The tragedy of Vina Cirebon, a 16 year old girl who was brutally murdered by eleven people in 2016. The media actually used framing to present the case, which led to the creation of a film entitled "Vina: Sebelum 7 Hari." This film attempts to raise awareness about violence and sexual exploitation, as well as to reopen the case, and look for three identified criminals. Anggy Umbara defended the depiction of the subject in the film. However, the film received criticism for its depiction of the subject, leading to a lack of moral support and a reversal of the issue. This research uses qualitative research methods, such as Robert N Entman's framing analysis, to investigate this problem. This research aims to explore the media portrayal of this case and its impact on public perceptions of this issue. This research also aims to understand the role of the media in shaping public perceptions of this issue.

This research was motivated by the discovery of problems related to promotion via social media Instagram and electric word of mouth (ewom) on the decision to visit the documentation center. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the influence of promotion via social media Instagram and electric word of mouth (ewom) on the decision to visit the documentation center. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. The population of this research is visitors to the Minangkabau culture of PDIKM Padang City. The research sample consisted of 103 consumers with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data from this research were processed using SPSS 25.00. The results of this research show that promotion via social media Instagram is in the sufficient category with a value of 3.40, then the electric word of mouth (ewom) variable is in the sufficient category with a value of 3.40, and the decision variable to visit the documentation center is in the sufficient category with a value of 3.40. value of 3.40. The influence of promotion via social media, Instagram and electric word of mouth (ewom) on the decision to visit the documentation center with an adjusted R Square of 49.3% and 50.7% influenced by other factors.

The spread of hoaxes on social media has become a serious problem in society. This research aims to analyze the factors that cause the spread of hoaxes, the characteristics of hoax content, a well as their impact on society. The research method used is the study of literature and content analysis from various online news sources. The results showed that the main factors of the spread of hoaxes were lack of digital literacy., economic motivation, and political polarization. Hoax content generally spreads quickly, has sensational titles, and contains inaccurate information. The impact of hoaxes on society includes confusion, social conflict, and a decline in public trust. This research concludes that comprehensive efforts from the government, media, and the public are needed to overcome the hoax problem. This research aims to analyze the causes, patterns of spread, and the impact of hoaxes on social media on the community. The research methods used are literature studies and content analysis from various trusted sources. Patterns of spreading hoaxes generally utilize sicial media algorithms to achieve a wide reach quickly. The negative impact of  hoaxes on society is very diverse, ranging from triggering social confilcts, affecting public opinion, to threatening political stability and national security. This shows the urgency of handing hoaxes comprehensively, involving the role of government, social media platforms, and the public.

Social media has become a crucial platform for Generation Z to stay updated on the latest trends and access information. The influence of influencers and celebrities on social media often encourages Generation Z to participate in these trends, even if it means compromising their financial stability. This study aimed to investigate the extent to which the fear of missing out (FoMO) affects Generation Z's financial well-being. Using a quantitative approach and comparative causal research method, 101 Generation Z respondents were involved in the study. The analysis revealed that FoMO has a significant impact on Generation Z's financial health, including the use of debt to keep up with the latest trends, which can ultimately lead to serious financial problems. The results showed that the fear of missing out on social media significantly contributes to the financial health of Generation Z, with a regression equation of Y = 39.220 - 0.572 X and a significance value (p) of 0.000 (less than 0.05), indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. In other words, the fear of missing out on social media has a significant negative impact on the financial health of Generation Z, accounting for 48.3% of the financial health of Generation Z

The use of a well-known and respected individual in the realms of art, entertainment, athletics, or public relations to promote a product or service is known as a celebrity endorsement. Finding out how much of an impact Blackpink endorsers and Instagram ads have on consumers' propensity to buy is the driving force behind this study. Dark-skinned Oreos. Descriptive quantitative research using survey methodologies is used. One hundred students from UPN Surabaya made up the group surveyed for this study. Probability sampling using a simple random sample approach is used in the sampling process. Primary data is used in this study data gathering approach. Based on the study findings, the celebrity endorser variable is statistically significant (p < 0.05) with a t-value of 2.993 > 0.05. With a sig value of 0.015 < 0.05 and a computed t value of 2.483 > t table 1.985, the advertising attractiveness variable is statistically significant (t table 1.985). The findings indicate that the significance level is less than 0.05, with a F value of 26,720, which is more than the number in the F table, which is 3.09. The R-squared value is 0.355 and the multiple correlation result is 0.596. Celebrity endorsements, the beauty of Instagram ads, and the attractiveness of Instagram ads all had a role in influencing consumers' choices to buy Blackpink Oreos.

The negative impact of the development of information technology, especially on social media, has led to an increase in online crime cases. In this discussion, the large number of crime victims is caused by low awareness in society. This crime has detrimental social and economic impacts on its victims. Including financial and psychological losses that disturb the victim's mental health. Therefore, appropriate steps are needed to increase public awareness of the risks of online fraud tactics.

