This study aims to analyze the implementation of public relations management in building school-community relations at SDN 1 Mangli. The research highlights the importance of community involvement as a strategic partner in improving the quality of basic education. The theoretical framework is based on the Excellence Theory, community participation theory, and two-way symmetrical communication relevant to the school’s public relations role. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving the principal, teachers, school committee, and parents through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate that SDN 1 Mangli has implemented public relations management strategically—not only administratively—but also as a means to foster communication, enhance community participation, and strengthen the school’s positive image. However, challenges remain, including the dominance of one-way communication, limited use of digital media, and the absence of measurable evaluation indicators. This research reveals that elementary schools can adopt modern public relations principles. The study implies the need to strengthen two-way symmetrical communication, optimize digital media utilization, and develop measurable evaluation indicators for school public relations programs.

The first 1000 days are often referred to as the window of opportunities or the golden period, based on the fact that from the fetal stage to the age of two years, there is a period of rapid growth and development that does not occur in other age groups. Meeting nutritional needs during the first 1000 days of a child's life is very important. This study analyzes the relationship between food taboos and LILA in pregnant women with the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 1-24 months in the working area of the Biromaru Community Health Center in Sigi Regency. The research design used was a case-control study. The independent variables in this study were food taboos and maternal weight during pregnancy. The dependent variable was stunting in children aged 1-24 months. The population in this study consisted of all mothers who had children with stunting, totaling 32 people. The results of the study show that of the 16 stunted respondents, 11 (34.4%) respondents had food taboos and 5 (15.6%) respondents did not have food taboos. Then, out of 16 non-stunted respondents, 4 (12.5%) respondents had food taboos and 12 (37.5%) respondents did not have food taboos. Meanwhile, out of 16 stunted respondents, 10 (31.3%) respondents had KEK and 6 (18.76%) respondents did not have KEK. Then, of the 16 respondents who were not stunted, 3 (9.4%) respondents had KEK and 13 (40.6%) respondents did not have KEK. There is a relationship between food taboos and the incidence of stunting in children aged 1-24 months (p = 0.001), as well as a relationship between maternal height during pregnancy and the incidence of stunting in children aged 1-24 months (p = 0.01). It is hoped that the Biromaru Community Health Center will increase routine visits and provide education and counseling for mothers and infants.

This study aims to analyze the role of digitalization in driving social development in Indonesia through the perspective of development sociology. Digitalization has become a major force transforming social structures, values, and interaction patterns in societies worldwide. The results show that digital technology contributes significantly to increased social participation, economic empowerment, and equitable access to information. However, on the other hand, challenges arise in the form of a digital divide between urban and rural communities that can deepen social inequality. In the context of development sociology, digitalization is not only viewed as a technological process, but also as a social phenomenon that influences the dynamics of community life. Therefore, digital-based development must be directed inclusively so that all levels of society receive equal benefits. The government, educational institutions, and the community need to synergize in strengthening digital literacy and maintaining socio-cultural values amidst the current of technological globalization. With a fair and participatory approach, digitalization can be an important means of strengthening social solidarity and realizing shared prosperity.

The urgency of marriage as an effort to elevate human dignity and sustain life and progeny is regulated in Law Number 16 of 2019, which amends Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The state requires marriage registration to guarantee the validity and legal protection of the rights of married couples and their children. One important provision in this regulation is the determination of the minimum age for marriage, which is 19 years for both men and women. However, in practice, underage marriages, including unregistered marriages, still occur. This study uses a normative-empirical research method, combining written legal analysis with field data to examine the application of laws and regulations in community practice. The results show that underage marriages can be legalized by the Religious Court based on Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2019. This regulation provides legal certainty and protection of children's rights, but has also raised controversy regarding the potential legalization of early marriage. This regulation has had a significant impact on the practice of itsbat nikah anak kecil, especially at the Bulango Ulu Religious Affairs Office (KUA), by reducing unregistered marriages. However, challenges in verifying evidence, socio-cultural pressures, and the normalization of early marriage remain major obstacles that must be overcome through education and cross-sector collaboration.

