This study aims to examine and analyze the Islamic educational values ​​contained in the local tradition of Ada' Tuho Ulumanda and its implementation at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Popenga Village, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency. The Ada' Tuho tradition is one of the cultural heritages of the Ulumanda community that is full of moral, social, and spiritual values ​​that are closely related to the principles of Islamic education, especially the values ​​of faith, morals, and society. In the context of Muslim society, local traditions are not only seen as cultural symbols, but also function as a medium for transmitting religious values ​​that strengthen Islamic identity while maintaining social harmony. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed thematically to reveal the Islamic educational values ​​contained in the practice of Ada' Tuho and its form of implementation in the Islamic boarding school environment. The results of the study indicate that the Ada' Tuho tradition contains a number of important values, including: the value of monotheism that emphasizes faith and respect for God's power, moral values ​​that include honesty, responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and others, and social values ​​in the form of solidarity, mutual cooperation, deliberation, and justice in community life. The implementation of these values ​​at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School is carried out through a formal learning process, habituation of worship, exemplary behavior of the ustaz, and strengthening the character of students based on the integration of Islamic values ​​and local wisdom. Thus, the Islamic boarding school plays a role as an agent of preserving religious culture that is able to harmonize Islamic teachings with local traditions constructively, making it relevant to strengthening contextual Islamic education in the modern era.

This study examines the philosophy of Islamic economics and the legal principles underlying the implementation of the mudharabah muqayyadah contract in Islamic financial institutions. The mudharabah muqayyadah contract is a form of partnership contract involving the shahibul maal (capital owner) and mudharib (business manager), with provisions limited to a certain scope, so that the implementation of this contract must be based on sharia principles that regulate all forms of financial transactions. This study focuses on how ethical values in Islam are integrated with the legal principles of sharia contracts, particularly in maintaining fair relations between the two parties. Through a normative qualitative approach, data were collected from classical and contemporary literature as well as regulations applicable in the Islamic financial sector. The results show that the mudharabah muqayyadah contract is a manifestation of maqashid al-shariah in economic practice, which aims to safeguard assets, uphold justice, and create balance in economic transactions. The legal principles applied in this contract include freedom of contract, good faith, and fairness, which serve to ensure transparency, accountability, and justice between the parties involved. However, the biggest challenges in implementing the mudharabah muqayyadah contract are the aspects of supervision and compliance with sharia principles, as well as technical practices that are often influenced by conventional systems. Therefore, this study recommends the need to strengthen education on sharia philosophy for practitioners in the Islamic financial sector, as well as the need for regulatory harmonization to ensure the fair implementation of the contract, in accordance with the transcendental values taught in Islam. Furthermore, harmonization of regulations governing the mudharabah muqayyadah contract is also crucial to create uniformity in practice across Islamic financial institutions. Clear and firm regulations will reduce the potential for misinterpretation that can lead to bias against the interests of one party.

Pesantren, as an Islamic educational institution that has long been a center of religious learning and character development, has great potential in advancing entrepreneurship based on local wisdom. The role of pesantren is not only limited to teaching religious studies, but also includes coaching students to have economic independence and competitiveness in the midst of the Times. Local wisdom that grows around pesantren can be an important capital in developing businesses that are relevant to the needs of the community. However, optimizing the function of pesantren in producing students who are independent and able to compete still faces various challenges. One of the main obstacles is the development of Human Resources (HR) which is not only oriented to mastering the theory, but also on practical skills and understanding of local values. Without the right strategy, such great potential is difficult to realize sustainably. This study aims to explore strategies that can be applied in the development of human resources in order to improve the performance of local wisdom-based entrepreneurship in the boarding school. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies on several boarding schools that have succeeded in forming productive business units by utilizing local potential, such as agriculture, fisheries, crafts, and food product processing. Research findings indicate that several crucial factors in building entrepreneurial human resources in pesantren include: strengthening character and work ethic, hands-on practice-based training in the field, collaboration with local business actors for knowledge transfer and market networking, as well as historical and philosophical understanding of local wisdom values. The success of entrepreneurship development in pesantren depends on the integration of spiritual aspects, practical skills, and knowledge about the potential of the region. Based on the results of the study, an integrated entrepreneurship training model that combines science, faith, and concrete action is recommended. This Model is expected to produce great pesantren entrepreneurs, competitive, and able to adapt and face global challenges without leaving their identity and noble values.

