The rapid advancement of technology in the digital era has emphasized the need for optimizing learning processes through digital media, particularly in elementary education. Despite the proven benefits of digital tools in enhancing student engagement and comprehension, many educators, including those at SDIT AUM, face challenges due to limited understanding and skills in utilizing such technologies. Specific issues include low proficiency in using digital platforms, minimal creativity in designing interactive learning materials, and inadequate adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools. Previous studies have highlighted the effectiveness of practical training programs in improving teachers' competencies in using digital media, emphasizing the importance of integrating theoretical knowledge, hands-on practice, and continuous evaluation. This community engagement program addressed these challenges through a structured approach, including training on digital platforms like Canva, Gamma, and Zoom, combined with direct practice and interactive discussions. The results revealed significant improvements, with educators demonstrating increased understanding of digital media (from 45% to 85%), enhanced skills in creating interactive materials (from 40% to 80%), and greater motivation to adopt AI-based tools (from 50% to 90%). These findings affirm the effectiveness of the program in empowering teachers to create innovative and engaging learning experiences, with the potential to serve as a replicable model for other schools striving to bridge the gap between traditional teaching methods and digital transformation.

Optimalisasi aset lokal dalam pemberdayaan peternakan domba sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) di Desa Kabuaran, Kecamatan Grujugan, Kabupaten Bondowoso. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berbasis Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD aset lokal dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan peternakan domba berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sebesar 35%, meningkatkan populasi domba hingga 40%, dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan sebesar 15%. Pengelolaan limbah ternak yang ramah lingkungan dan sinergi antarpeternak menciptakan model pemberdayaan yang berkelanjutan. Program ini juga mendukung pencapaian SDGs, khususnya pengentasan kemiskinan, penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan

This research aims to evaluate strategies for increasing beef cattle productivity through optimizing concentrate feed based on local ingredients in Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Surveys and interviews were conducted to collect data regarding feeding patterns, costs and production efficiency. The research results show that concentrate feed, although more expensive than forage, provides higher efficiency in supporting daily weight gain in beef cattle. Local ingredients such as rice bran, palm oil cake and tofu dregs have great potential for use in concentrate formulations, thereby reducing costs and increasing the sustainability of livestock businesses. Optimal strategies include providing concentrate as needed, combining with forage, and managing feed stock. This optimization has been proven to be able to increase beef cattle. productivity and support national meat self-sufficiency efforts

This research aims to explore the optimization of land clearing techniques in supporting agricultural sustainability in Dahana Tabaloho Village, Gunungsitoli District, North Sumatra. This research involved students of the University of Nias Agrotechnology Study Program who applied land clearing techniques which included weed removal, soil loosening, drainage and bed making. The methods used in this study were direct observation, interviews, and measurement of soil parameters before and after the application of the techniques. The results showed that the combination of traditional and modern techniques in land management can improve tillage efficiency and environmental sustainability. The use of cultivators for soil loosening is proven to speed up the process, but still requires organic fertilizer to maintain the quality of the soil structure. Good drainage is effective in managing excess water and ensuring water availability during the dry season. In addition, making beds with proper direction supports optimal plant growth. The 15% increase in organic matter content and the stability of soil pH to remain neutral are indicators of the success of the applied techniques. Overall, this study provides evidence that proper land management can support sustainable agricultural productivity in the tropics.

Coal mining activities involve three main activities, namely loading, hauling, and dumping. This research focuses on the technical study of overburden (OB) dumping highdump activities In Pit Dump area with the aim of planning, implementing and evaluating technical, operational, economic, and HSE aspects. This research method includes field observations, stage plan making, and high dumping over water. Actual conditions show a difference in critical dumping height over water with geotechnical recommendations to minimize landslide risk and potential hazards. The study involved the collaboration of Mine Engineer, Geotech Engineer, Safety, and Production, and the use of equipment such as Komatsu HD 785 and Komatsu Dozer D155 & D85. The results showed that these changes could be carried out productively and safely, supporting coal production targets and adding economic value to the government and Mining Business License holders.

This research explores the digital transformation in Islamic philanthropy, particularly through the optimization of zakat and waqf management using Islamic fintech. The digital economy and fintech present significant opportunities to enhance the efficiency and transparency in collecting and distributing Islamic philanthropic funds. By leveraging modern financial technology, zakat and waqf can be managed more effectively, ensuring precise and accountable distribution. The study also emphasizes the importance of Islamic financial literacy in supporting public participation in the digital economy. The findings show that integrating fintech in zakat and waqf management not only improves transparency and efficiency but also strengthens public trust in the Islamic financial system. Therefore, this research suggests further development of Islamic fintech technologies and enhanced educational programs to support the growth of Islamic philanthropy in the digital era. The research further emphasizes the necessity for comprehensive financial education programs and easily accessible information to enhance Islamic financial literacy among the broader public. Collaborative efforts between the government, financial institutions, and educational bodies are crucial to developing and promoting fintech solutions that comply with Sharia principles. Integrating technology into Islamic philanthropy not only optimizes fund management but also contributes to broader social and economic development goals by supporting more inclusive and sustainable growth. Consequently, Islamic fintech holds immense potential to revolutionize the management of zakat and waqf, fostering a more resilient and trusted financial ecosystem within the Muslim world.

