Facts show that more than 350,000 worldwide die every year due to complications of pregnancy and childbirth. Indonesia's National Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in 2017 and 2019 did not change, namely 305 per 100,000 live births. Prospective brides and grooms are a strategic target group in efforts to improve their health before pregnancy. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and age of the prospective bride and groom with preparation for their first pregnancy in KUA, Tanjung Agung District, Muara Enim Regency. The research method is descriptive analytical with a cross sectional approach. This research began in April – June 2023 at KUA, Tanjung Agung District, Muara Enim Regency. Sampling technique using a total sampling of 50 respondents. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between knowledge (p= 0.000) and age (p= 0.004) of the prospective bride and groom and preparation for their first pregnancy in KUA Tanjung Agung District, Muara Enim Regency. The conclusion is that knowledge and age are related to preparation for the first pregnancy.

This research was backgrounded by the efficiency of CV's production division. Dijawa Abadi is low compared to other divisions that are already included in the efficient division. Employee performance is the result of a process that refers to and is measured over a period of time based on predetermined terms and agreements. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in CV. Dijawa Abadi, by taking a sample of respondents through alumni as many as 152 employees of the CV production department  Dijawa Abadi. The number of samples was taken using sampling techniques using nonprobability sampling methods. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 3 software.  The results showed that Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation affect Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

In the business world, efforts are needed as much as possible in gaining profits. The accuracy of marketing strategies can be seen from the consumer spending pattern database obtained from sales transactions on fashion products that are usually purchased simultaneously by customers. Information about the Pattern of Purchasing Customer Shopping that is Inaccurate at the Ayu Collection Online Shop Shop has caused promotional policy to be one of the causes of the store to suffer losses. One way to get an accurate customer shopping pattern is to use data mining. One of the methods contained in data mining is the association analysis method, in the association analysis there are several algorithms, one of which is the FP-Growth algorithm. In this study several association rules were found by applying the Frequent Pattern (FP-Growth) algorithm from the transaction database Fashion sales at Ayu Collection Online Shop. This association rules will later be used as decision making material to develop successful marketing and sales strategies. The findings of this study are in the form of product recommendations, namely the proposal of two or more items based on the findings of the FP-Growth algorithm using a 50% confidence value and a minimum support of 40%, this study uses assistance from the rapidminer tools version 9.9.

Tax avoidance is an attempt to reduce a company's tax burden while not violating applicable regulations. This study aims to determine the effect of company size, debt to equity and profitability on tax avoidance in household and cosmetic companies. Methods of data analysis carried out by quantitative methods using probability sampling technique. The analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that first, firm size has no effect on tax avoidance, the second variable, debt equity ratio, has no effect on tax avoidance and profitability has an effect on tax avoidance.

This study aims to prove that there is an influence between inflation, BI-7 Days Repo Rate, Exchange Rate on Net Asset Value (NAV) of Islamic stock mutual funds which is moderated by economic growth. By applying quantitative research methods and using time series secondary data from 2016 to 2021 and using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, as a determinant of the number of samples to be tested. Tests in this study use the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software, which then data will be processed using descriptive analysis then multiple linear regression analysis.

A disaster is an event caused by nature and humans. Disaster can result in victims of human suffering, loss of property, environmental damage, damage to facilities and, infrastructure, public facilities, and disruption of the life and livelihood of the community. The purpose of research was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of the community about the prevention of post-flood disease in Datahu village, Tibawa sub-district. This research method uses the descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this research is 76 people using an accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that public knowledge of 76 respondents there are 65 respondents with good knowledge and 11 respondents with less knowledge and public attitudes. Of 76 respondents there are 70 respondents have good attitudes, and 6 have poor attitudes. The research concluded that the description of the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community about post-flood disease prevention in Datahu village, Tibawa sub-district was in the excellent category.

A nurse is someone who works and provides excellent and quality service 24 hours a day, so a nurse must be in good physical condition. The condition of the body which should be in the rest phase must be conditioned on working conditions which can result in work stress and end in work fatigue. Work fatigue is a tired condition felt by a person which is also characterized by a decrease in work productivity. Workload is the volume of work of nurses in a hospital unit. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurse characteristics and workload with work fatigue in inpatient rooms at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. The design of this research is cross sectional. The sample in this study was 86 patients treated at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital using a total sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the chi square test. The results show that there is a relationship between workload and the level of fatigue in inpatient nurses at Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital with a p value of 0.000. It is recommended that nurses should carry out Benson therapy after providing nursing care so that the level of fatigue can be reduced, understand the work and duties of nursing so that nurses can carry out their duties according to applicable regulations, and make the best use of rest time.

