The work environment (X2) is proven by the value of t count > t table (2.489 > 2.026) probability 0.017. Simultaneously the two variables affect employee performance, as evidenced by the F test obtained F count > F table (21.061 > 3.24) probability 0.000.

Based on the analysis of needs in the learning process, it is necessary to develop interactive learning medium. This study aims to produce a product in the form of an interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline which is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts. This research and development is designed based on the stages of the ADDIE development model (Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). The subjects in this study were students of class X IPA 5 SMA Negeri 2 Kabanjahe, which consisted of 36 students. Based on the research which has been done, the validity of the interactive learning media developed obtained an average percentage of 87.26% by media experts and 87.82% by material experts with qualifications classified as very valid. Through the results of teacher responses and student responses in limited trials and field trials, an average percentage of assessment was obtained 94.5% by teachers, 85.67% by students in limited group trials and 86.07% by students in field trials with qualifications classified as very practical to be used in the learning process. The implementation of the application of interactive learning media that has been carried out to see the effectiveness with a set benchmark obtains results, namely for classical learning completeness, it reaches 80.56%, and the average percentage of effectiveness questionnaires is 94.72% with qualifications classified as effective. The increase in ability to understand mathematical concepts that occurs is a moderate increase. Based on the research acquisition data, it was concluded that the Articulate Storyline-based learning media developed in this study is valid, practical, and effective qualifications.

This research aims to find out the self-concept of slow learner students at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi. The type of research used in this research is field research. The research used is a quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative descriptive is research that attempts to describe or depict a symptom or event that is currently occurring. The instrument used in this research was the litker scale. The population in this study was 22 people, with this population being sampled based on Ivan Fanani Qomusuddin's opinion. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling. The results of this research show that the distribution of data based on the kurtosis value of Slow Learner Students' Self Concept at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi is positive with a relative frequency of 41%, categorized as very good, categorized as good, 39%. Categorized as sufficient 19%. Categorized as not good 1% and categorized as very bad 0%. Self-Concept of Slow Learner Students with positive self-concept at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi where classified as very good at 41%. Negative Self-Concept of Slow Learner Students at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi is positive with a relative frequency of 41%, categorized as very good, categorized as good, 40%. Categorized as sufficient 18%. Categorized as not good at 1% and categorized as very bad at 0%. that the Self-Concept of Slow Learner Students at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi is classified as very good at 41%. Self Concept The Self Concept of Slow Learner Students at SDIT Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi assumes Positive because there is a mean value of 1,096,364 which is greater than the mean value of the Negative concept of 1,090,000. This shows that the self-concept of slow learner students at SDIT Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi is not very significant.

The purpose of this writing aims to help increase the knowledge of farmers to grow crops with hydroponic media to the community in Tanjung Berulak Village. The method used in this research is qualitative method. By processing data in the form of direct field observations and interviews with the community in Tanjung Berulak Village. The results obtained from the Kukerta student service in Tanjung Berulak Village show that the implementation of hydroponic media for the community can be implemented properly. And the community can also apply hydroponic media in farming in their environment.

Technological developments have penetrated in all fields, not only in one area but also in all sectors of human life, including transportation. The internet is needed nowadays, including in the daily activities of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Maxim consumer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique that is non-probabilty sampling and accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City.

This study aims to determine the role of the home industry in increasing household income (a study on the potato chip home industry in Paal Merah District, Jambi City). This research is qualitative in nature. Qualitative research is research that tends to use analysis with an inductive approach and is descriptive or explanatory in nature. This research focuses more on facts that occur in the field. The subjects of this study were home industry owners in the Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, employees who worked and providers of raw materials for the home industry. The data obtained comes from observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: First, the home industry in Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, has a positive impact on improving the household economy where welfare indicators can be seen from the role, income, and welfare of owners, raw material providers and employees who can set aside income from the results of work so that they can send their children to a better education, besides being used to meet daily needs can also help the head of the household in meeting other daily needs, Second, the existence of a home industry in Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, also plays a role in assisting the government in reducing poverty and reducing the number of unemployed in society, with the absorption of labor, especially housewives who are around to make the best use of their time, of course. will be able to help generate income for households, and in carrying out business activities food needs can be fulfilled properly and in accordance with Islamic teachings, then all business activities are protected and cared for during production activities, and can be used to meet needs in the future. Third, with the results of this research, it is hoped that the regional government, especially the province of Jambi, which is related to the development of Small and Medium Enterprises, will pay more attention to the existence of home industries in the Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi City, their business can increase and be able to compete in the market, of course it will also prosper the economy. small society.