Kemiskinan masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan pembangunan utama  di kabupaten Sumbawa dan memerlukan perhatian serius dari pemerintah untuk mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menilai efektivitas kebijakan pemerintah dalam memerangi kemiskinan dan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi optimal untuk meningkatkan hasil dari kebijakan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur atau dokumen berupa jurnal hasil-hasil penelitian sebelumnya, sesuai dengan topik jurnal yang di kaji. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat berbagai kebijakan, masih terdapat tantangan terkait koordinasi antar lembaga, pemanfaatan sumber daya, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi program. Kajian ini merekomendasikan beberapa tindakan strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan, antara lain perbaikan  perencanaan program, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, dan penguatan mekanisme evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang bermanfaat bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih efektif untuk pengentasan kemiskinan dan pembangunan sosial ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

This research aims to optimize cross-cultural property marketing through the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and competency training for the sales team at Central Group, one of the leading property developers in Batam. The main challenges faced by the company are the lack of cross-cultural communication skills in the sales team and a marketing strategy that is not yet fully integrated. Therefore, this program is designed to increase marketing effectiveness while strengthening brand image in the multicultural market. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation analysis. Research stages include planning, implementing training, implementing IMC strategies, monitoring and evaluation. The IMC strategy is implemented through various channels, including social media, paid advertising, traditional media, as well as organizing events such as the Central Property Festival. The research results show significant improvements in marketing strategy coordination, sales team skills, and synergy between the company and the local community. Apart from that, the implementation of IMC has been proven to be able to increase company brand awareness and support the growth of property sales in domestic and international markets. This research makes a practical and academic contribution by offering an integrated marketing strategy model that can be replicated in other property industry contexts. 

This research examines the influence of learning moral beliefs on student behavior at MAN 1 Gorontalo Regency. Due to the increase in juvenile delinquency due to changes in social norms. So this research wants to identify the extent to which learning aqidah morals contributes to student behavior. The research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 83 students taken using the Slovin method. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results of the research show that the calculated F value is 0.997, which is smaller than the F table of 3.96 and the significance level is 0.321 which is above 0.05, that there is no influence of learning moral beliefs on student behavior. External factors such as family environment, peers and the media are more influential in shaping their behavior.

The digital era has changed consumer behavior and the way of doing business, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This article discusses social media optimization strategies to improve MSME marketing. By analyzing the development of social media and digital consumer behavior, this article presents practical recommendations for MSMEs to increase their awareness, increase sales, and build customer loyalty. The approach used in this study is to conduct training and workshops involving professionals in the field of digital marketing. This study shows that social media optimization can be the key to increasing the competitiveness and success of MSMEs in the digital era.

The demands of the industrial revolution 5.0, especially in the field of education, require detailed information related to school services that can be accessed by parents and prospective students regardless of location and at any time, in addition to promotions using flyers and banners as in traditional marketing. Unfortunately, not many educational institutions, especially Early Childhood Education Institutions (PAUD), use digital marketing or promotion optimally due to limited knowledge. In fact, digital marketing is more affordable than trying traditional marketing. DINAR Nasyi'ah Tanggul Playgroup as a partner is one of the PAUD institutions that uses traditional marketing and has not maximized digital marketing in providing information about PAUD. This is not only due to cost constraints but also the digital capabilities of PAUD managers who still need to learn. In addition, PAUD managers are also constrained by the lack of marketing management capabilities. The methods used to overcome partner problems include the needs analysis stage, the activity preparation stage, initial assessment, promotion management training, creating digital and non-digital marketing/promotion media, registering PAUD locations on Google Maps, optimizing PAUD social media, and evaluation. The results of this service show an increase in marketing management knowledge, as well as partner digital marketing capabilities. In addition, there is the availability of digital and non-digital promotional media which are assistance products from the community service team.

Habituation programs and teacher training are efforts to improve the quality of education in building a school environment with character. Improving the quality of education continues to experience changes and developments along with advances in time and technology. This research analyzes efforts to improve the quality of education at SMP Negeri 9 Bandung through optimizing teacher training programs and student habituation. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews and observations. This research aims to describe a strategy, implementation and also the results of a program to improve the quality of education at the junior high school level. The teacher training program is designed to improve teachers' technical competence and soft skills, especially in the use of learning technology. This aims to improve the quality of teaching and adapt to technological developments. Meanwhile, the student habituation program focuses on character building, such as literacy, environmental cleanliness, sports and religious activities, to foster discipline and a sense of caring. Schools also utilize technology in learning, such as using projectors and smartphones to support computer-based interactions and assessments. Apart from that, collaboration with the community and parents of students is also very important in supporting educational activities, including providing a budget for the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project activities. This holistic approach creates a conducive and quality learning environment, which has a positive impact on educational outcomes and the achievement of national education goals.

