promotions, and utilization of online delivery and ordering services help reduce financial risks and maintain revenue stability. Meanwhile, efficient management of employee costs, employee development, and effective performance management help manage labor risks, improve productivity, and maintain service quality. This research shows that effective financial and labor risk management plays an important role in the operational success of Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs.

The purpose of writing this journal is to identify and analyze the ways and motives behind corrupt acts carried out by corporations, as well as understand the organizational structure and market dynamics that influence these corrupt practices. And evaluate the legal consequences that apply to corporations involved in acts of corruption and examine the effectiveness of implementing these penalties in efforts to prevent and overcome corruption among corporations. The approach method used in this research is Normative Law (normative juridical) using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a comparative and empirical approach (field data). The research results show that corporations are involved in acts of corruption through various, often complex and covert means, driven by motives to increase profits, dominate markets, or avoid regulations. The mechanisms they use range from giving bribes, manipulating tenders, to money laundering practices. Corporations involved in acts of corruption can face a number of legal consequences, ranging from heavy fines, license revocation, asset confiscation, to operational restrictions. Although these penalties are intended to provide a deterrent effect, their effectiveness in preventing corporate corruption often varies. While fines may have a financial impact, without significant internal changes in corporate culture and governance, the potential for a return to corrupt behavior remains.

This study aims to determine the accountability for the realization of the school operational assistance fund budget at the Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School Ibu Harapan Bengkalis. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method where data collection uses interview and documentation techniques. The test results show that accountability for the realization of the school operational assistance fund budget has not been carried out perfectly, due to several factors that have caused this to happen. So that the accountability of the financial reports produced is not in accordance with the technical instructions for the School Operational Assistance (BOS) guidelines.

Digital transformation has brought significant impact to the agriculture sector in Indonesia by improving operational efficiency, opening new market opportunities, and introducing the concept of digital farming and agriculture 4.0. Although the government has encouraged agricultural digitalization through policies and programs, farmers still face challenges such as land limitations, climate change, and limited market access. Collaboration between the government, private sector, and non-profit organizations is needed to support farmers' adoption of digital technologies to improve their efficiency, productivity, and welfare. Challenges such as lack of internet access, low digital literacy, and high technology implementation costs also need to be addressed through cross-sector collaboration. This research highlights the importance of synergy in capitalizing on digital opportunities and overcoming barriers in the digital transformation of Indonesia's agriculture sector.

However, to achieve sustainable growth, a strong and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem needs to be built. In this article, the author identifies the opportunities that exist in building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports MSMEs. One of the main opportunities is access to a wider global market, which can open the door for MSMEs to sell their products to customers around the world. In addition, e-commerce platforms also provide opportunities for MSMEs to utilize new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision making.

This research aims to not only make students skilled in mathematics but also provide provisions for its application in everyday life. Mathematics learning needs to use concrete objects to help students understand mathematical concepts according to the stage of student learning development, namely at the concrete operational stage. Addition and subtraction of numbers is one of the subjects of mathematics. Students often have difficulty learning addition material using saving techniques and subtraction using borrowing techniques. The use of learning media in the form of concrete objects is very helpful in learning the material of adding and subtracting numbers. One of the learning media that can be used is the decanomial bead bar box. This media is a Montessori-based media. This research aims to describe the implementation of decanomial bead bar box media for addition and subtraction of numbers in class II students at SDN Jati 03 and to describe student learning outcomes in the implementation of decanomial bead bar box media for addition and subtraction of numbers in class II students at SDN Jati 03.

This research occurs because it is motivated by differences in theory with what happens in the field. As in the Tjiwi Kimia Paper Factory Tbk company and PT Semen Baturaja Tbk company where the profitability value is not in line with the increase in corporate income tax on the company. And at the company PT Unggul Indah Cahya Tbk and PT Ekadharma Internasional Tbk, the large liquidity of the company does not make the corporate income tax on the company increase. As well as in the companies PT Madusari Murni Indah Tbk and PT Sinergi Inti Plastindo Tbk where efficiency in managing operating costs is not in line with the company’s corporate income tax. With the intention of this study aims to see how the relationship of profitability, liquidity and operational cost efficiency to corporate income tax on the company, where corporate income tax is an obligation of the Agency to the government. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. Data is collected by the documentation study method from the company’s financial statements. The type of data used is Secondary Data. Data sourced from audited financial statements published by the company, publicly available capital market data, and additional relevant information from the company’s annual report and IDX database. The results showed that profitability has a positive effect on corporate income tax with a tcount> ttable value of 3.408> 2.028. While liquidity has no effect on corporate income tax with a tcount value < ttable, namely -3,433 < 2,028. Operating cost efficiency has no effect on corporate income tax with a tcount value < ttable, namely -1.810 < 2.028. And simultaneously profitability, liquidity and operational cost efficiency have a simultaneous effect on corporate income tax as evidenced by the value of Fhitung> Ftabel = 17,952> 2,866.

Financing activities at Kembangan Regional Hospital are dominated by BPJS Health Participants, when submitting claim from patients participating in BPJS Health, there are still delays in submitting claim which will have an impact on hospital operational activities. The aim of this research was to determine the causes of Pending Claims that accurred at Kembangan Regional Hospital. This study used a descriptive method with a mix method approach. The BPJS Health claim procedure for inpatient services at Kembangan Hospital is in accordance with the exiting Standar Operating Procedures. The data used are pending claim files originating from inpatient treatment in November 2022- Jaunary 2023. The research result found 941 inpatient claim files and 84 pending claim files. The cause of pending claim were classified into 7, Conformity between surgical procedures was 22 (26%), inaccuracy in administrative verification and SEP suitability in inputting data into INA-CBGs was 19 (23%), coding determined by the coder was not unbundled by 17 (20%), INA-CBG codes was 9 (!1%), DPJP daognostic code matching 6 (7%), Hospital code conformity 6 (7%), and finally redmissions for the same disease coding 5 (6%). Based on the 5M identification, there are factors, namely the man factor: because the claim file was not accepted by BPJS Health due to coding. The coding given by the hospital to the hospital to the BPJS was not appropriate. Material: supporting files which arrived late on the specified day. Meanwhille, the 3 other factors, namely the money machine and methid, were not obstacles or causes fot the return of the claim files. It is recommended to reevaluate and socialize the reasoms fpr returning BPJS Health claims so that the BPJS Health claim submission process is carried out well and accepted.
