Systematic Literature Review Journal 2025 International Forum of Researchers and Lecturers

This research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aimed at analyzing the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the management of information technology (IT) projects. This study focuses on identifying the AI technologies employed, the benefits gained, and the challenges faced in implementing these technologies. The study gathers and analyzes literature from various leading databases, including Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and SpringerLink, within the timeframe of 2015–2025. The findings reveal that AI technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing play a significant role in improving efficiency, reducing risks, and supporting decision-making in IT project management. However, challenges such as data quality, organizational resistance, and implementation costs remain major obstacles in adopting this technology. This review provides comprehensive insights into trends, benefits, and barriers associated with AI utilization, along with recommendations for more effective implementation in the future.

Stress and burnout among healthcare workers represent a global crisis with significant implications for psychological and physical health, job performance, and interpersonal skills. These conditions are linked to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, substance use, poor quality of life, digestive disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Burnout is characterized by emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, often caused by chronic workplace stress. Factors such as demographics, fatigue, and resilience influence its development and severity. Traditional stress management interventions, such as counselling and leave, often prove insufficient in addressing these challenges. Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) provide innovative tools for stress and burnout management, including mobile applications offering mindfulness, meditation, and self-care resources. AI systems like IBM Watson and Google DeepMind are being tested to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in stress management. Additionally, Stress Inoculation Training (SIT), involving methods such as meditation, yoga, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and biofeedback, has been recognized as a proactive approach to mitigating stress. This review explores the factors contributing to stress and burnout in healthcare workers and evaluates interventions aimed at improving well-being and productivity, emphasizing the potential of AI and SIT in preventing and managing these conditions.

This research aims to understand the impact of the integration between artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and cyber security on administrative decisions in three aspects: (1) decision-making speed, (2) decision accuracy, and (3) decision effectiveness. A sample of 150 employees was drawn, and a survey was used to gather the required information. Data analysis was conducted using the statistical program SPSS 25, employing various statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression. The research concluded with several findings, the most important being: The integration of AI technologies and cyber security leads to improved speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of administrative decisions, The researcher recommended that institutions adopt AI technologies to enhance their cyber security systems, particularly in areas like machine learning and big data analysis.

The Next-Gen Global Health 6.0 initiative offers an integrative model employing genomics, nano-immunotherapies, and artificial intelligence (AI) to address the escalating complexity of global health issues, particularly the convergence of infectious and chronic diseases. This framework advances precision medicine by integrating real-time genomic surveillance with AI algorithms, enabling timely prediction and response to outbreaks, as well as tailored therapeutic approaches. Nano-immunotherapies play a critical role in modulating immune responses with high specificity, especially in chronic infections and diseases resistant to conventional treatments. Through these synergistic technologies, the Next-Gen Global Health 6.0 approach aims to transcend traditional healthcare boundaries, offering scalable, data-driven interventions that are adaptable to varying resource levels worldwide. Emphasizing accessibility and equity, this framework highlights the necessity for innovative health policies and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize deployment in underserved regions, ultimately contributing to sustainable, resilient healthcare systems prepared for evolving global health challenges.

This study aims to explore the impact of supply chain automation on workers’ well-being in the sustainable industrial sector through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The transformation driven by Industry 4.0 technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain, has presented significant challenges and opportunities. This study identifies the impacts of automation on workers’ economic, social, and psychological aspects, including changes in skills requirements, reduction of manual employment, and its effects on mental health. In addition, this study also highlights the importance of sustainability in automation implementation, by balancing economic efficiency, environmental preservation, and social welfare. By integrating the results of studies from various literatures, this study provides recommendations for policies that support sustainability and social inclusiveness, as well as strategic guidance for industries in adopting supply chain automation sustainably.