The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

The research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational effectiveness using the Mc Kinsey 7s Framework Model Approach on Employee Performance. The problem formulation proposed in this research is How Organizational Effectiveness with the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach Influences the Performance of Karangpucung State Vocational School Employees. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire distribution method. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and field study. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used by the author in this research is by distributing questionnaires. From the research results it was found that: The results of the research on measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that if measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach increases, it will have an effect on performance.

One way that can be realized by the school is to apply entrepreneurship-based subjects, by instilling the value of an entrepreneurial spirit, and application by inviting students to practice directly in trying entrepreneurship related to Education, including as a reception service for typing proposals or reports, application or web development services, and can also be as an Education tour planner,  become content creators, educational institutions, and others. Based on the description of the situation analysis and observations that have been made to the partner place in the implementation of this community service, the partner's problems are formulated as follows: 1) There is still a lack of understanding of teachers and schools about the importance of edupreneurship applied in learning in schools, and there is still a lack of knowledge about the type of eduprenuership, 2) The need to develop knowledge and practice of digital technology-based eduprenuership to teachers in schools.  Based on the results of interviews and discussions with partners, to overcome partner problems, the methods that will be implemented in this community service activity are: 1) Providing education about the importance of edupreneurship applied in learning in schools, and still lack knowledge about the type of eduprenuership, 2) Providing assistance and guidance, edupreneurship practices related to digital technology to teachers. The results of this community service are 1) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Mojokerto teachers can pour creative ideas in entrepreneurship that can be applied by teachers and students in schools and poured into business design, 2) Through the practice and assistance provided, teachers can already practice digital marketing using online applications.

This research was conducted in Gardu Village, Kiarapedes District, Purwakarta Regency, because in this village the practitioners practice sholawat wahidiyah. They routinely carry out mujadah activities (reading sholawat wahidiyah prayers and practicing them). In everyday life, people who practice sholawat wahidiyah also uphold ethical values in social relations. The type of research that will be carried out by researchers is a type of field research, namely by making direct observations in the field with qualitative methods. The form of activity carried out by Sholawat practitioners is the Usbuiyah mujahadah (mujahadah which is carried out once a week). While the social ethics contained in the Teachings of Sholawat Wahidiyah, namely in this teaching besides humans are taught to always increase faith, Islam, and ihsan so as to form akhlaqul karimah. Humans are also taught to relate well to fellow creatures of God, both to fellow humans (society and the surrounding environment) and to the universe.

Cultural festivals are a series of positive activity processes conducted in certain areas to maintain and preserve local and national culture. They are held to include the participation of the community, related parties, and the government together. This research was a type of qualitative research conducted in Gosari Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. Data sources were obtained from the Village Head, Chief Executive, Head of WAGOS Board (Gosari Natural Tourism), religious, and community leaders, and supported by documents and archives. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The research findings showed that the Gosari cultural festival is held once a year with a series of activities which include: Resik Sendang Icleaning the bathing place), Kirab Warga (mutually cleaning the environment), Ngadusi Rojo Koyo (bathing the cows), Traditional Snacks Market, review of the book: “History and Mythology of Gosari”, Performance of Traditional Dance and Ludruk Art. The values developed in the implementation process are social, religious, and traditional values. Cultural festivals play a role in developing religious and social values, namely through the optimization in the field of education which is collaborative with nature, and the habituation of community traditions which are held regularly and continuously.