In today's digital era, technological development is occurring rapidly and having a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including Islamic da'wah. The transformation of the spread of Islamic teachings in the digital age has become inevitable along with the rapid advancement of information technology, particularly with the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This study aims to explore how AI is utilized in spreading Islamic values and analyze the accompanying ethical and theological challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, which includes a review of scientific journals, articles, and contemporary Islamic documents. The results show that AI has been applied in various forms of digital da'wah. For example, Islamic chatbots that can automatically answer religious questions, prayer and other worship reminder applications, and Quran learning platforms equipped with voice recognition and tajweed recitation technology. Although innovative and promising, the use of AI in da'wah poses challenges, particularly the threat to authority over scientific knowledge, the validity of religious content, and the risk of dehumanization in the process of conveying Islamic teachings. Therefore, an adaptive yet ethical approach to Islamic preaching is needed, involving collaboration between religious scholars, academics, and technology experts. This approach must take into account the values of Islamic law, morality in digital communication, and sensitivity to the cultural context of Muslims. Thus, AI-based Islamic preaching can be an innovative solution for effectively reaching a wider audience, without sacrificing the essence and spirituality taught by Islam itself. Mission constitutes a fundamental dimension of the Catholic Church’s identity, intrinsically linked to the divine mandate to participate in God’s work of salvation in the world. Within this framework, the consecrated life of the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters Servants of the Holy Spirit (SSpS) embodies a distinctive expression of Trinitarian spirituality and a prophetic missionary vocation. In the context of Timor Island, this charism is concretely manifested through ministries that directly engage with the realities of local communities. This study adopts a qualitative methodology with a literature review approach, drawing on theological sources, congregational spirituality, and the SSpS Constitution to explore the theological and practical dimensions of the sisters’ mission. The research aims to analyze how the life and apostolate of the SSpS Sisters serve as a tangible witness to the presence of the Triune God, particularly through works in education, healthcare, social services, and pastoral ministry. The findings indicate that the sisters’ mission is deeply rooted in a faith experience centered on the Most Holy Trinity, which shapes their incarnational and intercultural approach to ministry. Their service reflects a prophetic commitment to empowering marginalized communities, promoting human dignity, and fostering social transformation. Furthermore, the integration of religious vows with active engagement in societal issues illustrates a spirituality that bridges contemplation and action, grounded in both fidelity to the Gospel and responsiveness to contextual needs. In conclusion, the consecrated life of the SSpS Sisters on Timor Island stands as a visible and dynamic sign of God’s salvific and prophetic presence. Through their holistic and transformative ministries, they contribute significantly to the mission of the Church and the common good of society, embodying a vision of the “civilization of love” rooted in Trinitarian communion and expressed in concrete service to humanity.

The implementation of Hajj rituals for children is a significant practice in early childhood education, focusing on religious and moral development. This study aims to assess the impact of performing Hajj rituals on children's religious and moral growth. Using a qualitative research approach, the study describes findings from field research conducted at RA Cinta Bunda Huta Boluk Simalungun, which holds annual Hajj ritual activities for children. Data collection was done through observation and documentation. The study found that the Hajj rituals at RA Cinta Bunda are carried out through several steps: (1) Setting the departure date in alignment with the Hajj Manasik schedule, (2) notifying parents to obtain permission for their child’s participation, (3) registration with IGRA Simalungun, (4) gathering all students for the ritual, (5) reading the talbiyah, (6) receiving guidance from a supervisor upon arrival, (7) wukuf at Arafah and overnighting in Mina, (8) throwing seven small stones during stoning, (9) performing Tawaf around the Kaaba, (10) performing sa'i or jog, (11) tahallul (cutting a little hair), and (12) resting to eat dates and drink zam-zam water. The study identified seven indicators of religious and moral development resulting from these activities: (1) Recognizing the Creator and His commands, (2) Memorizing the Pillars of Islam, (3) Learning Hajj intentions, (4) Memorizing the Talbiyah reading, (5) Learning the Yemeni Rukun readings, (6) Understanding the Hajj process, and (7) Developing patience and perseverance. This study highlights the importance of religious rituals in shaping young children’s understanding of their faith and moral character.

