Quality health services are key to improving patient satisfaction among National Health Insurance (JKN) participants. This study aims to systematically review various studies that have been conducted in Indonesia related to the level of JKN patient satisfaction with health services at Community Health Centers. The method used is a literature study by selecting relevant articles published in 2023-2025. Inclusion criteria include articles that discuss the relationship between service quality and JKN patient satisfaction. A total of 11 articles that meet the criteria have been analyzed. The results of the analysis show that the dimensions of service quality that most often influence the level of patient satisfaction are reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and tangibles. Most studies also use a quantitative approach with statistical tests such as chi-square and logistic regression to analyze the relationship between variables. However, not all dimensions always significantly affect the assurance dimension in several studies showing inconsistent results. The conclusion of this study is the importance of improving the quality of health services at Community Health Centers to improve JKN patient satisfaction. Health centers must develop patient-focused service strategies by training human resources, improving service systems, and conducting continuous quality evaluations.

The People’s Palm Oil Replanting Program (PSR) is a national policy aimed at improving the productivity of smallholder plantations through the replanting of aging and unproductive oil palm trees. This study reviews the implementation of PSR in Indonesia by analyzing ten scholarly articles through a literature study approach. The findings indicate that program effectiveness is significantly influenced by technical support such as training, mentoring, the application of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and strategic partnerships for harvest absorption. However, implementation faces several challenges, including limited human resources, damaged equipment, inadequate funding, prolonged replanting periods, weak coordination among stakeholders, and lack of policy dissemination. Local institutions such as cooperatives (KUD) and farmer groups (Gapoktan) play crucial roles in ensuring program sustainability and inclusiveness by acting as managers and conflict mediators. Although farmers are generally ready and actively participate, regulatory constraints—particularly the requirement of financial guarantors—remain a barrier. The study recommends strengthening local institutional capacity, enhancing stakeholder synergy, and simplifying financial schemes as strategic steps to improve the long-term effectiveness of the PSR program.

Productivity is one of the major issues facing Iraqi educational institutions, and it can be identified by examining the factors that influence it. Work-life balance is one of the key elements affecting the productivity of companies that rely heavily on human resources. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine how WLB affects employee productivity in Iraqi educational institutions. The study used a quantitative, cross-sectional, and correlational methodology. Every employee in academic institutions in Iraq who worked in the educational departments of the Maysan Education Directorate was included in the statistical population. Using random sampling and variance calculations, the sample size was calculated to be 200. A standard productivity questionnaire based on the ACHIEVE (1980) model and two work-life balance questionnaires by Wang and (2009) served as data collection tools for the study. Expert opinions were used to validate the questionnaires in terms of form and content, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess the reliability of the instrument to be greater than 0.7. Smart PLS and SPSS 22 software were used for analysis. The results showed that employee productivity was affected by all elements of work motivation.

This study aims to examine the role of the Enterprise Resource Planning system in improving the quality of corporate financial reports. Accurate, relevant, and timely financial reports are the main key to effective decision making by management and stakeholders. However, many companies, especially in Indonesia, still face obstacles in preparing financial reports due to manual processes that are prone to errors, information delays, and lack of data integration. The Enterprise Resource Planning system as an integrated information technology solution is expected to be able to overcome these problems by automating business processes and providing data in real time. The research method used is a literature review that examines various sources of scientific literature related to the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning and its impact on the quality of financial reports. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning significantly improves the accuracy, efficiency, relevance, and timeliness of financial report preparation, while supporting data transparency and accountability. Constraints such as limited human resources, implementation costs, and resistance to change remain challenges that must be managed properly. This study concludes that Enterprise Resource Planning has a strategic role in improving the quality of financial reports and is an important investment for companies that want to increase their competitiveness and effectiveness of financial management in the digital era.

Inclusive village development is a strategic priority in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with Village-Owned Enterprises ( BUMDes ) as the driving force of the local economy. However, the participation of vulnerable groups—such as people with disabilities , the elderly, women, and the poor—is still limited in BUMDes services . This study aims to evaluate the quality of BUMDes services in Daha Utara District through the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) approach which includes five dimensions: tangibles , reliability , responsiveness , assurance , and empathy . The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach . Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three categories of participants: BUMDes managers , vulnerable groups, and community leaders. The results of the study indicate that physical facilities ( tangibles ) are not inclusive, service reliability is disrupted by limited human resources, and the assurance dimension has not been supported by ongoing training. Meanwhile, the responsiveness and empathy dimensions are relatively good interpersonally , but are not yet structured institutionally. The main obstacles identified are the lack of budget, lack of training, and the absence of a formal complaint mechanism. On the other hand, moral support from village managers and figures is a supporting factor for service transformation. This study concludes that improving the quality of inclusive services requires a transformative and participatory approach , including adaptive digitalization and active involvement of vulnerable groups in planning. These findings are expected to be the basis for making fairer and more responsive village development policies.

The implementation of tax law has a crucial position in improving tax compliance and maintaining the stability of state finances. In Indonesia, although there is an adequate legal basis, the implementation of tax law still faces a number of problems such as violations of supervision, inefficient sanctions, and low understanding of taxation. This study aims to analyze ideas for the implementation of tax law, identify taxpayer conditions, and disseminate the effectiveness of law implementation in order to build a fair and sustainable taxation system. The method used is a literature review with a juridical-normative approach. The results of the study show that the success of law implementation is greatly influenced by regulations, human resources, information technology, and political commitment and cooperation between institutions. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed in the form of regulatory reform, digitalization of supervision, improving the quality of human resources, and public education so that tax compliance can increase significantly and sustainably.