Background: Digitalization is fundamentally reshaping health financing, enabling more efficient management of healthcare resources, improving service delivery, and increasing accessibility. This systematic review explores the intersection of digital tools and financial health systems, examining their transformative potential.Objective: The primary aim of this review is to identify the impact of digitalization on healthcare financial management, highlighting its benefits and addressing the challenges that arise during its implementation.Methods: A systematic review of 10 studies was conducted, focusing on digital health financing and employing PRISMA guidelines to ensure rigorous selection and analysis. The data extraction process identified thematic relevance, methodological rigor, and contextual insights.Results: The findings reveal that digitalization enhances resource allocation, patient accessibility, and administrative efficiency. Technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence optimize transparency and predictive financial modeling. However, significant challenges include data security vulnerabilities and the integration of digital tools with legacy systems.Conclusion: Digital technologies present transformative potential for healthcare financing. However, strategic implementation, robust governance, and cross-sector collaboration are critical to overcoming challenges and maximizing the benefits of digitalization. By addressing these needs, digitalization can create sustainable, inclusive, and equitable healthcare systems for the future.

Pox disease is an infectious disease that attacks the immune system. This disease is often considered mild because it is usually harmless and does not cause death. With the lack of counseling and treatment of this disease, lacks an understanding of pox disease, the types and the treatment . Some of the types of pox disease are Monkeypox, Chickenpox, and Cowpox. Cowpox can cause complications such as keratitis and corneal melting due to persistent erosion. To avoid complications of pox disease arising, CNN algorithm is considered capable of classifying the type of pox disease. Therefore, this study was conducted using 2 CNN methods used, namely: ResNet50 and VGG16. Because the distinguishing features of pox disease classification involve a mixture of color, shape and texture, CNN algorithm approaches including ResNet50 and VGG16 were tried. The ResNet50 model showed quite good results with an average accuracy of 76% but VGG16 had better accuracy with a value of 93%. Using further evaluation, VGG16 has superior values with good precision, recall, and F1-score  for each class. This proves that VGG16 is a superior model for classifying pox disease types. The ResNet50 model is good at identifying three classes, namely, Chickenpox, Cowpox, and Healthy compared to the Monkeypox class because that class has 25% recall value and 40% F1-score  value. Similarly, the VGG16 model where the monkeypox class still has a recall value of 76%. This shows the potential of using artificial intelligence technology to classify smallpox disease.

The human body cannot work properly without water. Therefore, it is essential to conduct testing and monitoring of drinking water quality to ensure its safety and suitability for consumption. This has prompted researchers to develop more efficient systems compared to traditional methods. This study employs a systematic literature review approach by analysing various published articles to identify and evaluate the application of different types of sensors capable of detecting physical and chemical parameters for assessing drinking water quality. The findings indicate that the integration of sensors, microcontrollers, and Internet of Things (IoT) technology can provide accurate data that is accessible in real-time and remote locations. Furthermore, to enhance the reliability of the system, it is necessary to further develop data processing algorithms by applying artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning technique to create smart systems with improved predictive capabilities. The implementation of these technologies is expected to support the Indonesian government’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by providing safe and affordable access to drinking water for all its citizens.

The era of Industry 5.0 marks a paradigm shift in the global business landscape, integrating advanced technologies with human-centric values to create more agile and responsive organizations. This study explores the application of Management Control Systems (MCS) in the digital era, focusing on technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The research method involved conducting an interactive webinar via the Zoom platform, including material presentations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions. Evaluation was carried out through participant feedback to improve the quality of future activities. The findings reveal that implementing digital technologies in MCS enhances operational efficiency, flexibility, and organizational competitiveness. However, challenges such as workplace culture resistance and cybersecurity risks remain significant obstacles. Proposed solutions include continuous training and interdisciplinary collaboration to support sustainable digital transformation. With the right strategic approach, organizations can leverage the opportunities of the Industry 5.0 era to achieve sustainability and innovation.

Learning discrete mathematics, particularly on the topic of equivalence in propositional logic using propositional algebra laws, often presents challenges for students due to its abstract nature and the logical thinking skills required. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using ChatGPT as a learning aid to enhance students' understanding of this topic. The research employed a quantitative method with a post-test only control group design, involving two groups of students: an experimental group using ChatGPT and a control group utilizing conventional learning methods. Data were collected through a post-learning achievement test. The results showed that the average score of the experimental group (85.47) was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.78). The independent t-test results yielded a significance value of < 0.05, indicating a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two groups. Furthermore, the calculation of Cohen's d showed a value of 0.959, categorized as a large effect size. These findings indicate that the use of ChatGPT as a learning aid has a significant impact on students' learning outcomes. With its interactive and responsive features, ChatGPT helps students grasp complex propositional logic material more easily. This study recommends utilizing AI-based technologies like ChatGPT as an innovative learning strategy, particularly for abstract topics in discrete mathematics.