: The Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative operates in the field of lending and borrowing funds. In other words, managing funds as well as possible is the main focus of the activities of the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative, because to assess the effectiveness of managing its funds the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative cannot use one financial measure, namely profitability alone, but must also involve evaluating various aspects. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of managing the funds of the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative for 2021 based on the Regulation of the Minister of State for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20/Per/M. KUKM/XI/2008 concerning aspects of capital, aspects of productive asset quality, aspects of liquidity, aspects of independence and growth. The subject of this research is the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative where the object of evaluation is the management of KSP Satahi Suga Suga funds. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis. In this study data was collected through the documentation method. From the results of the study, the soundness level of cooperatives is included in the "Quite Effective" category with a total score of 56.75 out of a total score of 100. If assessed from guidelines for evaluating the effectiveness of fund management, it has a score of 56.75 which is in the total weighted score of 40-60 with the predicate less effective.

Digital technology is a type of technology in which computer systems and automated systems usually replace a lot of human labor in the process. This study aims to determine the role of digital technology in Bank Sumut Syariah Hamparan Perak Sub-Branch to make it easier for customers to make transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Techniques and data collection using structured interviews and using secondary data obtained from PT. SOP data. Bank Sumut Syariah Sub-branch of Overlay Silver and so on. The results of the first research on the role of digital technology provide convenience in using mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic which has a good impact related to increasing the number of customers. The results of the second study are constraints on the role of digital technology in making it easier for customers to make transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic regarding the limited internet or not yet entering rural areas. Suggestions and input for Bank Sumut Syariah Capem Hamparan Perak can improve the network by using wireless mobile banking which is prepared as early as possible, where if there is a network failure, the convenience of customer transactions will not be disturbed at all.

This study aims to analyze and calculate the ratio of liquidity, calculate the ratio of activities using working capital to earn profit (profitability ratio) and see the effectiveness of using working capital compared to a predetermined standard of measurement. The type of research used is case study research with a quantitative approach. The processed data includes the financial reports of the Satahi Sorkam Producers Cooperative. In analyzing research data using descriptive analysis method with analysis of liquidity ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. Based on the results of the analysis of the liquidity ratio, the results of calculating the current ratio for 2019-2021 are obtained. In 2019 it was good, while in 2020 and 2021 it was quite good. The results of calculating the quick ratio for 2019-2021 when compared to standard measurements, the quick ratio for the 2019-2021 period is not good. Based on the activity ratio analysis, it shows that receivables turnover in 2019-2021 when compared to measurement standards, receivables turnover in 2019-2021 is less efficient. As for inventory turnover in 2019-2021 when compared to the standard, inventory turnover in 2019-2021 is less efficient. Based on the analysis of working capital turnover calculations, the results of working capital turnover in 2019-2021 are quite efficient. As for the results of the analysis and calculation of the profitability of own capital in 2019-2021 compared to measurement standards, the profitability of own capital in 2019-2021 is very efficient.

This study aims to analyze the application of diversion to children who commit criminal acts of defamation through social media. The normative juridical method is carried out through analysis obtained from library materials such as books, dictates, and others related to statutory regulations and the concept of jurists as the basis of their research. This study uses a legal concept analysis approach, statutory analysis, and a case approach related to the application of criminal sanctions in cases of defamation. The results of the study concluded that the provisions for criminal defamation through social media are regulated in Article 27 paragraph (3) of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and cannot be separated from the main legal norms in Article 310 and Article 311 of the Criminal Code as a genus of delict which requires a complaint (klacht) to be prosecuted.

Underage marriage is only a piece of the social reality faced by today's society. Among adolescents, underage marriage is considered a way out to avoid free sex. Some do it out of necessity and because they become pregnant out of wedlock. This opinion may be true, but of course, marriage is not just uniting oneself in marriage as the answer to a problem, because the negative impact of underage marriage itself must also be considered. This also happened to the environmental community of Balongbendo District of Sidoarjo. Through an empirical juridical approach, Through an empirical juridical approach, this study aims to analyze the implications of underage marriages at KUA Balongbendo District based on Law No. 16 of 2019. The results of the study concluded: 1) The most common cause of underage marriages at KUA Balongbendo District is due to MBA (Married By Accident). 2) There has been an increase in the number of underage marriages, even though Law no. 19 of 2019 was enacted.