Baro Gebang Beach has great potential to develop as a sustainable tourism destination. The main challenge in resource management is combining economic growth with environmental conservation. Fintech is present as an innovative solution to support tourism development in this area, by providing access to capital, community-based funding, and increasing operational efficiency. Through P2P lending, local craftsmen in Baro Gebang Beach can expand their businesses, create new jobs, and increase income. This literature review emphasizes the importance of digital literacy and cross-sector collaboration in creating an inclusive and sustainable tourism ecosystem.

Increasingly fierce competition and changes in consumer behavior are challenges for Dimsum and Es Teh Pandu MSMEs to continue to grow. This community service aims to overcome these challenges by formulating a strategy for the development of Dimsum and Es Teh Pandu MSMEs through optimizing digital marketing and marketing mix (4P). Through an in-depth analysis of the internal and external factors of MSMEs, including the identification of SWOT and consumer preferences, this community service will identify the most effective marketing strategies. The strategies to be developed include optimizing the use of social media, SEO, content marketing, and optimizing the marketing mix (4P). Thus, it is hoped that Dimsum and Es Teh Pandu MSMEs can increase competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth.

The Sutami Hydroelectric Power Plant managed by PLN Nusantara Power UP Brantas is one of the power plants that relies on air resources to generate electricity. However, the optimization of electricity production can still be improved by considering the availability of primary energy and the interests of related stakeholders. This study aims to create a simulation of operating patterns to optimize the daily electricity production of the Sutami Hydroelectric Power Plant using the MS Excel Solver program. The total electrical energy in March based on the results of the simulation calculation was 56,537,445.55 MWh, 3.09% greater than the actual data of 54,792,800 MWh. The results of the simulation calculation of electricity production in June 2024 were 27,564,315.75 MWh, 3.82% greater than the actual data of 26,511,800 MWh. In FDC 2014-2023, the average mainstay discharge is 32 m3/s available throughout the year to be utilized by water turbines to produce a minimum power of 20 MW. Meanwhile, from the estimated historical data obtained by FDC 2024-2033 with an average mainstay discharge of 40.68 m3/s to produce a minimum power of 30 MW.

Knowledge about mental illness for Bhnike Karya Karanganyar Vocational School students is still limited. Knowledge about waste disposal management is important to provide as an effort to equip oneself to maintain personal health (Radiani, 2019).   If mental disorders are not treated properly, they will get worse and can ultimately burden families, society and the government. The method used in this paper is exploratory descriptive analysis, through literature reviews and secondary data studies. The research results show that a study of the 2018 Riskesdas data shows that the prevalence of serious mental disorders in the Indonesian population is 7% (per mile of population) and is mostly found in Bali, Yogyakarta, NTB and Aceh.  It is hoped that similar activities can have an impact on increasing awareness of the Indonesian people, especially students and female students as the younger generation, to actively participate in maintaining mental health. On this occasion, the Community Service Implementer of the D3 Medical Records and Health Information Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta will carry out P2M activities for Bhina ​​Karya Karanganyar Vocational School students regarding mental illness. On this occasion, the Community Service implementer expressed his thanks to the Head of the School and the Head of Public Relations at Bhina ​​Karya Karanganyar Vocational School for providing permission for a place to carry out Community Service activities. Hopefully this activity will be useful for increasing the knowledge of Bhina ​​Karya Karanganyar Vocational School students regarding mental illness in the hope that their knowledge will be aware of maintaining mental conditions for the sake of mental health itself.

Meski memberikan manfaat, penerapan e-Rapor masih dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, adaptasi teknologi di kalangan guru, dan keamanan data. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital guru dan memperkuat infrastruktur teknologi sebagai bagian dari upaya optimalisasi implementasi e-Rapor di sekolah-sekolah. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan metode evaluasi lebih lanjut untuk mendalami efektivitas e-Rapor dalam mendukung kualitas layanan pendidikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan tari kreasi sebagai media pengembangan kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini di TK Negeri Pembina Lubuk Pakam. Tari kreasi dipilih karena relevan dalam meningkatkan motorik kasar, koordinasi, dan kreativitas anak. Metode evaluasi menggunakan model CIPP yang mencakup konteks, input, proses, dan produk, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan tari kreasi telah membantu anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus, serta membangun kepercayaan diri dan kreativitas. Namun, ditemukan kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya dukungan program dari orang tua. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya optimalisasi fasilitas pendukung dan peningkatan kompetensi guru untuk memastikan keberhasilan program. Dengan demikian, tari kreasi terbukti menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan kinestetik anak usia dini serta memperkaya pengalaman belajar mereka di lingkungan pendidikan.
