The increasing number of problems elderly people confront may turn them into persons who need help to maintain their standard of living. Government-run institutions include the Tresna Werdha Social Service Center (BPSTW), where social workers play a crucial role in the delivery of social services. Social facilities for the elderly frequently face challenges with their residents' mobility, emotional and physical health, need for caregivers for daily activities, trouble adjusting, and lack of social interaction. Because it explains the role that social workers play in assisting the elderly, researchers are interested in studying "The Role of Social Workers in Providing Social Services to the Elderly in PSTW". Gallbladder disease is associated with a malfunctioning gallbladder and highly concentrated bile, leading to conditions such as the formation of gallstones or cholelithiasis. Cholelithiasis can occur due to high concentrations of cholesterol in the gallbladder. Obstruction of the cystic duct, either by stones or functional issues, can cause acute inflammation of the gallbladder. Acute cholecystitis attacks are often associated with gallstones, or cholelithiasis. Common symptoms include right upper quadrant or epigastric abdominal pain, especially after consuming fatty foods, with additional symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, fever, and diarrhea. The development of this disease is believed to involve many factors and likely arises from complex interactions between various genetic and environmental elements. An imbalance in bile composition, characterized by excessive cholesterol secretion, reduced gallbladder motility, and the accumulation of mucin gel, contributes to the formation of gallstones. Gallbladder disease related to cholesterol results from a biochemical imbalance involving lipids and bile salts in the bile stored in the gallbladder. A 45-year-old patient, Mrs. D, has several risk factors that increase the development of the disease, and the following case report discusses the clinical presentation and laboratory examination results related to the onset of this disease. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed on the patient, and appropriate education was provided, illustrating the importance of intra-professional collaboration and positive outcomes for the patient.

In today's digital era, advances in technology and science are growing very rapidly. Of course, advances in technology and science affect various things. One of them android-based gadgets is utilization to make it easier to find information or knowledge that can be easily accessed. This research aims to design and create an application for the introduction of endemic animals in Indonesia. Endemic animals are species that only exist in certain places and are not found in other places, such as islands, countries, or other geographic areas. Android is an operating system that has an open source nature that allows it to make it easier to recognize and access information about Endemic Animals in Indonesia. The research method for designing and making applications uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The method begins with planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing. The final result of this research is an application for the introduction of endemic animals in Indonesia based on android. This application was successfully made with appropriate material and quiz features. Function testing on each feature is done with the black box method to ensure the material runs well to display images and material and the function on the quiz feature can function properly. Tests were also conducted with 3 android devices with different versions, namely versions 10, 12, and 13.

This research focuses on the design and development of a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document for the Cost Accounting Information System at PT. ABC, a rubber manufacturing company in Indonesia. In an effort to enhance the company's efficiency and productivity, this SRS document is prepared based on the international standard ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018, which covers essential aspects such as functional requirements, performance, usability, interfaces, and others. The large number of business processes carried out manually, especially in the scope of cost accounting, means that the absence of an integrated cost accounting information system is one of the main factors preventing PT. ABC from achieving optimal efficiency in its business processes. In the context of the manufacturing industry, cost accounting plays a crucial role in controlling production costs, overhead, raw materials, and indirect labor. The results of this research will produce several modules, including factory overhead cost transactions, raw material cost transactions, direct labor cost transactions, manufacturing goods transactions, finished goods transactions, purchase return transactions, sales transactions, component purchase transactions, component mastering, position mastering, user mastering, cost mastering, supplier mastering, employee mastering, raw material cost reports, factory overhead cost reports, direct labor cost reports, cost of goods sold reports, cost variance reports, budget cost reports, and profit and loss reports.