Character education serves as a fundamental pillar in shaping a generation of morally upright, responsible, and resilient youth. It not only fosters ethical behavior but also equips children with the skills and attitudes necessary to contribute positively to society. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of character education among children through a combination of artistic activities—such as coloring and calligraphy—and environmental activities, specifically planting. The research was conducted in two orphanages located in Blitar Regency, namely Raudhatul Aitam Orphanage and Nurul Falah Orphanage. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that creative, participatory, and collaborative approaches are effective in nurturing essential character values among children, both under and over the age of ten. The core values instilled through the activities include appreciation for global diversity, cooperative spirit (gotong royong), faith, and environmental awareness. Practical activities, such as coloring illustrations of traditional houses, planting chili plants, and coloring calligraphic artworks, were found to enhance children’s creativity, self-confidence, patience, and social interaction skills. Moreover, these activities encouraged teamwork and a sense of responsibility, as children worked together to complete tasks and care for their environment. The study highlights the importance of integrating cultural, artistic, and ecological elements in character education programs to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences. Furthermore, continuous support and collaboration from various stakeholders—including caregivers, educators, community members, and government institutions—are essential to ensure sustainability. When consistently implemented, such programs have the potential to produce long-term positive impacts, helping children grow into individuals who are not only skilled and creative but also possess strong moral values and a deep sense of social responsibility.

In a global context marked by religious pluralism, secularization, and a crisis of faith identity, a theological understanding of God’s covenant with Abraham (Genesis 12:1–3) becomes increasingly significant. The rise of postmodern thought has weakened grand narratives, including the theological narrative of Christianity, leading to a fragmented understanding of faith. This study aims to explore the theological, spiritual, and social implications of the Abrahamic covenant using a contextual hermeneutical approach that engages with the current socio-religious realities of Indonesia.The covenant highlights God’s unilateral initiative, a structure of blessing that encompasses personal, national, and universal dimensions, and a call to faith that demands obedience amid uncertainty. Its relevance is evident in shaping the church’s identity as a covenant community, fostering a holistic missional paradigm, and cultivating a spirituality rooted in divine grace. In the Indonesian context, the principle of “blessed to be a blessing” challenges the church to engage actively in social transformation and interfaith dialogue.This study also examines the covenant’s contribution to the development of ecclesiology, missiology, and Christian ethics, while reaffirming the importance of a faith grounded in trust rather than certainty. Through interviews and literature review, the research offers a theologically reflective and contextually grounded perspective. Advances in digital technology have brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including socio-economic activities such as arisan (social gathering). Arisan, which was previously conducted conventionally, has now begun to transform into online arisan. This change offers several advantages, including ease of access, reduced time constraints, and a wider range of participation. However, behind this convenience, an equally important challenge lies the lack of regulation and oversight of online arisan practices, which are prone to legal threats. This study aims to examine the urgency of creating written agreements in the implementation of online arisan and examine their legal force as a form of legal protection for the actors, both organizers and members. Using a normative juridical method through a regulatory-statutory approach and case studies, this study emphasizes the importance of legal validity in civil relations formed through online arisan. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed through a process of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that written agreements in online arisan have legally binding force as long as they meet the requirements for a valid agreement according to Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The existence of a written agreement can increase legal certainty, strengthen the legal standing of the parties, and serve as valid evidence in the event of a breach of contract. Therefore, creating a written agreement is crucial to avoid losses and strengthen legal protection in online arisan (social savings and credit) practices. Furthermore, a written agreement also reflects the good faith of the parties in carrying out their commitments professionally and responsibly. This serves as an important foundation for building trust and creating a transparent and accountable online arisan system. Therefore, it is recommended that every online arisan participant create a clear written agreement and have it notarized to strengthen its legality.