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant challenges to the legal system, especially regarding copyright protection. The ability of AI to produce works independently raises questions about originality, ownership, and legal responsibility. Existing legal systems are designed to protect human works, so they are not fully prepared to accommodate AI innovation. This article discusses the legal challenges presented by AI works and how the law can adapt to provide adequate protection. Approaches such as expanding the definition of originality, regulating contribution-based ownership, and harmonizing international policies are proposed as solutions. With inclusive regulation and responsive law enforcement, it is hoped that the legal system can maintain a balance between encouraging technological innovation and protecting human creative rights.

This paper explores the dual-edged impact of these technologies, emphasizing both the opportunities they create and the challenges they present. Opportunities discussed include enhanced decision-making through advanced data processing, increased transactional transparency and security via blockchain, and improved operational efficiencies through automation. Conversely, the challenges encompass heightened cybersecurity risks, evolving regulatory compliance demands, costly technological integrations, and the emerging skill gaps in managing these digital tools. The paper further investigates the implications of these transformations for different sectors including banking, SMEs, and the construction industry. Information technology refers to any technology that assists human needs. Advances in computing and information technology significantly impact education through the use of computer networks and the internet. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the most beneficial applications across various fields, including healthcare, industry, governance, and particularly in education, as exemplified by ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer). This study focuses on the accuracy of ChatGPT in analyzing learning materials for Buddhist Religious Education. It not only examines the technological accuracy but also explores its potential as an effective learning tool in formal educational settings. The method employed is a literature review, aiming to investigate the accuracy of ChatGPT in educational contexts. This research seeks to evaluate ChatGPT's capability to analyze materials and provide precise answers. However, as ChatGPT continues to evolve, there is a risk of increasing student dependency on its use. Despite its advantages, ChatGPT also has limitations, such as its reliance on available data.

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted education, particularly in providing personalized learning and administrative efficiency. However, questions arise about whether the teacher's role remains relevant in this technological era. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in the context of AI development through a literature review method, analyzing previous research on AI integration in education. The findings reveal that while AI excels in data processing and adaptive learning, teachers maintain an irreplaceable role in building emotional connections, instilling moral values, and guiding students' character development. Teachers also act as mentors who provide motivation and facilitators who create interactive learning environments. These findings highlight the importance of collaboration between AI and teachers to create more inclusive and effective education. Therefore, AI should be seen not as a replacement but as a tool to enhance the teacher's role in fostering holistic student development.

This study explores the integration of mathematical and English language skills in the education of Generation Alpha, particularly in the context of Society 5.0. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the research analyzes existing literature to examine the role of these skills in shaping the future educational landscape. The findings suggest that both mathematical and English language skills are crucial for preparing students for the challenges of a technology-driven society. However, challenges such as gaps in educational resources and the digital divide persist. Opportunities arise from leveraging technology to enhance both subjects simultaneously, and project-based learning methods have shown promise. Furthermore, these skills are increasingly vital in the context of Society 5.0, where digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and technological advancement are central. This paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of integrating mathematical and English language skills to ensure that Generation Alpha is adequately prepared for future societal needs.

The rapid development of health technology has significantly contributed to healthcare services. Technologies such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), telemedicine, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have improved healthcare accessibility. However, these advancements also present legal challenges, particularly regarding patient data protection and liability for medical errors (malpractice). Patients have the right to data privacy, and data breaches can have serious consequences. In Indonesia, regulations such as the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 on Medical Records have been implemented to strengthen patient data security. However, legal gaps still exist, particularly concerning the responsibility of third-party technology providers. Additionally, the application of technology increases the risk of malpractice, especially in the use of AI and telemedicine, where diagnostic errors can occur. Current regulations, including Law No. 17 of 2023 on Medical Health, do not fully address liability for errors involving technology. Therefore, stronger legal certainty and more comprehensive regulations are needed to keep pace with the rapid development of health technologies.