This study aims to explore the values of early Islamic education reflected in the local religious study tradition and its relevance as an alternative educational model in the contemporary era. Early Islamic education has become a primary foundation for the formation of Muslim civilization and character, emphasizing the balance between knowledge, faith, and morals. The local religious study tradition in Indonesia is a legacy of classical Islamic education that maintains spiritual, moral, and social values in community-based learning practices. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a (library research) method that focuses on exploring the concepts, values, and relevance of early Islamic education as reflected in the local religious study tradition. Primary data were obtained from classical Islamic literature such as traditional books, works of previous scholars, and historical sources related to the early Islamic education system. Meanwhile, secondary data include research results, scientific journals, academic books, and contemporary writings relevant to the theme of local religious study and modern Islamic education. The results show that local religious study contains authentic Islamic values such as sincerity, exemplary behavior, togetherness, and respect for knowledge. These values not only reflect the spirit of classical Islamic education but are also relevant for application in contemporary education systems that tend to be rational and individualistic. The local religious study tradition has the potential to become a holistic alternative educational model because it integrates cognitive, affective, and spiritual aspects within a single learning process. Therefore, revitalizing early Islamic educational values through the local religious study tradition can be a solution for shaping students' religious and social character amidst the challenges of modernization and globalization.

Madrasah diniyyah and pesantren in the Indonesian context have often been viewed as non-formal or religious educational institutions, rather than as active legal subjects in national development. However, regulatory transformations and contextual challenges have prompted the need for legal recognition of these institutions in order to align them with the ideals of Pancasila. This study aims to analyze the role of madrasah diniyyah and pesantren. The methods used are normative and comparative qualitative research with a review of legislation and case studies of madrasah diniyyah/pesantren. The findings show that although regulations (e.g., the Pesantren Law) have provided legal recognition, there are still structural obstacles in the form of differences in institutional status, administrative capacity, and interpretative conflicts of values. On the other hand, several pesantren have successfully reconstructed themselves as actors of local development through community empowerment programs. In conclusion, legal recognition needs to be strengthened through the formulation of complementary regulations, institutional capacity building, and synergy between the government and pesantren communities so that these institutions can become pillars of national development based on Pancasila.

Poverty is a multidimensional issue that not only involves economic limitations but also reflects violations of fundamental human rights such as the right to food, health, education, decent employment, and socio-political participation. This study aims to analyze the legal innovations implemented by the Tegal Regency Government in formulating poverty alleviation policies based on budget efficiency. Using an empirical and philosophical approach, this research views law not only as an ideal set of norms but also as a dynamic social phenomenon within society. The findings reveal that legal innovation is manifested through the strengthening of juridical aspects in regional policies, the integration and synergy of four flagship poverty alleviation programs, and the implementation of the initiative “One Regional Apparatus, One Assisted Village,” which involves all elements of local government. In addition, active community participation and the utilization of corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from regional and state-owned enterprises serve as crucial supporting factors in enhancing the sustainability and effectiveness of poverty alleviation programs in Tegal Regency.

The Community Service Program (KKN) was implemented with the aim of fostering and enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit and skills of Junior High School (SMP) students through an Entrepreneurship Workshop at SMP PAB 23 Bandar Klippa. This program was designed using a practice-based participatory learning approach (learning by doing), which positions students as active subjects in all stages of the activity, from planning, production, to product marketing. A total of 39 seventh grade students were directly involved in this activity. Through this experiential learning process, students had the opportunity to develop creative thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a real-life setting. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in several entrepreneurial indicators, namely student self-confidence increased from 55% to 85%, communication skills from 60% to 88%, and interest in entrepreneurship from 50% to 83%. These findings prove that the practice-based learning method is effective in fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and independent character in students. Furthermore, this Community Service Program (KKN) activity demonstrates collaboration between universities and schools in implementing contextual and applicable entrepreneurship education. It also has the potential to be developed as a sustainable learning model to support the achievement of the Pancasila Student Profile, particularly in the dimensions of creativity, independence, and mutual cooperation.

This community service program was carried out in Dolok Kahean Village, Tapian Dolok District, Simalungun Regency, with the main focus on optimizing digital literacy to increase the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this program is to strengthen the competitive position of MSMEs, especially Rengginang Ibu Saliem, who still rely on conventional marketing systems and have a minimal understanding of business digitalization. The method used is a participatory and educational approach, carried out in four systematic stages: needs assessment, material design, program implementation, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed significant achievements, with an increase in digital literacy understanding by 80% based on a comparison of pre-service and post-service. In practice, partners have succeeded in forming a business digital identity, namely @rengginanghuta_ibusaliem Instagram accounts, and are able to run digital marketing starting from content processes to customer interaction. Theoretically, these findings strengthen the argument that digital literacy is an essential foundation in facing the challenges of the digital economy, where increased competitiveness is not only influenced by technical skills, but also by changes in mindset and business independence. The implication of this program is that local MSMEs now have adequate capabilities and platforms to expand market reach beyond the village boundaries.