Economic growth is a factor that influences the level of poverty, considering the increasing population which means that economic needs will also increase, so additional income is needed every year. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the effect of poverty and poverty on economic growth in Jambi Province in 2019-2023. The analysis method used is the Panel Data Regression Method. The results of the study obtained that poverty has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Jambi Province in 2019-2023, so that the hypothesis (H1) proposed by the researcher is accepted with a significance value of 0.0308 <0.05 with a t-statistic value of 2.220545. Unemployment has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth in Jambi Province in 2019-2023 in Jambi Province, so that the hypothesis (H2) proposed by the researcher is rejected with a significance value of 0.4054> 0.05 with a t-statistic value of 0.838862. Poverty (X1) and Unemployment (X2) together influence economic growth in Jambi Province in 2019-2023 in Jambi Province (Y) with a calculated F value of 2.562611 and a significant value of 0.04680 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. For this reason, the government must increase employment opportunities and the government must pay more attention to the level of poverty as well as increase economic growth. Islam hates poverty and poverty because according to Islam, economic growth, wealth is a blessing and gift from Allah SWT that must be grateful for by mankind. Poverty, poverty and economic stagnation must be eliminated so as not to endanger faith, morals and morals, even divisions in society. Increasing quality employment opportunities and reducing poverty levels are important priorities to improve the quality of life of the community and create social stability.

The formation of a perfect character is the main goal for every believer, as stated in Matthew 5:48. The perfect phrase in this verse comes from the word τέλειος (teleios), and based on this, it is important to understand the word τέλειος (teleios) holistically, so that the congregation can understand correctly what God wants in their lives. The research method used in this study is the library research method, and therefore there is no population and sample used in this study, however, in this study the researcher will use various kinds of literature as references, such as: the Bible in various translations; Bible Dictionary; Language Dictionary; Encyclopedia; Concordance; Bible Interpretation Books; Other books related to the research theme; Journals and other literature related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this study is Theoretical Hermeneutics. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is known that the phrase τέλειος does not refer to a state of sinlessness, but to a real and profound transformation of life as a result of knowing God. The demand to be perfect in Matthew 5:48 means that God's people are called to emulate God's character, namely love that comes from a loving heart must be expressed concretely in everyday social life. The impact of implementing the Matthew 5:48 teaching model on the GSKI congregation in Medan City is seen in: The congregation's increasing strength in facing life's processes and worldly temptations; Firmness of faith marked by increased joy and strength in facing life's challenges; Spiritual independence seen from the congregation's ability to control ego/flesh, as well as growing a deep longing to live close to God.

Mathematics is a universal science that underlies the development of modern science and technology, and has an important role in the development of human thinking. Humans view religious values ​​and rational values ​​as different entities, causing a dichotomy paradigm, especially in the realm of education. In the perspective of the epistemology of science in Islam, Islam and science are complementary and interdependent entities. The mathematical approach used here does not mean that Islamic values ​​are low, but only to increase the belief of Muslims that all knowledge is valuable and can lead to true goodness and increase faith and closeness to Allah SWT.To examine how Islamic values ​​are applied in mathematics learning, To identify and develop effective strategies or methods in integrating Islamic values ​​in mathematics learning materials, To measure the extent of the application of Islamic values ​​in mathematics learning.This study uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research used by the researcher is descriptive research.Mathematics as a logical and systematic science, has a meeting point with Islamic teachings that emphasize truth, justice, and balance. For example, the concept of monotheism can be associated with the order of the universe expressed through mathematical formulas, fostering a sense of gratitude and obedience. This study aims to understand how Islamic values are represented in the television program Cahaya Tauhid, broadcast on MNCTV. This program, a religious program, aims to convey moral messages and Islamic teachings through stories related to everyday life. A qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm was used to explore the representation of Islamic values in this program as a result of social construction influenced by media ideology, the interests involved, and audience responses. Data collected came from non-participant observation of 27 episodes of Cahaya Tauhid broadcast on the MNCTV YouTube Channel. The results show that this program contains Islamic messages that cover five main dimensions: aqidah (faith), worship, morals, social and muamalah (social behavior), and Ramadan spirituality. The most dominant Islamic values in this program are tauhid (monotheism), worship, morals, social and humanitarian, and tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul). The values of worship and tauhid, in particular, appear consistently in almost every episode and are the main focus of this program. These messages are delivered in a simple yet meaningful manner, making them easily understood by the audience. This program successfully represents Islamic teachings in the context of everyday life and shapes the audience's perspective on Islam. Thus, Cahaya Tauhid can be considered an example of an effective television da'wah program in building Islamic understanding through mass media, while also serving as a means of education and dissemination of Islamic values. Furthermore, this study also found that Cahaya Tauhid uses a narrative approach that combines Islamic values with real-life stories, making it more relevant and engaging for the audience. Thus, Cahaya Tauhid can be considered an example of an effective television da'wah program in building Islamic understanding through mass media, while also serving as a means of education and dissemination of Islamic values.