This study discusses the influence of social media in raising awareness among coastal communities regarding natural disasters. The rapid development of information and digital technology, which benefits all individuals, has now extended its benefits to various societal elements such as urban, mountainous, and coastal communities. The openness of information implemented by the government exemplifies the role of social media in enhancing the awareness of coastal communities towards natural disasters. Through qualitative analysis and interviews or discussions with members of coastal communities to obtain qualitative information about their experiences regarding disaster information received through social media, this research explores how social media can influence the understanding and responses of communities to disasters in coastal areas. The results of this study are expected to provide knowledge and insight into the role of social media in disaster risk mitigation and increasing awareness among coastal communities of impending natural disasters.

This research aims to explore how students of the Indonesian Islamic High School utilize social media to fulfill their information needs. Wilson's Information Seeking theory serves as the theoretical framework, emphasizing that information needs stem from individuals' perceived needs to acquire relevant information for specific purposes. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative with the use of a questionnaire as the data collection tool. Survey results from 93 respondents, students of the Islamic Broadcasting Communication Study Program, cohorts of 2021, 2022, and 2023, reveal that these students exhibit a high level of information processing behavior through social media to meet their information needs.

Social media has become an essential tool in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in this digital era. This research aims to investigate the role of social media in supporting the growth and success of MSMEs. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the various benefits obtained by MSMEs from the use of social media, including increased visibility and market reach, more intensive customer interactions, and enhanced brand awareness and business image. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced by MSMEs in leveraging social media, including limitations in digital knowledge and skills, as well as managing limited time and resources. Based on these findings, this study concludes that it is important for MSMEs to equip themselves with the necessary digital knowledge and skills, and to develop targeted and sustainable marketing strategies through social media. Additionally, support from government and non-profit organizations in the form of training, resources, and technical assistance can also help MSMEs harness the full potential of social media for their business growth. By overcoming these challenges, MSMEs can maximize the benefits of social media in supporting the growth and success of their businesses in an increasingly digital market.

Pancasila sebagai dasar negara Indonesia memiliki lima dasar yang mencakup ketuhanan yang masa esa, kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradab, persatuan indonesia, kerakyatan yang dipimpin oleh hikmat kebijaksanaan dalam permusyawaratan/ perwakilan, dan keadilan sosaial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Namun, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan penetrasi media sosial, seperti Telegram, peran dan pengaruhnya terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila menjadi subjek analisis yang penting. Salah satu fenomena yang perlu dipertimbangkan adalah dampak negatif dari praktik role play di platform tersebut terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila oleh penggunanya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan menjelajahi bagaimana praktik role play di Telegram dapat memengaruhi pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila serta implikasinya terhadap identitas dan keberagaman budaya Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan penanggulangan kekerasan seksual yang melindungi korban melalui putusan pengadilan, media sosial, dan kebijakan tanpa pemidanaan. Adanya putusan pengadilan dengan terdakwa Herry Wirawan dan Moch Subchi Azal Tsani pada tindak pidana kekerasan seksual menunjukkan putusan yang dapat dipersoalkan dari sudut perlindungan korban. Realitas ini berada pada kondisi masyarakat yang mengalami erosi moralitas, korban yang seharusnya memperoleh perlindungan dari putusan pengadilan justru sebaliknya. Kondisi ini menjadi materi pemberitaan media massa, apalagi terkait dengan korban kekersan seksual yang menderita fisik, mental, dan sosial. Adanya realita peradilan pidana seperti ini menarik ditengah keterbatasan hukum pidana melindungi korban, dan pada sisi yang lain ada sarana sanksi lain yang dapat digunakan untuk melindungi korban ke dalam kerangka pidana tambahan. Penelitian bersifat yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian hukum inkonkreto. Analisisnya berupa analisis deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan penanggulangan tindak pidana kekerasan seksual melalui putusan pengadilan tidak menunjukkan konsistensi pada perlindungan korban kekerasan. Pidana yang dijatuhkan mendekati tuntutan jaksa. Begitu pula pengenaan sanksi restitusi dengan nilai nominal yang tidak sama. Masih adanya putusan yang tidak mencakup restitusi menunjukkan lemahnya perlindungan bagi pemulihan korban, meskipun secara normatif pengenaan restitusi telah diatur. Pemberitaan media massa telah bermanfaat mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat tentang kekerasan seksual dan dampaknya bagi korban termasuk pengenaan sanksi pidana yang berat, pemulihan korban dan ancaman pencabutan ijin operasional. Merekonstruksi perlindungan korban kekerasan seksual melalui penguatan media massa termasuk media sosial, penerapan sanksi pidana yang membuat jera, pemulihan korban melalui restitusi dan kompensasi kebijakan sosial yang mewujudkan kesejahteraan korban dengan memulihkan hak-hak korban, penguatan kesehatan mental masyarakat melalui perilaku yang menjunjung tinggi moralitas, menguatkan evaluasi yang berbasis laporan masyarakat dan penerapan sanksi perdata dan adminstrasi sebagai pidana tambahan. This research aims to explore the potential of social media in supporting the implementation of public information disclosure policies. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data is collected through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, participant observation, and social media content analysis. The collected data is analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns, themes, and insights relevant to the research objectives. Results This research reveals that social media has significant potential in strengthening the implementation of public information disclosure policies. Social media can facilitate wide dissemination of information, enhance public participation, and promote government transparency and accountability. However, challenges such as digital literacy, regulations, and adequate policies must be addressed to fully utilize the potential of social media.