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are a means of application in the development of science and technology, which are carried out outside the university campus within certain time limits, work methods and requirements. The community service offered at the undergraduate level is an effort to increase the content and quality of education for students and to achieve added value in higher education. With the implementation of this community service program, it is hoped that it can develop the role of students in improving their social skills and personality. The purpose of this research is to reveal the role of field studies in developing students' skills. The population and sample of this study were students who participated in the KKN and the community around where the students were held. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. This interview method aims to gather information about the social conditions of the community and the potential that exists in the Tapaan Village. From the research results, it was found that the role of KKN is part of developing student competencies as a form of service to the community, especially in Tapaan Village.

The main objective of this research is to study learning media Fingerglass human breathing simulator. Utilization of simulation models designed to resemble the human respiratory system serves as an invaluable educational tool. The aim is to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of scientific concepts, particularly in the field of natural sciences, with the ultimate goal of practical application in everyday life. By using this simulator it is hoped that students will be involved to be actively involved in the learning process, fostering a high interest in understanding the subject matter. This research took place at UPT SDN 17 Gresik for Grade 5 students. The model used is a simulator of the human respiratory system following the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This model is based on the scientific approach to ADDIE development theory outlined by Robert Maribe Branch. The validation process for two levels of material expert validators I and II resulted in a validation level of 85% indicating that the material was included in the valid category. Likewise, the results of the validator material expert validator II show a validation level of 100% which is also included in the valid category. This implies that the contents of the learning media are relevant to the subject matter of the fifth grade Human Respiratory System in elementary school. Thus it can be concluded that the quality of the Fiberglass Learning Media Human Breathing Simulator meets valid criteria in terms of the material it contains. In addition, the student's response obtained a value of 87% indicating that the Human Breathing Simulator Fiberglass Learning Media was very suitable for use in the learning process

Efforts to improve the community's economy through screen-printed t-shirt businesses. Problem: Implementation of activities still uses manual methods. Result: Screen printing t-shirt business activities need to be changed from the manual method to the modern method (screen printing machine) to increase the income of screenprinting t-shirt entrepreneurs, and there is a need for assistance from the government.

This paper will discuss the aesthetic of patterns used in Tenun Pahang (TP). This study also aims to describe the patterns found in TP, both basic and contemporary modern patterns. This handicraft product originates from Keladi Island, Pahang. TP is said to be originated from Sulawesi which was brought to Malaya almost 200 years ago. Based on observations, there are various designs used by weavers as the background of this product. In the field study conducted, 2 (two) informants were interviewed and they are from the Royal Pahang Institute of Weaving Skills, Pahang State Crafts and the eleventh (11) generation of Karaeng Aji descendants who are said to have brought this weaving skill to Keladi Island. The results of the analysis found that the pattern used as a background on this TP product was inspired by the high creativity of the weavers as well as the beauty of the production of the TP pattern which is close to the culture of life of the Pahang people themselves. This study is important for the overall understanding as well as a clearer translation of the patterns found in TP.

This study aims to determine the application of SAK ETAP in the preparation of BUMDes financial statements in Tuban The data analysis technique in this study is a qualitative descriptive method and only describes the results of interviews and documentation conducted in the field. There were 14 BUMDes analyzed. The results of this study indicate that there are only 13 BUMDes that have financial statements with the advantages and disadvantages of each New Usaha BUMDes, Rato New Business BUMDes, Sama Kai BUMDes, Soro Mandiri BUMDes and Harapan Bersama BUMDes only make a balance sheet. The method used in this study is a field study which includes observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses qualitative methods and data analysis techniques are applied, namely descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis and interpretation of data on the implementation of the electronic ticketing (e-ticketing) Accounting Information System at PT Kereta Api are an integrated system. Organizational structure of PT. Railways are generally very good and prevented from manipulation. PT. Kereta Api runs electronic ticketing operations (e-ticketing) using serial documents, accounting records including deposit books, income analysis, expense analysis, cash register books, and joint books. Implementation of electronic ticket accounting information systems (e-ticketing) for PT. Railways are considered good until the implementation of internal control is also running effectively.