Honesty (ṣidq) is a core value in Islamic teachings that not only shapes individual behavior but also plays a vital role in establishing a just, trustworthy, and moral society. In various authentic hadiths, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ emphasized that honesty leads to righteousness (al-birr), and righteousness leads to Paradise. Conversely, lying leads to wickedness and Hell, and is one of the signs of hypocrisy. This study aims to explore the significance of honesty in Islam based on the Prophet’s hadiths and the explanations of classical scholars. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach. Primary data sources include authentic hadith compilations such as Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, while secondary data are drawn from relevant scholarly literature. The analysis applies a thematic approach by grouping hadiths on honesty into sub-themes and interpreting their contexts and meanings. The findings show that honesty must be cultivated continuously, is a sign of true faith, and a condition for attaining divine blessings in all aspects of life, including economic transactions (mu‘āmalāt). Scholars such as Imam al-Nawawī, Ibn Rajab, and Ibn Ḥajar unanimously affirm that honesty is the root of all virtue and a source of spiritual light. Thus, honesty in Islam is not merely a social ethic but a spiritual path to divine pleasure and salvation in both this world and the hereafter. The analysis follows a thematic approach, categorizing the hadiths related to honesty into sub-themes and interpreting their contexts and deeper meanings. The findings emphasize that honesty is an essential part of true faith, continuously cultivated by believers, and a necessary condition for receiving divine blessings in all areas of life, including economic transactions (mu‘āmalāt). Scholars like Imam al-Nawawī, Ibn Rajab, and Ibn Ḥajar unanimously assert that honesty is the foundation of all virtues and a source of spiritual enlightenment. Therefore, in Islam, honesty is more than just a social ethic; it is a spiritual path that leads to divine pleasure and salvation in this life and the hereafter. This study underscores the central role of honesty in both personal morality and broader social harmony within Islamic teachings.

This conceptual paper explores the strategic transformation of Islamic Da’wah institutions to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4 and 16. Drawing from strategic management theories and Islamic ethical frameworks, particularly maqashid shariah, the study proposes a model for institutional reform that aligns religious values with global development agendas. Through a literature-based analysis, the paper synthesizes key concepts such as visionary leadership, ethical governance, and inclusive education. The findings suggest that integrating Islamic principles into strategic planning enhances institutional accountability and educational quality. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic institutional development by offering a conceptual framework that bridges faith-based governance with sustainable development.

In this context, the Eucharist becomes an important sacrament symbolizing the body and Passover and Easter have deep meanings in their respective religious traditions. Passover (Pesach) celebrates blood of Christ. The bread, as a symbol of His broken body, and the cup, as a symbol of His shed blood, remind Christians of God's infinite sacrifice and love. However, in the early days of Christianity, the practice of the Eucharist was often misunderstood, leading to accusations of cannibalism against Christians. This misunderstanding arose because the terms "body" and "blood" were interpreted literally by outsiders. To counter these accusations, Christian apologists, such as Justin Martyr and Tertullian, attempted to provide a theological explanation for the symbolism, emphasizing that the Eucharist was a spiritual and not a physical act. Thus, both Easter and the Eucharist reflect the profound themes of liberation and hope, as well as the importance of a correct understanding of the symbolism of Christian teaching to avoid harmful misunderstandings. This shows that a proper understanding of religious traditions can strengthen faith and strengthen relationships among believers.

The Reformation led by Martin Luther in the 16th century was one of the most influential events in the history of the church and the Christian world. This research aims to analyze the impact of Martin Luther’s Reformation on the church and the Christian world as a whole. Luther, through his 95 Theses, challenged the authority of the Catholic Church, particularly regarding the sale of indulgences, and emphasized the doctrines of salvation by faith alone (sola fide) and the authority of Scripture alone (sola scriptura). The result of this movement was the emergence of Protestant Christian denominations, a deep division between Catholicism and Protestantism, and reforms within the Catholic Church known as the Counter-Reformation. This study employs historical methods, analyzing relevant primary and secondary documents to understand the theological, social, and political impacts of Luther’s Reformation. The Reformation also brought significant changes in education, liturgical languages, and the church’s role in the socio-political life of European society. Overall, Martin Luther’s Reformation triggered a transformation in the structure of the church and Christian society that persists into the modern era.