Kejadian tuberkulosis pada anak kurang mendapat perhatian dalam epidemiologi tuberkulosis dikarenakan >95% anak-anak dengan tuberculosis memiliki sputum BTA (-), sehingga tidak berkontribusi secara langsung dalam menularkan kejadian tuberkulosis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian tuberkulosis pada anak di RSUD Toto Kabila. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain case-control study. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUD Toto Kabila. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak yang menderita tuberkulosis dan yang memiliki resiko penularan tuberkulosis di wilayah kerja RSUD Toto Kabila yang berjumlah 62 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian uji analisis chi-square didapatkan nilai p-value < α 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan pengetahuan orang tua, riwayat imunisasi BCG dan riwayat merokok keluarga berisiko terhadap kejadian tuberkulosis pada anak. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran orang tua tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan anak dan kebersihan lingkungan.    

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of product excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari. The population in this study were all consumers of CV Pucuk Daun Lestari totaling 1,320 consumers. The number of samples for research uses a margin of error of 2.5% of the total sample, namely 92 consumers. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling method. The data collected was carried out using questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of product excellence and service excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari, either jointly or partially.

An objective approach is used in analyzing the data. Problem factors that become obstacles in work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision, competence and work experience on work productivity at PT. Scancom New Zealand. The study sample was 156 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. The data analysis method uses multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a significant influence of supervisory variables on work productivity, there was a significant influence of competency variables on work productivity and there was a significant influence of work experience variables on work productivity. As well as the results of the test of the three independent variables on the dependent variables that there is a significant influence between the three variables on the independent variables silmultaneously (together). The results of the determination coefficient test obtained a value from the Adjusted R Square of 0.635 or 63.50% this can be interpreted to mean that Supervision, Competence and Work Experience can explain Work Productivity. While the remaining 36.50% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence from information technology, task technology fit and transfer of knowledge on HR performance. This research takes the object of PT.Pungkook One Indonesia which is located in Grobogan, which has a total of 100 employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique using random sampling as well as to facilitate researchers in selecting respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression. The results of the study found that there was a significant effect of information technology on the performance of generation X human resources, there was a positive and significant effect of Task Technology Fit (TTF) on the performance of generation X human resources. And there was a significant effect of knowledge transfer on the performance of generation X human resources.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information quality, information systems and the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.  This research took the object of 50 employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Pati Regency. The researcher's sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis method using multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of information quality on employee satisfaction, there was a positive and significant influence of information systems on employee satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.

This community service activity aims to identify the existing conditions of the location that is planned to become a tourist village, in the form of outreach so that the Government of Kalurahan Banjarasri Kapanewon Kalibawang can find out a general description to plan an ecotourism, especially in the scope of transportation management. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goals of Community Service (PPM) are surveys, observations, planning and outreach as well as discussions from the community service team to Kalurahan Banjarasri officials. There are two alternatives routes to Bukit Watu Belah, and from the observations it is known that the second alternative route has a road width varying from 1,5 to 5 meters. Pavement of this village’s main road is asphalt while the road to the top of the hill is still a dirt road. In terms of transportation, the new “Bukit Watu Belah” ecotourism is worth continuing, with an ecogreen feeder transportation concept for 4-wheeled vehicles or buses.

Kepuasan pasien merupakan keadaan dimana pasien mendapat pelayanan, perhatian dan kesehatan sebagaimana yang mereka harapkan. Semakin baik pelayanan yang diberikan maka tingkat kepuasan pasien semaki tinggi dan sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan dengan segera, tepat dan memuaskan, daya tanggap, jaminan pelayanan, dan fasilitas yang memadai di RSUD Tombulilato. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional study. Dalam penelitian ini populasi adalah pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Tombulilato pada saat dilakukan penelitian. Hasil lima indikator kualitas pelayanan yang diteliti yaitu reliabilitas (41 responden reliabel dan 4 responden yang non reliabel), daya tanggap (tanggap 37 responden dan kurang tanggap 8 responden), jaminan (baik 33 respoden dan kurang baik 12 responden), empati (30 responden empati dan 15 responden kurang empati) dan bukti fisik (baik 38 responden dan kurang baik 7 responden). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan keperawatan ditinjau dari indikator reliabilitas, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tombulilato, sehingga sangat perlu diperhatikan dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.
