Data analysis was carried out through the stages of editing, coding, tabulation and statistical testing. The statistical test used was univariate. The results showed that 12 people (60%) had a work attitude that was considered the most at risk, and 35% had work fatigue. It was concluded that what can be described in this study shows that work attitudesrespondentor fisherman is best described with a heavy risk attitude. This study aims to analyze the ease of making payments, ability to pay and compliance with making payment of the individual participant National Health Insurance (JKN-KIS) in the BPJS Kesehatan Magelang. This research, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute to BPJS Kesehatan regarding matters and ideas to form a strategy which can increase the collectability of JKN-KIS premium payment contributions, especially for the individual participant segment. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected through distributing questionnaires given to 400 individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data that has been collected through distributing questionnaires, then testing the instrument. Where, the instrument test consists of validity and reliability tests. Researchers in this study took samples using purposive sampling technique, specifically for individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis by calculating the average (mean). The results of the analysis show that the ease of making payments shows the dimensions mean high category in all dimensions, so it can be concluded that the participants are very easy to make contribution payments with the payment mechanisms and procedures and channels provided by BPJS Kesehatan. The results analysis of the ability to pay and the results analysis of compliance with making payments show the dimensions mean value of the low category in all dimensions. That it needs to receive special attention from BPJS Kesehatan so the ability and compliance in paying contributions will increase.

This study reviews micro-learning including its use, benefits, and limitation. This study is library research. The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. Stereotypes and abnormal behaviour (SAB) exhibited by long-tailed macaques (LTMs) have attracted the attention of behavioural study, although caused by many factors. Mostly found in captivity, it can also occur in the natural environment. This study aims to review several scientific articles on SAB in LTMs, as well as for environmental enrichment conditions. This study used a web-based survey to collect all scientific publications related to SAB in LTMs with a statistical correlation test to determine the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and the regression test to determine the effects of the number of individuals observed, as well as SAB types in LTMs. This study used two variables: the number of individuals and SAB types and sorted by rank. The statistical correlation result shows that the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and publication's year is positive correlate. The regression test result shows that the total number of individuals observed is significantly different (p-value<0.05, one-tailed) between SAB types. The primary goal of stimulating environmental enrichment is to give pleasant options for animals based on the treatment object in the study supplied while emphasising animal welfare and promoting research effectiveness.

The population was taken with a total of 37 post partum mothers and a total sample of 22 post partum mothers.

The analysis was conducted in univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chi-square test with a significance level of 90% to see the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. Result: the level of knowledge and attitude of respondents in a good category, chi-square test results show a significant relation (p = 0.001) between the level of knowledge to the use of contraceptives. The relationship of attitudes towards the use of contraceptives has a significant relation (p=0.000). Conclusion: there is a significant relation between the level of knowledge and attitude of female age couple towards the use of contraceptives.