The growing environmental crisis underscores the need for education systems to foster ecological responsibility among students. This study explores the potential for multifaith schools to cultivate environmental moral education through an interreligious pedagogical model. By integrating diverse religious teachings on ecology, the proposed model aims to promote shared moral values for environmental protection and sustainability. The research addresses the gap in existing environmental education, which often lacks an integrated approach that incorporates various religious perspectives. Through a qualitative research design, the study analyzes curricula, observes classroom practices, conducts interviews with educators, and evaluates existing environmental education frameworks in multifaith schools. The study identifies key strategies, including the incorporation of eco-ethics from different religious traditions, project-based learning, and interfaith dialogues, as effective means of fostering ecological responsibility. However, challenges such as balancing doctrinal differences, overcoming biases, and developing inclusive pedagogy remain. The study emphasizes the importance of designing educational content that respects all faiths and promotes intercultural dialogue, thereby encouraging a collective commitment to sustainability. The findings suggest that multifaith schools can serve as powerful platforms for environmental moral education, highlighting the value of integrating religious perspectives into sustainability education. The study concludes with recommendations for incorporating interreligious eco-ethics into curricula and teacher training programs and suggests future research on the long-term impact of interreligious environmental education and its applicability in diverse cultural contexts.

This conceptual study examines how Islamic Da’wah institutions can be strategically transformed to effectively contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 on quality education and Goal 16 on peace, justice, and strong institutions. Grounded in strategic management principles and the ethical foundations of Islamic thought, especially maqashid shariah (the objectives of Islamic law), the paper presents a model that integrates religious values into institutional planning and reform. By conducting a thorough review of existing literature, the study identifies and synthesizes essential components for transformation, including visionary leadership that prioritizes long-term impact, ethical governance rooted in transparency and accountability, and inclusive education that is both accessible and values-based. The analysis reveals that aligning Islamic ethical frameworks with global development goals can enhance the operational effectiveness and social relevance of Da’wah institutions. Moreover, the incorporation of maqashid shariah in organizational strategy promotes a holistic approach to development that balances spiritual and material objectives. The study argues that by embracing strategic planning processes that reflect both Islamic values and modern development practices, Da’wah institutions can play a crucial role in advancing educational equity and institutional integrity. This not only strengthens the legitimacy and sustainability of these organizations but also positions them as key partners in the broader development agenda. Ultimately, the paper contributes to ongoing discussions about the role of faith-based organizations in global development by offering a conceptual framework that bridges Islamic governance principles with the pursuit of sustainable development outcomes, encouraging a more integrated and ethically grounded approach to institutional reform.

This study explores the integration of indigenous spiritual knowledge into modern environmental ethics, focusing on the role of traditional ecological wisdom, spiritual cosmology, and stewardship practices in promoting sustainability. Indigenous worldviews often emphasize the interconnectedness between humans, the spirit world, and nature, viewing these relationships as sacred and reciprocal. This paper highlights the philosophical contributions of indigenous environmental ethics, which contrast with Western anthropocentric frameworks, offering a more holistic, spiritual, and culturally embedded perspective on ecological stewardship. Through a qualitative comparative approach, the study examines indigenous practices such as those found in the Anishinaabe philosophy of mino-mnaamodzawin and the Sarnaism faith of the Oraon community, demonstrating how spiritual connections to nature foster a deep sense of responsibility and environmental ethics. Additionally, the study discusses the challenges of integrating indigenous spiritual principles into Western academic and policy frameworks, including issues of cultural appropriation and the preservation of traditional knowledge. The research further explores potential strategies for collaboration, emphasizing community-driven approaches that respect and incorporate indigenous knowledge into global environmental governance. This integration can lead to more inclusive and sustainable environmental practices that honor both ecological balance and cultural heritage. The findings suggest that indigenous spiritual knowledge offers essential insights into creating a more sustainable and ethical approach to environmental challenges, providing a model for future policy development and global ecological strategies.