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and narcissistic tendencies in social media users at SMA Negeri 51. Self-esteem is a person's attitude based on perceptions of how he appreciates and assesses himself as a whole, in the form of a positive or negative attitude towards himself. Narcissistic behavior is behavior that strengthens and increases self-admiration which can provide social status, praise and attraction. The relationship between these two things will be found out. The explanation of the research methods in this research includes Identification of Research Variables. The results of this research show that there is a relationship between the level of self-esteem and the tendency towards narcissistic behavior among social media users at SMA Negeri 51 Jakarta.

The role of social media for students, namely to improve the quality of student education, has become an important focus in the development of the contemporary education system. The presence of social media has brought significant changes in the way students and educators interact, collaborate and learn. This paper investigates the impact of social media in education, considering its positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, social media provides easy access to information, enables collaboration and project-based learning, and facilitates the development of digital and professional skills. Students are recorded as having used social media before entering college. They at least have more than one social media account. This research aims to investigate the role of social media in improving the quality of student education by analyzing how the impact of social media such as social structure, culture and interactions between individuals influence the learning process. The research method used involved literature analysis and case studies to understand the impact of social structure, culture, and social interactions on the educational experiences of TBI students. By understanding the social dynamics in the classroom, educators can adopt more effective strategies to overcome the challenges faced by students in learning. Through this approach, social media has an impact as an important tool in shaping educational policies that are more inclusive and responsive to the needs of diverse students. By examining the various impacts of social media on educational opportunities, social media can encourage the adoption of policies that are inclusive and responsive to the needs of diverse students.

A dynamic language does not rule out the possibility that more and more users will become creative. However, it is important to remember that changes that are too rapid will have an impact on the continuity of the language itself. This research aims to identify the use of acronyms in prokem language or slang. The research results show that acronyms are increasingly commonly used in everyday life. Acronyms are used to save time and space, and to simplify messages. However, excessive or unclear use of acronyms can confuse readers and hinder understanding of the message. For this reason, there is a need for guidance regarding this acronym.

Korean culture, especially South Korea, is currently developing very rapidly and widely, resulting in a new phenomenon among teenagers. The much-loved culture is K-Pop, Korean drama(drakor), music, food, and lifestyle. South Korean culture is feared to be the cause of the fading spirit of nationalism among teenagers. The fading of nationalism is a deviation from the values of Pancasila in the third principle which reads "Indonesian Unity". The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out the breakthrough of South Korean culture on Pancasila values. The approach used in writing this scientific article is a qualitative approach. The method used in writing this scientific article is systematic literature review. This method is expected to be able to provide a broad but still in-depth picture related to the issues or topics raised in the writing of scientific articles. There are 9 journal articles that will be analyzed by the writing team in this article. The authors selected articles from accredited journals and obtained from several electronic search sites, namely Google Scholar, Sinta, and Garuda.

This article examines the impact of social media on the morale of Madrasah Ibtidayah students. This is very interesting because many children abuse social networks. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the use of social media which influences students' moral education. Based on the interim analysis, we can see the positive and negative impacts of using social media on students' moral growth. The positive impact of the development of social media in children's moral education includes children's ability to adapt, communicate with society and manage friendship networks, as well as making tasks easier for children. The negative impacts of its development include neglect of children, so that children lack discipline and are lazy, so that children easily imitate other people's work, are rude both in dressing and speaking, often fight about dangerous things, scenes such as pornography, violence, war scenes. This research method uses a qualitative method with a library research approach which uses reading sources from books, magazines and journal articles related to the theme as the main source. The results of this research show that the use of social media has two effects, a good influence for those who are wise in using social media with adult guidance and a bad influence for those without guidance.

Tanah Karo in North Sumatra Province. It is hoped that there will be an increase in knowledge and management of TikTok social media so that people's welfare and economy will increase due to increasing demand for agricultural products. TikTok social media is a marketing effort using electronic/internet devices with various marketing tactics and digital media where we can communicate with potential consumers online.