This study aims to analyze factors that influence fraud disclosure . Fraud, or fraudulent acts, have become a significant problem in various sectors in Indonesia, especially with the dominance of corruption cases. This widespread corruption has a negative impact on the country's economy and public trust in institutions. Previous studies have shown that forensic audits, with an analytical approach to financial evidence, and investigative audits, which focus on thorough investigation procedures, significantly contribute to fraud disclosure. The professionalism of auditor judgment plays a role in ensuring that audit decisions are based on accurate analysis, while auditor independence is important to maintain integrity and objectivity in carrying out audits. In addition, internal control helps prevent and detect fraud early on. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach sourced from trusted journals and scientific publications. The results of the study show that the integration of these factors can increase the effectiveness of fraud disclosure. These findings also emphasize the importance of implementing modern technology, such as big data analytics and artificial intelligence, to strengthen the audit system. The conclusion of this study suggests the importance of a combination of various audit elements to support better organizational oversight. The results of this study indicate that forensic audits, investigative audits, professional judgment, auditor independence, and internal control have a positive effect on fraud disclosure.

The rapid advancement of knowledge and information technology has reshaped the perspectives and lifestyles of Indonesian citizens, particularly through innovations like Artificial Intelligence (AI), which automates various tasks and simplifies human activities. However, the misuse of AI has become a critical issue in 2023, especially in spreading sophisticated fake information. To address this, Law No. 1 of 2024, amending Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions, is expected to combat AI software misuse effectively. This study investigates the legal implications of AI misuse, particularly concerning privacy and personal data security, and examines its interpretation under Articles 27 and 32 of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law to enhance law enforcement and safeguard individual privacy rights. Using a normative legal research approach, the findings reveal that AI misuse, such as manipulating photos and videos, violates data protection laws, including the GDPR in the European Union and Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Act. Such violations can lead to severe penalties, legal consequences, and reputational damage for companies. Recognized as a form of cybercrime, AI misuse is addressed under Article 35 of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law, which provides a specialized legal framework for handling such offenses comprehensively.

In this study, we explore how the tax judiciary can reduce tax evasion and promote compliance in different legal and economic environments. Utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis in a mixed-methods effort, the article explores the varied judicial contexts, resolutions, and the implications on how taxpayers behave. These findings underscore the important role that judicial interventions play in raising compliance rates, with comparative lessons from Iraq, Germany, and the United States. Although efficient mechanisms for judiciary review exhibit a strong link to improved compliance, low public awareness, resource constraints, and procedural delays have affected optimal performance in the Global South. Key Takeaway: The study emphasizes the need for enhancing technology integration and improving coordination between judicial systems and tax authorities to enable fair enforcement and efficient resolution of disputes. They enhance the literature on tax governance by providing empirical recommendations for increasing judicial efficiency and fundamentals in light of contemporary challenges associated with globalization and digitalization. Potential areas of future research include the use of advanced technologies in changing tax judiciary practices, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain.

The development of competent human resources (HR) is a top priority for improving the quality of life in society. In education, teachers' ability to enhance their skills is key to successful learning. However, many teachers struggle to adapt teaching methods to the demands of the digital era, especially in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. AI offers innovative solutions such as personalized learning and adaptive platforms that enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes. This study examines the implementation of AI-based learning models and teacher training programs in Muhammadiyah schools in Semarang. Using the Training of Trainer (ToT) approach, the program equips teachers with skills such as using adaptive learning tools and AI-based evaluation systems. The study employs a mixed-methods approach involving practical training and result evaluation. The findings reveal improved digital literacy and confidence among teachers in using AI for interactive learning. In conclusion, AI has great potential to transform education, but its success depends on comprehensive, ethical, and sustainable strategies. The ToT program serves as a strategic step to empower teachers to face educational challenges in the digital era.
